???’s POV
Oh, what a world... What am I going to do with my baby...? I’m on the verge of death and my baby is due today. If I die, it won’t be long until I take him along with me and I don’t want that to happen.
I tried begging the doctors and nurses for alternate options but all they suggested was either abortion or sending my son to an adoption center.
I hate to do either one because I want the absolute best life for my son but unfortunately, fate is so cruel that I won’t be able to grant him that.
Interrupting my thoughts, a nurse comes inside my room to inform me that I have a visitor.
“Greetings, are you Miss Kim?” A strange woman asked.
Looking at the woman, she was wearing a formal black dress with high heels, holding onto a clipboard and folder containing some forms.
But her beauty was something else, just one look at her face can make any men fall on their knees.
“Y-Yes, that would be me...” I nervously answered and she warmly smiled.
“Excellent, allow me to introduce myself, I am Sister Ha Sooyoung of LOONA, we are Vampires that answer to dying parent's prayers and luckily, I heard yours so I came.” She explained and my eyes widened.
Obviously, there was much to take in as I never thought Vampires existed and that they help people in need.
“H-How can I trust that any harm will come to my son?” I asked.
“By signing this contract... Once we sign it, I am obligated to give your son the best life possible as you asked. I will share him with all of my love and my sisters will also help look after him for you. Not only that, he’ll be granted the gift of immortality.” She explained to me and I nodded.
Reading the terms on the contract, all of the words are cursive but I was able to read them.
“Are there any questions, you wish to ask me?” She asked.
“No, I find all the terms acceptable, but please promise me that you’ll look after my baby,” I said and she nodded.
“You have my solemn vow, your son will be in good hands and you can rest easy knowing he’ll be safe and in happy times,” She assured and I take the pen from the clipboard.
Signing my name on the bottom part of the contract, Sooyoung does the same, thus putting the contract into immediate effect.
After that, I make my decision to the doctor that I’ll put my son’s custody toward Ha Sooyoung after my death and they begin the procedure.
Yves’s POV
Beginning the procedure, the doctors rolled Miss Kim into the operation room to begin the surgery.
As a contract Vampire, this is the most difficult part of raising a mate, witnessing the loss of their mothers.
Even though we are cold-hearted beings, we still feel sympathy for their sacrifice and deaths.
Regardless, this is all for a good cause and for doing what is best for their children so that we can grant them a better life.
After waiting for a few hours, the doctors called me into the room, as soon as I opened the door I heard the loud sounds of Miss Kim’s son crying.
Unfortunately, as expected, there were no vital signs coming from Miss Kim as she deceased right after the operation was complete.
“Miss Sooyoung, here is your adopted son, do you perhaps have a name for him?” The nurse asked as she handed over my baby.
“Ha Y/N,” I answered and she nodded.
Writing down the reports and details of the operation in the medical records of the hospital, I was dismissed.
Thanking the medical staff for their efforts, I left the building, and waiting for me outside at the pick-up area was sister Park Chaewon but we usually call her Gowon.
Hopping into the backseat, I put the seatbelt around my body, and Gowon greeted me.
“Hello, sister Yves, how was it?” She asked.
“The contract is signed by the mother, Ha Y/N is now in my care,” I answered.
“And the mother?” She asked and I sighed.
“Passed...” I softly answered as I breastfeed him.
“Sorry to hear that, but at least he’ll be in good care under your hands,” She commented and I nodded.
Starting up the car, she drives onto the main city road, and back to our domain in the small neighborhood.
It was a three-story manor, the first floor is where we run Loona’s Bakery & Treats, we came up with the idea as baking was one of our biggest strong points.
Both humans and Vampires come to buy from our shop for bread, cake, ice cream, you name it, and it’s all made from scratch.
Anyway, enough advertisement, Gowon parks the SUV inside the garage where we store many of our sports cars and such.
“Welcome home, sister Yves, is this the newest member of our family?” Lady Haseul greeted me and I nodded.
“Yes, my lady, this is Ha Y/N, my mate and baby,” I answered.
“Well, isn’t he the cutest~? Such a healthy and lively child, well done on the contract, sister Yves, and I’m sorry for the loss,” She replied and I nodded.
“His mother sacrificed her life for this child and I’m not going to let it go in vain,” I assured.
“As you should not, come on, it’s time to swear to the creed,” She replied and I followed her inside the manor.
We head inside the sacred chamber where we hold our rituals and oaths. Repeating and swearing the words of the creed, I felt chills down my spine as I knew this was one of the biggest turning points of my life.
Finishing the ritual, Y/N was now officially under my care, sadly, there was no time to celebrate as we have the bakery shop to run.
Placing my precious Y/N on my bed for his daily nap, I go downstairs to join Olivia, Yeojin, Heejin, and Hyunjin in the kitchen.
“Oh, sister Yves, thank the Lord, you came! It’s quite busy today! The new malasada recipe was genius!” Olivia greeted me and I nodded.
“That’s good news to hear, now let’s get to baking!” I replied as I wrapped an apron around my body and put on black gloves.
Working on making the dough, I made sure the ingredients are fresh and not out of date.
Placing the finished dough on a baking tray, I handed it over to Hyunjin who was in charge of operating the ovens.
“Hot tray! Hot tray!” Hyunjin called out as she maneuvers herself through the kitchen holding two hot pans of sheet cakes.
------------------------------------
TIMESKIP
When the sun started to set and serving the last customer in our shop, we closed up the shop for the day and cleaned up the kitchen.
Since we were all Vampires, we take advantage of our super speed abilities to sweep and mop up the floors and wipe the tables, ovens, and all the kitchen equipment.
Once we were finished cleaning, we counted up all the money we’d made from the entire day and made orders for ingredients.
“Damn... If I’m not wrong I counted over a hundred million won! That’s beyond our sales goals!” Hyunjin mentioned.
“That’s great news! Lady Haseul will be pleased to hear about it. We have more than enough to ensure our babies are well-fed for the night.” Heejin replied.
“Well, you two cook dinner for your husbands they should be old enough to eat solid foods. The rest of us will retire for the night.” I ordered and they nodded.
Heading up the stairs, I slowly opened the door to my room to prevent waking Y/N up and disturbing his sleep.
I grabbed my change of clothes for Y/N and me, we won’t be able to shower together yet as he was too young.
Stripping off my clothes, and placing them inside the laundry basket, I step inside the tub which also serves as a shower as there’s a head above me.
Turning the knob for cold water as it’s good for my body have my blood run through my veins easier and go into my brain.
The cold water doesn’t affect me much as I can pretty much handle extreme temperatures.
After I was done, I put on a robe and gently carry my baby and place him in the small tub that I bought from the store earlier, filled it with lukewarm water, and carefully place Y/N inside the tub.
He didn’t cry nor make any sound as I was washing his tiny body making his cleaning smoother and in no time, I finished.
Drying him up, I wrapped him up in a warm towel, brushed my teeth, and lay down on my bed with Y/N feeding from my right boob.
It was funny and adorable seeing him all milk drunk with a small smile with a trance of my breast milk on his lip.
Placing the blanket over us, I lay Y/N beside my head so I can an eye on him for the night.
“Goodnight, honey~,” I whispered before pecking his forehead.
After the night was over, the sun started to rise starting a new morning, Y/N woke up crying which woke me up.
Picking him up, I started my morning breastfeeding him as he was hungry, looking at the clock on the wall it was around four in the morning.
Today I was off from work since we all switch, giving me the entire day to spend with my husband.
Deciding to read him some stories, letting him explore his nest, biting and tasting everything that he could find but I kept a constant eye on him to make sure he doesn’t chock or bite anything that is dangerous like wiring and sharp objects.
Six months passed, and Y/N has grown bigger, he could lean on his hands and could crawl but he was still too young to walk.
Unfortunately, he did catch a fever once but it wasn’t severe so it only took about three weeks to recover.
Each month, we would get visits from a doctor to perform monthly medical checkups and ensure that all of our children are in good health.
While I was observing his behavior, I noticed he was starting to develop social skills and begin to recognize my sisters.
This was all expected, so none of it was a surprise but I can’t help but coo at his adorable social developments. I wish he can stay as a baby forever.
A few years later, he was not a toddler, he learned how to walk on his own without me holding his hand every time and start eating solid foods.
Heejin and Hyunjin were already starting homeschooling their husbands when they were about four years old.
Y/N was growing up so fast it makes me wanna cry, seeing your husband grow so big and handsome.
Finally, after years of hardship and schooling, he was of age, even though Y/N was granted the opportunity to explore the world and choose his life he decides to remain here.
However, throughout his teen years, he began to develop hormones and I caught him many times staring at my body whenever we showered together which is exactly what I wanted... Him being addicted to only me.
Tonight, on his eighteenth birthday, we celebrated his birthday and threw a party. After the party was over, we went to the bedroom to rest but I have different plans in mind... I put on black lingerie as I knew he has a thing for black revealing clothing.
I put on a robe, come out of the bathroom as Y/N was waiting for me on the bed, and when he looks at me his eyes widened and his jaw dropped.
“Like what you see, baby~?” I seductively asked and he didn’t say a word as he was too shocked.
Pushing his back onto the bed, I take off my robe and slowly crawled toward him and I saw his ten-inch penis coming to life.
“N-Noona, what are you doing?” He nervously asked and I giggled.
“What’s the matter? You’ve seen me naked numerous times yet you still get flustered~.” I pointed it out and he gulped.
Latching my lips onto his, forcing him to roughly make out with me, he places his hand on my cheek and the other hand on my ass.
Rubbing his shorts covering his cock, we let go before we run out of breath, and I take off his shirt and shorts leaving him in his underwear.
“Do you want mommy to suck your dick~?” I asked him and he viciously nodded.
“Hehe~. Anything for my special baby~,” I replied before sliding off his underwear.
Letting loose his cock, I could only admire it as I’ve scored gold for raising him, I licked it bottom to up making him moan and I take his length in my mouth before bobbing up and down.
“God, you’re so incredible!” He said before moaning and I smirked.
“I’m so close!” He warned and I speed up until he came in my mouth.
Savoring his cum in my mouth it tasted delicious until I swallowed it but I wasn’t satisfied just yet.
Taking off my lingerie revealing my nude body, he places his hands on my boobs and sucked on my right tit making me moan.
“Yes, baby, it’s all yours~!” I moaned.
Afterward, I sat on his face making him lick my womanhood and I screamed out of ecstasy as I felt his tongue hitting my G spot.
“I’m so close, baby, I want you to drink mommy’s special dessert~!” I demanded and I came into his mouth.
Getting off his face, I looked down to make sure that he drank all of it, and when he opened his mouth, I was satisfied with the result.
Moving onto the main event, I slowly insert his dick into my pussy making me moan at how huge he was.
Feeling my walls tightly grip his dick, I bounce up and down riding his cock, making it the best sex I’ve ever had in my life.
Switching positions into doggy style with his dick still inside of me, I tell him to pound me as hard as he can to show his love for his mommy.
“Ah! Ah! That’s it! Show how much you love your mommy~!” I screamed.
“You’re so tight, Mommy ~!” He moaned as he fucks me.
Holding in my cum as best as I could as I wanted to save it for the end until he warned me that he was starting to get close.
“Do it~! Do it inside of me~! I want your babies~!” I tell him before moaning.
Gathering all of his strength and energy he plunges his dick deep inside of me before cumming and I felt a warm sensation in my womb.
Collapsing onto the messy bedsheets, he buries his face into my breasts making me giggle.
“You did amazing, baby~,” I complimented before pecking his forehead.
“Can you blame me? You have such a gorgeous body, I couldn’t resist,” He pointed out and I smiled.
“That’s what I like to hear, now get some rest, you need to restore your energy because mommy is going to want a repeat tomorrow night~,” I replied and he fell asleep into my chest.
With the contract being in effect for eternity, he was now forever mine as I belong to him. I will forever cherish and love Y/N with all my heart and my life.

A melodious chuckle slipped past your lips as you skipped down the stone path, arm linked with your best friend’s as the wind blew in your hair. Both of you were uncaring of the world around you, paying no mind to the odd looks shot your way from any lingering strangers strolling through the dully illuminated park. You couldn't remember what prompted this sudden burst of energy, but all you knew was that you’d never felt more free. In a land far away from the one filled with burdensome obligations, the only one in which you could achieve true happiness. Ha Sooyoung was your key to that world.
