Another Xiaolin Showdown AU/Fic prompt idea with a Jack and Omi alignment swap. With Heylin Omi and Xiaolin Jack.
Omi who when left on temple steps is instead found by Chase who was keeping an eye on the temple and just goes up and sees this baby instantly imprints and is just 'My kid now' and Omi is raised by Chase and is a Heylin warrior but is also still Omi and still like he is normally just a little more vicious.
Omi who grew up with not only a father but all the fallen warriors dotting on him. Tiny Omi being carried around by scruff of shirt by the jungle cats or riding around on them. Chase doing evil threatening monologue only to pause turn to the side to look at Omi's painting and praise him and then instantly turn back ready to kill the person.
Chase isn't trying any world domination stuff because he is waiting for Omi to be old enough to join in, it's going to be family bonding he wants Omi to be involved and doesn't want him to grow up in his shadow he wants his son to have his own legacy and the they can take over the world together.
When the Shen gong Wu activate Chase isn't going to get involved by decides it'd be good for Omi knowing he can easily defeat any Xiaolin warriors and really Omi wants to and Chase can't say no, besides it's just child's play and games for him. The most he does is show up at showdowns to watch like the proud dad he is.
Jack is the dragon of metal and joins temple at same time as Kimiko, Raimundo and Clay. He's pretty sure his parents didn't know what they were agreeing to and just though it was a camp they were sending him to or they did know and this is punishment for blowing up the basement... again.
He also arrives with a puzzle box that he opens...accidentally and sets Wuya free. She isn't happy to be surrounded in a Xiaolin temple and ends up just going between others on heylin side like Katnappe. She tries to talk to Omi but it's very clear neither he or Chase will help her get her body back and aren't instead in world domination yet.
(She does end up sulking around the temple a lot, Dojo tried chasing her out with a broom didn't really work and she can't actually steal any Wu so they mostly just leave her be... she grumbles about Dashi a lot and whenever Fung is talking about an old legend of him she bursts in like 'THAT IS NOT HOW IT HAPPENED, WHAT IDIOT WROTE THIS?' and tells them how it actually happened... all the konks are very sure that there was something between the 2... they try asking Dojo but he can't remember.... he thinks if it is true he may have repressed it)
Jack's still like himself a coward and a lot of it is him and Dojo hiding behind Clay, and also still makes inventions more of a way to distract Omi at this point because he definitely outmatches them.
Eventually Wuya does get her body back and Jack manages to build portal for time travel, he goes back in time portal is destroyed before others can join. Him meeting Dashi is him fanboying about how Dashi made the Wu... he also asks him about Wuya and gets the full story.
He manages to travel back less from freezing himself and more from him and Dashi messing with Xialoin magic... he also sees some guy who looks a lot like Omi's dad just before he leaves.
The whole defeating Wuya is a lot less dramatic battle and a lot more her talking to Dashi... the puzzle box this time is less to trap her more the ghost and her talking... it's awkward the dragons are just there looking at each other unsure if they should leave or not.
(While all the Wuya's world domination attempt is happening Chase and Omi are just watching sipping smoothies
Omi: Should we stop her yet dad?
Chase:No little one she'll end up messing it up herself before we need to step in)
After that Wuya is just hanging around temple powers sealed but still human, she's more neutral party as she's not trying to destroy them... she does start eventually... purely out of spite.
Chase starts showing up more to showdowns now watching Omi more and him and her start snipping... they're literally like the parents arguing about their kids at a sport match. Wuya is not letting him win and starts training the monks dragging them along 'You WILL be strong enough to beat Chase's brat and your going to be so strong your all going to show Dashi up so when I see him again I can rub his face in it'
A lot of showdowns end up with Chase and Wuya fighting each other while Omi and the dragons are in the middle of a showdown that normally pauses because Omi starts cheering his dad on... and the dragons are cheering Wuya. The dragons do try holding her back at times but a lot of the time they're just holding her purse as she goes to try and beat Chase up.

How about darkrai and cresselia?
Tumblr media
One of the tales that Mudeyes tells Armadillokit, Bearkit, Noisykit, and Fangkit, that gave Bearkit nightmares and made Fangkit the determination to become a great cat, no matter if leader or not.
