Magical Girl Yuu's First Day pt 4

“Listen dude, I don't know what kind of cult thing you’ve got here and at this point I don't care. I just need to get back home before my mentor freaks out.”

This time it really isn't Yuu’s fault she got lost!

“Cult?! Night Raven College is the most prestigious school in all of Twisted Wonderland!”

“Cool story bro. You still kidnapped me.”

“The black carriage does not kidnap – !”

“The what?”

So according to Birdman all students are recruited via some spooky carriage and horse that Yuu does not remember seeing.

Actually she can't remember anything of how she got here. The day was Tuesday, or maybe Wednesday?  She had been getting ready for… something important. Something that had the adult magica gearing up. Yuu remembers a sense of urgency, this had been different from the usual fiend attacks. 

What happened? Did something go wrong? 

For the first time since waking up Yuu feels truly scared.

Panic rises as she tries to go over what enemies could have the power to transport someone while fogging their memories.

Meanwhile!

Totally oblivious to Yuu’s mental crisis, Birdman was reaching his own conclusions.

“... truly weren't meant to be here then that could explain why you couldn't be sorted. I suppose there's nothing for it. Step back in front of the mirror, young man.”

Finally Crowley looks back at the child, Yuu, and takes in his state.

One hand is tugging at his hair while the other grips his strange magic pen. The boy’s eyes are unfocused and he rocks his weight back and forth from one foot to the other.

Hmm.

Hmmmmmmm. 

That’s probably not good. If only Crewel were here to deal with this instead.

Remembering the damage from earlier, Crowley approaches cautiously. He keeps an eye on the hand holding the oversized pen and grasps Yuu’s shoulder in a clawed grip.

Yuu does a full body jolt but listens when Crowley tells him to approach the mirror again

*Return to sender!*

…

Nothing happens.

Yuu’s anxiety is getting out of control, so she tries channeling it towards something more productive. Specifically anger.

This mirror!

First he calls her a freak, now he's saying her home doesn't exist. 

“I cannot discern –”

“Well, is there anything you do know? Or should I do this place a favor and break you out of that frame!”

For the record, Yuu wasn't actually going to break the mirror. Squakface still wasn't willing to risk it as he dragged her out of the room.

Crowley guides Yuu to the library where they spend some time looking for references to her home city Duskfront.

Eventually Yuu asks what the books are referring to when they say Twisted Wonderland.

After some more back and forth Crowley concludes that Yuu must be from another world. 

Yuu is like okay bro, a likely story.

She’s still concerned this might be a plot, and thinks it's pretty convenient that they happen to be on an isolated island.

Crowley suggests that they shelve this for now and he offers to house Yuu in an unused dorm.

Yuu is not having it and tries to walk out, determined to swim back home if she must.

Crowley protests, despite the many complaints from both students and staff alike Crowley does in fact have a sense of responsibility. And while this particular student is, for whatever reason, unsortable, he cannot allow a student to just walk out. Not even one as unruly as Yuu.

Yuu really, really, doesn't want to be alone with her thoughts waste any time, but she understands this isn't the type of situation you can just bully your way out of. So with gritted teeth Yuu finally hisses out, “fine!”

Birdface is leading her far away from the main building.

Really far.

How big is this campus?

Finally they reach a derelict building that may at one point have been a dormitory.

“It's a little old, but a building with such character is suitable for such a rambunctious young man.”

“Why do you keep calling me that?”

“Calling you what? Rambunctious? I’d say it's rather accurate.”

“No. Young man. I'm not a guy.”

“What?”

Yuu loosens the sash holding her outfit and pulls back the outer robe to reveal modest, but still visible, breasts.

“WHAT!”

I was going to make it longer but I decided to split the final into two parts and give you this now. Sorry about the long wait (╥_╥). I'm kinda disappointed by how close to canon I've been but I know there will be big opportunity for change later. Specifically with the ghosts.

