Nami used to collect american girl dolls and she keeps them in a closet in her apartment. One day when usopp luffy and chopper were snooping around, they found the accursed closet and were scared shitless.

Usopp has an ant farm and luffy thinks its the coolest shit.

In this modern au, sanji takes the place of that one guy on tiktok who makes duets with cooking videos, and films until they put the entire block of cream cheese in the crock pot.

Even though nami has scary dog privilege when walking with zoro, its not just beneficial to her. In fact nami has outlawed zoro from going on walks in general alone, as he would get lost and need nami to walk to him to direct him home. Nami has scary dog privilege and zoro has sense of direction privilege when they walk together

Sanji and Nami rewatch Pretty Little Liars/ Gossip Girl/ Glee/ and other CW drama shows together.

Nami and Usopp always be shit talking someone/something. They are hateful bitches.

How luffy meets each of them:

Zoro- they met each other because the 24 hr gym Zoro works in is right down the street from Luffy’s apartment and one day Luffy was walking by at around 3 am and noticed Zoro in there. Luffy asks him if he wants to join him fucking around at 3 am on the streets of this city area they live in and Zoro accepts after a little convincing from Luffy. When they get outside Zoro’s like

“where’s the rest?”

“Of what?”

“Of your friends”

“Its just you rn”

“… :| i mean, i had assumed you werent alone”

“Nope!”

“HA OkAy”

Nami- they took the same economics course together. They were paired up in a project and hit it off after that and often had study sessions together. Their defining friendship maker though, was they teamed up to steal the answer key to the test they were both definitely going to fail because the class was bullshit.

Usopp- they had taken a graphic design course together. Luffy had no idea what he was doing the entire time and Usopp was very happy that he could impart his wisdom uponst this newcomer to the arts. Although luffy did already have some… incredible(?) art skills of his own already. It was instant chemistry for them honestly, their synergy just clicked and before they knew it, they were besties.

Sanji- works in the restaurant thats underneath the ASL brothers’ apartment complex. Their fist encounter with the restaurant was not of them going in to eat there, though. The trio were throwing around the ol’ pig skin in the street in front of their complex when luffy failed to catch the ball, and accidentally ricocheted it into the front window of the Baratie, through the eating area, over the counter, and into Mr. Zeff’s face. Zeff stormed out of the eatery and asked which of them destroyed his glass and hit him in the head

And luffy looks over and notices his brothers selling him out and is like “HEY!!! D:” So luffy was stationed as the place’s chore boy and met sanji while working there. 2 years later the debt was repayed, sanji and luffy are friends, and the Baratie is ASL’s fav eating place due to the great food, delightfully violent vibes, and great company.

when the tea gossipers gc moved in they all ended up writing like a document with multiple agreements

some of which being a cycle in which they will all cook for everyone, or if they're feeling lazy, they have to treat everyone out (but there's a $40 limit on how much they have to pay, anything more than that is either split between the rest of the three roomies or they'll each pay for their own drinks. tldr; there's lots of holes and amendments to this rule)

iwaizumi (although this applies to everyone, it's mainly for him since this is required in the rest of their jobs) is sworn to secrecy because he lives with three people who all specialize in dealing with serious cases and personal lives

omi is very admant about recycling. and he makes sure to wash out everything before it's recycled so that it's done properly (i'm projecting)

the tea gossipers went out to a sushi restaurant first before akaashi and y/n agreed it was too peaceful there and they wanted to go to a bar to drink (they're both only slightly tipsy atp, y/n doesn't feel like getting blackout drunk today and akaashi debating it rn)

the peas in a pod gc went to onigiri miya once omi got home when osamu stood there listening to atsumu explain the situation and try and convince omi to text y/n while omi ignored him the entire time

alright, picture me this, youve just moved with your dad to this nowhere town in texas. you know no one here, theres nothing to do, youve already graduated high school before the move. its just summer, in a strange place, full of strange people.

maybe youre kind of a farmers daughter type? youve moved onto a ranch, your dad is really into rodeos and he gets you your very own horse. but hell if you know how to ride a horse that big. youd only ever ridden ponies when you were little. its sweet of your dad though, at least now you have a friend to pass the time with.

on one particularly hot day your dad decides that you should go into town a grab a cool drink and enjoy some shade. you settle on the cute looking diner, very fitting for a town like this. if you happen to notice the cute boy behind the counter you dont say anything about it. just steal a couple glances at him, maybe blush a little pink when ordering your shirley temple with an extra cherry. if he notices how pretty your flowy little sundress hugs your waist or sits on top of your thighs while sitting in the booth, he doesnt say anything either. he simply makes a mental note to find out your name, he's sure youre new, he wouldve remembered you if youd gone to the school senior year.

some time later he meets your dad at one of his rodeos (competitions? idk, i am not a country girl yall). spots him in the crowd, sees his opportunity to find out your name. they get to chatting, your dads all too happy to talk about you, his pride and joy. he happens to mention that youre wanting to learn to ride your new horse. dodge happens to offer his assistance. how can he resist an opportunity like that? theres truly nothing he would love more than teach you how to ride... a horse, of course :)))

when your dad had told you hed found a cowboy to teach you how to ride, you had expected another one of your dads friends. already made peace with the fact that it would be slightly awkward but ultimately worth it. but then he shows up, the boy from the diner. a cowboy, huh? definitely not what you were expecting. but hes wearing the boots and the hat, he certainly looks the part. hopefully he can play it too. (also i need him to call me darling and tip his hat, i need to have it)

you try your best to get to know him while he's teaching you, but he's not big on answering questions, instead redirecting them back to you. he does laugh, a beautiful, intoxicating sound, when you make a joke about his name being very fitting. dodging all your questions. (legit giggling to myself rn) he tries to tell you about the town, but he doesnt know much more than you, except this weird game he's heard people are playing over the summer...

he asks a surprising amount of questions about your life, you had pegged him as the quiet, stoic type when you first saw him at the diner. but this charming cowboy whos teaching you how to bond with your horse - because apparently its important for her to trust you before you start riding her - is a totally different story. when you invite him in for some fresh lemonade, hes chatting away with your dad about rodeos and all the places nearby he needs to visit. it wasnt at all what you had expected from him.