Without her it was simply black and white. She was your everything. Sooyoung brought meaning to your colourless life, setting it ablaze with her charming personality. She was by your side through thick and thin, always offering you a dazzling smile and a friendship that would last a lifetime. She’d first approached you at a dance competition in which you’d attended to support a friend, but you’d managed to catch her eye as you cheered passionately in the crowd. It was then that she knew she wanted you to be the one cheering for her in the future. All it took was a few flirty lines, shared giggles and the rest was history. Texting each other nonstop turned into daily face times and then weekly gatherings.
Two years later and you were still attached at the hip, spending every waking moment with each other. No matter where you were, if you were together, nothing else mattered. But as the months ticked by, things began to change. When you looked at her you were struck with an unexplainable feeling, something completely unknown. Sooyoung’s gentle gaze as she tried to playfully cheer you up when sad had butterflies fluttering to life inside your stomach. Her smug smile as she let a witty line roll carelessly off her tongue made heat rush to your cheeks. Every time her hand brushed against yours and she silently laced them together, biting back a shy smile as your heart jumped to life in your chest.
You were hopelessly in love with Ha Sooyoung.
She had you wrapped around her finger with ease. You couldn’t help but read into her actions, giving you the slightest glimmer of hope that she may actually return your feelings of adoration. The closeness of your friendship made it feel as though you had already engaged in a courtship. You held hands, cuddled, shared beds, went out on ‘dates’, she even kissed your cheek or forehead each time you parted ways. You were stuck between what was and what could be. When she was with you, everything was perfect, but when you were alone, questions regarding the relationship flooded your mind. More than friends, yet less than lovers.
“Y/n? Are you still with me?” Sooyoung asked, poking your cheek, she chuckled at your spaced out expression. Blinking rapidly, you stumbled back slightly at the close proximity of your faces, a pink hue tainting your cheeks. “Where’d that pretty little head of yours take you?” She inquired, raising a perfectly sculpted brow in curiosity. “It’s nothing,” you mumbled, averting your gaze shyly. “Is nothing really more important than being with your favourite person in the universe?” She teased, a smug expression already creeping onto her face. Grumbling, you sent a glare her way, slapping her shoulder playfully. “You’re such a flirt!” You complained, rolling your eyes at her witty line.
“How can I not flirt with someone as gorgeous as you~” She joked, wrapping an arm around your shoulders as she pulled you closer. “Shut up!” You exclaimed, eyes wide as you attempted to push her off you, but she only tugged you impossibly closer. Ducking your head in hopes of hiding the bright blush that spread across your face, you muttered profanities under your breath. You weren’t sure when, but the two of you began to stroll through the empty park, there was something dangerously calming about the silent night in Sooyoung’s arms. “I just had a terrible idea,” she whispered in your ear, pulling back as she eagerly awaited your response.
“Do I even wanna know?” You asked, gazing up to her with raised brows. “It doesn’t matter, you’ll do it with me anyway,” she grinned, holding her hand out to you expectantly. “I swear to god Sooyoung, I better not hate you after this.” You grumbled, reluctantly placing your hand in hers. You were swiftly yanked after Sooyoung as she dragged you further into the moonlit park. “You could never hate me!” She yelled over her shoulder smugly, pulling you towards the park's water feature. “Please tell me this isn’t what I think it is,” you whined as she came to an abrupt halt before a blast of water came shooting out from the ground.
Sooyoung turned to you with a mischevious grin, unable to hide the amusement that danced in her eyes. “You only live once,” she declared, shrugging her shoulders as she gazed at the several spurts of water bursting into the air. “I’d rather live without being drenched in a fountain at midnight,” you deadpanned, trying to free your hand from your grasp, but to no avail. “That’s just too bad,” Sooyoung hummed, a feigned expression of faux disappointment masking her features as she shook her head, tutting in disapproval. Your eyes widened as you were suddenly jerked under the spray of water, shrieking as it came in contact with you.
“YAH! HA SOOYOUNG!” You shouted, glaring up at the taller girl. She broke down in a fit of laughter, grasping at her stomach as it tensed with her joy. “I’m gonna kill you,” you yelled as she hastily ripped her hand from yours, darting into the spray of water in hopes of escaping your wrath. You wasted no time in breaking out into a sprint, chasing after her as she led you in circles. Laughter bubbled from your chests as you crashed into each other, her arms wrapping securely around your waist to ensure you didn’t slip. “You’re something else, Ha Sooyoung,” you stated, shaking your head in amusement.
“Hey, I’m older than you,” she scolded, playfully patting your butt with a teasing grin. “You’re already here now, no harm in staying, right?” She persuaded, using that dazzling smile of hers to convince you. “I hate you,” you groaned, letting your head fall on her shoulder, the fabric of your clothing sticking to your skin. “Lies,” her chest shook with laughter, the fountains spray landing water droplets on your head. “Would you care for a dance, M’Lady?” She asked, your ears picking up on the faintest music from afar, likely from a quaint cafe. “That’s your thing, not mine,” you reminded, content to just stay as you were.
“Just follow my lead,” she urged, grasping your hands and bringing them up to her neck. Rolling your eyes, you let your hands rest on her shoulders, attempting to ignore how close her face was to yours. You gasped as her hands gripped your hips, tugging you dangerously closer. She moved slowly to the tempo of the music, guiding you with each step she took. Sooyoung’s eyebrows were sewn together, lip jutting out in concentration. Your fingers curled into the delicate fabric of her dampened sweater, eyes roaming her face as you admired her natural beauty, features lit up by the moon's dull glow.
Once you found yourself in a rhythm, she tilted her head to meet your gaze, a ghost of a smile adorning her face. Her hand travelled up to gently caress your cheek, brushing a dampened strand of hair that stuck to your face behind your ear, the wet tangle tickling your neck. Her hand paused at your jaw, eyes staring deeply into your own, swirling with an emotion foreign to you. “Sooyoung..” you uttered in a whisper, eyes wide with intrigue. She hummed lowly, a far away look reflecting in her chocolate orbs, her dark locks brushing against your fingertips as you swayed to the music.
“I like you,” you admitted, the words flying from your parted lips before you had the chance to process them. One slip of the tongue and the fate of your friendship was left dangling by a fine thread. May it hang on, or fracture under the weight of your confession? A hint of a smile quirked the corner of her lips, your eyes shining hopefully, carefully observing for any details that may soften the blow of whatever was to come. It vanished just as quickly as it appeared, her forehead creasing in a conflicted frown. Sooyoung’s lips parted, but no words followed, the eerie silence of the still night ringing in your ears.
The intimate slow dance you shared came to an awkward halt, Sooyoung’s hand slipping from your face, your skin burning at the loss of contact. “I’m sorry,” Sooyoung choked out, the words piercing your heart. You swiftly nodded your head in understanding, a wordless plea for her not to continue, the outcome already made painfully clear. Sooyoung’s gaze was fixed on her shoes, as fidgeted with the hems of her sleeves, scuffing her boot against the stone. “I don’t know what to say,” she huffed as you sunk your teeth into your bottom lip, clenching your jaw in a desperate attempt to hold back your tears.
“I wish I could accept your feelings..” She trailed off, an uncomfortably tense atmosphere looming over the both of you. “It’s fine, I should probably get going anyway.” You rushed out, voice wavering as you blinked back the tears that threatened to fall. Quick to turn on your heel, you settled on escaping the scene as quickly as possible. “Wait! It’s late, at least let me walk you home,” Sooyoung grasped your wrist gently, forehead creased in a frown. You reluctantly turned to meet her gaze, fresh tears cascading down your cheeks, hoping the light spray of the fountain would mask your anguish.
Sooyoung’s grip loosened, eyes shining with tears of her own as she glanced at your bleak expression, your eyes dull. You wordlessly tugged your hand from hers, sniffling as you hastily walked away from her. She let you go. Sooyoung stared after you, watching attentively as you faded into the darkness of the night, her heart painfully thumping in her chest, aching with loss. “Fuck,” she muttered profanities under her breath, frustratedly running her hand through her hair. She merely stood numbly under the shower of water, letting it soak her clothes. She couldn’t bring herself to move, letting the water streak down her face alongside her freshly shed tears.
~~
You lay lifelessly in your bed, staring up at the ceiling blankly, ignoring the persistent grumble of your stomach. The day had progressed far too slowly for your liking, giving you far too much time to dwell on the previous night's catastrophe. Your emotions were yet to settle, a jumble of embarrassment, sadness and uncertainty remained with you. Unsure of the path your friendship with Sooyoung would lead to after this stumble. You awoke to a few stray messages from Sooyoung, subtly checking up on you, and asking if you wanted to hang out. You cringed at the thought, brushing her off with ease, saying you were feeling under the weather, not a complete lie.
A part of you felt bad, but you simply couldn’t bear to face her right now. You knew she still cared for you deeply, as did you, hating to think this must have troubled her too. You were relieved that she didn’t hate you for your abrupt confession, but that didn’t numb the pain of rejection. Opting to take a day off from life, you let your duvet swallow you whole, remaining unbothered by the hunger attempting to force you from your bed. Three heavy knocks on your wooden door startled you from your dazed state, jolting you up from your bed. Luck just wasn’t on your side lately.
Tying your tangled hair up in an attempt to maintain your decency, you pulled the door open with a frustrated sigh. Blinking in shock at the sight before you, your brows furrowed together in confusion. “Hey,” Sooyoung mumbled sheepishly, nervously scratching the back of her neck, a paper bag grasped tightly in her free hand. “Hey?” You questioned, warily stepping to the side to let her in. You weren’t cruel enough to make her awkwardly stand in the cold no matter how tense you were. Clicking the door shut, you turned to watch her curiously as she placed the bag on your counter.
“You said you were sick,” she explained, pulling a container of your favourite soup from it. Your heart ached as butterflies fluttered to life in your stomach, conflicted by her kind consideration. “Thank you, you didn’t have to,” you expressed your gratitude, trying to remember that she was still your friend, not just the person who shattered your heart into a million fine shards. “It’s the least I can do, it’s my fault you’re sick anyway. If I hadn’t dragged you into that water,” she stated regretfully, gazing at you apologetically. The silence was deafening, both of you just staring into eachothers eyes. Sooyoung’s chocolate orbs lit up as she reached back into the brown paper bag, breaking the silence as she riffled through it.
You couldn’t help but smile as she triumphantly held up your favourite movie in an attempt to cheer you up. She grinned at the sight, fulfilling her duties as your best friend, even if she was the one who’d caused you pain, she wouldn’t leave you stranded alone to wallow in your sadness. She settled on the couch, forehead creasing in a frown as you chose to sit in the furthest place from her. Sooyoung could hardly blame you for keeping your distance, but it didn’t make it hurt any less. As the movie progressed, you let out a few laughs, momentarily forgetting about everything that had transpired and just enjoying the company of your best friend.
One too many laughs had triggered a coughing fit to bubble up your throat. “Shit, Y/n!” Sooyoung cursed, rushing off to get you a glass of water before clumsily stumbling back to your side. You carefully gulped down the cold liquid, syphoning it to your tongue. Sooyoung’s hand resided on your back, rubbing it encouragingly as you recovered. She pressed the palm of her free hand to your forehead, scowling at the heat it emitted. “You’re burning up,” she informed, glancing at your wide eyed self. You awkwardly shuffled backwards, brushing off her hand, teeth sinking into your bottom lip in contemplation.
“Y/n..” She whispered, eyes reflecting a look of hurt. You pulled your knees up to your chest, feeling small under her gaze. “I’m sorry..” You trailed off, glancing to the empty bowl of homemade soup that lay before the glowing television screen. “I really do appreciate everything you’ve done for me,” you started, anxiously picking at the skin of your fingers. “But I think I just need some space,” you confessed, unable to meet her gaze. Sooyoung’s heart panged in her chest, hopelessly staring at your curled up figure. “I wish I was okay, I tried so hard to act like everything was fine..” You muttered guiltily, sighing at the current predicament.
“But to be honest, I’d be lying to you and myself if I kept going like this.” You admitted, voice trembling unsteadily. Sooyoung nodded in understanding, unsuccessful in blinking back her tears, letting them freely cascade down her cheeks. You were no better, meeting her gaze with tired eyes that shone with tears of your own. She wordlessly begins her retreat from your apartment, lingering near the door for a painful minute. “I’m sorry, Y/n.” Is all she says before slipping out of the door. “I hope this isn’t the end for us,” she whispers against the closed wooden door before reluctantly making her descent down the stone steps.
