I cannot tell you how many times in the last six months someone has read a new or newer fic of mine and said they (a new reader who has read nothing else I've done) "can't wait to see what you do next!" I've written 50+ fics and over a million words already.

"I don't know if you're still writing..." click on my profile. I am. I literally wrote a 128k+ fic for that ship last month.

"Would you ever do X?" "Please do Y!" I already did. Click on my name and look at my works.

Please. Please. I'm begging.

My biggest beef with the way Annabeth was written in the show is that I think Rick fell into his own trap. Like his whole thing with Annabeth is that just because someone doesn’t look smart doesn’t mean they aren’t. And while it’s about their literal looks for both the show and the book, book Annabeth also sometimes acted in ways that people wouldn’t stereotypically associate with “smart” because I think we’ve all be condition to think bbc sherlock no emotions genius is the only way to be smart. Book Annabeth acts super flustered around Luke because she's a kid and she has a crush on him, she's afraid of spiders, and wanted to see the arch just because she thought it was cool. In general book Annabeth is allowed to be sillier and have a wider range of emotions than show Annabeth without it detracting from the fact that Annabeth is smart. I find this whole "stoic genius" idea is often used to put down teenage girls for being dumb and superficial just because they show emotions and the only way to beat it is to be cold, calculating, and emotionless and most people just aren't like that.

Seeing new gl fans constantly trying to put shows and pairings against each other instead of appreciating the fact that we have had multiple quality shows come out in the span of months and currently have 6 six gls airing at the same time is disheartening. Back in my day (literally a year ago) we just had gap and then the drought.

How do you think a decision like that makes the general Israeli populace feel? Is not as if Israel needs to bombard the Gaza Strip.

That's really the question right. Throwing meat to the foaming at the mouth "declare the political prisoners legally dead and flatten Gaza" crowd, but Israel has always taken the lives of its own soldiers as quite a point of pride - I can imagine many people are uncomfortable with that & just trying to not think about it, but I think right now the shock and embarrassment from not seeing this attack coming is probably much stronger across the Israeli population than concerns over political prisoners, and the motivating force is more to restore image of military power. Grim either way.

One thing I will never understand is why some of y'all get so mad about Buck and Eddie being roughly the same age. I don't understand how people can learn that Eddie only enlisted when Shannon got pregnant and not just assume he was 18/19 when that happened.
