Life is about creating yourself .♥️ #hollowback pose Pull your lower belly into your spine while compressing the top of your thighs as close as you can to your stomach. Press your forearms into the ground. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and slowly lower your behind towards the ground. Practice this everyday and you will have an awesome hollow back. As you can see I still have a ways to go. 💕🌸✌🏾 I began practicing hollow back about a year ago but wasn’t consistent with it.