~~
The prospect of reaching out to Sooyoung only grew more tempting as time passed on, but you couldn’t trust your heart not to fall back into old patterns. It once beat for her, and there was no telling whether it would again or not. One look at her sweet smile and you were bound to fall prey to her charms all over again. Your heart ached in your chest at the thought, longing to be in her alluring presence once more. You had to move on, otherwise you would risk losing your friendship for more than just a temporary break. Unfortunately, overcoming your not so platonic feelings for Ha Sooyoung was a lot easier said than done.
There were several occasions in which you reached for your phone out of habit, wanting to text her about what was going on in your life or just to hear her voice again. You missed her so much it pained you to even think of her, how her soothing voice would always lull you to sleep on face time calls. The more you thought about everything she once was to you, the more you began to hate all those things that made you love her. What you despised most was that you couldn’t really hate her, she was not at fault for your misery. You were the one who had fallen hopelessly in love and now you were paying the price.
~~
Sooyoung hated how lost she was without you in her life. The two of you were constantly joined at the hip, her attention always focused solely on you. The distance only made things worse for Sooyoung. You were always on her mind, distracting her from her studies and keeping her up for numerous sleepless nights. You even invaded her dreams, images of how hurt and defeated you’d looked that day. She was always there to comfort you, no matter what the world thrust upon you. But she couldn’t live with the thought of her being the cause of your anguish.
She respected your wishes, keeping her distance and not making any contact with you. But oh how it pained her to do so. Sooyoung would always catch herself just before she clicked send on a drafted message intended for you. She had to fight so hard to resist the temptation of just showing up at your doorstep and admitting to everything she’d been hiding from you. How she had gotten accepted as a trainee at Block Berry Creative after going to the audition she’d told you about. You were the first person she would’ve called. She knows that she would have to give up the idea of a love life in favour of her dreams, that was the harsh reality of idol life. She was so tempted to throw it all away for you.
~~
As time went on, you began to heal, the distance doing great things for your heart. Regretfully, you never reached out to Sooyoung in fear of landing back at square one. Before you knew it, a year had passed and you had both gone your separate ways. Sooyoung had debuted as a member of Loona shortly after you two parted ways, and was swept up in idol life, giving her no time to reach out to you. She was so busy all the time, working tirelessly in the studio to perfect her talents, hardly given the chance to reminisce about the past. A part of her still longed for you, wishing that the outcome had been different, but it was too late to take it back now.
You strolled through the bustling streets with a pep in your step, phone clasped tightly in one hand, an iced latte in the other. The incessant honking horns of passing cars caught in traffic did nothing to deter your mood. You’d officially completed your studies and had been accepted to work at your dream job as an intern. Today was your day to celebrate, and you were determined to not let anything get in the way of your happiness. Overly caught up in your excitement, you failed to notice the vehicle speeding towards the crossing as you stepped onto it with purpose.
A piercing screech of tyre alerted you, snapping your head up, your lips parted in shock at the sight of a car barreling towards you at top speed. Scrunching your face up, you screwed your eyes shut in fear, accepting of the fate bestowed upon you. Expecting impact, you were startled by the harsh tug on your arm, stumbling backwards into your saviour’s chest. Your heart was pounding rapidly in your chest, unwilling to force your eyes open, plagued with fear and uncertainty about the events that had transpired.
“You should really be more careful,” a gruff voice commented in your ear, strong arms wrapping securely around your torso. You were thankful for the assistance, your knees having given out from shock. You felt oddly safe in the strangers arms, finding comfort in the security. “Are you okay?” She questioned, tone gentler this time, perhaps realising her initial comment may have been too harsh. You began to hesitantly nod your head, reluctantly removing yourself from the comfort of her arms. “Yeah, just peachy. It’s not everyday you almost die,” you attempted humour as a method of coping with the near death experience.
“Thank you, by the way,” you gazed into her chocolate brown eyes, forming a plan to express your gratitude. “No worries,” she nodded in acknowledgement, shifting her weight from one leg to another as you continued to stare up at her. “Are you sure you’re alright? I’m afraid that if I leave you alone again you may go stumbling in front of a stampede,” she joked, quirking a brow. “Then I suppose you’ll just have to save me again,” you grinned as she chuckled, running a hand through her dark locks. “Sure, princess,” she smirked, a blush spreading across your cheeks at the witty remark.
“I’m Heejin, by the way,” she introduced, a smug smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

“Sooyoung unnie,” Yerim called out to the dazed girl, pulling her back to reality. She hummed in response, glancing at the younger in curiosity. “What is it?” She questioned upon seeing the mischievous sparkle in Yerim’s large eyes. “Have you ever been in love?” She asked, an expression of innocence plastered on her youthful features. Sooyoung cleared her throat in surprise, eyes widening at the sudden boldness the younger had acquired. “Why, you haven’t been seeing anyone have you?” She teased, but there was an undertone of worry. She was so young, and the industry was brutal to those who happened to find love. Sooyoung knew that all too well.
“No, I’m too young for that,” Yerim shook her head rapidly in denial, frantically waving her hands about. “I’m only curious, you seem like you’d have more experience than the others,” she continued an eager smile adorning her lips. Sighing, Sooyoung shook her head in mild exhaustion, begging to stand. “It’s a long story, maybe another time,” she attempted to retire to her room, only to be stopped by a firm grip on her wrist. Spinning on her heel, Sooyoung raised a challenging brow at Heejin, who was previously seated quietly beside her. “I’m curious too,” she shrugged her shoulders, releasing her grip on the oldests hand.
“Fine,” Sooyoung huffed, giving in easily and plopping down on the comfortable couch cushions. “What do you want to know then?” She grunted, rolling her eyes in amusement at the way they eagerly approached her sides. “What’s it like?” Yerim asked, clasping her hands together in anticipation. “Love hurts,” the oldest stated bluntly, arms crossed over her chest in slight discomfort at the topic. “It’s not always sunshine and rainbows,” she continued, ignoring the way their eyebrows furrowed in confusion. “It doesn’t always work out,” Sooyoung said, a frown creeping onto her face as images of you infiltrated her mind.
“I loved someone,” she admitted, the words tasting bitter on her tongue. She had wished that you would be the one to hear this confession, it was meant for you after all. “And they loved me too,” Sooyoung uttered, a sad smile adorning her lips. She couldn’t bear to glance at Yerim’s hopeful gaze, it reminded her too much of how you’d looked at her the fateful night it all went wrong. “But love isn’t that simple, it’s more complex than two people sharing feelings for one another.” The oldest sunk her teeth into her pink lips, releasing a shaky breath.
“What do you mean?” Heejin asked, forehead creased in a frown. “I mean it takes more than that. No matter how much you love someone it doesn’t mean it’s the right time, and the moment you realise that is one of the most painful things you can experience.” Sooyoung elaborated, blinking back tears threatening to fall. “Sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s just the way of the world and there's nothing we can do but wonder what could have been,” she finished, abruptly rising to her feet.
Yerim stared after her in curiosity, tilting her head to the side, gnawing at the inside of her cheek in concern. Left restless by her members' blunt confessions, Yerim stumbled to her feet, staggering after Sooyoung. Heejin remained stiffly seated, toying with the hem of her shirt as she pondered the oldests words. She didn’t want to love only to wonder what it could have been. It felt worthless. If there was even the slightest chance that this was the right time for her, she wasn’t going to risk sitting back in fear of losing everything.
~~
You sat on your couch, chin perched atop your first as you gazed up at the television screen. Immersed in the drama, the rapid knocks on the door of your apartment almost went unnoticed. Huffing, you begrudgingly lifted yourself from the soft cushion, shuffling over to the door with reluctance. The hinges whined in protest as you carelessly swung it open, eyebrows sewn together in confusion at the sight before you. “Heejin?” You questioned, unable to mask the surprise that laced your tone.
It wasn’t uncommon for her to spend time passing in your apartment, but she wasn’t one to show up out of the blue. Ever since that fateful day she’d saved you from early demise, an unlikely friendship has blossomed between the two of you. You struggled to recall how you’d become so close so quickly, but you knew she made you happy, and that was all that truly mattered. She had a unique charm, as if an invisible force was pulling the two of you together. Heejin was a breath of fresh air, and you were her escape from the chaos that stormed her life on a daily basis.
“Hey, can I come in?” She asked, tone gentle as she gazed at you. “Do you even have to ask?” You smiled, moving aside so she could step past the threshold. You both made yourselves comfortable on the couch, sitting side by side, knees brushing against each other. Heejin’s eyes were instantly drawn to where your skin met hers, staring down in contemplation. You waited patiently for her to speak, stealing glances at her every few moments. She seemed to be having an internal battle with herself, gaze conflicted as she anxiously fiddled with her fingers.
“I don’t want you to hate me,” she began, lips twisting into a frown. “Heejin, I could never hate you,” you smiled reassuringly, reaching out to grasp her hand in your own. “I would like to believe that, but you can’t be certain, Y/n.” She muttered, sinking her teeth into the soft flesh of her bottom lip. “I promise I won’t,” you proposed, holding a pinky up to her. Sighing, she merely stared at your offered hand, brows furrowing in uncertainty. “Trust me,” you grinned, meeting her conflicted gaze. “I do,” she admitted, avoiding your gaze.
“Then tell me what’s troubling you so I can make it better,” you coaxed, watching as her hesitance began to crumble. “I like you, Y/n.” She confessed, surprised as the grin on your face never faded. “I like you too, Heejin,” you smiled, patting her shoulder gently, platonically. “No, Y/n, you don’t understand. I like you more than a friend should,” she explained, a sad smile adorning her lips. Your eyes widened in shock, mind working overtime to process her words carefully. “Why?” The words rolled off your tongue before you could stop them, wincing regretfully as soon as they left your mouth.
“For as long as I’ve known you, you’re all that I’ve been able to think about.” She admitted, a hint of a smile tugging at her lips. “Everything about you drives me insane, and I don’t want to spend a second wondering what I could be missing out on, not if I have a chance.” She declared, a determined look crossing her face. “I know you’ve been hurt before, Y/n. But if there’s even the slightest chance that you reciprocate my feelings I’d wait until the time is right, because you’re worth staying for.” She confessed, unable to stop the smile from spreading across her features.
“However, I understand if you don’t feel the same,” she acknowledged. When she finally took a moment to look at you, she was surprised by the toothy grin you greeted her with. “You’re smiling? You’re happy?” She spoke aloud, brows furrowing in mild confusion. “Of course I’m happy, don’t act so shocked.” You grinned bashfully, ducking your head in order to hide the rosy blush that tainted your cheeks. “I don’t think I understand,” Heejin shook her head, perplexed by your sudden joy. She glanced hopelessly at you, head tilting in bewilderment.
“I like you too, Heejin. More than a friend should,” you beamed, watching as the gears in her head began to turn. Blinking in surprise, scepticism filled her gaze. “I don’t know where this leaves us, but I want to take whatever ‘this’ is slowly.” You said, motioning between the two of you. Finally beginning to wrap her head around the situation, Heejin nodded eagerly, eyes shining with excitement. “Of course, anything for you,” she agreed, unable to stop herself from pulling you into a crushing hug. You giggled fondly at her, wrapping your arms around her neck, mirroring her happiness with a genuine smile of your own.
~~
Sooyoung stared blankly at the wall ahead of her, eyes void of any emotion. The chaos of her members' shouts fell deaf in her ears, her eyebrows sewn together in contemplation. She couldn’t help the feeling of loneliness that overcame her, it was puzzling. She was surrounded by the people she loved most, and yet she had never felt more alone. It had been over a year, but allowing her mind to slip back into thoughts of you sent her spiralling. She wanted a world in which she didn’t have to choose between her passion and her motivation. Pursuing a dream without you by her side felt much less rewarding.
So she allowed herself to wonder on sleepless nights, imagining the life she never stood a chance at. Sooyoung put herself through constant agony just to catch a glimpse of happiness. Thinking of you brought her nothing but joy, it was realising you were never going to have your happy ending that tortured her. There were times that she wondered where life would have taken her if she’d accepted your confession on that fateful day. She wouldn't have been able to debut and then would have never met any of her closest friends, those whom she considered her family.
A gentle tap on her shoulder had her blinking out of her daze, turning to face the source. “Are you alright?” Jiwoo asked, worry written on her face, eyes boring into Sooyoung’s soul. The older merely hummed in response, guilt clouding her mind as she avoided the concerned gaze of her member. She wondered how she could ever possibly imagine a life without them, regret instantly filled her mind at the thought. “Are you sure? You’ve been staring at the wall for a while,” the younger girl pressed further, reaching out to grasp Sooyoung’s hand. “Yeah, I was just thinking,” the taller girl answered softly, giving her hand a reassuring squeeze before retracting it.