he starts spending a lot of time around the farm, teaching you to ride your horse, your dad inviting him to come for dinner, or really any excuse he can find to drop by. hes totally enamoured with you, he even feels a little guilty about it. youre so innocent and pure-hearted, he really has no business flirting with you the way he is. hes sure you cant even tell most of the time, that same sweet smile on your lips every time he speaks. totally unaware of the way his gaze lingers, eyes wandering, glued to your ass when youre wearing those damned blue jeans.

it takes you a long time to learn how to ride your horse, but eventually you get good at it. the day you finally succeed at riding around the farm without his help, you both dread that it might be the last time he comes by. but the next time he shows up on a horse of his own. tells you that he wants to show you more of the area, he takes you around, you talk for hours. simply just enjoying each others company.

the time after that you're already waiting for him outside, that morning you had gotten up earlier than usual, just to spend extra time picking your outfit, styling your hair, blushing your cheeks. this continues for a while. your dad starts to notice, youre acting like a little schoolgirl around him. dodge can tell, hes basking in it, he loves it. his compliments become more frequent and more intentional.

eventually your dad insists on bringing you to one of the rodeos, youre hesitant, youd rather not end up trapped in a long conversation with one of his old friends. but when you realize that dodge will be there, competing, you immediately agree to go. youve never seen him in his element like that. you make sure to wear his favorite dress of yours and style your hair just the way he compliments it the most.

its not like youre together, but you want him to know that youre there for him. to see him. and oh he knows. the second he sees you, he knows. ugh he can barely contain himself. youre standing right there, dressed up just for him, watching him in awe as he hang on tight to the rowdy horse.

need him to come out all sweaty and running high on adrenaline. picking you up and spinning you around, his pretty little thing, all dressed up for him, special for him. i need him to be so caught up in the moment that he put his hat on your head, kissing your cheek. luckily your dad had left with some buddies, because everyone at the rodeo knows what it means to wear a cowboys hat, everyone but you. you dont realize that hes staking his claim on you, making it clear to anyone who looks at you that you're his. not that you would have minded that part if youd known.

i need someone to make comment/joke about the cowboy hat rule, and dodge teaching you to ride, to which you enthusiastically, but oh so very cluelessly, mention that yes, hes been trying teaching you for a while now. but that youre only just starting to it right, something about it all being in the hips. i need you to look up at him confused when he just drags you away, mumbling something about that guy being an ass and promising to explain later...

A/n: i've been wanting to write something else for santana for a while now, i've got somethings cooking up rn lol.

you were sat next to mercedes and kurt waiting for glee club to start. “so y/n, whats up with you and santana?” mercedes questioned. “yeah i want to know too. there has to be something there,” kurt added on. you shook your head before looking behind them at santana, who, to your surprise, was already looking at you. as soon as your eyes met hers she looked away. you shrugged this off as nothing but a judge mental glare and looked back at your friends, “nothings up, we hate each other” you said sternly. they both shook their heads, “one of you wants more,” kurt stated. you shook your head as schue walked in, cutting your conversation short.

“alright!” schuester clapped his hands together as he started, “this weeks lesson is a return of our duets! our duet for regionals needs to be killer guys!” he walked towards the piano and looked at the teenagers watching him. “the winner of our challenge will be singing at regionals,” rachel raised her hand, “will you let us pick our partners this time?” schue grinned before leaning down “i am so glad you asked rachel” he said as he stood back up straight with a hat in his hands. the glee club groaned. “who wants to draw first?” he quizzed.

rachel shot up and walked towards the piano before reaching her hand in the hat and grabbing out a piece of paper. “kurt” she read. kurt gave her a fake smile before looking towards you and mercedes and rolling his eyes. you shrugged and walked down next. you grabbed a piece of paper from the hat before looking at schue “can i grab a new one?” you questioned quietly. “no,” he said while shaking his head. you sighed before looking straight at the latina cheerleader you hated. “santana,” you stated.

mercedes and kurt let out muffled laughs before you shot them a glare quickly making them shut up. you walked back to your seat with a sigh, “you guys are gonna be dating by the end of this week, im calling it,” mercedes said as soon as you sat down, “shut up,” you snapped back.

after everyone got their partners, they went to begin working on their songs. you walked over to santana and sat next to her, ignoring any eye contact. she did the same before sighing, “we need to work together, we cant hate each other for this week,” she acknowledged. you nodded your head “i know.” you began “lets do something upbeat” she nodded "yeah let's do something we can dance to" she agreed. you shook your head before turning to look at her "im not as good of a dancer as you" you said. santana smiled at you as she made eye contact with you. "you've never complimented me before" she said softly, you shook your head "don't take it to heart" you stood up and looked down at her "tonight, your place, 5, we're gonna work on the song" you said before walking out of the choir room.

you knocked at her front door at 5:05. santana opened the door for you a few moments later, "youre late" she stated. you shrugged "and you waited for me," the cheerleader rolled her eyes "it's my house stupid, come on," she heaved, walking downstairs. you walked inside and shut the door before following her into the basement. she turned back to look at you "what song do you want to do?" she quizzed you. you sat down on a brown woven chair and shrugged "you have to choose" santana groaned and stood in front of you with her arms crossed, why is she kinda hot right now?, you thought ignoring what she was saying. "y/ln." she said sternly, making you come back to life. "what'd you say? i got distracted by your obnoxious decor" not your best comeback, the only thing you could think of at the time though. santana rolled her eyes and pulled you out of her chair. "that the worst thing you've ever said," she exhaled.

the cheerleader pulled out her phone, putting it on shuffle. "whatever song this lands on is the song we're going to do" you nodded and watched her. santana was staring at her phone, praying that it wouldn't play something dumb. you listened as her phone speakers began playing p.y.t by michael jackson. you both looked at each other and sighed. you weren't going to back out and reshuffle it, so you settled on it. "you're the dancer out of the two of us, you have to make the choreo" you stated as she put her phone down. "i need to know what you can do first" she looked at you as you shrugged. "make the choreo and i'll tell you if i can do it or not" santana groaned and crossed her arms while watching you. "i'll make all the harmonies, and you make the choreo, it's a perfect mashup" you said as you went to go find some paper and a pencil. "the cabinet to your left dumbass" she yelled out to you as she began listening to the song over and over, trying to visualize the choreography.