Ive been thinking about writing some drabbles or trying to draw out some scenes, turns out even making a short comic is hard. Im working on a short piece about the mine based more on the manga than the game. I'll focus on that after the last part of Yuu's first day, but might also do some smaller posts as well.

Well here I am (ONS chapter 128)

Ok I'm finally writing out my thoughts about ONS' 128. Idk how long it'll come out (extremely long as I'm writing it it seems...) and also as always I want to hear others' opinions on this, but as a warning it will be mostly negative. I actually did a similar post back at the start of the year with BSD, but BSD at least managed to bounce back full force and do what it needed to do while ONS shows no signs of that.

I'll break it down into the following points:

>I'm also getting tired of the flashbacks (as many already did)

>I miss the Shinoa squad (will touch upon Mitsuba specifically and y'all probably know why)

>The belief that MikaYuu fans are getting much better content and why I think that's bs (will probably mention my theorem of "Mika, along with literally all the women of the franchise, got hit with the mysoginy stick")

So let's go I guess, under the cut so I don't clutter my non-ONS followers' dash.

>The flashbacks: I... Did not mind them up unti now, if I've got to be honest. Let's be serious here everyone probably expected a batshit crazy backstory for the characters, ESPECIALLY Yuu and Mika, and that's what made me not really complain. Now it has been like? 8 chapters of ONLY flashbacks??? Only things of the past with NO break and NO POV switches to at least let us know wtf is going on in the outside world. Christ. The fact that irritates me the most is that all of this adds nothing to the plot either!!! What are the MCs supposed to do now that they've seen one of them (WHO HAS BEEN 4 DIFFERENT SPECIES TOO SINCE THE START OF THE SERIES???) sacrifice for the 3rd time!!!! AND IN THE PAST AT THAT!!!! HOW IS THIS USEFUL FOR THEM OR ANY OF US AGHHFHGHHG. We got other gays going at it tho and that's just funny to me. This is just a BL masked as a battle shonen lmaoooo.

>The Shinoa squad: I feel like this is obvious. Where tf are they? They obviously are looking out for where Mika and Yuu are, how did we not see them again yet??? Some progress in their hunt (let's call it that) for those two??? Shinoa literally threatened to kill Mika (and, for a number of reasons, let me say this: ew.) I'd at least like to see her and how she's doing. And didn't Kagami promise us Mitsuba would get more screentime soon? THIS IS LITERALLY A PERFECT SETTING. SHOW ME HER AND SHINOA BEING IN CONFLICT CUS SHE WORRIES ABOUT HER FRIEND AND WANTS HER TO COME TO HER SENSES!!! SHOW ME HOW THEE LITERAL KIDS ARE DOING AFTER BEING ASKED BY A FULL ON 24 Y.O TO CHOOSE THEIR FAMILIES OR THE WORLD LIKE BE SO SERIOUS THE SETTING WAS *DECENT* (wouldn't say perfect cus I'm not the biggest fan of the "bring everyone back" plot but ok) FOR IT ALL I'M *explodes*

So since I came back after my rewatch and catch up to this manga which resulted in hyperfixation again I noticed that the narrative of MikaYuu shippers getting better content cus a lot of the chapters now focus on them is... common. And for a while I just thought "ok" and moved on but now I'm fully on convinced it's just. Not true. Not because the content isn't there, I would be lying if I said that, but because it's... Not good. Good content, for me (as someone who clearly loves these two if you scroll for even 2 minutes down my fucking tag), would be seeing actual growth between them, some actual substance in what they are doing as of rn, and we are not getting any of that. Since when did we see them actually DO something? Last time we saw Yuu in his actual body and actually saying something was last chapter and he was EATING. Then we went back to them just passively staring at everything that went on. And to add onto this, I dislike demon Mika as a plot IN GENERAL because it recessed any development both for HIM and for Yuu himself. Yuu acts stupid (wtf happened to him after Nagoya I'm being so serious Nagoya Yuu I miss you so much) as shit cus anyway Mika IS strong enough to let him get away with it but not enough to oppose Yuu at some point and this was addressed as a problem for like 2 seconds and then nothing. Oh my God. And not only that but this fucking thing also shows that Mika did, indeed, also get hit with a mysoginy beam, but that's another topic I want to talk about in another post if anyone even really cares about it.