“Okay, if you insist.” Jiwoo nodded in understanding, not entirely convinced by the older girl's claim. “You know I’m here for you, right?” The shorter girl asked, lips jutting out in a pout. Sooyoung grinned appreciatively, surprising the younger with a sudden hug. “Thank you,” she expressed her gratitude, not knowing just how much she longed to hear those words. Jiwoo mirrored her smile with one much brighter, gazing at Sooyoung with nothing but adoration. “Oh! Haseul asked me to let you know that Heejin is bringing a friend over for games night,” Jiwoo abruptly exclaimed upon remembering her initial reason for approaching the older girl.
~~
All twelve members were spread across the living room and kitchen. The younger half focused on picking out a plethora of games, occasionally wandering into the kitchen to steal snacks. The older girls prepared multiple bowls of snacking food, pulling a wide range of drinks from their fridge. They normally weren’t as organised, but Haseul insisted on creating a good first impression on Heejin’s friend before exposing their chaotic selves. Though it was a near impossible task, when the members inevitably got out of control or overly competitive, she would at least have nicely arranged food and drinks to offer as a distraction.
A faint knock on the door caught Sooyoung’s attention, allowing her to slip away from the chaos in order to greet the guest of honour. Opening the door without a second thought, she did a double take as she caught sight of you. She had half a mind to shut the door in your face, but thankfully decided it would be against her better judgement. “Y/n?” She questioned, eyes widening and lips parting in shock. Your mouth fell open, prepared to speak, but only silence followed. The both of you merely stared at each other, unprepared for the sudden reunion. Before either of you had the chance to speak, Heejin came barreling down the hall and straight into your arms.
“Y/n!” She exclaimed, greeting you with a hug and pressing a chaste kiss to your cheek. “You act like we haven’t seen each other in months,” you grinned, avoiding eye contact with Sooyoung, who watched the two of you in confusion. “It feels like I haven’t seen you in ages,” Heejin groaned as you pushed her away gently. “Well, now that you’ve met Sooyoung unnie, let me introduce you to the rest of my members,” the younger one grasped your hand, brushing past Sooyoung as she tugged you towards the living room.
Sooyoung remained in the doorway, stunned by your sudden reappearance in her life. Her feet were rooted to the ground as she stood unmoving, wondering if she had conjured up an illusion of your presence. Your melodious laughter echoed through the halls, likely a result of Yeojin’s outgoing personality. Sooyoung walked stiffly through the corridor, coming to a halt beside Jiwoo who eyed her curiously. “Everything alright?” She asked, gaze filled with genuine concern. The older one nodded uneasily, sneaking a glance at you. The shorter linked their arms together in comfort, offering silent understanding for her member.
Jiwoo gently tugged on her arm as everyone began to gather in a circle, keeping a hand on her at all times in order to keep her in the present moment and away from her thoughts. She remained attentive to her member as games night proceeded, glancing at her regularly, but not so often as to burden her. Jiwoo was worried about her. It wasn’t common for Sooyoung to act so dejected, she looked truly and utterly defeated by the events that were transpiring and Jiwoo couldn’t seem to understand why. No matter, she would blindly support her, concerned for her well-being. Her heart panged in her chest at the sight of her closest confidant so hurt.
Sooyoung couldn’t seem to keep her eyes off you, lingering where your hand was interlocked with Heejin. The way you two gazed at each other, sharing hushed whispers followed by shy laughter, thighs pressed flush against one another. A sad smile adorned her lips at the sight, she couldn’t help but be grateful that after all this time you were doing well. She was thankful that someone had been there for you after your parting, it brought her a sense of peace knowing that things had worked out in your favour. That you were happy. Happy without her. Better off without her. Shaking her head, she sniffled, excusing herself from the gathering.
The moment she reached her room, tears began to freely spill from her eyes, cascading down her cheeks. She buried her head in her hands, furiously wiping them away, but to no avail. The more she thought, the faster they flowed down her face. She allowed herself to finally fall prey to the feelings she’d fought so hard to suppress. She felt as though she’d lost a part of herself, never did she anticipate the newfound lightness she felt. It felt good to let it go, she was aware the sadness would plague her for days to come, but this was a start. “Sooyoung?” Your voice called into the darkness of her room.
She gazed up through teary eyes, wiping her tears in mild embarrassment as your blurred face appeared in her opened doorway. “Hey,” she mumbled, sniffling as the lamp on her bedside table flickered to light upon command. “Hey,” you greeted, awkwardly shifting your weight from one leg to another as you stared intently at the ground before you. “How have you been?” She asked, plastering a weak smile on her face. “Better lately,” you admitted, a shy smile adoring your lips. As much as the reason saddened her, she couldn’t help but feel a sense of relief hearing the words roll off your tongue.
“I’m sorry about the way things happened, I should’ve reached out,” Sooyoung muttered bitterly. You were quick to dismiss her statement, adamantly shaking your head and taking a confident step forward. “It’s my fault, I was the one who asked for space, you only respected my wishes,” you winced at the memory. “I suppose we both could have handled the situation differently,” she admitted, silently offering you a seat on her bed with a tap on the duvet. “How are you, Sooyoung?” You asked sympathetically. “Honestly? I’ve been better,” she admitted, releasing a tired sigh. You nodded briefly in acknowledgement.
A beat of silence passed, both of you unsure of how to proceed. “I’m happy for you,” Sooyoung expressed, tone conveying the utmost sincerity. One glance at her chocolate orbs that swirled integrity proved to be fatal. Your heat ached in your chest as memories of your prior friendship flooded your mind at a rate you struggled to comprehend. The disheartened, yet genuine smile that tugged at her pink lips told you a tale of her own misery as a result of the friendship's abrupt, untimely ending. At the sight of her eyes glistening with unshed tears, you felt a familiar sting in your own. “I missed you,” the words slipped past your lips carelessly.
Sooyoung knew you didn’t mean it in the way she’d dreamed of hearing it, but that was okay. “I missed you too, so much,” a choked sob ripped from her throat. She was going to be alright. Healing was a slow process, but she was ready. Ready to move on, it was time to let go of the past. “I hope we can be friends again one day,” you whispered, letting the tears freely cascade down your flushed cheeks. Friends. The word no longer infiltrated your hearts as a deadly poison, but instead became an antidote to your sorrows. “I’d really like that,” Sooyoung sent you a smile, untainted by the sadness that had once plagued her soul.
With that, you rose to your feet, Sooyoung mimicking your actions. Unable to hold yourselves back, your bodies gravitated towards each other, sharing a crushing hug. The two of you remained still for a moment, basking in the memories it brought back. “I’m proud of you, Sooyoungie,” you whispered in her ear. The words she’d longed to hear rolled off your tongue with ease, springing tears to her eyes. She couldn’t contain the overwhelming feeling of relief that overcame her, the words carrying a meaning much greater than any other praise. It was only now in this moment she knew she’d truly made it. Everything began to fall into place for Sooyoung.
A faint knock on Sooyoung’s door has you pulling away, gazing over your shoulder in curiosity. Upon looking up, you catch the eyes of Jiwoo, who lingered in the threshold, eyes dancing with uncertainty. She could almost sense the history between you, unsure of whether to give you two privacy or let her concern for the older member outweigh her doubts. Jiwoo watched as you leaned up to whisper something in Sooyoung’s ear, a mischievous smile playing on your lips. “I’ll see you later,” you muttered, slipping past the younger with a polite smile plastered on your face.
Jiwoo hesitantly entered the room, eyeing Sooyoung suspiciously. The older merely smiled brightly at her, a sudden sparkle replacing the once sullen look in her eye. “Why are you looking at me like that?” Jiwoo questioned, eyes narrowed sceptically. “No reason,” Sooyoung grinned sheepishly, a near unnoticeable pink tint spreading across her face. Shrugging it off, the shorter plopped herself comfortably on the older girl's bed, eyes widening upon taking in the sight of her tear stricken face. “What’s wrong?” She asked immediately, hand darting out to caress her dampened cheeks.
“I’m fine now that you’re here,” Sooyoung said, a smile adorning her lips. Jiwoo let out a squeak at the bold statement, wondering how the words rolled off her tongue with such effortless charm. “I’m worried about you,” the younger woman voiced her concerns, gnawing on the inside of her cheek. “I know you keep telling me that you’re fine, but I can tell that you’re not. I understand if you don’t want to talk about it though-” Jiwoo was cut off mid ramble as Sooyoung reached out to grasp the younger’s hand in her own. “I’ll admit that I haven’t been very honest with you lately, but I promise things are better now. I’m going to be okay,” Sooyoung assured both herself and Jiwoo.
Everything was going to be alright.

This was painful to edit considering the recent events that have transpired recently. I couldn’t bear to leave it with a sad ending, as Loona is going through enough as is at the moment.

Life just isn’t fair. How could the universe be so cruel to her, is all Sooyoung could think as she watched you from across the courtyard. You are so effortlessly beautiful but refuse to pay her the attention she so desperately craves from you. She looks like a puppy behind a cage longing to be with her human.
“Hey!” Sooyoung startles at the grape being hurled at her head, unceremoniously popping her in the eye.
“Well stop staring at her like that, you look too sad and I’m trying to enjoy my lunch,” Hyunjin grumbles, picking over her food while feigning annoyance at her older friend. Chaewon sits beside her girlfriend gently rubbing her back but stifling a laugh at Sooyoung’s outrageous face.
“I think it’s cute. You’ve never been this focused on one person for so long.” Chaewon’s smile is soft but teasing.
Sooyoung grunts at her friends and turns her head once again to look for you in the sea of other students. This time when her eyes find you, yours catch hers briefly before you roll your eyes and look away instantly. Ouch. Every time.
Times like these are times when she wishes she could erase her past, hell even up to last month. Ever since she first saw you in your first year at university, she’s wanted you. To be completely honest with herself it was lust at first sight initially. Sooyoung was known for her ridiculous charisma and good looks. Even garnering the nickname Yves two years before ever meeting you, it came to be a play on the biblical name because Sooyoung herself became known as the forbidden fruit of the campus.
She was always known for loving and leaving and never spent a long time with one person. Her longest and most notable relationship lasted 3 months with a girl who was much like her in reputation, but they ended things knowing it was better to be friends. So yes, admittedly, Sooyoung wanted you to join her roster of girls on campus that she had “conquered” so to speak.
What she didn’t know then was that she had met her match. When she first approached you, you had been kind. Then, when her motives became blunt and more apparent, you began distancing yourself. She figured she still had a chance if she played her cards right, but then you pledged to a sorority house full of girls that she had once strung along. Once word of her indiscretions made its way to you via your jealous sisters, Sooyoung experienced your thorns.
She could no longer even approach you; unfortunately, the more she got to know you, the deeper she fell. Now all she can do is watch and yearn for you from afar. She had continued playing around to keep her thoughts of you at bay, but it was no longer working and all she wanted was a chance to show you how serious she is about you.
“I just need the chance to show her I’m serious this time.” Sooyoung huffs, reaching out to steal a grape. Hyunjin watches in horror as one of her precious grapes falls victim to Sooyoung’s theft.
“I say gentle persistence is key here,” Chaewon speaks up while tossing one of her grapes into her girlfriend’s mouth, left hanging open in betrayal.
As she listens to her friend, she catches sight of you on your way to the art building, where she spends most of her class time. She shoves her last bite of apple into her mouth as she hurriedly tosses her stray notebooks in her bag before haphazardly slinging it over her shoulder. Sooyoung practically sprints across the courtyard and past other department buildings to catch up with you.
This would be the perfect time to try talking to you again. If she can talk to you one-on-one without your guard dog sorority sisters hovering over your shoulder, maybe she can at least get a friendly interaction with you.
You reach the study rooms and occupy an individual study room that you booked for today. Just as you are about to close the door behind you, Sooyoung slides in just behind you, clearly out of breath. Your brows knit together in confusion as she leans over with her hands on her knees, catching her breath.
“Yves…what are you doing? Didn’t I tell you I’m not interested?” You take a step back from the sweaty senior.
“And didn’t I tell you not to call me that? You know I much prefer to hear my actual name coming out of your pretty mouth.” Sooyoung catches the blush blossoming across your cheeks but also the rolling of your beautiful eyes.
