anyone else notice the pattern with the weekly genshin bosses?
stormterror - mondstadt archon quest
andrius - razor's story quest
childe - liyue archon quest
azhdaha - zhongli's story quest
la signora - inazuma archon quest
raiden puppet - ei's story quest
false god scaramouche - sumeru archon quest
guardian of apep's oasis - nahida's story quest
following this pattern, there will be 2 weekly bosses in fontaine, 2 in natlan, and 2 in snezhnaya; with one being unlocked by doing the archon quest, and the other by doing a character's story quest (most likely the archons')

Tao Te Ching, 71
Not-knowing is true knowledge. Presuming to know is a disease. First realize that you are sick; then you can move toward health. The Master is her own physician. She has healed herself of all knowing. Thus she is truly whole.
Another, more common version of the part about illness is, “Only when you are sick of your sickness will you cease to be sick.” Now, this isn’t talking about chronic illnesses or things that we treat. It is literally saying that the act of Presuming to Know Everything is an unnecessary illness that you can only cure in your own self. Of course, there are things that we can be relatively sure of, especially things that we have researched. But even the best scholars regularly question and critique the materials they read. You see, this illness of Presuming to Know is more accurately reflected in the person who, meeting someone for the first time, already believes that they can size up everything about the other. It is the person who believes that their scientific and medical knowledge, having only learned through social methods, is as advanced and accurate as a specialist in the field. Also, just throwing this out there, but for people who are aware of how the IQ scale works, for people who are aware of the Dunning-Kruger Effect, for people who are actually members of Mensa and the Triple Nine Society, hearing a person claim to have an IQ that doesn’t match their behavior or functioning type gives us really good information about how lacking in self awareness they actually are. Not to mention, it’s evidence of hubris. Personally, I respect a person who tells the truth about their skill sets, not a person who seeks to gain recognition based on false pretenses.
Trying not to rant today but this one is particularly bothersome when I share my autism and people say ignorant things like, “But I don’t think there’s anything wrong with you.” Because they’re right, there isn’t anything wrong with me. And there’s nothing wrong with my twin cousins who have symptom patterns that require a great deal more support than I do. I am proud of myself and I am proud of them. The problem arises, however, when someone like me is expected to wear the Mask of Appearing Not-Autistic ALL THE TIME because it is unsustainable and I cannot do it. I am not wired to behave or develop on the typical model and I find it disrespectful to be expected to be anyone but myself. If our culture could let go of the idea that we know how ALL people are supposed to act and function, it might actually be more realistic for me to achieve career success in a field suitable for a brain like mine. For those who believe that you MUST do A before B and B before C in terms of skill building, I just want to say, “ha ha ha, this is autism and it does what it wants. Get used to it.” Just because I’d make one hell of an analyst and can work as a member of a team doesn’t mean that I can smile and serve the general public... just like those who love working with people would struggle every day as an analyst or engineer.