So... Yeah. I'm not tired (I only started catching up in March after my rewatch, so I'm still curios about how this will go), but I AM sad. I really miss the earlier arcs and the potential they all had that now seems like a long lost memory. Can we all collectevely just go back to the Nagoya one like if the series stuck to that path I would be able to excuse its flaws up until a point because GOD. The eyeball with its Seraph shit or whatever the hell it was doing was cool tho.

As always y'all can tell me what y'all think, but I'm mostly expecting this to get lost in the void given how dead the fandom is. So yeah, see ya.

Reading about Crowley and Clara makes me think the students from both schools tries to put them in a date to find it entertaining and funny.

They just want to watch it all crash and burn. lol

Imagine Miss Yuu, and Claras ward, Lily, deciding to parent trap style set them up. Like Yuu drags Crowley out into town with some bs excuse. Lily asks Clara if they can go to the Isle of Sages because there is a thing she wants to check out. Only for them to "run into" each other.

Miss Yuu: well since we're here, we should all go to that new café for lunch.

Lily: Yes yes, that sounds great. We should.

Only to then ditch Crowley and Clara at the café before even ordering. Meanwhile all their friends have followed them to watch what happens.

Clara: I think we've been had.

Crowley: What makes you say that?

Clara: It's been 20 minutes, Dire. Not to mention I've seen at least three of your students staring at us. Not so subtly, I may add.

Crowley: woah woah woah, don't just say 'your students' as if your ward isn't just as guilty as mine of this.

Clara: Oh here we go-

Making myself sad by thinking about an agnest filled fic

Where yuu/mc wakes up after having been hit with a potion. Finding out its been a few days later and no one is talking to them/being nice to them. They go from having friends and having people listin to them to being avoided and ingored for months and grim is the only one who would at least be near them and after dealing with all the pain of being bullied for all that time even being batred with no one to really talk to yuu/mc tries to over dose only to wake up in the nurses office, alone and with no one around. And then back to life as it was after the potion incident. still the same bs and again yuu/mc tries to end it, but this time, hanging but again after passing out wakes up again alone and all they can do is sob because why are they even begin saved when no one cares about them and all they want to do now is go home, because they just miss having their family who at least loves them even if only enough to talk them, or use them as nothing more than a tool. Cause anything was better than being thrown away like trash. And thus when they have enough strength they will write a letter apologizing to grim the only one who was still nice, in his grim-y way. And leave in the middle of the night where to who knows just out of nrc and away from it all. Meanwhile we get a flashback to what happened during those few days during the portion incident and basically it shut down yuu/mc's ego and super-ego leaving only Id. Or in other words devil on the shoulder instinct. And much mayham was caused. Even blabbering about things that started a lot of issues and fights. Also said what they really thought about some of the guys around them some negative and some sort of made things awkward by the plain sexual way they spoke, no filter no holds bar thoughts. No one was spared not even the staff were spared from the id's wrath. Also almost killed a few people which only didn't happen because small and magic less made it easier for people to avoid being killed. So when the cure for the potion was given and yuu/mc was back to normal no one knew how to deal with it. Thus the isolation begin. And with yuu/mc un the wiser. And after the first time yuu/mc try to kill themselves but was saved because the ghost and grim manged to get help. And do what they could to help everyone still wasn't sure what to say or do. Than the second time after the potion incident a meeting was held on what to do between house wardens because they did owe yuu/mc for helping though the overbloter stuff, and it's very clear that they shouldn't ingore the issue. Unfortunately this meeting is happening rather to late since yuu/mc already left (not that they are aware)

And that is where I'm currently at with this thought of mine. Oh and keep in mind those times weren't the only times yuu/mc try to off themselves. But those other times they were saved by Trey and Malleus in that order (I have to hint to them ok because I like them both and its hard choosing for me) which was something they admitted to while in Id form.