“Listen. I already told you; I’m not going to sleep with you no matter how charming you are.”
“You think I’m charming?” Sooyoung beams at you with her devastating smile, and you feel your heart betraying you in your chest, beating out of control.
The smile is short-lived, as you eye her with no sense of amusement on your face. You sigh as you lean back, resting on the study desk behind you.
“I’m not interested in being a plaything. Everything about you screams fuck girl down to the testimonials from almost every girl I know on campus.” Sooyoung is so exasperated she just blurts out the first thing that comes to mind.
“Fuck what they have to say!” Her outburst surprises you both and she thinks about backpedaling but decides to just be honest about her feelings.
“That was a bit harsh but I’m serious. I was wrong for a lot of that but most of them knew it was a fling and still got upset when it ended. Now they are just jealous because you’re different!” She doesn’t know when she began her advance but now, she finds herself directly in front of you no more than two feet apart.
You aren’t quite sure how to respond. In your mind, all you can think about is what your friends have told you. But even then, you must admit that you’ve thought about her maybe just as long as you’ve known her. I mean, the woman is a work of art walking amongst mortals. Everything about her calls to a part of you that you wish you could just smother. Yet, every time she approaches you, even with her usual shtick to get in your pants, it’s a civil war in your heart.
How could you trust her to be serious about you when she hadn’t done so with anyone else prior? Where is the evidence that she’s capable of commitment? You’d just have to dip your toe in carefully if she was the road you want to take.
“Yves…” Shen leans closer, hands on either side of the desk you’re leaning on. “Sooyoung. Please call me Sooyoung,” So close you can feel her fruit-scented breath.
“Sooyoung,” There it is again, that ridiculously loveable smile breaking out on her face. “I’ll think about it.” You turn your head, to hide the vivid blush spreading across your face at her proximity.
Sooyoung considers her next move for a second before she acts. Her well-manicured hand gently caresses your cheek, shocking you into looking at her. Her thumb stroked over your blush, and you can read nothing but pure adoration in her eyes at this moment.
“That’s all I’m asking for. A chance of a chance, Y/n.”
Sooyoung remains in front of you, reaching behind you in order to put herself even deeper into your personal space to grab a sticky note off the desk. She pulls out a pen she was keeping in her pocket and writes down her phone number. She makes eye contact with you as she folds it once, then twice, and slips it into the front pocket of your jeans.
“Text me? Please?” Without waiting for your answer, she slips out of the study room and makes her way to the class that she is approximately 15 minutes late to now.
 ---------------------------------
The next 2 weeks were interesting for you to say the least. You didn’t use the number Sooyoung left you, but you also couldn’t throw it away. Since that day though Sooyoung has gone out of her way to follow you like a puppy. At first, it was irritating but after about day four, you found it sweet. She’d forgone her greasy behavior as best as she could and showed you a side you’ve never seen. A sweet one that had her stumbling over her own feet to catch even a glimpse of you and fumbling over her words to prevent saying the “wrong” thing. It’s endearing to you to watch a usually silver-tongued lady magnet trying so hard to impress you. But she hasn’t been even remotely sexual in her pursuit and that has made you comfortable.
Sitting in your room doing homework, you hear 2 gentle knocks on your door. You call whomever it is to enter and find an acquaintance you’ve made in the house named Patricia standing in your room with your close friend Jazz standing behind her. You sit back in your desk chair and face them with a smile.
“Hey, what’s up?” Your relaxed vibe is quickly stifled by the tense aura the two women ushers in with them.
“Maybe you can tell us,” Trish is the first to speak up, looking more than upset about something. Jazz rolls her eyes at the girl and sits on your bed closer to you.
“We just wanted to check on you. We’ve heard Yves has been following you around campus a lot lately when we’re not around.” Jazz watches you tense up at the mention of her name.
“No, she’s not bothering me. She’s been really sweet.” Your voice dies down at the end of your sentence when you hear Trish scoff at you.
“Yves? Sweet? You must be hallucinating or something. That girl is nothing but trouble for anyone she encounters.” Trish’s tone is harsh and borderline venomous. Jazz squints at her trying to shut her up.
“What Trish means is if you feel like Yves is harassing you all you have to do is tell us.” Jazz speaks cautiously. She’s only known you for the two years you’ve attended this school, but she knows you well enough to see there is something deeper going on here.
“Harassing me? No, she is super kind and respectful. If I was uncomfortable, I would handle it myself. She says she likes me so I’m thinking I want to give her a chance.
Patricia’s mask falls right then. She almost looks like a dragon, the way you and Jazz can almost see the smoke coming out of her mouth. After the initial look she gives you, she goes on a rant about how horrible Sooyoung is and how manipulative and cruel she was to her during their time “dating”. When she’s finished and gets no immediate response from you, she huffs and storms out of the room angrily.
You and Jazz sit in stunned silence following Patricia’s abrupt exit before Jazz lets out a slow whistle. The two of you turn to each other, eyes wide and mouths fishing to find words. Jazz is the first to break the silence.
“Sooo. That was a tad aggressive, huh?” The two of you burst into small giggles so as not to alert Trish if she’s still nearby.
“Look, I’m worried. I can’t pretend I’m not. But you’re a big girl and I can’t tell you who to see. Just promise me you’ll be careful here. If Yves tries any funny business, I’ll break her hands.” The snort you let out is involuntary.
“I appreciate that, Jazzy. And could you start calling her Sooyoung? She hates being called Yves.” Jazz’s eyebrows rise on her face.
“Oh, sure. I thought that was just her name, my bad.”
The two of you sit and talk more about Sooyoung and her latest efforts of trying to woo you. Jazz seems impressed though she still feels protective of you. The thought crosses her mind that she may have to protect you more from the very sorority she brought you into than Sooyoung.
Sooyoung stands looking at herself in her full-length mirror as Hyunjin lays on her bed and Chaewon fusses around her closet, helping her find an appropriate outfit to go on a date with you.
“Where are you taking her again?” Hyunjin speaks from her position on her back.
“Dinner at this nice restaurant my mom took me to a few months ago. It was awesome but not too fancy.” Sooyoung turns to face the couple with her nerves clearly through the roof.
“Hey, Sooyoung have you seen my brush anywhere?” Just then one of her roommates walks in. The blonde takes one look at Sooyoung in a dress suit and heels and lets out a wolf whistle.
“Haseul, come take a look at this!” Jinsol peeks out of the room, summoning their third roommate. Haseul enters the room and pauses in surprise.
“Who died?” Haseul asks the question seriously, but Jinsol snorts her laughter.
“If you guys aren’t going to help then leave.” Sooyoung was clearly aggravated/ Her nerves were already shot and she didn’t need this teasing right now.
“Sorry, sorry. It was just a surprise, that’s all. You don’t usually dress up for things. What’s the occasion.”
“She’s got a date,” Hyunjin says from her new position on her side, head propped up on her hand.
“Oooh, who’s the lucky one this time?” Jinsol wriggles her eyebrows at Sooyoung at the implication she’d be bringing someone home tonight.
“And is this one loud? I was starting to get used to the quiet. You haven’t brought anyone home in what? Like 2 months?” Haseul eyes Sooyoung with a suspicious look.
“She’s not just one. She’s the one.” Chaewon huffs at the two older girls while tossing a few outfits next to Hyunjin on the bed.
“Oh my gosh!” Haseul looks over the moon when the realization sets in for her, while Jinsol looks on impressed.
“Y/n finally agreed to go out with you?” Haseul squeals with glee when Sooyoung shyly nods at her friend.
“Oh, my goodness! Okay, we have to get you something perfect. Something that Y/n won’t be able to resist.” Haseul bustles over to the closet next to Chaewon and helps her rummage through Sooyoung’s closet.
“Babe, I still don’t see what’s wrong with what I picked.” Hyunjin huffs looking at Sooyoung’s current outfit.
“Nothing is wrong with it baby, it just might be a bit too formal for where they are going.” Chaewon presses a kiss on Hyunjin’s forehead.
“Well, what did you tell Y/n to wear?” Jinsol chimes in, striding over to sit next to Hyunjin on the bed.
“Business casual? Something nice but not overly formal.” Sooyoung chokes out, sweating bullets.
“Then let’s throw you in some khakis and a polo and call it a day,” Jinsol suggests. She regrets it soon after as Haseul and Chaewon blast her with a look that could paralyze and maul her. “Or not,” the blonde mumbles under her breath.
“Let’s try this.” Haseul pulls out what is probably the nicest grey sweater Sooyoung owns and a pair of black pants with tones of grey in them with flat-heeled boots to go with it.
Sooyoung puts the outfit on in the bathroom and returns in the outfit to cheer from all her friends.
“Chic and comfortable. Y/n won’t be able to take her eyes off you in this.” Haseul pipes up. Her chest puffs with pride since she was the one who found the outfit to begin with.
Here’s hoping, Sooyoung thinks as her friends see her out and wish her luck. With as much positive energy as she could gather, Sooyoung rides over to the house you stay in and gives you a call to alert you of her presence. You’d both already agreed it wouldn’t be the best idea to stand on the porch of a house full of girls that despise her.
Unfortunately, as you walk out to her car, she can see a particularly familiar but not necessarily friendly face standing in the doorway after you. Patricia Welsh, the girl that stalked her for a year after their fling ended. Sooyoung tenses her hand on the car door she’s holding open for you but when you get to her, she loosens up significantly.
Sooyoung does her best to forget that still ever-present crazy look in Patricia’s eyes as she closed your car door and made her way to the driver’s side. However, she quickly forgets everyone else as she realizes she has you willingly in her space. She’s for sure not going to waste this opportunity thinking about irrelevant things when she’s finally got you so close.
There’s plenty of small talk in the car to keep you both occupied and sated. When she arrives at the restaurant you look up in awe of the new location. You’re initially shocked that you’ve never been here since it’s not far from campus, but once you’re inside and see the prices you aren’t as surprised.
At first, you protest such an expensive restaurant but then your heart melts a bit when Sooyoung confesses she’s been saving quite a while for the off chance you’d allow her to take you out.
The two of you fall into easy conversation and slowly open up to each other. You find out Sooyoung is a big softy. You simply can’t see the horrible person that the others spoke about. All night she was perfectly sweet, and it felt so genuine you couldn’t help it. By the end of the first date, you already have a second secured, and soon after you’re sending her off with a pounding heart and a lingering kiss on her adorably freckled cheek.

Hi, this is the first time doing this but may I ask for one for Ikeprince where Belle was the childhood friend for the princes but they lost contact after many years and only meet again during the prologue. Thank you.
Rekindled Connection: IkePri Princes
I've officially returned! Thank you to everyone who's waited honestly. Also, I assume that you don't want me to spoil any content, so a few characters are omitted from the ask such as Gilbert, Silvio and Keith. Contains spoilers for Leon's and Luke's route mainly, but the rest are route spoilers inclined.
"The new Belle of Rholodite, YN." Sariel announced.
Jin Grandet
Even before the meeting, he dreaded the day to meet the new Belle. He was careful to hide his discontent from someone like Sariel and his younger brothers, promising to never involve himself with Belle
Your careful entrance to the hall where the princes gathered was expected, but Jin didn't expect… you. His princely seductive smile faltered, his face drawn to a harsh scowl instead
He knew who you were. He didn't know if the rest did,  but it didn't cross his mind as his fist slammed against the table
Leon and Chevalier stopped their welcoming greetings, the princes' eyes on their eldest. Jin stormed out, clutching you by the arm, before glowering at Sariel. "She was never supposed to be a part of this."
Your soft protests rang in his ears down the hallway, before Jin pulled you tight to his chest
"YN… Why did you become the Belle?" His voice near breaking, he'd never wish such a fate upon you, even if it was your way of reconnecting with him
The guards slowly closed on him, however, with Jin as your shield, the common guards couldn't bear the thought of harming the first Prince Jin Grandet
Nearing the gardens, you struggled enough to pull away from the prince who suddenly seized you. The frenzy of the day got to you, unable to even lift your head in front of the country's princes… The fear rushed to your head that one of the princes wanted to take you immediately
All panic fled once you saw the man with the brown hair who you met oh so long ago. "Jin…?"
He stopped, regretfully turning to you. "I'll explain more later," He said, glancing back at the advancing guards. "Trust me one more time, YN."
