First drawing is for Digitaldimension (https://twitter.com/DigitalKirpuff)! It’s a gijinka design for his sona, Digi! His outfit’s slightly based off my KDL3 Kirby gijinka’s outfit (which you can see on my instagram) but modified since Digi’s an adult (KDL3 Kirby’s 12 y/o lol). It was fun to draw him, his color palette’s really warm and versatile even though it’s almost monochromatic... kinda like Kirby’s! All in all very fun. Also my first time designing a gijinka for someone else! He has 4 ears because he is part Jigglypuff.

The second drawing is Akoya Pearl for @dumbass-dude! She is part of the same team as Tiffany Stone, and her glowing blue eye is an emotional scar similar to Volleyball’s cracked eye in the show. I love her color palette and especially her hair. 

The third drawing is Lorna Rosé for @lorna-rosefox for her friend’s youtube channel! He’s started using a new editing style featuring pngs of their sonas, which are all my artwork! Lorna asked for a new png because I’d actually lost her original png when my old computer fucking died... so I only had the space biker version of her character on-hand! So now I have a proper replacement.

Akoya Pearl, technically belonging to Teal Agate, she is era 2. The second image is her outfit while in homeworld. The third image is a draft of her outfit on earth. Lore under the readmore

Her story: Akoya was made for someone, though they were shattered in the war. She was then given to Teal Agate for her service in the war (or perhaps in something else, I am unsure.) Though she belongs to Teal Agate, she also works with my peridot oc as an assistant. Her gem weapon is a sort of curved short sword. Akoya pearl can be a bit loud and brash but she has the ability to be quite reserved and quiet when she needs to be. She's also very passionate about gems and her & peridot's work.

Is Akoya's mom like some snooty, plump, pearl clutching matriarch stereotype who's gonna float-waltz in to pass her judgement on Akoya's life, and try to hook her up with what she considers a better man?

I actually drew her for an early ask. It's the only time I've drawn her, so her design is up for change.

I don't think she'd intrude that much in Akoya's life, but she'd likely not approve of Akoya's--as she would see it--human mate. She's more like an Animal-Protecting-the-Future-Generation type mother. Once she saw that Akoya is adamantly content with her choices, she'd leave.

...But now I am picturing a Madam Flurry-esque Mew coming in and completely bashing her son-in-law, sitcom style, and I feel bad because Randy doesn't deserve that. XD

My Dearest Moon

Story Description: “My dear moon I will not hurt you.. I promise you.”

Characters: Lord Oyster, Akoya Pearl Cookie, Abalone Cookie

Warnings: Fluff & Angst, Past Memories, Manipulation & Fear

Note: I wanted to write something since this update is bringing out more ideas for me anytime. So why not start with Lord Oyster & Akoya Pearl! This is before the two were together and this is Akoya Pearls past so I hope ya enjoy~

It was late in the evening, Lord Oyster was looking out of the balcony of his manor. Tomorrow is just another day of trade with Abalone Cookie & to be fair he’s not ready. With Lord Oyster hearing soft cries and whimpers, it wasn’t a good sign at all, as soon as Lord Oyster walked backed into his room, he saw his wife covering her face with tears coming down her eyes. He never seen his wife crying especially whenever there alone or in public, but something is bothering her. As Lord Oyster sat next to her, Akoya Pearl looked up as she wiped her tears away while looking away, Lord Oyster knew something was bothering her…

“Hey.. Hey dearest? Is something wrong? Your.. Your not your usual self..” Lord Oyster said in a soft tone.

Akoya Pearl didn’t respond for a few but she took a breath and looked at her husband. Her light blue eyes shined into Lord Oysters, but Lord Oyster could see the sadness and the fear in her eyes. It made him worried about her for sure.

“Dearest can you tell me what’s wrong? It’s very unusual for you to be like this.. It’s.. It’s worrying me..” Lord Oyster replied softly.

A soft sighed escaped from Akoya Pearl as she looked at him again, she gently held onto Lord Oysters palm as she gently held it, with Lord Oyster he gently rubbed her palm trying to keep her calm but he could feel that she was very nervous..

“L-love can I tell you something and promise me you won’t tell anyone else.”

“I promise dearest, please tell me. I want to fix this..” Lord Oyster said.

Akoya Pearl only gave him a soft nod, with her taking a breath she soon started to explain something that Lord Oyster never knew before…

[In The Past]

Akoya Pearl was underneath a box as she was trying to keep warm, since her mother and father were murdered she had no where else to go. For her, she thought she was gonna die in the streets. With rain starting to pour, Akoya Pearl felt down as her only food which was a piece of bread was now soggy. She was hungry and knowing that she’s gonna starve if Akoya Pearl wasn’t eating anything. Tears flown down her eyes as she knew this was her end, that’s until she heard something or someone coming towards her.