But yeah debating on if yuu/mc should ask RSA for help despite hating them, or if they should take a boat and just try to down at sea, away from anyone who could save them.

Though if I go with the RSA I can go a couple of routes either they mange to get yuu/mc home with no trouble and they guys are than left with the realization that the drove yuu/mc away by leaving them in the dark. And that yuu/mc believes that they in favor hate her. Or go with another dark route of that the NRC group find out maybe though the news that their was some foul play that ended up with yuu/mc dead by the hands of a RSA student. And it was a horrible gut ranching thing to imagen type of way.

Or again death by drowning which would be the boat was found and than after a while the part of the dead showed up. Or a not so death one they just sail to a random nation and begin leaving a new life starting a life with no one but themselves will they find love who knows but they are never heard or seen from every again by the nrc crew. So yeah...

Oh and if we want a happy ish route we actually have a conversation that should have happened a while ago, though this would most likely be following the RSA route but happens before leaving or before the murder part how close to the murder mart depends on the who finds and talks, shit we could even have everyone show up (though that would be a pain to write) though if that many people show up yuu/mc would most likely try to flee but idk

Catching up on OnS (part 1)

I missed these boys so much!

It’s been a while (months actually) since I read Owari no Seraph and I thought I’d better catch up before there’s too much chapters piled up for me to have the motivation. These will have several parts as I’d be adding some photos I tried screenshotting (which is hard, the ads are a pain).

Despite everything, I’m still in this fandom so here I am back at it again for now!

We all knew Ferid is a troll. I’m not surprised nor disappointed. Just amused cause what else should I be feeling? Here Ferid shows us how to greet the human military that suspects you all of treason. He gets promptly tied up afterwards for his troubles.

I was on the fence about Aoi. I didn’t know how to feel about her but seeing her say this to her little sister’s face is making me hate her. And all because she’s more loyal to the Hiiragi. Never say this to your sister gdi!

And what traitor? You guys are the ones who started this bs!

Yuu-chan to the rescue! I swear if Mika never existed at all in the story, I may have been on the MitsuYuu camp instead.

Well, at least we finally agree on something. I don’t trust him either! it didn’t use to be like this but... things happened.

We finally see Kureto and Shikama Doji. It’s been a while but at least we now know they’re on ‘the same side’ at the moment.

Mika has no heartbeat anymore. It’s a sad thought but not gonna lie, this moment.. I miss these MikaYuu moments. And even if his heart doesn’t beat, we all know Mika still feels and Mika still cares.

They’re ready to stir up trouble! And it seems Mika is slowly warming up to Yuu’s ‘revival’ idea. Not completely but he’s open to researching for a way to make it less worse so there’s that. I just hope Mika retains his common sense.

It’s one of the few we still have left after all.

Why does it feel like they accidentally added a KimiYoi moment? I’m not complaining, of course! I ship this...

Anyways, Kimizuki is gonna look for his little sister (he still got his priorities straight) and Yoichi volunteered to go with him.

So that’s the Hiiragi’s cover up of everything that happened? They’re gonna paint it as they never did anything wrong like, say, sacrifice their own men for a seraph to appear?

Narumi of course acts like every person whose tired of bs: ‘Believe what you want cause you can’t be reasoned with anyways as you made your own conclusions already.’. I can relate.

I don’t know how to feel about this at all.

How many factions does this story have exactly? Who do we side with? Who do we trust? wtf?

Shinoa is having her own troubles with Shikama Doji wanting her to open her heart to him and let her get possessed. He’s even willing to bribe her.

He can show her his true form and memories? No sell.

Save Kureto? She’s not interested.

Turn Mika back and make Yuu happy that way? Still a ‘no.’

Aikatsu! Episodes 153-160

Are yall ready to read more than a thousand words about my love for Nono and ESPECIALLY Risa?

