Danny would be pouting, but this? This is actually kind of hilarious. He’d be laughing his ass off if he could, but allows himself to shriek excitedly around the binky in his mouth. Jordan on the other hand has no such thing stopping him, letting out his own toddler cackle as something bursts into flames. 

Their current caretaker- Clockwork’s nephew apparently, who is on babysitting duty for the next couple of decades- coos, and then they’re off again. Someone had apparently wanted their sort-of-Fraid-member to go to a meeting despite him informing them he’d be unavailable.

So of course he- and the three of them and Ms. Teekl the cat- just had to set the whole place on fire. You honestly can’t be that rude! It’s like, not exactly maternity leave, but something similar- don’t make fun of him he’s stuck with a toddler-brain right now! 

(All three of them would’ve had completely toddler minds if not for the fact that they were partially made from ectoplasm) 

Really, it was perfectly normal for them to set the building aflame and disappear into another dimension, even if maybe not for humans. Everyone knew you didn’t try to mess with a nesting Realms being! Especially if they weren’t fully Fraid yet. Honestly it’s all the idiots’ fault.

I’ve seen a bunch of theories about the snow witch that hinge on the assumption that her name is Renna, but what if Renna was never actually supposed to be her name?

what we know about the snow witch, or snowy crone, is that she was a weird old lady in the woods who taught the young Ranni heretical cold sorcery, and wore the pointed hat and robe Ranni wears now. Ranni’s doll body is said to be “modeled after” her… but it cannot be a perfect 1:1 impersonation of her, because Ranni doesn’t look like a “crone” at all!

Rather than an attempt to fully impersonate the snow witch, I think Ranni’s doll body is more of an homage to her old mentor. and with that in mind, I think that the name “Renna” might also be an homage to perhaps the most important mentor in Ranni’s life — her mother.

I think it’s very fitting for Ranni to use her new persona as a way of maintaining her connection to her teachers after she slew her physical body and abandoned her previous life. though Ranni is accused of being cold and unfeeling, she’s actually very sentimental — her co-conspirators are her closest childhood companions, her base of operations her childhood home. she still loves her mother and defends both her body and her legacy. she died wearing her mother’s talisman. wouldn’t it be sweet if she chose to call herself Renna out of love for Rennala?

Honestly it's so boring that Wanda used magic that may or may not be related to something demonic and evil to get pregnant. If we're going to do all that she should have gotten Vision pregnant instead. Use that demon soul to make that synthezoid lactate.

i've seen plenty of witch!reader fics, but has anyone considered witch!eddie? what if all of those rumors of devil worshipper eddie munson weren't simply born from hellfire, but the name for the club itself actually came from eddie giving a nod to the witches of the past. maybe his mom practiced witchcraft as well. eddie starts doing little rituals to make him feel closer to her after her death. he never leans into his true power, just small things. blessing items, like his lucky dice or wayne's lighter. cleansing the trailer at the beginning of each month just like his mother used to when he was a kid. little things.

I find the connection of Miquella likely being Torrent’s former owner - the Spirit Calling Bell being entrusted to Ranni by Torrent’s former owner - Miquella being depicted alongside three wolves in a statue - and Ranni having the Lone Wolf Spirit ashes to be really interesting so here’s a dubiously canon compliant headcanon based on that!