Many moons ago, two cats came to the Clans - Dark and Crescent. Dark was a strong, ruthless cat, who wanted nothing more than to be powerful, so was chosen to be a warrior, Darknight. Crescent was a tall, mysterious cat who wanted to protect others, but was weak in body and was chosen to be a healer, Crescentmoon. Their days in the clans changed them. Darknight learned the value of teamwork, of friendship and camaraderie, and became a kinder cat, well respected and feared by his enemies, and looked up to by his peers. Crescentmoon, however, was disillusioned with her role, and hated having to treat the elderly and young, and sort herbs while others gained glory.
One day, Crescentmoon saved a kit from choking, and was praised by all the clan. This gave her the glory she craved, that she thought could only come from being a warrior. And when the praise ceased, she became needy and depressed, and when a warrior came to her for treatment, she plotted. The warrior's wound became infected suddenly, and only Crescentmoon's actions saved him. For Crescentmoon had poisoned his wound - and she continued to do so, even killing some elders so she might gain sympathy. But the spirits of the dead rose up, and became a whirling mass of pain and hatred.
The Wailing Spirits attacked the healers at their gathering, and Darknight, chosen to guard the event, whirled into action. He organized the warriors into groups, and they all fought the Spirits until the Seers arrived to cleanse them of their pain. They pleaded with Darknight to avenge them, and he finally recognized the Spirits as the patients of Crescentmoon. He broke from the warriors, and dragged Crescentmoon to the Spirits, and the took the both of them into their swirling mass. The Seers finally arrived, and sent the dead along their paths - revealing Darknight, battered and bleeding, and Crescentmoon, dead of countless wounds.
With the truth revealed, Darknight was praised for his bravery, intelligence, and steady spirit, and in the days that passed, he became deputy, then leader. Darkstar was always troubled by Crescentmoon's actions and death, however, and made great changes to the laws of the clans - a cat would not be forced into a role, and only forced to retire if they were in danger of hurting themselves. All cats who could help others in their times of mental need were summoned, and mental health was added to the duties of Healers and Seers and Warriors alike. And, on the advice of the Seers, any cat who saw Crescentmoon in their dreams was to be ritually cleansed, for her murders, rage at her death, and her rampant desire for fame and acclaim drew her to the worst paths of death. On the passing of Darkstar, his spirit became a guardian of dreams, and he would wake any of her attempted victims with a fearful shock.
So if you see a beautiful golden and blue cat calling to you, saying she can make you powerful, run! And if she pursues, call to the shadows, and a great tortoiseshell cat will appear, waking you with a BOO!

What’s the parental alignment swap??
The parent alignment swap! (name pending)(because even after months i still can’t think of a better one)
So this story is about an AU where all the Adults in fantasy high (specifically the bad kids parents) have their… alignments switched around? I’m unsure if that’s the right word but it’s basically how “bad” of a parent/person they are gets flipped on its head. This causes all the bad kids to grow up in different environments with different stresses and problems.
But all of that isn’t what the Story is about. The Story is about canon Adaine waking up in a world where her parents are nice. Nice of all things! And how she deals with that and confronts somethings that she’s been trying to ignore in the meantime.
Here’s a link to some snippets I’ve already posted as I try to figure out how I’m going to write the actual story.

So more thoughts on Jack and Omi alignment swap AU (other posts are here 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and if canon and AU crossed over. Sorry this is rambley and long.
So canon monks, Jack, Wuya, Chase and Dojo are all transported to AU while another fight at the temple portal appears and they all fall through only to see a different Jack in temple robes with black coat and goggles on over with Dojo around his neck.
Everyone from canon is just so confused and Swap!Jack is like
Swap!Jack:IT WORKED I told it would work Dojo
Swap!Dojo:I never said it wouldn't work I said you shouldn't do it
Swap!Dojo: God this is just like Dashi
Swap!Jack: Thank you!
Swap!Dojo:NOT A COMPLIMENT!
Everyone confused, even more so when other monks come in and then Wuya of all people who just stares at alternate selves and then takes a deep breath "Jack...The FUCK?"
Swap!Jack explaining about dimensional shifting Wu
Swap!Wuya "Why would you make this?"