Chevalier Michel
Oh, how he wanted to curse his deceased father from beyond the grave… There was a note of familiarity when he first saw you
As much as he wanted to be delighted, his position was too fragile. He couldn't protect you definitely from those corrupt nobles
He let a few days past, before he heard a knock to his office door. You were there, as he predicted. You would've seeked him out, one way or another
He allowed Clavis and Nokto to be in the same room, so he wasn't surprised when your smiles and clumsy behaviour turned solemn upon meeting him
"I didn't mean to, Chev." You began. The other princes wondered how were you so bold to address the prince without title, much less a nickname
He hushed his brothers, before turning to Clavis. Whispers of preparations filled the room, before Chevalier got up, exiting the room just before whispering in your ear to follow Clavis' words
The first emotions that go through his head were of fondness towards you. There were many things he kept buried behind his aloof personality, you included
He had left, not sparing much of a glance to you. He's been pissed off the entire week due to you being Belle. He read your letters of your explanation before, remembering that it was tucked with the past writings he kept from you since you both were children
Of course things wouldn't go smoothly, with how cunning Sariel was. Nokto and Luke getting drunk with their older brother Jin was as much proof as he needed, and soon you were kept from him
Clavis and you weren't oblivious to the situation. Being forbidden from leaving the palace until you made your decision made your and Chevalier's life ever more difficult. It wasn't something you expected, but sooner it became more comfortable even with the sudden addition of secret lessons of queendom here and there as Chevalier wrote that it was for you
Your lives were still as separated as before, but the letters were ever so warm as you both hid behind the guise of your titles. It was not time yet to be reunited with your childhood lover, so all Chevalier could do was send you a rose from afar…
Clavis Lelouch
The first emotions that go through his head were of fondness towards you. There were many things he kept buried behind his aloof personality, you included
He couldn't believe that you were that person oh so long ago, and neither can you. Clavis now was unlike before, perhaps it was better to focus on the task at hand
He stumbled over you upon the first meeting, but you made an effort to avoid him afterwards… but gosh darn was this man persistent
Bringing up things of the past, wondering if you had him in your heart… How were you supposed to know that he was a prince all those years ago? The time it was only nailed into your head was when the soldiers showed up was to threaten your loved ones
All these years and he wasn't a prince who'd comply to such rules. The opportunity given by Sariel was a way to make things better at home, so you insisted to follow them by the book
Somehow someway, Clavis Lelouch finds a way where it was just a moment between you two. The aloof prince gone, and a glimpse of perhaps the shy prince you once fell for
"Back then, maybe I did care, Clavis," You said. "It's not the time for me to be nice to you anymore. I ask you do not address me as if I were your friend."
He held on to you, stating how he never forgot your kindness towards him and how he too was forced to throw you away. "Just once, may we begin anew?"
Multiple instances of his pleas and your wavering heart finally was his. The pace was by your terms as there were clearly rules against your relationship Not like Clavis cared much for the rules anyway…
He got a kick out of giving a few nobles a heart attack after oh so kindly threatening them to denounce his title if they deny your marriage…
Leon Dompteur
He doesn't mention it at first, as he wanted to confirm his suspicions. Back then, you were the young girl who would secretly hand them off food when your family bakery was near its closing
He remembered how you still continued such, even after his adoption. For years he had to find you once again after news of your family migrating to Obsidian. You being Belle is simply another part of you that would give him the pleasure of getting to know you once more
How you returned, he'd never knew. His other brothers must've realised how much you piqued the interest of Leon so much so that he invited you often for small talks
From a few moments of conversing, he doubted that you remembered him. Nonetheless, he wanted to know more about the one who saved him back then
The sliver of friendship back then began to grow into companionship. You were someone that Leon could visibly relax around, and Leon was someone you could forget your duties with
It wasn't until Yves found that you had a knack for baking, and soon your goodies were presented to Leon's faction Your good friend takes nothing but a loaf of bread, not even the sweets you laboured over…
It made you quite curious, yet you couldn’t help but giggle from the adorable Leon's face stuffed with bread
As you stare longer at his stuffed face, the roundness of his cheek and his glinting smile… It was a moment of dejavu. Particularly the small boy back then who would always smile after you gave him bread…
Shaking off the connection, you excused yourself as you tried to recount any memories of the boy and Leon. It was uncanny for sure, but the conclusions drawn up in your head were too close to be ignored
"I had a feeling you figured it out," The voice belonging to none other than Leon emerged next to you. "Hello YN, I've missed you."
Yves Kloss
He was… surprised to say the least. He was silent the entire meeting, not moving from his chair even at your personal introduction to him
He at first, was unsure if you recognised him. Everything that you knew of him back then… he’s a different Yves now. The childish promises weren’t something that he should believe in again
Back then, he was a hopeless child, wishing to the little girl in his eyes who was his princess with a promise of marriage. “YN… pwease marry me when… when I’m bigger!”
The mortifying scenarios that repeated back in his head only served to push him away from you. It’s best if you forgot about him really, as much as he feels inclined to uphold his promise…
Jealousy did not catch him when he saw you amongst his brothers, but the irritation of some of them to pursue you so recklessly made him want to jump in at the chance
He wasn’t being demanding, was he? It was only a simple invitation to a tea party… with just him involved. Well, anything to get you away from Nokto really
He noticed you carried with you a flower ring, usually of any strays from the gardeners. You’d keep it around your ring finger ever so tightly, being frightened if it were to fall off
Oh… what an idiotic child Yves was. He proposed to you with a flower ring. All these years, you’d waited for him
His constant glances at your finger, particularly the flower, made you laugh. “Belle… YN… You knew it was me didn’t you?”
You picked up one of his favourite tarts, holding it to his face. “And if I said yes, would you finally replace this flower ring on my finger with a real one?”
Licht Klein
He wasn’t someone that would attract too much attention, especially with how boisterous and loud the others were. Yet, he couldn’t shake your gaze off of him. Why were you so attentive to him?
There was some note of familiarity to how you acted. There was no air of nobility about you, instead a comfort that was akin to a friend that kept his attention
It… began to be distracting for him. Not an annoyance like Clavis, but distracting enough to be a constant reminder throughout his day. It was… a welcomed distraction, if he was fully honest with himself
The day where you observed your duties as Belle could make him care less, however the times where you were scheduled to visit made him much more active. His brothers saw his much more vocal participation in such meetings
Much to Licht’s own detriment, Clavis and Leon of all people, always informed where your location was. Leon much less, but he’d always find a way to give Licht a heads up. Clavis was much more of an annoyance, but Jin was the worst, giving Licht money to buy ‘nicer clothes to impress YN’
It was not until you gifted him a woven bracelet did he remember you. Unable to deny the flood of memories that struck him, he pulled you into a soft embrace, sniffling tears that stained your dress. Murmurs of ‘why didn’t you tell me’ and apologies spilled from him
All you did was reply, saying how much you missed him as you stroked his back gently. Yes, you were the little girl who always played with him and Nokto, constantly comforted Licht’s lonely moments until you were forcefully taken away from him
By law, the land you resided in belonged to Jade instead, and all form of contact lost except for a woven bracelet you last left when you played together. He kept it with him, treasuring it even to its last threads
As he thought about it, your predicament only angered him. You did not deserve to be thrown into a castle of beasts, surrounded by only those who wish to use you
His trajectory as a prince now included you, to free you from any burdens as Belle. He acts in secret, just as his feelings towards you. It is not the right time to tell you, so locked shall his affections be
Nokto Klein
He doesn’t recall you. None of it really. He truly made a fool of himself when it came to you. An honest fool in fact…
Nothing to you clicked for him. Really, it’s not his fault, given that you two were about the age of toddlers when you played with each other. You didn’t know it was him either, continuing on your days as normal
Nokto regardless was a flirtatious man to you. His affections did not cease, yet he’s drawn to you for your utter perseverance to refuse him. The person who really comforted you was none other that Licht, his own brother. Nokto found his twin embracing you in joy one day, and he was utterly confused
He trailed you and his twin, until the point he reached the servant’s quarters. What were you two doing there? Surely, Nokto thought that you were in a secret relationship with his own brother! One of the princes… It frustrated him so, realising that the flirtations turned to genuine love for you
He was being cynical, wanting to catch you and use such information against you but he stopped when Licht took out a beaded necklace to give to you. One that belonged to their mother’s loyal maid…
“How dare you?!” He stormed the room, ready to draw his sword to his own brother and you. Licht knew how much such memories meant to Nokto. The loyal maid in question was one who cared for them in the absence of their mother, in happier times…
“How dare I? How dare you!” You argued back, clutching the necklace. “This was my mother’s!” You ran out the door, leaving the two princes in shock
Licht simply looked at his brother in distaste, “I don’t have to spell everything out for you.” Heeding the words of his twin, he searched for you. It was not difficult, considering your limitations and boundaries within the castle walls.
For once in his life, he apologised. With full sincerity. “I didn’t realise you were… her. It all makes sense,” He added. “Your mother... she meant a lot to me.”
The comforting silence that hung between you two was enough for Nokto. His feelings would come after another apology, one for his jealousy and another for confessing his feelings. He would hope you waited, just as he did
Luke Randolph
He didn’t want to meet you personally, since any past connections would ruin his purpose being there. It would hurt to explain anything and everything that happened after you left
He was a silent observer, going out of his way to make sure your adjustment to the castle was as well as it could be. You were still surrounded by the beasts he called as his brothers after all
Despite his refusal to meet you, you find a way to surprise him regardless. He was often the consumer for your sweets, especially your honeyed cookies. It was too hard to pass up!
The differences in your schedules lead to your once childish exchange of letters. Small notes of ‘We’re meeting up right?’ or ‘Remember to bring some snacks…’ passed between you, reigniting the cheerful friendship once again
He often thinks to skip his missions and meetings that aren’t in the palace. He knew he was getting attached, and that was dangerous. Yet… seeing you innocently reading in the garden makes him want to abandon everything he’s worked for
He doesn’t end up skipping work due to your persistence, but regardless he is skipping if it involves escorting you anywhere. It’s just another hangout, with fancier clothes and food
Ah… he’s going crazy. The second time he’s escorting you, it hits him. It hits him hard how much he cares for you. It’s dangerous really, but he’s a beast. Danger often follows the beast…
Afterwards, he’s more forward, especially with his brothers that you’re his. Some understand, some intend to tease while others have the intention to pry you from his hands. They’ll have to deal with his bared fangs first
It’s a stupid decision to tell you everything, but many nights with a burden would bring anyone’s shoulders down. Those in the past, how much they mean to him… To him, you matter the most, when you hug your bear, allowing him to weep
Some things are left in the dark, but as they are brought to light, he hopes you’re able to face it with him together. “YN… if anything… put yourself first before me okay? Just like last time…”

🏞️ country!au bea & yves
when leon asked beatrice if she could give his brother a ride, he forgot to mention which brother. all she knew was that it was someone younger than leon, as he clearly said “little brother”. that meant four options: yves, licht, nokto or luke. she would say “yes” independently, but deep down she was hoping for a specific someone…
🌲🐈💐💗
beatrice wasn’t sure if she believed in love at first sight, but she couldn’t deny that she felt something when she saw yves for the first time. a need to know more about him, to get closer. but finding a good reason to talk to him was almost an impossible mission. her best friend, maeve, told her everything she knew about him, which made bea feel even more captivated, but not even that helped her. she wasn’t the most outgoing person on earth, but she had never felt so nervous next to someone. the words just didn’t come. so the moment she entered the street of rhodolite farm and saw a blonde man waiting in front of the gate, her heart almost stopped.
🌲🐈💐💗
yves was 99% sure leon was messing with him. again. he should be used to it by now, but every single time a little voice in his head says “what if it’s serious this time?”. now, he was waiting in front of the gate, not exactly sure why. all his older brother said was that he found a solution to his problem. after waiting for a few minutes, he was ready to go back inside, but a pink pickup truck caught his attention. only one person in that ridiculous town owned a pink truck, and yves wouldn’t admit it out loud, but he knew exactly who it was, even though he never exchanged more than two words with her.
🌲🐈💐💗
after beatrice parked, for a few minutes they only stared at each other, in complete silence. she was the first to open her mouth, her voice way shyer than usual, saying something about how leon asked her to give yves a ride to the big city. and yves replied in an annoyed tone that his brother always decides things without consulting him and that he didn’t need a ride. he was ready to complain some more, but then he looked at bea’s face again. she looked so much like a sad little kitten that he just stopped talking. why was she making that face? she couldn’t be sad because of what he just said, could she? before even realizing his own words, he mumbled that “since she was going to the city anyways, perhaps he could seize the opportunity, but only because his favorite fabric just ran out” (it did not). beatrice smiled at his answer, a sweet smile that made yves look away. now he remembered why he never talks to her… even without any words, she made him feel way too weird.
in the end, they went to the city together for the first time. and the ride there was incredible awkward.