you ended up staying over for hours. "we should get something to eat" santana called out to you, looking at you sitting on the same woven chair you sat on forever ago, doodling on the paper you had found. you shrugged before nodding. "yeah sure, but we should cook something" the latina looked at you, slightly disgusted. "why would we do that?" you stood up and looked down at her "because it would be a good bonding experience" you answered, reaching your hand out to her. santana grabbed your hand, using it to pull herself up. the two of you walked up the stairs together and walked into the kitchen. "you're still holding my hand tana" you said with a smirk as she looked down at your hands. she quickly yanked her hand back, scoffing "you were holding my hand" she mumbled, clearly flustered by the nickname you called her. "do you know how to cook?" she asked. you nodded "yeah, what do you have?" santana shrugged before moving back to let you search around. you weren't exactly sure what you were going to make "can i just make mac and cheese?" you quizzed. you looked back at her "im just going to order a pizza" she stated before quickly calling a local pizza place before you could interrupt.

the pizza arrived after about twenty minutes. "hey can i ask you a question?" santana questioned you as she went to grab two plates. "sure what's up" you took a plate from her before grabbing a piece of pizza. "do you like anyone right now?" she questioned you as you two began walking back down to the basement, pizza in hand. "why do you want to know that?" you questioned in reply. she shrugged, "so i can tell them and ruin your chances, obviously" she sat down on the floor, leaving the chair open for you, you instead sat down next to her, leaning against the wall, "i don't know, i don't think so but maybe" you said in reply, not trying to give her too much information. santana looked kind of sad as she said "oh i see"

now, you didn't want to admit this, but maybe you were starting to catch feelings for santana. you liked how controlling she was, no one ever fought back against you. you admired that quality in her. you admired her work ethic, and that she said whatever she wanted. and, bonus, she's super hot.

once you two finished eating, santana started teaching you the choreography. “bend and snap” she says as she did the motions. “i expected you to make this harder” you stated as you copied her. the cheerleader scoffed “do you want me to make it harder?” she asked with a soft smirk on her face. you nodded “oh you’re going to regret that” she says smugly. you shrugged before sitting back down on the chair “i doubt it”

in glee club the next day, you and santana had decided to do your duet. “i dont know if i can do the dip” you whispered next to her. the cheerleader looked at you with a soft smile, “you can do it. i know you can” she reassured, gently taking your hand in hers. this caused you to smile and gently squeeze her hand, before you realized what was happening and yanked your hand back. santana frowned at this before looking straight ahead and straight faced, trying to avoid anyone seeing her emotion. schue walked in to the choir room “we have our first duet today, give it up for santana and y/n!” he said while clapping his hands near the end of his sentence. the glee club clapped along with him. you and santana walked down and looked at each other "you can do this" she whispered so only you could hear. you smiled and pointed to the band, causing them to begin playing the song.

neither you or she wanted to say this part, so you decided to flip a coin. it landed on heads. you chose heads. the rest of the performance went smoothly. the chemistry between you two was palpable. then, the scary part came, the dip.

the dip was when you dipped santana down between your legs before bringing her back up quickly and holding her close to your chest, ending the song. you were scared that you might drop her, you didn't think you had the strength. santana reassured you that even if you did drop her, she could save it and make it look like it was planned.

you quickly dipped her down before pulling her up, holding her against your chest as the song ended. you felt santanas breath against your neck. your hand gripped on her waist before you went for it. you placed your lips on hers, ignoring the glee club watching. the cheerleaders arms wrapped around your neck, deepening the kiss. you both saw fireworks. you continued like this for a few moments before schue walked over and tapped you on the shoulder "y/n, santana, wrap it up" you quickly opened your eyes before pulling away from her and running out of the choir room. santana chased after you, desperately trying to keep what she thought had formed.

"y/n wait!" she yelled out to you. you sighed and leaned against a locked, sitting down on the cold linoleum tile. santana stood in front of you and made eye contact "why did you kiss me?" she mumbled as she sat down across from you. you sighed and looked down at her "santana," you started, taking her hands in yours "yesterday, i think i caught feelings for you" she was about to speak before you cut her off "and i don't know if you like me back or what but i just-" santana cut you off with a quick kiss. you sat stunned before she pulled away "i have feelings for you too y/n" you stood up, pulling her up with you before kissing her deeply. she kissed you back as her arms wrapped around your neck. your hands gripped onto her waist as she pushed you against the locker. "we can't make out right now" you said in between kisses. santana pulled away and pouted "why not?" you chuckled and interlocked your hands before walking down the hallway "glee club is expecting us to make our relationship debut"

Your eating patterns are.. let's just say scattered

In the morning, you usually have breakfast with him, which was pretty early

For the last few days, you would eat when the sun is almost high in the sky

It genuinely makes him worry about your health.. you're an ordinary mortal, he's scared if something bad happens to you..

Night time comes, both of you were enjoying your time with each other

Usually at the Crux, it's always a large feast for everyone to gather around and eat

It's normal for you and Kazuha to feast together and both of you never missed it

But now it's a bit different

You told Beidou that you're a bit busy and probably going to end up in the room for a bit

She then gave you the idea that you could eat while working, so she then told Kazuha to bring you some food

You thanked her and it was going smoothly until.. you told him just bring the food to you later

Not only that, when both of you are at Liyue, you refuse to eat anything and told him that he can eat first

Kazuha won't eat if you're not going to (but he ended up eating because from your whines..)

Although you grab a drink or a bite-sized cake to consume.. it doesn't feel the same

It feels wrong for him to eat a full portion of food while you were only having a snack

He DESPERATELY needed you to eat with him or at least let him feed you with his cooking :(

One night, he decided to confront you about this, he knocks the door

''y/n.. it's me" he spoke, you responded with a hum and he then walks in, like usual.. you're working

"Darling, can we talk for a bit..?" he sat on the bed beside you

You then put your pen down, looking at him, "what is it, Kazu?" you tilt your head.

"I realized that you didn't want to eat.. are you okay?" he pats your head.

You kept quiet, you looked at him, hoping for an answer from you, "I just.. didn't feel like it.. although to be fair.. I am hungry..'' you explained, "nothing really tasted good.. even my favourite foods.." you continued

It saddens him.. not wanting to eat although you're hungry is far too concerning..

"My poor sunshine.." he gently pull you to his chest, you leaned your head more

He hums softly, twirling your hair gently

"I don't want you to get sick.. especially busy like this.." he holds you, sniffing your hair, "try to eat, okay..? it'll make you feel better.."