It's time for more OGkatsu and, once again, I failed my daily posting schedule. OTL And this time I'm even more disappointed at myself because I loved these episodes and wanted to put this out as soon as I could, but I stepped away from my computer for half an hour to make some pizzas and windows update started rolling without my consent and by the time everything was over it was already too late.

But anyway, that's enough for excuses, let's get to what really matters.

Episode 153 is amazing. Since we already got all the goals for his season set on the last episode, this one doesn't waste time prepping things up and we're already in action right away, which I love. But the best part of the episode is without a doubt, Nono and Risa. The girls are so adorable, you don't need more than 10 minutes to already fall in love with Nono's cute, energetic, enthusiastic, and extroverted personality, and Risa's more shy, and collected personality that hides such a pure and passionate kid. BEST GIRLS. Seeing them being amazed by the idol world is just so lovely and it makes you want o root for them and I already hold them dearly in my heart.

The next episode explores Nono and Risa more as they try to go to Starlight.  One thing this episode does that I like is that they really need to convince heir families about letting them go, we know many shows out there would just put them in the school and give a bs explanation after the fact, but no here we see the entire process and I like that. Regarding the audition, it was kinda weird that they didn't perform Let's Aikatsu in their school dresses, but then I started to think more and I realized that we didn't get o see any of the idols of Akari's gen auditioning to get in the school so the system may be changed and we just didn't get to see that before so it stop bothering me, also Lucky Train is literally my favorite Aikatsu song so I obviously can't get mad after watching it. Though I'm still bothered by the fact that no one mentioned them using a special appeal in their first live when special appeals were a really big deal in past episodes. But this is a small point and I still love this episode regardless.

We follow Nono and Risa tagging along Luminas for their first audition for a gig in the next episode and while this episode wasn't bad, it also didn't get me as excited either. I think the highlight of the episode was really the cute animation style they had when they were talking about, the chibi characters were really adorable. I think the five girls passing was a bit of a stretch? I don't, as much as I love NoRi, I think it would be better for them if they didn't pass so that they could experience the bad side of this industry, but again it wasn't all so bad. Now I really think it was a missed opportunity to not have them use the Lady Diamond coord they've used for the CM because the coord is gorgeous and it would bring something new.

Luminas is back in the focus for Episode 156 as we see them on their way to the next stop on their tour. But Luminas aren't the highlight of the episode because Yuu stole all he spotlight and oh my gosh how much I love her, this episode was amazing because she was there. I think this episode is showcase perfectly how Aikasu has so many incredible wronged idols that get completely shoved to the side, Yuu is amazing and she has grown so much, but we didn't see a bit of that and is just so infuriating to see so much potential going to waste. We could've seen more of Yuu way sooner than that and even in this episode, we could at least have seen her perform. Such a waste. But we got to see Amafuwa again and I'm very glad they didn't just forget they existed and completely erased them out of existence so I'm less mad about the whole thing.

In Episode 157 we're back to Nono and Risa. If I wasn't watching this episode after knowing this would be a shorter season I would be bothered by them getting a PR so soon, but since I know they didn't have as much time I'm fine with it. Besides this was a pretty good episode, Risa my baby was especially adorable this episode, I wanted to hug her all the time, so being mad at this episode would be dumb. But I gotta be honest the highlight of the episode was Lucy, Dolly Devil's top designer. Lucy is a bomb, she's probably the designer with the most personality we got aside from Asuka and Tsubasa, she's probably a pain to work with but she seems like such a cool person to hang out with, and I LOVE HER. Overall very good episode.