Hey!! Can I ask for a scenario with LOONA's Chuuves (Chuu + Yves), where they are arguing on who you're favorite member LOONA member is and trying to give you gifts (bribe you) to choose them, but then you end up choosing someone else (because you can't choose between your girlfriends/want to mess with them a bit)? 💕
Chuu x Yves x Reader
I like.. Choerry
"Come on Y/N just tell Chuu I'm your favorite, you're just being cruel at this point."
Chuu looked at you angrily waiting for your answer, her cheeks all red because of how she keeps holding her breath out of anger, which to be honest is really cute.
"I won't choose, end of discussion."
You turned your back at them and walked towards the other girls, annoyed by this never ending argument. They followed you and sat on both of your sides, trapping you.
"You don't have to, you already did at some point, it's only natural."
Yves continued, she was unusally persistent today, Chuu probably told her she was your favorite.
You looked at the concerned girl suspisciously.
"You started this didn't you ?"
Your girlfriend looked at you innocently.
"I only said the truth."
"Which would be ?"
"That I'm your favorite out of the twelve of us because I'm the cutest."
The statement was obviously paired with a cute face, everything to make you agree. But you knew better than to get into your girlfriends' arguments.
"I never said that."
You wouldn't give them the possibility to put that on you, if they wanted to fight it'll be between the two of them.
You took your fork and were about to put it in your mouth when Yves cut you off.
"So I'm your favorite ! I knew it !"
You sighed, you weren't going to be able to eat at peace it seems.
"I didn't say that either."
"Oh come on you have to choose !"
You rolled your eyes.
"Okay Choerry is my favorite."
They were about to continue harassing you for an answer but stopped.
"Wait what ?"
"I like Choerry, now can I eat ?"
They both looked at each other while the other girls were laughing at their antics.
"You can't just say Choerry like that."
"Why not ?"
"She ain't cuter than me..." "..and she ain't sexier than me..."
Both were questioning their whole lives.
"Am I not sexy enough ?.." Yves was clearly in the middle of a mental breakdown.
"Olivia Hye I am cute, right ?"
"No."
You choke at her response even though it was expected.
Choerry obviously arrived at this moment and received terrifying stares from both of your girlfriends.
"What did I do again ?"
"Are you trying to steal our girlfriend ?"
"What ?! No, why ?"
"Y/N said you're her favourite, tell us your secret."
You took the knife out of Sooyoung's hands and put it down on the table far away from her reach.
"Oh thanks Y/N."
"You're welcome."
You chuckled at how she was blushing well until you felt two pairs of eyes digging holes in both your sides.
"Okay girls, that's enough I love you both very much, I don't have any favorite."
They both crossed their arms.
"Oh you do, we all heard it."
Man you were in deep trouble, you spend the rest of the day trying to make up with your girlfriends.
You knew you shouldn't have answered.

getting tattooed with yves.
you tagged along with him to go to his favourite tattoo artist, max, because he wanted to get a new piece for his sleeve. for some reason, he wouldn't tell you what exactly he was getting, stating that its a 'surprise'.
in a bid to turn the tables (mostly cause you dont like surprises and you're stubborn), you decided on a whim to also get a tattoo, and to not tell him what it is.
when you arrive at the tattoo shop, you're matched with the owner's apprentice, and they finish your (smol) tattoo rather quickly. yves stays by your side throughout the tattooing, holding your hand and trying not to glance at the tattoo you're getting. he gently gives you a gold sticker on your forehead for being good when getting tattooed.
next to get tattooed was yves, and he got tattooed by max, the owner. yves tattoo is a long process, as they're many details that require patience and precision. it ends up taking about 8 hours, and in those 8 hours, you decided to go out on a whim and get your septum pierced as well.
now, it was time for the final reveal. you guys played rock paper scissors to see who would show first, and you lost so your reveal was first. your tattoo was a little cursive 'y' that was located on the right side of your pelvis. it was done in both regular ink and uv ink, so it shows up in the daytime but also glows under black light.
yves was very very flattered and gently kissed you while thanking you. because you didn't have to get that tattooed; you could've gotten anything, but the fact that you thought of him first made him appreciate even more. he also let you know that the septum piercing suited you and he's glad that you both have matching septums now.
yves' tattoo was a shocker. it was a well detailed realistic portrait of your eyes on his forearm. done in black and grey but the eyes were in colour (same colour as yours). you were honestly speechless. you kissed him and told him you loved it sm, and he told you it was no big deal. yves jokes that now he's got you tattooed on him, you cant leave him cause he doesn't want to get a cover-up. you held his hand while he got wrapped up and told him that you're never going to leave.
and if you know yves, then you know he's going to hold you to your word by all means.
pro tip: dont promise your yandere that you'll never leave, no matter how sweet they may be.
(idk if any of this made sense??? but here's a similar image for what yves' tattoo looks like)

LOONA x fem!Reader - Princess of the Sun
A poem in which the sun princess Y/N has to make a decision which moon princess to marry. <3
warning: suggestive
Tumblr media
The princess of the sun opens her eyes
She shines upon the world, she brings the sunrise
The darkness of the night makes way for her light
As she is ecstatic for the events of tonight
A ceremony long awaited
A galaxy of days and nights will be created
As the Sun and the Moon entangle together
And golden rings signify their “forever”
Although first , she has to choose
With which princess the ceremony ensues
For the moon’s princess isn’t just one,
They’re twelve, and they all love the sun.
.
Is she going to choose princess HeeJin?
The one who’s hand is always reaching
Bringing Y/N’s fingers to her lips
And kissing them softly, causing an eclipse .
.
And if not, will it be princess HyunJin?
With whom she truly loves indulging
In countless, abundant pleasures
The one who makes her feel so treasured ?
.
She could go for princess HaSeul,
The one who takes her on adventures in the castle
And any time that princess Y/N would cry,
She would fill up with stars the entire night sky .
.
Ecstatic for her choice is also princess Vivi,
With whom she entrusts herself so freely,
Since there’s never any hint of doubt
Cause that’s what true love is all about .
.
At that moment, in her mind appears princess Yeojin,
And all the countless moments they spent watching
Over the whole endless Universe, and yet
It’s only princess Y/N that she wanted to get .
.
For princess Kim Lip, she feels a great adoration
As she introduces her to so many sensations ,
Especially in the crystal moonlit abyss
As their lips lock into an eternal kiss .
.
And then, there is princess Jinsoul,
The one that adores to take control .
Of Y/N’s pretty body, leaving moonlight on her skin
Always and forever lighting a fire within .
.
In her heart sparkles princess Choerry,
Glorious, celestial, like a fairy .
Her lips taste like candy, her fingers taste like cherries,
Princess Y/N is her sunshine and the one she wants to marry.
.
Princess Yves’ adoring eyes appear in her mind
And the burning desire when their hands entwine .
As graceful as Yves is as she is kind,
She loves to tell princess Y/N “You’re mine.”
.
She touches her lips as she thinks of princess Chuu,
There aren’t many things as pretty as those two .
Lips softly pressing against each other, oh yes, it is true,
That to make princess Y/N happy, there’s nothing Chuu wouldn’t do.
.
Princess Gowon, her moonlight shining,
On the sun’s princess, their destinies aligning .
All the things she whispers in Y/N’s ear
Makes sparkles all around them appear .
.
And finally, princess Olivia, the one
Who always melts the heart of the princess of the sun .
The one with which she’s spent the most nights together,
The princess that swore she’d adore her forever .
.
And finally, she’s made the decision.
It is time to uphold the tradition.
“Are you ready, princess Y/N?” asked the Cosmos, “With your decision as to who you’ll marry?”
“Yes, dear Cosmos,” Y/N smiled gracefully.
“I am ready.” 💖☀️

Sweet Boysenberry ~ Yves
A/N: Hi guys, girls, and non-binary pearls! I hope you're doing well as this week comes to a close. 🫶
TW: feelings of isolation and loneliness, but they are quickly resolved
♡ Masterlist ♡ 》》》 Prompt List

A Boysenberry Slushie is unlike anything you've ever had before. It's the odd one out among a selection of well-known flavors. Of course, there are sweet perks to sticking out, but the sourness of being alone can ruin the taste for some.
You and Yves were unlike each other, but that was pretty synonymous with your whole friend group. When they were happy, you were upset. They were good at dancing, and you were born with two left feet. Whatever they excelled in, you struggled with, and it felt like you would never truly fit in with your friends.
"Ah, Y/N-ah! Did you zone out again? I still need your help on this math problem, unless there's someone else you'd like to talk about~"
Yves' teasing tone and smirk cause you to cough and hide your embarrassment.
"No, let's get started. I'm sorry for zoning out… I was busy thinking about my busy schedule for the week."
Your cover is blown when Yves laughs, and you find yourself relaxing when she places a hand on your shoulder.
"I was just teasing. You can keep your secrets if you want, but I'm always down to talk with you about anything, okay?"
"Yeah, okay." You mutter, and that knot that's been in your chest for years starts to unfurl.
Maybe I'm not as isolated from them as I think I am… I just need to open up a little more.

Go back
little tip☕
It's almost halfway through the first semester and you were confident with your classes and your friends have been nothing but helpful. Nayeon had even suggested inviting them over for your break and that was still up for discussion.
The dreams and the heavy feeling of someone watching you was still there, but you were too busy with everything else that it often feels like it's not truly there.
You were good at distracting yourself.
You've also managed to meet one of the two werewolves at the campus, a quiet girl named Son Hyeju. And what was even more surprising was the fact that she approached you instead of the other way around.
News about you being a wolf had reached her and the girl was curious to know just who this new person was.
She was nice, despite her intimidating features. She helped you out with things no one other than Nayeon was capable of helping you with, and your friendship with the girl eventually bloomed into one of the closest you've had since coming here.
"Unnie, let's go." The younger girl called out while you were busy staring at the paper in your hands, walking mindlessly as she watched you. "I'm coming, I'm coming." You mutter without even looking her way and the dark haired girl only rolled her eyes before taking you by the elbow, guiding you down the hall so you don't bump into anyone.
For someone with heightened senses, you could be quite clumsy.
"What are you even reading?" Hyeju questioned as she pulled you closer, grumbling to herself about there being too many people. "History lesson." Is your simple reply and she rolls her eyes for the umpteenth time today because of course you were.
Something she's come to learn was your curiosity of the supernatural world. After the stories from your group of friends, you were even more intrigued by your own kind than anything. It also helped you have a better understanding about the people around you.
You figured it would also help you understand the unsettling feeling in your chest.
"Can't you read that later? I'm sure your friends are waiting for you and…"
When you don't hear the rest of her sentence, you slowly lift your head, blinking, before you're suddenly hit by a familiar scent that you've only smelled once before.
Roses.
What made the scent so distinct was the heavy smell of blood that laced with it and that alone made all the hairs on your body rise up.
Checking to see what Hyeju was staring at, you manage to see a group of people not standing too far away from the two of you. But your friend's glare was trained on a single person, one that looked oddly familiar, though you're sure you have no clue as to who she was.
But judging by the way she looked at you with disdain, you could tell that she was not happy with you.
"Uh, Hyeju?" You call, uncertain. "Who's that?" You ask carefully, only to feel her grip on your arm tighten. "Nobody important." She practically spits out before she starts to tug at your arm again, but you found yourself a little reluctant with following this time as your eyes once more fell on the pink haired individual.
"That's not someone you'd want to get yourself involved with, unnie. Trust me." The younger girl assures you with a more gentle squeeze. "She's bad news."
"But she's familiar."
Pausing in her tracks, Hyeju turns around so she's facing you and you shift from one foot to another. "I just… I feel like I might have seen her before and that's understandable but… it's her scent."
Hyeju eyes you quietly before she lets out a breath. "Her name is Ha Sooyoung." She starts while leading you to the side so you aren't blocking anyone's path. "She's one of the school's vampires and there's this story about how she turned and killed a few people a little while ago." You felt your heart skip a beat, fear creeping up your bones at the thought of people dying.
"We stay away from them. Vampires have made our lives a living hell in school, especially with our background, and Sooyoung isn't afraid to get her hands dirty or humiliate you in front of everyone." The younger girl explains with a stone cold expression. "For your sake, unnie, stay away from her."