Swap!Jack "....to see if I could"
Swap!Wuya "You are the second coming of Dashi what I do to deserve this?"
Swap!Dojo "Other than the trying to take over the world multiple times things"
Swap!Wuya"Ugh loads of people have tried to conquer the world and they don't have to deal with Jack"
Of course Canon Wuya is freaking out over Swap Wuya
Wuya: YOUR XIAOLIN WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU"
Swap!Wuya: Please i'm neutral at most
Wuya:....
Swap!Wuya:That's my story and i'm sticking to it
Omi's asking where alternate him is and the swap monks recognizing him and being like 'WTF how are you a part of the team or even Xiaolin... I mean your dad allowed that?'
Omi just confused he doesn't have parents and all the swap Monks are just looking between Chase and Omi trying to figure out what to say.
Luckily distracted by canon Jack asking Swap!Jack why he's a Xiaolin loser and not an evil boy genius
Swap!Raimundo: Holy shit he's more of a dork then you... I didn't that was possible... no offense man
Swap!Jack:No i'm with you on this one
Cue canon 'jackbots attack' only for dragon of metal Jack to use his powers to rip the Jackbots apart and leave canon Jack staring in despair and How can you do that? Why can't I do that? How??and Swap!Jack gloating (Victory dance and all) 'Oh yeah evil boy genius ha I'm the genius Xiaolin dragon of metal maker of shen gong wu and wrecker of your shit!'
Swap!Raimundo:... Never mind ours is just as dorky
Cue swap Omi and Chase showing up because sensing weird Chi and power and what the fuck has spicier made now? Which leads to canon Chase and Omi staring t the other versions of themselves and Swap!Omi calling Swap!Chase dad.
Canon Omi is trying to process this when Swap!Omi sees him and instantly is so excited and talking at him 'Other version of me? SO cool! How strong are you? What are like? Do you want to fight?'
At this point Swap!Wuya is just like 'Ok how can you send them back'
Swap!Jack: ummmmm
Swap!Wuya:Jack
Swap!Jack:...I mean reversing mirror might work.... or it may make our universe implode...
Swap!Wuya:...
Wuya:Holy shit it is just like Dashi
Swap!Wuya: I KNOW RIGHT
Cue Canonverse hanging around temple and many questions
Kimiko:How do you know all about all these Xiaolin techniques, and all the elemental stuff
Swap!Wuya:... you brats do know I was the previous dragon of earth right?
All canon monks and Jack:WHAT?
Swap!Wuya: Oh fucking hell how much do you know about previous dragons?
All canon monks and Jack:...
Swap!Wuya:... sit down listen up and remind me to write a note for your 'teacher' for when you brats go back.
Also
Monks:So Omi is still dragon of metal but Heylin in this world does that mean Jack is still dragon of metal in ours
Swap!Wuya:Yeah probably, every generation has dragons for all of the 5 elements
Jack:Then why don't I have metal powers!?
Swap!Wuya:Eh sometimes not all dragons powers manifest I guess, normally only 4 do why only 4 monks trained
Jack:...I feel robbed
(Somewhere in both canon and AU Jermaine dragon of wood sneezes)
Anyway after Swap! most of the monks spend time sparring with alternate more chaotic versions of themselves and Jack.
Omi ends up going to Chases Palace, basically kidnapped by Swap!Omi who wanted to fight/play. Of course Chase also goes to see Swap!Chase which leads to a very very tense. Swap!Chase is not happy with the idea of his son growing up at that temple and not being protected, he's also majorly pissed canon Chase let Omi go into the Yin-Yang world. He's upset any version of his little one was even in the same world as Hannibal Roy bean. (In swap world when the yo-yo was revealed he contacted Wuya told her Hannibal was sealed there and general agreement no one goes in there it is one of the Wu that is totally sealed away in the Xiaolin vault not even the chaos gremlin monks go near it)
Swap!Chase is insulting Chase and how he isn't worthy of having Omi as his son, canon Chase is one second from snapping and it being a full on dragon brawl when suddenly canon Omi jumps in and starts squaring up to Swap!Chase defending his Chase. Which leads to Swap!Omi jumping in to defend his dad.