We're taken back to Luminas' Tour in 158 and this is episode has probably my favorite feature out of Akari's gen that is exploring other idol schools and different idols, this is something I wish the franchise would do more because it adds a lot more to this amazing world they built. Once again, this episode has a huge miss on it that is not using Minami in the best way they could, on my eyes having her and Rin actually performing together would make more sense for the episode overall, bringing DanDiva as surprise guest for this event when this was supposed to be just another stop on Luminas' Tour feels kinda iffy to me. And specially being on a season where the singing voices aren't the same as the voice actors they could've made that happen without major difficulties, or since this is an era where fashion shows sometimes don't have the characters singing they could make Minami and Rin go perform LOVE GAME without them actually singing and make the camera work focus more on their dancing. Again, this doesn't turn he episode bad, but seeing how it could be better makes me like it less.

The last two episodes of this batch are the ones that feel more out of place, they seem completely disconnected from the overall plot of the season.

But in episode 159 it works because DRAMA EPISODE!!!! I love these types of episodes and this one is no different. This is definitely the most out-there drama from the ones we've seen in the show, and as someone who has a thing for mecha anime, I was completely in love with it as much as the plot was kinda weak. Once again, this is a show I would watch without a doubt if it was real. I never thought I needed a macross x aikatsu collaboration before but now I'm craving for it. Amazing episode.

And we reach episode 160, which to me is the weakest episode of the bunch. I know Tsubaki is a character from the manga and his crossover could've been interesting to watch for someone who had a contact with her before. Sadly I didn't read the manga (is there any place where I could read this online?) so the episode just falls flat to me. This episode had the first mention to Fever Appeals and I wish this had happened in an episode more important to the whole show so they could explain it better, but oh well.

There are eight more episodes to watch today, so I'll be signing off right now because I'm already late. Because of that posts for Symphogear, Precure, and Prichan will come out during the week, but I'll definitely be back for more Aikatsu today. Bye~bi.

They’re such a kind friend and they will not hesitate, baitch to fight people who hurt me- probably because they know I’d do the same for them! They’re such good company both online and IRL, and I am blessed to have met them! I am even more blessed to be writing City of Dust and Shadows with them, which has become the longest fic either of us has ever written! We may or may not surpass it with our future collabs, however ;) They are just the coolest person ever and they deserve all the love in the world. I adore them so much!!! TUT 

- @mikayu-chan is such a got damn SWEETHEART. They are trying to see the positive side of things, especially after so much fandom drama in the past, and I’m so so proud of them for trying their hardest to live their best life. They have it way too hard and I want to give them a big ole hug and many days of fun!!! They always make me laugh and we have a great time on calls! I’m glad that we see eye-to-eye on so many things and that we continue to teach each other new things all the time!! They are really an irreplaceable friend and such a joy to talk with, to write with, and to laugh with. I love you Chan

- @6lilystrings9 IS JUST THE BOMB DOT FUCKIN COM. Lily and I didn’t super duper connect until more recently but omg talking with her is just a freakin BLAST. We always get so hype with each other, even over each other’s fandoms that we aren’t even in!!! Something about the energy in her pulls out the energy in me and we just get GOING lmao. She is so very talented and amazing and a fascinating person all around! I’m so glad we got to hang a bit at KatsuCon in 2017 but I hope we can do that again in the future! I miss her all the time!

- @weirdfairytales is the MAN. THE MYTH. THE LEGEND. Anna is just the biggest definition of a meme I can think of and I LOVE her for it. I’m so glad that we met way back when MikaYuuHell Skype existed and that she thought of the masterpiece that is Cherry Boy one wild night. I’m so glad we continued to be great friends and talk about so many things. I love when our messages get super long cause we just have so many things to say XD Cosplaying Victuuri with her at Katsu was so lit, and I can’t express how much I love her Victuuri fic too!!!

Her writing is STUNNING and the projects she makes for this fandom are just outstanding!!! From gift exchanges (I SAID ONS REMIX BEFORE IM SORRY i was wrong XD) to 365 Days of Mika and Yuu, she has put in so much for us constantly! She has also granted us with the lovely fic Scented, and not to mention one of my favorite fics of ALL TIME, Eye of Horus- the Ancient Egypt take on Unwritten!!! And she named it that without knowing my first tattoo is literally the eye of horus! XD I was shook lmfao and I still am. Meeting Hanna was amazing and the day I spent with her and @ihavetobenkyou (who is also a-freaking-MAZING and a big bundle of goodness!!!!!!) is one I’ll never forget. She’s so chill and just gives off this ‘wise’ aura idk why but I just look up to Hanna so much. No matter what she writes I will always support her and you all should too!!!

