Norma is objectively one of the funniest psychonauts characters though. she immediately assumes this 10 year old is the mole taking down the psychonauts from the inside and decides the best way to gather information is to stalk his dad. Ruins ford and raz’s plan to defeat maligula by being a snitch. Helped save the day by fixing the problem she caused. Is now in hell because she was wrong and all the other kids make her fortnite dance and shout go snitch girl go. Her sister got all the cool genes and now she’s stuck being an insufferable nerd. Probably says “well actually” at least ten times a day. Beefing with a 10 year old. Let’s give it up for pathetic & annoying female characters (fond).

its weird to me seeing people insist "people dont connect as strongly with deep cut because they skip the news!!!" as if off the hook didnt get most of their popularity from literally just octo expansion and a common complaint before it came out was that they didnt seem to have as much going on as squid sisters LOL

#i like deep cut but they needed more presence in the plot of ROTM they really did just get nothing in their own game #if they were more present in the story and actually spent their time bothering agent 3 and trying to throw them off. it wouldve been fun!#plus its grown adults beefing with children genuinely which is always funny. shoutout to team rocket pokemon #instead they get one boss fight and one reconcile cutscene so they can be part of the endgame music. too bad #also i do read some of the news. OTH was still funnier im sorry LMFOAOAOOO

man, you ever realize you needed to correct a small character detail to make it more accurate and then it peeves you off a lil 💀💀💀

#specifically I just swapped around the eye colors for my splatoon agent 4's heterochromia because APPARENTLY #red is pretty dark when grayscaled . and the reason i wanted to grayscale it in the first place was for whenever #i do a colorless doodle of them (grayscale values are fun)- but now 'm teased over the bday art i made of him cuz its inaccurate #ngl been beefin with his eyecolor a while but 'm just gonna try to stick with what i got- cant go changin it all willy nilly cuz it'll also #affect his brothers' appearances . i think a red and gray eye tho is a nifty color combo but then that makes me beef with hair design .#still not sure how im really gonna go about coloring splatoon OCs' hair cuz i like colored tips but also i tend to like #making it game accurate?? i think i just need to suck it up and do what i want forever (do colored tips even if theyre a lil harder)#i mention colored tips cuz originally they were a light blue . but i dont want TOO many different colors (i already have #yellow/red/gray on him so blue might be much) :( and like I could maybe just change the gray eye to blue but then???#it'll make his brother have the wrong eye color in the trans roblox drawing :( plus theres kind of a reason i made an eye red and the other #something plain (the contrast in colored appearance wise . plus my agent 4 is hella self conscious abt his looks) so its not #like i can really change it . augh im at a loss on what to do !! mm might just make it so that the colored tips go darker #rather than colored. I think I watched over 50 TV shows this year and most of them were great which means, the making of this list was hard and took me a few days and I'm still not sure about the order.

Idk I still don’t buy that frazie would like norma even platonically there’s a huge difference btwn being mean to your own sibling and someone else being mean to ur sibling… esp with how much frazie seems to value family (pushing raz to go talk to his nona, not wanting to tell her family she’s psychic because she doesn’t want to hurt them, being the one to explain the whole Lucretia situation to miratala, etc) & her being the aquato sibling closest to raz… also I think she would boo at her for being a snitch. I would push my sam & frazie agenda but I don’t think ppl are ready for that.

There are multiple reasons why Frazie/Lizzie appeals to me as a ship, some less deep than others, (for example, I’m always a sucker for complementary Bird Motifs) but one of the big ones is how it forces Norma and Raz into similar circumstances that are completely beyond their control. Neither of them like this. Neither of them want to be here. They’re trapped together in the back seat as their sisters tear down the highway, and there’s nothing either of them can do about it. And amid all the potential shenanigans, there’s a weird common cause that comes from that shared helplessness. They’re stuck in the same barrel about to go over the waterfall, and the least they can do is learn how to not kill each other before then. It’s the journey from enemies to frenemies by virtue of commiserating their mutual third-wheeling.

#imho norma and raz's rivalry is an underrated dynamic with more story AND comedy potential than most give it credit for #and honestly norma did you think you could upgrade from your rivalry with raz just because you're junior agents now?#like i'm sorry girl you're the one who chose beef with a ten-year-old and now you gotta lie in that bed #frazie/lizzie #psychonauts #psychonauts 2 #anemonator rambles