And despite the warnings Hyeju had given you, your curiosity would always get the better of you. And when the familiarity of her scent doesn't stop bothering you, you let said curiosity do get the better of you.
"You should really listen to that friend of yours." Yeeun tells you when she finds you looking around the cafeteria. "As much as I'm not afraid of her, I don't want us getting into any trouble." The young elementalist states as she crosses her arms across her chest. "We're not getting in any trouble." You promise without turning to look at her. "There's no harm in looking."
"There is when a werewolf wants to get involved with a vampire." Jennie sighs when she finally joins you at the table, sensing the troubled look on Yeeun's face before she even gets there.
Frowning, you finally turn to your friends and catch the looks that they're giving you. "I just don't understand why she's so familiar somehow." Your frustration was becoming visible and Jennie placed a comforting hand on your shoulder, squeezing it for assurance. "Maybe you did know her in the past, but with the way things have been going, we don't want to risk anything." Your friend reasons and it's enough to calm you down somewhat.
But not to satisfy your curiosity.
…
"I swear if I end up lost in these woods I'm going to hurtle Chaein into the ocean." Despite your grumbling, you were faring quite well, navigating through the trees and finding the path whenever you'd get lost.
You thank your wolf for that.
And while you usually did your best never to enter any sort of wilderness without a companion, anyone that you'd be sure to ask to come with you was going to tell you that you shouldn't be here.
And you know that.
But you needed it… or so you told yourself.
There was already a pit forming in your stomach the moment you stepped foot onto the grass filled terrain but your determination to find out more about this Ha Sooyoung overcome that fear and fueled you to go further.
Foolish is what you'd call yourself later on. But as soon as you arrived at a clearing, you felt a bit of relief wash over you when you see a lake not that far away, so you take the opportunity to rest, taking your shoes and socks off to dip your feet into the cool and clear water, instantly allowing your muscles to relax as you breathed out.
Turning your e/c eyes to the sky, you mentally curse when you notice that it's almost sun down. "Of course it is."
"You know talking to yourself is sometimes a sign of you being crazy." A low and raspy voice greeted your ears and you immediately shot up, body tensing on impulse as you looked around to try and find the source of the sound.
"Then again… what even is crazy and what isn't?" You couldn't find anyone, but you could smell the faint scent of blood.
Well, at least Chaein wouldn't need to worry about drowning.
But why did that voice sound awfully familiar to you?
"Who are you?" You call out, sounding as confident as you could when deep down you were scared shitless as your senses heightened.
You weren't prepared for a fight. Even when Nayeon taught you everything you needed to know, fighting was never an option for you. Sure, you knew how to defend yourself, but if you could get out without having to touch anyone and vice versa, you'd book it.
The silence stretches on for a few more minutes before the rustling of leaves draws your attention to a tree that's slightly larger, and under the shade of it stood a figure you weren't expecting to see.
"... Siyeon?"
The familiarity suddenly made sense. And the ache in your chest suddenly started to bloom as you stared at the person who once meant the entire world to you… until your world came shattering down in blood and bones.
The blonde smiles wistfully while leaning against the large chunk of wood. "It's been a while." She says softly, her voice almost inaudible had your hearing not been dialed up to eleven.  "What are… how are you… "
Her expression only turns sadder as you splutter, unable to form a coherent sentence or ask what you needed to ask. "Missed me?" She inquired gently and you seemed to have lost your voice altogether.
What was she doing here?
"I thought you died…" She mutters while staring at your face, almost as though she hadn't memorized it enough when you were still a normal person. "Seems like fate has a twisted sense of humor." But despite the chuckle that falls from her lips, she doesn't find any of this amusing.
It was hurting her.
"What are you doing here?" Is all you manage to breathe out and she forgets for a moment that you have yet to grasp the situation you were in. "I'm…" Chewing on her lower lip, she let out a slow breath to recollect herself from the emotions that are trying to burst out of her chest.
"I'm sort of like you… but completely different, too."
That… that barely made any sense. What the hell did she mean by-”
"Siyeon, you know you shouldn't be out at this time." A new voice cuts in and your attention snaps to the newcomer with pink hair and dead eyes.
How and why did she know who Siyeon was?
"It's almost dark." The blonde says quietly, but it doesn't change anything on the other woman's expression. Instead, she follows Siyeon's line of sight before a scowl paints itself onto her features upon finding you there.
"What's a mutt like you doing here?" Sooyoung snaps when she steps in front of Siyeon. "Sooyoung-"
"I'm not a mutt." You bite back with a frown. "And I'm not here for trouble, I'm just here for answers." You clarify but Sooyoung isn't interested in anything that you're saying. "You either get out of here before the sun goes down or I'll make you regret it." She threatens but a hand on her shoulder pulls her back before Siyeon looks at her pleadingly.
"Sooyoung, don't."
You look at the two of them in confusion, puzzled as to what relationship they had with each other because the vampire suddenly…
Oh.
"You're like her…" Both of them look at you now and Siyeon gives a small nod before she finally steps forward, following as the shadow of the tree grows, allowing it to cover her like a blanket. "I know how this looks, but Y/n let me explain."
"There's nothing to explain." Sooyoung cuts in in a sharp tone but you soon turn to glare at her. "There is when my girlfriend was turned into a vampire!" You growl and Sooyoung tenses, fangs growing before she lets out a hiss. "You were gone for years. Do you think you still have the right to call her your girlfriend?"
Even when she did have a point, it wasn't like you had a choice. You thought you had died only to find out you turned into a werewolf, and to top it off your girlfriend - ex-girlfriend? - was now a fucking vampire.
And this girl? You wouldn't be surprised if they were together at this point with how she regarded you and the way you spoke about Siyeon. Or maybe it was one-sided based on how Siyeon was looking at you.
"This is my last warning, mutt." But this time, Siyeon turns to give her a glare, one Sooyoung refuses to back down from. "I said, don't." Her tone is hard and demanding, and the pink haired woman wants to argue, but seeing the look on the former's face made her back down, biting her tongue as she finally backed off.
Finally, Siyeon turned back to you, her expression softening when she met your curious gaze. "Can you come closer?" She asks softly and your gaze shifts between the two, catching the scowl on Sooyoung's face, before you finally take a step closer.
Siyeon meets you halfway once the sun allows her, by sinking further into the horizon, and soon you're an arm's length away from each other. And if she had a heartbeat you would surely hear it as she took in a deep inhale of air.
"You're really alive." She murmurs when her eyes trace over your features. "I thought we'd established that." You say, albeit a little nervous, because you still can't believe that she's right in front of you now after that fateful night.
A grin cracks over her features before she's pulling you into her arms, hugging you tight, and you could feel the coolness of her skin against your own warm one. She practically melts into you as your arms wrap tight around her waist, holding her close with relief washing over both of you, the piercing stare that Sooyoung sends your way becoming non existent.
"I missed you so much." She breathes into your ear and you bury your nose against her shoulder. "You have no idea how long I've been wanting to hold you like this again." She tells you and you give her a gentle squeeze. "Me too. I didn't think I'd ever see you again."
You both stand like that for a few more seconds before slowly pulling away, but her hands stay on your shoulders. "There's so much I want to say but for now, I'll tell you what you want first." She nods in Sooyoung's direction.
"I don't have anything to say to you." She scoffs, but Siyeon only rolls her eyes before she takes your hand and leads you to the other vampire. "Since Y/n says she needs answers, we're going to help her." She says cheerfully, completely ignoring the other, much to your amusement and Sooyoung's disdain.
"For now, let's go somewhere more safe."
..
"What's going on?" A shorter woman inquired. She had a sharp nose, matched with piercing brown eyes that were glaring daggers at the back of your head as Siyeon sat you down.
"Siyeon unnie found her dead girlfriend." Sooyoung grumbles with a scowl, arms crossed over her chest with her fists clenched. "And why does she smell like a fleabag?"
"Because she's a werewolf. Apparently, the one Nayeon turned the same night I found unnie." At that, the shorter woman's eyes widened before she's off her seat and marched over, but Sooyoung was quick enough to stop her, catching the flash of red in the older woman's eyes as she snarled. "Sua unnie, let her handle this. You know how she's been ever since we saw Y/n at school."
"That's a fucking mutt!" Bora scoffed, struggling in Sooyoung's hold. "She can't be here!"
"I don't like this as much as you do, but I'm doing this for Siyeon unnie." Sooyoung states in a calmer tone, one of them needing to keep a level head. "She needs this more than anyone. You know this." And much to Bora's chagrin, she knows that Sooyoung was right.
They'd sealed her fate that night when Sooyoung turned her, and as much as she tried to hide it, it was her guilt that allowed her to tolerate your presence within their home. Due to her recklessness, she ended up turning Siyeon, but it was all a means to save her life, albeit, not in the way the latter had consented to.
She was bleeding out that night, a large gash on both her stomach and leg. If Sooyoung hadn't stepped in, she would have most likely died that night.
"So… all this time you and I were dealing with the same thing." Siyeon's tone is somber, her expression one of sorrow when she realizes how cruel fate had been with you two. You were both walking the same yet different paths.
"It's been terrifying honestly, especially when school started." You lament, staring at your lap with a frown. "I had no idea who to turn to, everything was too much, and I didn't know anyone or what I was supposed to do. I just kept doing what I was told." You grimace as you remember those days, unsure of the people around you.
In those moments you had missed being an ordinary person without some sort of creature hiding inside of you.
"But you looked like you were quick to make friends." Siyeon says softly, though knowing you for as long as she has, she knows that you did have doubts when it came to something new.
And this was all definitely something new.
"I was still afraid of them before they became my friends. Jennie was intimidating and J always made sure to scare me." You mutter quietly, but contrary to your words, a fond smile makes its way to your face when you remember your friends. "They still scare me sometimes, but they're the best friends I never could have asked for."
Siyeon feels bittersweet with the revelation.
She's glad that you've found your own circle of friends that you could trust… but she's upset that she wasn't there with you through it all.
“I’m assuming you’re close with the other two werewolves on campus then?” She asks gently and you don’t hesitate when you nod your head. “Yoohyeon is more of an overgrown pup if I’m being honest. Hyeju is more intimidating despite being younger and shorter.” She snorts a little because she has seen Yoohyeon every now and then. The girl was too clumsy for her own good that sometimes even Siyeon couldn’t help but worry.
Though this Hyeju was a little more worrisome due to what Sooyoung had told her before.
“I’m glad that you have them in your circle.” She says that with nothing but sincerity and you can feel it in her words and the way that she looks at you. But there was an underlying message that told you a completely different story.
She was sorry.
She was sorry even when it wasn't her fault.
"Siyeon, I…"
But you don't know what to say. It wasn't your fault either, but what could you say in this situation?
Instead, you can only turn your head when you catch the sound of movement to your side. Immediately, you see Sooyoung and Bora, but there's that odd feeling again and as soon as your eyes lock with the former's, properly looking at her this time, all the hair on your body rises and you can feel the way your temperature shoots up.
And with the way Sooyoung's movement halts and her body grows rigid, Siyeon quickly notices.
"Did you just…"
Before you know it, your body connects with the floor with a sick crack, probably the tile breaking from the impact or your shoulder, you're not sure.
There's no pain though. It's nothing but a dull throb.
All you could really feel though was the body pressed against yours and the hand that tightens around your neck.
"You fucking imprinted on me?"
You know for a fact that you've fucked up.

like thinking of my ocs existing in the same sphere and I think in a scenario where yves/thalia/wren/shri’iia/xaphan are in the same team, both thalia and xaphan are the reason why this group is still surviving, wren tries to boost morale but mostly he sticks with xaphan bc thalia and shri’iia intimidates him and when yves admits she gets the durges shri’iia is like don’t we all

who in loona do you think can fight? how do you think they’d rank 1-12?
OK talking about physical fighting then I'll sort them into tiers
Would win a fight: Yeojin, Choerry (type that takes it WAY too far and gets charged with GBH), Gowon (psychological warface only you know she doesnt get her hands dirty), Chuu (duh), Kimlip (would act like a total wuss but then the talons come out... it's over...)
Would be technically good at fighting but can't bring themselves to fight outside of exceptional circumstances: YVES, Hyunjin (both too pacifistic), Hyeju (too cowardly)
Would be dogshit and hopeless: Vivi (she would never in her life be in a circumstance where a fight is demanded from her though), Heejin, Haseul, Jinsoul (these three both try it and get curbstomped :c)