- @just-another-dream-about-yuu is ONE OF MY FAVORITE HUMANS TO EVER HUMAN. Julia omfg I cannot express how much I love you. TwT Julia is not only one of the most talented artists I have ever seen, but she is so sweet and fun and so full of energy and excitement!! She’s super busy with adulting so she’s not around in the fandom a whole lot but I always make sure to include her bc I won’t let her leave XD JULIA YOU CANNOT ESCAPE…. lmfao I will always drag you back… I won’t ever forget the day I got a twitter notification that someone drew me Unwritten fanart and the croaking sound I made was insane LMAO my friend who was with me was like WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED XD I was so excited!!! I still adore every piece of fanart she’s given me and I always will. Thank you, Julia, for bringing my imagination to life so many times, for showing me what you saw when you read my writing. It means more than I can say.

- @coleglend is the most underappreciated person in this fandom I swear. Or, who was in this fandom- Cole is off doing other things besides OnS, but regardless, she is so very amazing and beyond talented. I can’t even express how beautiful her art is and the emotions each piece sparks in me. Even her new Marvel artworks are just breathtaking and I truly admire them!!! I don’t know anyone who can make such detailed, visually engaging art- everything she creates belongs in a museum I swear. I want to print them and frame them for my walls!!! I look at her art all the time!!! Now that I’ve established how gorgeous her art is, talk about Cole as a person! She’s so sweet and kind and I love seeing her little posts on Instagram and such, even though I can’t understand most of them, I like seeing that she’s with friends and having a good time.

- @linnpuzzle is one of the coolest most amazing people in this fandom!!! Her art is STUNNING and as she knows, I will drop everything to commission her and buy her merch because I just am addicted to her gorgeous art!!! I am so honored to have some of her art as part of my collection of OnS things and I am forever going to treasure the commissions I’ve purchased from her!! Besides being a great artist, I love talking with Linn, too! I’m so glad we have things in common outside of MikaYuu, like Voltron and Kyo Kara Maoh :D Linn is truly too good for this world and she deserves everything okokok.

- @zilleniose-chu is truly an ICON of this fandom. We don’t talk alot outside of business stuff lolol but they are just freakin amazing!!! I adore their art so much- I always have, ever since I first saw their page!!- and I LOVE their AU’s and headcanons!! They are full of such great ideas and humor and they can share those ideas through really stunning and captivating artwork

- @absolute-exclusivity IS AN AMAZIN. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BEAN OH MY GOODNESS i cANT TELL YOU ENOUGH HOW MUCH I LOVE LYSIA. AAAAAAAAHHHH THIS GIRL IS GONNA SPEND MY BIRTHDAY WITH ME OUT IN LONDON LESSGO GIRL!!! I’m so excited you have NO IDEA. Lysia is so so so energetic and cute and overall such an amazing friend!! She’s so caring and always willing to listen even when things are busy for her!! She’s full of hilarious, tragic, and heart-pounding ideas and AU’s. We always get lit together talking about fics and headcanons and I wouldn’t trade those moments for the world. I can’t wait to meet her and I can’t wait to collab with her and Zeta soon, too!!

- @rindartist is absolutely one of my favorite artists of ALL TIME no doubt about it. Rin is so amazing, always making so many beautiful artworks of MikaYuu, and now of other lovely series aswelll! I may not be into GBF but her art of it is just lovely and I suggest everyone to commission Rin if they have the means!!

