I gave one to my sister and one to a friend and then I ended up keeping two. But the cool thing about these is the new knitting technique I used. I know its not overly advanced, but this was the first time I had attempted cables. I was surprised at how easy it was, so I just kept making them. Used Lion’s Brand Wool-ese yarn for these and I think size 13 needles. Pattern used is listed below:

My January project is the Mandy Boat tee from Tessuti. This was actually one of their free patterns and very worth the download.