You nodded slowly, leaning against the desk for support you then rest on the bed beside him

Pulling out a bar of chocolate and snapping it, he then feeds it to you, you bite into it, "See? it's good, right..?" kisses your cheek

"It's.. sweet.." "I know.." he chuckled, pecking your lips

"Try to get some rest too, don't stress yourself out.." he smiled, you hummed as you continued eating the chocolate that he feed you

Just by you eating chocolate makes him happy a bit.. but it still a long way for it to go away.. :")

He knows damn well that you're a hardworker, but not this much-

You've been busy with the reports from the Akademiya

It takes quite a bit of your energy, but that's just how it is..

Alhaitham wasn't concerned about anything, he's glad that you have some productivity

After a bit, he noticed somethings wrong with you

When he prepared some snacks for you in your office, it often left untouched

Also, did I mentioned that you also got a bit isolated (EVEN FROM HIM)??

When he happened to met your friends, they told him that you also refused to go eat with them, even if they forced you, you only asked for a drink (non alcohol ofc)

It makes him worried for you, your work is also starting to get a bit more stressful every minute

Often times also, you came home and just continued to work.. not paying attention to him

..how odd he thought, the usual you would greet him with a kiss

Alhaitham then followed to the bedroom, to his surprised, you're not even resting.. you continued working..

His heart sinks a bit, just when did you stop resting..?

Approaching you, he was caught off guard by your soft whimpers

"y/n, what's wrong?" he went beside you quickly, rubbing your shoulder gently

"..mmh.. I feel sick.." you curled up a bit, trying to hold the pain

Holding you close to him, he gently soothes you, "want to go to the bathroom?" he rubs circles on your back

You shake your head, leaning more towards him, he then pick you up and move you to the bed

"Have you eaten today?" he asked, holding your hand gently, "I didn't saw you go out from your office.."

You look away, not wanting to face him, this made him more greedy for answers. "Is your work stressing you out? If yes, I can help you reduce it."

It sounds great actually, "..a bit.." you looked at him, smiling a bit, "and no.. I haven't eaten anything.." you looked at his hand that was holding yours

He wasn't surprised actually, and you also know that, "What would you like to eat?" he asked, you fall silent again, thinking deeply before then shaking your head, which made him frown

"Sorry.. it's just that every food that comes to my mind doesn't sound good, it makes my stomach uncomfortable.." you answered, "although yes.. I am hungry.."

Rubbing your hand again, he sighed, "How about I'll make you some soup?" it sounds a bit odd since he doesn't prefer eating it, but for you right now, he'll do it. You nodded

"Be right back." he kissed your hand before leaving the room

Although the smell of food that he was making was good, your stomach didn't agree, it churns a bit.. making you curled up again

It took a bit to calm it down, just in time when Alhaitham comes in

"Here.." he sat beside you, gently feeds you the soup, making sure it's not too hot

It hurts him to see you slightly frowned uncomfortably whilst holding your stomach at some of the bites..

You looked at him, as he was rubbing pain killer cream on your bites and hickeys. You were sitting on his lap, so he had access to your body, as he took care of you. He sighed and looked at you. He wanted to say something as he felt maybe he had no right to. He felt like he might've hurt you, or lost your trust. However, you gently cupped his face and smiled. You wanted to tell him that you understood why he did what he did.

He looked at you and sighed. "Why? Don’t humans...don’t human hate you after this?" You shook your head and began to kiss his cheek. he widen his eyes in surprised. "Its okay...just talk to me next time." You patiently smiled at him. After all, he has a lot to learn but he was willing to learn for you.

His gaze soften and gently pulled you into an embrace. He then started to rub cream on the hickies on your back, and began to check the bruises he accidentally gave you. He made sure you were resting in bed, as he was cooking your meals and making sure you recovered properly. Despite him not sure how to take care of a human being, he made sure to listen to your needs and wants.

Later on, you were avoiding Kazuha a bit due to the recent events, as you felt maybe your safe space was suddenly broken a bit. And of course, Kazuha noticed this. He does sigh at his own actions in shame, however, he didn’t know how to approach despite him seemingly he always know what he is doing. His emotions got the best of him as he had been feeling guilty. You were his one and only loving significant other, how could he treat you like a ragdoll as such.

Eventually, you two ended up being in a room alone. As you were stacking books in the bookshelf, and cleaning up. Kazuha entered as he needed a book to help him with his poetry, a reference book if you may. Kazuha stopped as he saw you, for a moment he thought about leaving as he didn’t want to make you uncomfortable however, he decided to maybe talk to you.

He walked up behind you, and gently placed a hand on the bookshelf. "Darling.." He whispered to you. You turned and looked at him, as you felt your heart pound. You never expected to talk to him or see him this soon near you. You looked at him and tried not to show your surprise.

"Can I...Can I hold you?" He held his hands up, as a way to show he won’t be rough with you in anyway. You thought for a moment and nodded. He gently wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close against him. "Darling, I am sorry for what did to you...I was frustrated and I shouldn’t have let it get to me so bad. I was immature...please...forgive me." You gently hugged him back and stayed silent. "How about tonight I can spoil you with kisses and cuddles and if you feel up to it, we can try a gentler time with our bodies?"

Later on, Xiao was massaging your thighs, hips and back. Nothing but guilt was coming out his mouth, as he felt regret for ever being rough with you. He brought you your meals, bathed you, lotioned you. He kissed on your bruises and wounds. He massaged your lower back as you complained that hurt you the most. He would feed you painkillers and rub medicine on the bruises and handprint bruises he caused on your body.

He would then cuddle you right after, rubbing your stomach, or back, to make sure you are comfortable enough to sleep. Xiao would look at you with a defeated gaze, as he was silent. You reached out and placed your hands on his chest. "What's wrong? Does your back hurt you again?" He asked, making sure you are okay before anything else.

You shook her head. "I..I forgive you, I get why you did what you did.." Xiao sighed. "I am still sorry...I was a child...that is not what you should expect from an adeptus of 2000 years old..." He looked at you. "Please, you need to make sure to stop me next time, or get away from me. I feel scared I might hurt you again...even worse...use my full strength..."