- @p0isonpez is someone I’ve only seen from afar but I absolutely love her art and posts!! I am so happy to see someone new in the fandom sharing such lovely things and interacting with the rest of us!! you seem so friendly and kind and I hope we can talk more sometime! :D

- @temesasu is such a sweetheart!! We’re just starting to talk a little more, but I am soso happy!! They are such an amazing cosplayer and their ONS cosplayers bring such a big smile to my face. They are beautiful and able to make themselves look like so many different characters!!! They are so talented with makeup, I am in awe!! :D And they are so kind and fun to talk to, and I hope we talk more! Thank you for sharing your cosplays with us, you are amazing! Don’t stop!

- @seraph-star is such a good precious person who makes endless good content!! Omg, their edits are just so awesome!! they always have me bouncing my head along, or completely enraptured and breathless, or laughing!! They are so good at evoking different emotions through video editing and as a very casual video editor myself, I am so impressed with their work!! I also love their memes and art and everything else that they share!!!

- @angeru-artist is a precious PRECIOUS ANGEL who deserves the entire world!!!! Omg, Angeru makes such amazing art, with such expressive characters and cute little attributes!!! I love it when I see their art and I’m so glad that we share a few fandoms together rather than just one. Angeru is really bighearted and she goes through way too much hard times, and I wish I could just take her away to somewhere better!!! One day my friend we will forget about the world and just have fun!!

- @maqui-chan iS ONE OF THE BEST ARTISTS I’VE EVER KNOWN OMFG. her art is iconic and unforgettable!!!! Maqui’s art has always been one of my favorites of all time and I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve commissioned her LOL!! I JUST LOVE HER ART SO MUCH OKAY!?? ITS SO GOOD GO LOOK AT ALL OF HER GLORIOUS CREATIONS! she is so talented and she can create anything, from angst to smut to humor, leave it to Maqui to create amazing things!! And omg Maqui ignited the fire in all of our ShuuNaru hearts amiright!??? GOD her art inspired me so much to the point to where I wrote a ShuuNaru fic and it was so much fun!!! Maqui, thank you for drawing so many awesome things and creating so much for the fandom!! Even if you’ve mostly fallen out of it, your creations are always going to be treasured by me and many other people- you’ve impacted people way more than you know! OK OK I;M OUT OF STEAM I’VE BEEN TYPING THIS FOREVER OK i could go ON AND ON about even MORE people in this fandom but that would take me literal ages LMAO

TO EVERYONE ELSE, WHO I DIDN’T MENTION BC MY BRAIN IS JUMBLED AND I AM EXHAUSTED: I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. DONT STOP CREATING. THE FANDOM IS A FLAMING GARBAGE HEAP SOMETIMES LIKE IT WAS TODAY. But DON’T LET THAT STOP YOU from having a good time, doing what you love, and creating things that you are proud to share!!! And if your heart leads you elsewhere, to a different brand new fandom, I hope you always remember the people you inspired with your work!! I hope you forget the bad memories and always treasure the good ones. I hope that we can be friends and/or that I can continue supporting you no matter where we all end up in the years to come. And if you decide to support me too, I give you my biggest, most heartfelt thanks.

No matter how ridiculous this fandom can get and how much stupid discourse can dampen the mood and disappoint me, I will never let it stop me from loving MikaYuu and OnS and what I do. I will never let it stop me from writing all that my crazy little heart wants. I will continue to write until my passion dies, and when that day comes I will probably cry as I say goodbye and resort to watching from the sidelines as everyone else carries on. I will never forget the fun I had here. These past 3 years have been so impactful already, and I know the future ones will continue to be- with the old friends, with the new friends, and with friends to be made!!

Let’s spread love more often rather than hate. I encourage anyone who feels inclined to make posts (maybe not as long as mine if you dont want XDD) talking about your favorite creators and friends in the fandom, too! Or, if that seems too corny to you, just continue to draw, write, edit, and cosplay! Continue to make people laugh and smile and cry and swoon! Continue to support creators by leaving comments and kudos, by liking and reblogging, by following and commissioning, and sharing and crediting their work wherever you can! Continue to make a difference!
