#a lot of poly ppl are just fuckboys

I honestly think a lot of poly people can’t actually handle the very real aspects of being poly:

- it’s not all compersion all the time and we have to be honest with how we feel AND COMMUNICATE AND LISTEN AND COLLABORATE

- it’s absolutely cheating if you can’t be honest with your casual and serious partners with who you are seeing/fucking/whatever or even what your specific poly arrangement is (and be upfront about that (it’s ok to not say who you’re hooking up with if that’s agreed upon))

- polyamory does not just include romantic and sexual relationships

- if you’re trying to fill “gaps” in your current relationship or even the relationship with yourself… please take a step back and be honest with what it is that you need (it’s ok to have lots of sex or lots of dates if you can be honest with what kind of need you’re fulfilling or even what your coping mechanisms are - awareness is the key to growth)

- and probably more things but I’m just out here trying to figure out how to effectively communicate my needs and feelings to the people in my life, knowing that it’s not just all “happy” or dissociated feels all the time (aka it’s hard as a recovering codependent who is also poly but I want to be honest and I want people to be honest with me)

BANGTAN

JIN — SOMEBODY…@defendkimseokjin…decided to ruin my life and helped jin snatch me in part by demanding a fic based off of these pics so that’s what’s coming out next!!! probably!!! don’t wanna say too much but i’m playing around with the “drunk confession” cliche. also was inspired to write this thing in which Jin is an old money socialite (and an asshole) and Reader, new money, winds up at this big weekend party he throws on his family’s private island? and…Things Happen? idk I’m still working on it

HOSEOK — as mentioned months ago at this point! frat/fuckboi Hoseok became something absolutely monstrous. will be of epic length, probably broken up into two or three parts…and the weird thing where Reader’s friend is geting married and Hoseok, who she’s got some sort of past with, is the choreographer for this dance being performed at the reception? I know how random it sounds but just…trust me it’ll be good. I think.

JIMIN — I’ve been planning the “duality of man” inspired fic for like? five months now. I started planning it the day after I saw BTS so…April 2nd? what the hell. I’ve written like…three paragraphs of it though!!! so that’s something. also the previously mentioned Modern Magical World AU which is entirely outlined and just…waiting :)

TAEHYUNG — ok so…post-apocalypse!AU but nuclear fallout style. Reader has made a living out of venturing outside of her safe city collecting personal items for ppl but one day she goes out too far and encounters new, unexpected dangers…she is badly injured, and after collapsing on her way home, she wakes up in a bunker where a man who has slowly lost his sanity, who hasn’t left the bunker since everything started, who calls himself The Tinker lives…if that sounds dumb to you I agree but idk I’m trying to make it work

JUNGKOOK — of course, the second part of What I Found In You. but in the interest of transparency, I haven’t written ANY of this yet and it’s not going to be the next thing I post…or the next thing after that, probably. I know, I’m the worst fiery burning trash and I deserve to suffer

YOONSEOK — another post-apocalypse!AU but this one IS about zombies AND it’s got poly!yoonseok x Reader. and I’m probably gonna KILL PEOPLE OFF IN IT! I mean you can’t expect me to let everyone survive in a zombie apocalypse AU, damn

SEVENTEEN

JUN — Reader and Jun were together. and then they weren’t, and that’s where our story picks up as they are trying to find someone else to gel with romantically and sexually...and failing miserably at that endeavor. so they find their way back to each other. but! in a rlly toxic kind of way ://

SOONYOUNG — so!!! I spent weeks outlining a whole 5 to 7 chapter fic called Absolutely Smitten in which Soonyoung and Reader are young high school teachers, Soonyoung is a dance coach and Reader teaches English…but I think the meticulous planning, which was needed!!!, killed off my interest in writing it. temporarily. but it has been a real labor of love and one day soon I’ll bring it back to life!!! also this fic I planned where he’s a drug dealer and his special stuff is called Hoshi and he gets Reader into a bad crowd and it’s a whole...thing...it’s actually rlly dark :)))

WONWOO — awhile back somebody requested “finding the perfect love but also having to separate because of it” and it went along with this soulmate AU that I had thought of, and that I’ve written this perfect perfect perfect end to. the goal is to make everyone cry when they read it. when I post it about thirty years from now!!!!!!!! it’ll be part of a soulmate series I’m doing for both SVT and BTS though

JIHOON — …..an…epilogue to Customer Satisfaction :)

MINGYU — I said this before but Customer Satisfaction is part of something I called the “9to5!series” in which Seventeen/sometimes Reader are inserted into retail types of jobs AND I’M doing one where Mingyu is the cute pizza delivery guy who Reader can’t help but be infatuated (obsessed) with but like…who could help it

HANSOL — another part of the soulmate series in which Hansol is Reader’s soulmate BUT! he dies before they can meet in real life, and then they start meeting and fall in love only in Reader’s dreams… :)

CHAN — I’ll reiterate it was supposed to be for his birthday!!! fluff in which grump Chan goes to the fair with the guys and *surprise* he meets The One there and spends the rest of the night trying to impress them 

SERIES??? I FEEL THESE SHOULD BE MENTIONED

OK BEAR WITH ME HERE!!!

the mysterious, elusive 9to5!series. everyone’s jobs are planned! i won’t say who’s what but here are some workplaces to look forward to: ice cream parlor, movie theater, flower shop, pet store, etc.

what I have affectionately titled BASEBALL!BANGTAN, obviously it’s BTS exclusive and you know what?? maybe nobody wants this but I, for one, love baseball and have put A LOT OF thought into these. every member’s story is a part of the same linear timeline in one season but with different Readers, of course. also the team is called the Bangtan Bombers. they’ll be written and posted in chronological order starting with Jin whose main story takes place in the pre-season and ending with Jungkook whose main story takes place at the end of the post-season. I’ve meticulously thought out and planned who plays what position and exactly what kind of player they’d be and idk. another real labor of love

THE SOULMATE SERIES!!! I have a list of soulmate AU’s but none of them are assigned and soulmate AU’s are the air that I breathe so I need this to be perfectly planned and executed…so it’ll take awhile

last but not least, I’ll write a bunch of domestic drabbles that I’ve already planned and assigned ppl for. they’ll be short and I should be able to write and post a bunch of those in no time :)