You smiled. "I trust you...you would never hurt me.." With those words, Xiao tried not to shed tears, as he was overthinking. The idea that he would accidentally kill you during these intimate moments, the idea of hurting you, the idea that he caused you misery and suffering. He couldn’t handle it. You continued to reassure him, as you felt how gentle his hands were on your tattered body.

Albedo was making medicine for your sore throat from recent events, as you were laying down. Your throat was red and sore. You were coughing. You felt Albedo feed you a serum to help with your throat. He fed you soft foods so you had an easier time swallowing. Albedo sighed as he knew he was responsible for this, no amount of consoling was enough to make him feel better. He wanted to take accountability so this is what he decided to do.

He was checking your throat, and making sure it was recovering. He was feeding you stew, soup, a lot of water based meals. He was giving you cough drops. Sometimes when things get to him bad, he was kiss your throat, and apologize to you in the most gentlest voice. "Dear...that was very barbaric of me...I never meant to ruin your throat as such with such tainting actions..."

He is aware you forgive him, however he couldn't forgive himself until he takes full responsibility for that throat of yours. He stopped everything, all his experiments, playtime with Klee, his main priority is you.

A:FoP Sky Breaker DLC Thoughts...

Alright so i finished the main story of the DLC and have let my thoughts cook for a minute. This is just some of my thoughts/opinions overall. I will have to do a separate post for my more intense thoughts because I managed to actually hit the character limit and I wasn't even halfway through everything (i didn't even know tumblr had one of those and I've been on here for over a decade)

Spoilers for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Sky Breaker DLC under the cut.

The opening? Gorgeous. Amazing. Fantastic. Obsessed with the little cut scene of our Sarentu on their Ikran. I am in love. I was really pleasantly surprised to see Kin right off the bat too! Thats my grandpa, i love him! And then walking with the Zakru and getting to hear other NPCs talking was really nice. I loved the banter about So'lek.

Getting into the main games camp was visually very pretty but confusing. I got lost immediately (distracted by the wandering Zakru) and accidently came in from the back? and then proceeded to not be able to find anything or anyone. I kept getting turned around and winding up back with Etuwa and Ka'nat. I did eventually find everyone else but it was a struggle.

Was Eetu only there at the very start??? He was hanging out with So'lek and having a very cute banter and then as everything progress he completely disappeared. Sosul too for that matter. It made me a little worried when he wasn't there after a while bc it felt like almost all the other key npcs got at least a small cameo in other quests but not Eetu? I got paranoid he died but also i think hes an important enough NPC that someone else would have said something if that was the case. I guess i just wanted more of him in general. (Im biased/delusional and ship him with my Sarentu, i will take literally anything)

Theres also a smaller moment, walking around where Teylan calls and starts talking about Nor, about how he would have loved the games, that really got me. For a second i actually thought Nor might come back later in the story, but given how things went it makes sense that he wouldnt. I do really hope that Nor shows up in the next DLC because I really need closure for him. He deserves to see and be a part of what his fellow Sarentu are building and to heal from all the hurt he has been through.

Can the Zeswa PLEASE catch a break? 😭 First the arches are collapsed, then Pasuk, now this?? I need this to be the last big bad thing that happens to them for a while.

More So'lek all the time please! I love him. I loved his role in the over all story and how he helps us throughout the final mission. He is the reason i am desperate for a romance in this game, but i can't have that so i'll just have to write it myself fhdjskghfs

With the last of TAP (more or less) gone now, I'm really curious about the next DLC and the general future of Frontiers. Secrets of the Spires comes out in Fall, which is rapidly approaching, but i doubt we will hear anything until like September at the earliest. I think I remember hearing about a new clan in the new area for that one?? (Could be wrong though) Im really curious what the plot for that one is gonna be now that Mercer and Harding are gone.

Hopefully we will see Nor again. I'm kinda also hoping for a movie cameo? like Norm or Max showing up? We got an audio cameo of Ardmore, i think it'd be cool to see some friendly faces or at least audio for one of those guys. I don't think we will get a Jake cameo but i would lose my mind if we did lol.

Im also really hoping that theres more content coming in the future? More DLC or comics or something cause AFoP is the only thing keeping me sane when it comes to Avatar Brainrot rn.

For ES!Sam:

again, i think LS!Sam reminds him the most of john, for a couple of reasons. for sam, he experienced john's parenting as mostly arguing and being unwilling to discuss/hear sam out. it's his way or the highway, and that's something sam really resents about his father (we're not breaking new ground here, lol.) he also hates not being treated like an equal/adult, and resents john for hiding things from him, and keeping him at a distance. sounds familiar? sam getting mad at john for being stubborn is real kettle-pot behaviour, but i digress. LS!Sam absolutely makes the ban on telling-them-the-future conversations. he has a very set idea of how things are supposed to go, and how they are supposed to act. he gets easily frustrated with ES!Sam because ES!Sam presses and presses and presses and wants to Be A Part Of Every Conversation All The Time. ES!Sam resents LS!Sam for "babying" him/not treating him like an equal. ES!Sam felt very patronized by john, and feels very patronized by LS!Sam--the holier-than-thou, i-know-better-than-you-end-of-discussion rubs him WRONG.

as for LS!Dean, i think he would appreciate the softness of him. john had quiet moments. again, if we're going with S!2, sam has softened towards his father in retrospect, so he's primed with john's better moments while he's mourning. LS!Dean is protective. he says simple facts, and it feels like more than the words do (you're my brother. and of course i look out for you. and yes, i am happy. and come here for a second. and are you okay?) he can of course see some of john's anger, but i think it would bother him a little less, because LS!Dean makes such a concentrated effort to make him feel included, and a part of this future. he invites sam out to the garage and cooks him breakfast and they bond over common things, like movies pre-2006. the most negative thing he can say about LS!Dean and john is his control. while LS!Sam is more stubborn, LS!Dean is more controlling. he's a little smothering with his mothering.

