I saw some people I follow do this "What if" thing where their OCs/fankids are in @cuppajj 's Beast Ancients AU and I decided to join in the fun!

I think I'm gonna just do my fankids who are related to the ancients though because HAHA I have WAYYY too many-

Vanilla Roguefort Cookie

Status- Deceased

She and her siblings were in the Vanilla Kingdom when Saint Vanilla happened, unfortunately she couldn't run fast enough to escape from being "purified"..

Langsat Dragon Cookie

Status- Deceased

After Vanilla Roguefort's "purification", he decided to confront Saint Vanilla alone to buy some time for his remaining sibling to escape. He sadly didn't make it out alive and in the end was "purified" aswell..

Pure Passionfruit Cookie

Status- Alive

If watching their younger sister be "purified" wasn't enough, their own older brother sacrificed himself for them to escape, now they're all alone and wandering Earthbread to look for a safe place to take refuge.

Red Pear Dragon Cookie

Since Red Pear is quite easily influenced, they never questioned why the Red Dragon, Pitaya, had been shackled and studied underneath the castle. They just believe whatever is happening will be over soon and does everything Dragonberry tells them to without a single question or hesitation.

Unlike his younger sibling, he's not as easily influenced, but still does everything Dragonberry tells him to. He often sneaks to the castle underground to talk to Pitaya whenever there aren't many cookies around, he firmly believes he won't be caught anytime soon.

She was peacefully asleep when the entire kingdom started freezing, she was unnaware and froze without even having time to wake up..

He tried to rebel against Celestial Cheese, which in the end resulted in him being turned into a golden statue right in front of his younger sisters as an example to them..

Golden Pearl Cookie

Seeing her older brother being turned into gold, she made sure to give all her devotion. She never once made a mistake or went against Celestial Cheese since then, living in fear of being turned into gold if she did.

Charcoal Cheese Cookie

She visits her brother daily, never missing a single day. The day her brother was turned into a golden statue was extremely traumatizing for her, she rarely talks, eats, or sleeps.

Very loyal to Midnight Lily, never once even questioned her leadership, though she misses her old self very much.

Moonflower Cookie

One of the more notable differences when going from being a casual horror fan to a more seasoned veteran horror fan is when your favorite slasher changes.

The more casual fans will say "oh my favorite slasher is Freddy/Jason/Michael!" - the vanilla ice cream of faves.

You know you're in the weeds when you answer something like Chromeskull from Laid to Rest 1 & 2 or the Driller Killer from Slumber Party Massacre 2

in theory i like the monster under the bed, but in practice i'm abt to turn it off with mc command center

#it's happening CONSTANTLY now that the twins are children and sharing a room #and it always wakes both of them up i can't DO IT #this reminds of the time my sims had triplets and there was a bug in the game that made the monster appear EVERY NIGHT several times #and i didn't even use mods because this was when i played vanilla without mcc or anything #(it was before toddlers were even a thing)#and all the triplets were sharing the room and woke up like a minimum of three times a night #god it was so FRUSTRATING #(side note: that was the first and only time my sims have ever had triplets)#anyway ever since that incident ive detested the monster but ive kept it active bc it didn't happen very often when it was just fen #but now i'm turning it off i CANNOT do it #💬

'people should make weirder gender headcanons,' i say, looking at my main group of OCs, of which none of them use they/them except innocence (who is genderfluid)

#you have:#des (he/she bigender man/woman; no preference)#night (it/its; nonbinary butch lesbian [in a gender way])#silver (he/him agender with no gendered terms)#prayer (it/xe; some sort of genderweird)#grace (he/him in a vaguely transmasc way that isn't actually transmasc like he's not. binary. but he's also Not not binary??)#and moth (sae/sem/sair/sies/saeself; some flavor of transfem but in a very nonbinary way)#and innocence doesn't even Primarily use they/them. they cycle through Everything #i just use they/them for them because my brain shits itself if i try to rapid cycle through every pronoun possible #if you have two pronouns i'll alternate when i remember to. three i'll struggle but i'll try #4+ and i will probably give up and stick with one on any given day #i just cannot keep that much in my head and i cannot keep up with innocence's gender fuckery #this is why IWSY is second person! /hj #anyway i'm not biased at all why would you say that /s #IWSY #also yes i included innocence as an OC. let's be real past a certain point if you headcanon for them enough #they become an OC. mx 'has no canon dialogue and is mentioned exactly twice in vanilla and only once more in downpour' innocence #IWSY being second person is only partially a joke because that was a legitimate reason behind like. the design for the innocence of youth #i saw no canon pronouns for innocence and wind and was like. okay how do i write this in a way that completely avoids using pronouns #for innocence that ended up being writing their fic in second person #wind i did a funny thing of manipulating the narration to never use pronouns #i guess you could also say that in a way this influenced my all pronouns innocence and no pronouns wind #but that's not really it for innocence. genderfluidity just felt right for them

In case anyone was wondering where/what I've been up to: I've been sick as a dog and I haven't had the energy to make/produce Prodigy content like I've been wanting to because my brain is deep fried and I am Very Tired. But here is a vague list of what I've been *wanting* to work on:

1 - my threshhold-sona

2 - art/writing involving the other augments

3 - The Diviner Gets his Memories Back at the Absolute Worst Time

4 - The Prodigy kids are actually pretty normal compared to the other members of the Janeway Herd (a.k.a Janeway family reunion and everything is nuts)

5 - Unrelated Funny Fic with Neelix and his restaurant

6 - I feel like I'm forgetting what the rest of this list was supposed to have.

i miss the absolute whimsy and glee of being a prepubescent tween and loading up forge just to spend hours on my little world with my little town and little neighbors and little farms and little pets who follow me on missions

and i miss the goosebumps i felt placing down nine flowers into a 2x2 and tossing a diamond in only to be met with the most gorgeous, awe-inspiring scenery that made me feel like a little fairy girl sprinting between the giant toadstools looming overhead and weaving beneath the scratchy roots of the ginormous, almost omnipotent trees creating an ever-present twilight paradise beneath their thick canopy

also dungeons n mythical monsters n loot n shit
