Small side character ramble about Winston Davis and Ted McAdams (aka those two bank van drivers)

So apparently Puffball stated that no matter what EtP ending happened, that Winston was arrested and framed for crimes he didn't do, eventually leaving him to join the Toppat Clan.

And we do know that Ted decided to quit his job as driver as he mentioned in his story to Jacob about Winston getting arrested and then saying he quit afterwards to take up night guarding as it was less dangerous.

But during the beginning of ItA, with the evidence about the BtB incident and Ted that was probably written by Galeforce mentioned a small side note about "questioning of co driver recommended"

Which makes me think that Ted isn't as innocent as he appears and that he might of set Winston up, leaving before anyone could sniff his trail and becoming a night guard because it was safer, in a way.

Day 1(.5): Henry Stickmin | Day 2: Bank

I updated the drawing from yesterday because I realized that I forgot uh. Several details.

As for day 2, I wanted to do something tied to Ted McAdams and Winston Davis, rather than Henry. Something about the relationship that they had, that communicates the feeling of an era long gone.

Stickmintober 2023 Day 1-5

Hello, everyone! It's October now (has been for a few days) and I wanted to do something for it! I originally wanted to do Inktober and write a little thing for each of those prompts, but I want to save my writing energy for NaNoWriMo in November instead. So, I decided to give Stickmintober art a try! As anyone who's looked at any of my "art" knows, I'm not a good artist, so I've decided to make little joke comics/pictures for the prompts! I'll try and keep up day to day, but we'll have to see just how well that goes. I think these Stickmintober prompts are from Twitter/X, but I can't put a link to the prompt image because I'm bad at technology and don't have a Twitter/X account. If you're looking to participate with these same prompts, look up Stickmintober in the Tumblr search bar and look for the blue prompt list with the following first five prompts. Without further ado, let's get started:

Day 1: Breaking the Bank

Ted McAdams: Has there ever been a robbery at our establishment?

Winston Davis: Not that I'm aware of.

Henry Stickmin: *sweats nervously*

Rupert Price: You're under arrest for robbery!

Rupert Price: My heart...

Dave Panpa: ...

Dave Panpa: ...And that's how I joined the police force!

Henry Stickmin: God, you are two of the ugliest freaking people I've ever had the misfortune of laying my eyes on I can't wait to escape this prison.

Rupert Price: You know, pink was the only color they wouldn't let me use in grade school.

Rupert Price: Oh God... No more coloring...!

So I bought another issue of the Brazilian magazine "Set" with Harrison Ford on the cover. It's from May 2008, time when Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull was released on theaters worldwide.

In addition to the article with Indy, the magazine contains an article about the movie Speed Racer and interviews with George Clooney and Stephen King (which I won't emphasize here).

You open up Cynthia's scrapbook, flipping to a random page

The page is titled "The Carnival" and details the day July 19th, 1966. Cynthia smiles fondly and points out one of the many photos on the page. Her and Angel sat together on one of the ferris wheels.

"Before her and Soda got together she was just kind of a random SOC. Sure we talked sometimes and she went to Rosemary's salon but overall, didn't really know her. But now we're pretty good friends. I'm surprised she took the ferris wheel, she was shaking afterwards!"

Little trinkets are stuck to the pages with other photos. You remember Cynthia saying something about Dallas enjoying taking photos. The Carnival photos are stretched between pages.

When I assume ur being a hater to my childlike imagination when in reality ur just jaded as hell from being beat down again and again and think my way of life is stupid in the long run🤓 I like to think Winston antagonizes Yuuta a lot (some of his points are valid but hm. Ur making a lot of assumptions mr. dorm star).

 I also think Yuuta would find Winston annoying to some degree😭 watches his ass get swindled yet Winston’s still happy because he helped someone. Smth smth a reminder of who Yuuta might have been. Teehee.

Davis->Aldrich

I think this one leans way more into the rival territory, but enemies work too! I can see Aldrich’s incel behavior leaking out this time around HAHAHAHA. I think a lot of his anger towards Davis is spurred because Davis can keep up an act for very long while Aldrich is. Well hes honest but hes Aldrich!

But back to my point, Davis very easily becomes Aldrich’s personal rival to topple when it comes to the social ladder. After all, he’s god’s blessed witch hunter, so another “prince from a far off land” shouldn’t be difficult to handle :)