For ES!Dean:

with all the fawning he does, he sees mostly john's good qualities in LS!Sam. specifically, i think he sees a lot of the "doting" aspects of john's personality. sam keeps knick-knacks and photographs and takes charge like nobody's business. he's in charge because things work well that way. he's decisive, and true to himself, and knows exactly what he wants when he wants it. he has a truly encyclopedic knowledge of monsters, and is intensely protective of those in his life. the most negative thing he can say about LS!Sam and john is that LS!Sam tends to give orders. which ES!Dean follows, because while he wasn't always sure about dad, sammy has his best intentions at heart. unlike dad, sammy will never ask the impossible of him. sammy knows best.

however, he sees a lot of negative traits in LS!Dean. dad was absent, and emotionally manipulative, and drunk. he had a lot of anger that he kept beneath the surface, and you could be joking with him the one minute and being scolded in the other. you felt like the most important person in his world (high burden of emotional needs) and then he'd disappear for two months and leave you to fend for yourself. very up/down. he never remembers your birthday, but while elbow-deep into a fifth of whisky, he tells you that you and sammy are the only reason he still cares to be alive. he sees LS!Dean's short fuse, and it makes him angry. and it makes him sad. he sees the bottles and bottles and bottles of liquor that they have in the sammy-mandated recycling bin. he sees the hard set of his jaw and the crease between his brows, and the short, sharp replies. then he sees LS!Dean's soft looks with ES!Sam, his quiet devotion to LS!Sam, the far-away stare at nothing. he sees his father, haunted by ghosts and on a mission that LS!Dean seems hyper-focused on, but unsure what it is. so he tries to hyper-control everyone around him, and is so up/down about it that it gives dean whiplash.

i think overall, they will be a lot more critical of themselves than they will be of each other (bc this show loves to capitalize on some self-hating man pain, which...y'know. slay. that's why we're here.) so i think a lot of their perception of "john" qualities will be skewed. especially since we see S!2 boys, but especially dean, be more critical of their relationship with john.

if you had an angry man in your house, you will always have an angry man in your house, etc. etc.

again, i have NO IDEA if these john takes are hot takes because charlotte and i just go "i agree!" "i agree!" back and forth in an endless loop whenever we discuss the man in question. but i hope this was fun!

Tokyo Revengers Boys When You're Sick

Ft: Mikey, Draken, Takemitchy, Mitsuya, Baji, Hakkai, Chifuyu, Nahoya (Smiley), and Souya (Angry)

Creators Note: These were inspired by the fact that I am very much ill rn, and decided to write about these guys to cheer myself up! Ik it's not the typical theme of my writing, but I hope you guys will enjoy them regardless!^^

Mikey:

Honestly? He's not exactly the best option, but he's not the worst either.

For the most part, he's pretty chill for a caretaker, so for things like minor colds and stuff, he's actually the preferred choice for most of the gang members.

He's the type to sit and watch TV with you while you recover, and gives you ice cream or popsicles to soothe your throat. He also takes full advantage of the opportunity to make a blanket fort. Says it's to cheer you up, which is partly true.... But he also just really loves blanket forts.

He'll try to bribe you into taking medicine, but won't force you too, since he's also hesitant with taking the nasty cough syrups and pills that make you drowsy, so if it's not too bad, he might consider letting you off the hook.

Also, sorry to disappoint, but he can't cook worth a flip, so all of the chicken soup you get is gonna be from a can and cooked in the microwave. Half the time it's not even warmed up enough, but he tries his best nonetheless, and he'll keep reheating it as many times as it takes to get you to eat something.

Absolutely believes gatorade is a cure all and makes you drink a ridiculous amount of it while you're recovering. He thinks the yellow kind is a sin though and if you ask for it, he'll look at you with so much disdain in that moment that you'll wonder if he's plotting to murder you.

Overall, a great option if you're only suffering from something minor, but if you're really, really sick? Best to call someone a little more strict to put you on the right track to recovery!

Draken:

100% the mother hen of the group. I'm taking no criticism on this.

He doesn't exactly hover, but he is the type to check in on you periodically, and weaseling your way out of bed is going to be near impossible without a good excuse.

He won't take any bullcrap about medicine either, so unlike Mikey, you're not going to get much leeway with him, no matter how insignificant the illness.

If you ask him nicely, he might allow you to watch TV for a while if you're not too ill, but it comes at the cost of having to take a proper nap later.

If you have a fever though? Sorry about your luck. He might give you a book to entertain yourself but you're not getting out of that bed until your temperature is back to normal.

His style of care usually results in a lot of boredom for his reluctant patients, but on the flip side, they always recover remarkably quickly, so no one can really complain.

Takemitchy:

Takemitchy is definitely the type of guy to rush straight over with multiple bags worth of pharmacy supplies the second he hears someone is ill.

He's a bit of a nervous wreck about it, but he's actually not half bad at taking care of people when they're sick.

I feel like his adult side tends to present itself a lot more during times like this, especially with those that are really sick. It kind of baffles people how mature he sounds at these times.

He'll speak soothingly to them as he presses a cool cloth to their head, and always handles any of the tedious work involved with a smile.

His main goal is to make his patients as comfortable as he can, but he can also be surprisingly insistent when it comes to medicine and keeping them hydrated. Not Draken levels of strict, but he's not like Mikey either. He usually ends up resorting to some form of bribery.

He's a pretty good person to rely on during times like this... Except for the fact that he almost always ends up catching it too not long after... Oops.^^`

Hakkai:

He's admittedly a bit of a nervous wreck, probably worst than Takemitchy to be honest.

Given the type of upbringing he had, he's not very experienced with things like this, but he'll do his best nonetheless.

He's the type to go to the pharmacy and get at least 3-5 different types of the same medicine just to be sure he gets something you can take. The poor pharmacy workers usually have to help him pick out what he actually needs so he doesn't try to buy half the store.

Constantly calls and texts Mitsuya the entire time for advice. Eventually to the point he just comes over himself to help after he gets the fourth call wondering if he should bring you to the hospital because you sneezed a little too hard.

Once he gets the hang of things, he'd probably be pretty okay at it, but he definitely needs some practice.

He's very gentle and only wants the best for the person he's caring for, so even if he doesn't quite know what he's doing, he'll put his best foot forward regardless.

Not the best option when it comes to overall experience, but if you give him a chance, he'll do his best to help you all he can until you're better.

Mitsuya:

Andddd, the second mother hen of Toman enters the chat.

Absolutely knows what he's doing the entire time, and is probably the most knowledgeable out of all the Toman guys when it comes to this kind of stuff.

He's taken care of both his little sisters for years, so he has plenty of practice with all kinds of random colds and stomach bugs.

Has a whole arsenal of different natural remedies that he's acquired over the years to help speed up recovery and relieve symptoms.