So it's just the 2 versions of Chase watching as the Omi's argue other which Chase is better it's the my dad is better than your dad/my dad could beat up your dad only there dads are alternate versions of the same person.
This is still going on when the others turn up because they ahve a way home and everyone just watching the 2 Omi's argue at each other and look 1 second away from going full on I will destroy you fight. It's then when both Chases just go and scoop them up (With both Omi's looking over their respective Chase's shoulders giving each other death glares).
No one comments or knows how to comment on the fact canon Chase doens't put down Omi even when they get to the temple and the portal to their world appears.Or that Omi is just hugging his neck.
The swap monks are just like 'this is normal for us' and Swap!Wuya just watches them shaking her head "I guess some things are the same in every universe"
Jack:WHY ISN'T ME HAVING COOL METAL POWERS THE SAME?!
Swap!Clay:Hey Jack, isn't the whole reason your boots even work cause you were unknowing;ly using your metal powers on em?
Swap!Jack: Yep
Swap!Clay: So other you does have the powers then
Swap!Jack: Yep
Swap!Kimiko: Think we should tell him that?
All swap Monks:... Nah this is funnier, let him figure it out
Sorry this is long and very dumb.

Half the reason trigonometry is hard is because the functions are all named so terribly. One of them is sine and then the other 3 are named "sine but we changed it, because the function is similar to sine"(and then there's tangent) But because the names are all in fucking latin there's no way to think through them logically unless you know latin (not a skill most people learning trig have) and so you just have to memorize the differences between a bunch of arbitrarily similar things. We should give them better names

[Miscellaneous Tron: Alignment Thoughts]
Thinking about what could happen if Rinzler programming never shifts to Tron’s fully while in the Sea of Simulation. If the only directive that comes online again was “Fight for The Users”, and nothing else.
The scene in the portal room plays out, and somehow “Tronzler” claws his way to it, bursting through the doors, only to see Clu, whose programming has also flipped/having lost his want for dominating the human world.
He doesn’t see the shift, he only sees the program who has been threatening the lives of Sam and Kevin Flynn, Users, his Users.
Programs must be the enemy then, programs must be wiped out in order to keep his friends safe, no matter the cost to himself.

Obligatory introductory post for my YTTD Swap AU
So for the past couple weeks I’ve been cooking up some ideas for a swap AU. Basically the main idea is that Ryoko Hirose is the protagonist (I know she only gets like two minutes of screentime, but she’s my blorbo okay), and a lot of the other main characters are ones that didn’t get as much time to shine in the actual game. Information on the main 12 swaps, some notes for each character, and a few silly doodles under the cut!
Basically, the format of this will be that Character A > (takes the place of) Character B. So it’s not necessarily that two characters swap with each other, but Character A would swap with Character B, Character B would swap with Character C, and so on… These are mainly role swaps, but there are slight changes to characters’ personalities as well.
Ryoko Hirose > Sara Chidouin
- Ryoko is the protagonist.
- She and Joe swap places at the beginning of the game; Ryoko is the one to walk Sara home on the night of the kidnapping.
- Compared to Sara, Ryoko is a lot more of an extroverted and cheerful protagonist. She also has less patience, though, so she gets a bit exhausted putting up with the antics of the other participants and convincing everyone to work together.
- Because of her headstrong personality, Ryoko drags down Sara’s 15.5% win rate even more than Joe did. While this prevents Sara from becoming like she did in the AI test runs, it also significantly lessens Sara’s chances of survival, which ends up becoming an issue for her.
Sara Chidouin > Joe Tazuna
- Sara acts as the partner or “buddy” character for the majority of Chapter 1’s events.
- She’s quite similar to her canon personality, so really the biggest change when it comes to her is her dynamic with the other participants.
- Sara ends up drawing the Sacrifice card. When she learns what this means for her, she is understandably freaked out — during the first Main Game, her initial plan is to trick everyone so that she and Ryoko can escape alive.
- However, she isn’t able to go through with it. She doesn’t want to betray everyone, and she doesn’t want Ryoko to have to bear that guilt as well. Because of this, she ends up meeting her demise.