As Akoya Pearl looked up, she never seen this cookie before. But she also was in fear that he was gonna hurt her or kill her, but it was something different he lends an hand towards her.

“What’s a pretty lass like yer self doing out here? Yer gonna get yer self sick if ya stay out here.” ??? Said.

Akoya Pearl questioned this cookie, but she don’t know if she trust him or not.

“W-Who are you?”

“Heh where are my manners. I’m Abalone Cookie and yer must be?” Abalone questioned her.

“Akoya Pearl Cookie..” Akoya Pearl responded softly.

Abalone heard that her parents were murdered and it surprised him so much, that a pretty cookie like Akoya Pearl herself should be treated like shit at all. With Akoya Pearl taking Abalone hand, Abalone helped her up and seen how very skinny she was, it looked like she haven’t ate in awhile. With Abalone helped her gain her weight back up, Akoya Pearl was happy to be with him and she felt like she found someone who understood her. Many months passed, Akoya Pearl was in the kitchen as she accidentally dropped something and it startled her, she quickly cleaned it up before she heard someone clearing their throat. As Akoya Pearl looked up, she saw her lover looking down her, she knew she messed up again.

This wasn’t the cookie she fell in love with, this cookie was manipulating her of doing stuff that she don’t wanted to do. Tears came down her eyes as Abalone lifted her chin up to see the sadness in her light blue eyes.

“What’s wrong my angel, did ya drop another plate again..”

Akoya Pearl nodded in fear, which made Abalone scruff as he let her go. Akoya Pearl slowly stood up before she felt her arm was tugged to another room.

“How stupid are ya?” Abalone asked her.

There was no response from Akoya Pearl, she was just standing there in fear and shocked again.

“How. Stupid. Are. Ya! Answer me!”

Again no answer, it was making Abalone angry and Akoya Pearl could see it in his eyes.

“Heh just a stupid little bitch. Is what yer are. Get out my sight.” Abalone said in annoyed voice.

With Akoya Pearl walking upstairs to her shared bedroom, she went to grab some clothes and she decided to leave him. She knew her mother wouldn’t be happy with the relationship but she remembered seeing her aunt hurting her father, and she hated seeing it. But then if she left Abalone, she would have no where else to go, a soft sigh escaped from her as she put her clothing away and sat on the bed, when she saw Abalone he sat on the bed next to her and hugged her.

“My angel, I’m sorry about it. Do ya still love me?” Abalone asked her.

Akoya Pearl nodded as she softly smiled which made Abalone smile. About an year passed, Akoya Pearl was out in the streets as he was talking to someone while Akoya Pearl was listening, but she noticed someone and she waved at them. But Abalone wasn’t having it at all..

“What did I tell ya! I told ya not to talk to anyone!”

That was the last straw, Akoya Pearl slapped him hard which surprised the cookies.

“I had it! We’re done Abalone, we are threw! I never want to see you again!” Akoya Pearl yelled as tears came down her eyes.

It really surprised Abalone so much, he knew he fucked up so much. With that, Akoya Pearl left the scene.

[Present Day]

With Akoya Pearl finishing up, she looked down as she started to tear up again. Lord Oyster rubbed her palm in circles as he felt so bad, he never knew about this at all.

“I’m sorry my dearest.. I..I never knew about this..” Lord Oyster said softly.

“I-It’s okay.. You are the first person I told this too..”

Lord Oyster was surprised at this, he gently held both of her palms as he looked into her eyes.

“My dearest, please.. Please don’t put yourself down. I.. I don’t want to lose you. I love you no matter what.” Lord Oyster said as he was worried.

“D..Do you promise?” Akoya Pearl asked nervously.

“I promise you. I love you with all my heart..”

Akoya Pearl softly smiled as she hugged him tightly, Lord Oyster gently rubbed her back as he wanted to protect her no matter what.

“I promise you.. I promise you to protect you. My dearest moon..” Lord Oyster said in a whisper.

i am back ! so i made this drawing a few weeks ago, actually it was back in april so about a month ago by this point, and its of two pearl ocs i've had for a few months now! their names are gold akoya and eyris :)

they both serve separate reefs and are almost polar opposites in terms of personality lol, eyris is disobedient and more resemblant of a rebellious teenager while gold akoya is fidgety but cooperative