He's pretty similar to Draken in a lot of ways when it comes to care, but he's also a little softer about it if that makes sense?

Has a bad habit of shifting into older brother mode with his patients, and will often slip up by saying his sisters' names when he's preoccupied and talking to them, running his fingers through their hair, putting on cartoons, tucking them in, humming, etc.

He often gets teased about this, but he doesn't really take it to heart and usually just laughs it off. No one really minds it anyway, and most see it as just one of his more endearing traits. Some even find it comforting, though they won't admit it.

He also doesn't get sick very easily, and rarely ends up catching anything himself, so telling him to stay away for fear of spreading it to him won't deter him much.

Maybe I'm being biased just a little, but he'd absolutely be my first choice. Mitsuya knows his stuff.

Chifuyu:

Has absolutely no idea what the heck he's doing.

He'll show up to your house with a ton of random supplies, though half of them don't even make any sense. Amongst all the saltines, soup cans, and cough syrup, there are a bunch of things that even he doesn't know why he brought them. He just packed/bought them out of panic and impulse.

"Chifuyu.... Why is there a 5lb bag of gummy bears in here?" "...You don't like gummy bears? 🥺"

That sort of thing.

Once he gets the hang of it, he's not that bad at it, but he's definitely very awkward and nervous about it.

He's somewhat hovery, but more in a distant sort of way, since he's afraid to make you feel worse. He'll kinda just watch you from the kitchen while you sleep on the couch, or he'll pop his head in your door 40 times per hour if you're in your room.

He reads the back of the medicine bottle at least seven times for fear of overdosing you.

Totally forgets to look at the front label because of it, and unintentionally knocks you out cold for seven hours with NyQuil.

He still hasn't stopped apologizing for that yet.

Baji:

Baji is.... Admittedly not the best person to call for this sort of thing.

Depending on who you are, he might even hang up when you call complaining about your cold, telling you to 'keep your germs to yourself' and to 'man up' lol.

On the off chance that he does decide to come help you out though, he'll do his best, but much like Chifuyu, he's very inexperienced at this kind of stuff

Baji is the type to ride out his illnesses the hard way, and he treats his patients no differently.

Soup? That's for wimps. Just eat a peanut butter sandwich or something.

Medicine? That's not how you build an immune system. You stomp that illness into the ground with nothing but blood, sweat, and tears.

In most cases, he'll end up having to call Draken to come bail him out cause he made the person he's taking care of cry.

His only good trait is that he's basically a walking space heater, so if you can trick or bribe him into sitting next to you, you get a heating pad that doesn't need any electricity or to be reheated.

Makes up for everything else tbh.

Souya and Nahoya:

Ultimate good cop, bad cop duo. Angry being the good cop in this situation, while Smiley is the bad cop. Ironic right?

Smiley is more the tough love type who makes you take your medicine, eat, stay hydrated, etc.

He won't admit it, but he honestly gets a bit of a kick out of watching their grossed out faces after taking medicine. It's half the reason he even agreed to this in the first place.

Angry, on the other hand, is the type that gets super empathetic about it. Super cuddly and sweet, and he's eager to do whatever it takes to help you get back on your feet.

His one problem is that he tends to get sick a lot easier than Smiley, so it usually ends with both of you being sick and being taken care of by the older twin for the last half.

Yeah. Mr. "Murder! Yay!" Is going to be you guys' nurse for the duration of your sickness. Good luck...

But at least you have someone to suffer and watch stupid shows with?...

Hi everyone here's my secret boss yaayyy (I'm totally not writing this on the last day)

*anyways,* meet scruffy!

yup, I told you the inspiration would be weird. scruffy is my chapter 5 secret boss for my take for the holiday Mansion dark world, and if you couldn't already tell: yes, he's based on that one hello kitty character (cinnamoroll)

his character, design and aesthetic choices are based a lot off of cinammoroll/sanrio in general.

his Item in the light world is - well, a cinnamoroll plush. or at least, the deltarune universe equivalent of that.

his speech quirk is meant to feel childlike/cute and innocent, although I'm not sure exactly what it would look like. it's a work in progress, mmk? <3

his soul mode is CYAN, but we'll get to that later...

Scruffy is teased in chapter three a couple times. My take has a very small area based off of kids shows, and the miniboss/minigames is based off of a comically obvious hello kitty parody. after you beat the minibosses (based off hello kitty, melody and kuromi respectively) they will open a shop, where they briefly mention how there was supposed to be a fourth member of the show...

scruffy is also teased by a cardboard cutout advert in the cooking district.

scruffy's dark world is the HOLIDAY WORLD, with the fountain being opened in the holiday mansion (aka the mayor/noelles house) I would love to talk about that dark world more sometime, but the general vibe it has is a "late night city in december" feel to it. anyways, scruffy can first be found at the waterfront, an area of the city overlooking the river. he then gets very attached to pretty much everyone, since he's so lonely. he assists you ever now and than In the chapter, opening up a shop and generally just keeping you company.

the secret boss fight:

Scruffy's fight is basically him having a massive panic attack. he realizes that you're going to seal the fountain and dosen't want to be alone again. when you reach the ice palace and are approaching the fountain, scruffy snaps and uses his magic to break the ice palace into two, preventing you from going further. the ice the party stands on starts floating away into the river, and the battle starts. (or something like that idk)

As I mentioned earlier, scruffys soul mode is CYAN. I'll be honest here: I based the Mechanic off of the mad mew mew fight but vision crew did that first. so it's basically the exact same soul mechanic as the cyan soul in vcdr. the heart splits into two halves and you are locked in a grid, but can move the halves of the soul horizontally and diagonally- kinda like a rythm game! think ddr

as for attacks, I have some very vague ideas, so I'll spitball them here. why not

cloud:

a raincloud with a sad scruffy face on it. it will rain down tears the player must avoid to not take damage.

floating hearts: hearts appear below the battle box and float upwards.

star wand: scruffy uses a star wand to call down stars at the soul.

plane: a plane bullet that will occasionally fly through the battle box

head bobbing attack: idk really how to describe this one, not sure what the pulled pattern would be but the "head bobbing" is simillar to that one attack from the uty flowey fight

SECRET BOSS THEME:

while I sadly am not a composer, scruffys boss theme would be pretty unique compared to other sb themes. It would highly be inspired by breakcore/vocaloid/ music, I actually made a playlist of the three songs that inspired me the most! check it out if you want

What abilities will the demigod children of Zagreus have?