- With Sara gone, the overarching Death Game begins to take a different turn. While Ryoko is quite outspoken, she doesn’t have the same leader-like personality Sara has, and as such the participants are more disorganized.
Kai Satou > Keiji Shinogi
- Kai is the more overarching partner character for this AU, working to assist Ryoko.
- He’s still an assassin trained by Asunaro and he still watches over the Chidouin family. He also still tries to protect Sara, following her and Ryoko home on the night of the kidnapping.
- The main differences with Kai come from the fact that Sei survives through childhood in this universe. As a result, Kai is not as closed off, more open to showing his emotions to others.
- In the first Main Game, both Sei and Sara die, and Kai is absolutely wracked with grief over it. He definitely gets a lot worse off after this point for a while, consumed with guilt over the loss of his sibling and the girl he vowed to protect.
- Him and Ryoko end up bonding a lot, though, both because she’s a sweetheart and because they have to struggle through the loss of people they loved.
Kugie Kizuchi > Gin Ibushi
- Kugie plays the role of the “secondary” partner character, not playing quite as heavy a hand in the events of the plot but still being an important character, both to Ryoko and in general.
- She and Kanna get kidnapped together still, but Kanna is the one who ends up with the key in the First Trial. She decides to unlock Kugie’s restraints, but Kugie is unable to save Kanna before the time runs out.
- At the beginning of the Death Game, Kugie acts very uncooperative, unresponsive to the others’ attempts to get information out of her or to help her.
- When she starts coming out of her shell again, her personality is more of the independent, no-nonsense type. She’s very supportive and helpful to the people who want to work together, especially bonding with Ryoko and some of the more scared/vulnerable participants, but she can also be quite vicious to those who are antagonistic to the general group or are purposely hiding information.
- Essentially, the ‘cool’ older-sister type, who acts tough but is kind of a bleeding heart.
Sei Satou > Kai Satou
- Sidenote: Sei uses they/them pronouns in this AU! (because they are so very gender to me)
- In this universe, Sei survives past the events of the Kai mini episode, with Asunaro deciding there’s no better way to determine who the best assassin is than pitting Kai and Sei against each other in a Death Game (yay…).
- Upon learning the news, Gashu reacts similarly to how he does in the mini ep, starting to train Kai more and more while Sei gets left in the dust. Because of this, Sei ends up harboring a lot of unspoken resentment towards those two.
- As the two assassins grow up together, Kai is still unable to carry out his missions of killing others, and eventually Asunaro deems him unfit to be a part of the Death Game. Although, they never get the chance to dispose of him so-to-speak, as Kai ends up worming his way into the Death Game anyways through his attempt to protect Sara.
- During the Death Game, Sei initially acts cold to Kai, feeling scorned by their family because Kai is the clearly favored child. While the two do eventually reconcile, it ends up being too late, as Sei draws the Sage card and is executed during the first Main Game.
- I imagine Sei’s personality here would be a weird mix of child Sei’s and Ranger’s, perhaps akin to what Rio Laizer would’ve acted like if we saw more than…a few minutes of them. They act brash and childish, but under the surface they do care deeply about others and are really only yearning for attention.
Kazumi Mishima > Q-taro Burgerberg
- Mishima ends up surviving for a lot longer in this AU! He takes a general mentor role for the group, being as many of the participants are only children.
- He acts similar for the first part of the game, until the Second Trial where Nao dies instead of him. He’s devastated over losing one of his students, but he handles the grief a lot differently from Nao, taking more of an ‘escapist’ route where he tries to ignore the reality of the situation so he can stay strong for the others.
- Overall, his personality is pretty similar to his canon self. After Nao’s death, he bonds a lot with Kugie (the only other person who’s lost someone at that point), and the two try their best to encourage the other to take care of themselves.
Maple > Reko Yabusame
- Maple is a human in this AU! Because it’d be a little weird if her name was still just “Maple,” I’ve made it so that her real name is Mari Miyake, and Maple is just a nickname she prefers to go by.
- Her occupation is as a maid, and she works at the Tsurugi family’s bakery, essentially as Mai’s assistant.
- From Asunaro’s observations of her, they come to the conclusion that she would not sign the consent form on her own, and they would instead need to target someone close to her. They threaten Mai and her family’s safety, telling her to persuade Maple into signing the form or else.