My interpretation of Zagreus is a god of rebirth/life, hunting, and blood (unrelated to the game, but it certainly helped propel that interpretation 😂😂). The hunting part comes from how you translate his name. While rebirth is obviously a play on the fact that he's associated with being the initial version of Dionysus, later reborn as Dionysus to Zeus and Semele after being dismembered by Titans via the Orphic myths - life, ofc, is synonymous with rebirth in this way and blood is a both a crucial part of life and hunting - it is what flows through veins to keep people alive and it is what spills across the ground with a single shot, what is stripped and cleaned out of corpses to prepare them for the grave, to prepare meat for the cook.

This also ensures a small connection to death (as you can't be reborn if you're not dead), which tucks him up neatly next to his sisters (Macaria being the goddess of blessed death, and Melinoe being the goddess of ghosts). Life and rebirth also slides him up next to his mom - life and nature being similar in a way, rebirth being similar to the renewal of the earth each spring/summer.

So there's that for my thoughts on his whole thing. I also headcanon Zagreus to be a big fan of snakes - no real reason, tbh, I just liked the idea of him and Hermes arguing about snakes whenever Hermes was sleeping downstairs.

Also, for reasons, I headcanon most of Zagreus's kids are not born naturally. They're generally created from his blood and someone else's. However, like his sisters, he doesn't have a lot of kids. He's very attached to Menoetes, the underworld cattleman and his long-term boyfriend who he's been into pretty much since he was born, so he doesn't date much.

Anyway -- the kidlings' powers!

Conjuring blood - I headcanon that Zagreus "leaks" blood when he's feeling wildly emotional, so his kids can do the same with their sweat and tears. It's not the most powerful/useful power but it is something ya know?

Controling blood - bloodbending basically

Flower/plant powers - from their grandma

Seeing and manipulating souls, both living and dead

Resurrection/necromancy, except in a much more pure way than just the typical zombies you may see from their aunts and uncles on Hades' side - they can revive the actual soul and tether it permanently back to life, without having to steal life from other areas. However, this costs them A LOT of energy to do and, if they're not as strong or well trained, could kill them

Enhanced tracking - basically they can track whatever they want (has to be a living thing) via the vaguest of scents or footprints, no matter how old. They have to have a starting point though, and they must have some level of awareness of who or what they're tracking. They can't just be like "I wanna track whoever is holding X quest required object" and then go off and find that person

Weakness analysis - can identity the weaknesses of their "prey" (has to be a living thing, animals or monsters are easiest)

Stealth - they are inherently stealthy, especially when locked in on the hunt. They make very little noise and can be virtually unnoticeable so long as the other person doesn't know they're there. However, the limits of this is that they can't skate past obvious announcements of their presence, like knocking something over or getting caught in a spotlight. They can creep up on someone very easily, but they actually have to creep up on them. People with more heightened senses or who are hypervigilant will be more likely to catch them

Darkness/shadow powers - from their grandpa

There's probably a lot more potential - especially with the hunting powers - but, alas, I am blanking and the superpowers wiki is not loading rn lol

Started with the Yuuta/Rika piece and loved your characterization of that sad eyed dude. Sweet and mostly passive while also being fully aware of reader-chan's BS.

Day 4 tho??? 🥵🔥🥵 I'm a more recent Gojo convert and oh my stars, "...you think for a moment he sounds like a dog toy. You think you want to make him your dog toy." Arrogant, but also whiney and pathetic Gojo really hits for me. The Pining? Phenomenal.

honestly i started this blog recently and i've been trying not to compare the numbers but sometimes i get discouraged, you know? like, i AM doing it for the art (i knew day 3 was not gonna get a lot of love) but i'm posting it bc it makes me happy to see people enjoying it.

it's super encouraging to hear from you (and all the others who leave comments or reblog etc.) that my work is doing well.

i'm trying to be more critical of my own writing, fix things i don't like about it, and sometimes i need a reminder that it's still worthwhile and enjoyable to read even when i feel like it could have been better.

I've been writing like? All 10 of the Heatwave prompts concurrently, and while it means I have all of them drafted and partly written rn, it also means I switch between them a lot.

Inevitably I start to kinda. Lose the plot sometimes of a scene I'm trying to write skdfhglsdhg like the intro to the Yuta fic was SOOOO long actually and it was rambling about social phenomena with alphas, basically the omegaverse version of red pill dudes LMAOOO

and that was also supposed to lead in to like. the idea of what a REAL alpha is. the non-gendered values of leadership, protectiveness, and actually being sensitive to the thoughts and feelings of people around them (a crucial trait for someone in a leadership position).

and yuta fits those things SO WELL. he is CONSTANTLY worried about the people around them, how they feel and what they think. he admires the shit out of his classmates who like, tried to attack him when they first met fghskjdfgh. he wants to protect them but he never looks down on them.

later in the manga we see that yuta's consideration and empathy isn't just for his classmates. he cares a lot even for people who are very capable of protecting themselves - he cares about their feelings.

so i just knew like. yuta and tsundere reader. yuta who can see though your fussiness because he's always been perceptive.

yuta who thinks you're hot bc he has a constant boner for strong women but also has a deep yearning to see you be honest and vulnerable with him, and goes feral for it.

yuta who you can be vulnerable with because you know him and his gentle smile, his kind words, how he looks up to you even though he's a special grade and stronger than you'll ever be,, hhhh....

but yeah anyways. *grasps you and shakes you by the shoulder* GOJO. GOJO SATORU BEING HIS PATHETIC NEEDY SELF. GOJO BEING YOUR SQUEAKY TOY AND LOVING EVERY SECOND OF IT -

i think a major part of gojo's appeal is how he can be arrogant and pretty AND sultry all at once. there's something utterly delicious about a slutty confident man who is also crying screaming throwing up for you to let him put it in you skdhflsdhg

next heatwave fic is sdkfgsdlhgshg uhhhHHhh different from the ones you have read, it's a yandere piece with gojo and geto.

After that it's another gojo piece i think you'll REALLY like >.> masochist!gojo is a favorite headcanon of mine and i was actually super hyped writing some of the smut there so far hehe.