- Because it’s now coming from someone she trusts, Maple ends up signing the consent form and is eventually whisked away to the Death Game.
- Personality-wise, Maple is a very kind and sweet person, trying to bond with even the ‘outcasts’ and scolding the younger participants if they place too large a burden on themselves. She gets along the most with Hinako, and acts as an older-sister figure to her.
Hinako Mishuku > Alice Yabusame
- The Hinako in this AU is the REAL Hinako (AKA the one with black hair). She survives her First Trial because she gets paired with Maple instead of Alice, and Maple is adamant on working with her so that they can both get out alive (which they do).
- After she gets out of her First Trial, Hinako is at a loss for what to do. Originally content to lay down her own life, now that she’s survived she feels indebted to the girl who risked her own life to save her.
- Eventually, much like Alice, she hides inside the locker in the Red Room after she hears gunshots from the Russian Roulette minigame, unsure of her surroundings and who she can trust. Ryoko ends up finding her.
- Initially, Hinako is very shy and apathetic, mostly clinging onto Maple for safety. Over the course of the Death Game she gains the courage to start sticking up for others, and tries to assist the group in whatever ways she can.
Nao Egokoro > Kazumi Mishima
- The Nao in this AU is more based off her aged-up design from YTTS. Basically, she’s older and a bit more mature, now out of art school and working as a painter. She tries to offer guidance to others for the time that she’s alive.
- Unfortunately, she does not last very long, becoming the first casualty of the main cast in the Second Trial. (I feel cruel for this, especially because I love Nao so much, but I really thought the swap with her and Mishima was interesting :((( )
Ranmaru Kageyama > Nao Egokoro
- Ranmaru survives his First Trial in this AU, becoming a prevalent supporting character throughout the Death Game. He gets along well with Ryoko, partnering up with her for the first investigation.
- All in all, there isn’t too much to say without spoiling later parts of the AU (he plays a much bigger part in the second chapter’s events) because he’s pretty similar to his canon self, but the most interesting part to me here is to see him go through the events he never got to see canonly.
Shin Tsukimi > Kanna Kizuchi
- Shin technically takes Kanna’s place here, but if I’m being real he acts pretty damn similar to his canon self as well. The most I could say is that he acts more like a constantly-agitated Shin rather than a full-on Sou copycat, but he’s still rather antagonistic in nature.
- He still sees his 0.0% percentage, and still takes on the Sou Hiyori alias, but things get more complicated when he realizes the real Sou Hiyori is also a participant in this game.
- Sou and Shin have a more favorable relationship in this universe, and so ultimately the two end up working together (a sort of antagonist duo? i guess?). The consensus is that the two of them ‘swap’ identities, with Shin pretending to be Sou and Sou pretending to be Shin. That way, Shin can still act out his plan to evade his ‘certain death.’
- His behavior mostly stays the same over the course of the first chapter’s events, although he actually is the Keymaster in the first Main Game, which leads to him taking a more prominent role in the discussion and not being mistrusted quite as much (though he still is mistrusted).
- After Sara’s death, he’s admittedly confused knowing her super high percentages. Because of this, his suspicion moves more towards Ryoko, Sara’s mysterious friend who happened not to have a win rate listed at all.
Sou Hiyori > Shin Tsukimi
- This universe’s Sou is mildly softer than his canon counterpart. I say mildly because he’s still rather murderous, but he isn’t entirely apathetic to the plight of the other people trapped in the Death Game (and actually ends up bonding with a few of them!).
- As another sidenote, Sou is never ‘murdered’ by Alice here (and Alice never goes to jail), and he is actually still 100% human.
- Basically, much like Kai, Sou ultimately betrays Asunaro, although his reasons for doing so are a bit different. Asunaro refuses to let Sou participate in the Death Game, already having plans for him as a floormaster. This is the initial spark leading to his betrayal, but there are other reasons as well (I could get more into it here, but the post is already super long and most of this doesn’t come into play until much later in the story. …I’ll save that post for a rainy day)
- Sou is very much ride-or-die for Shin and tries to sway the outcomes of the game so he can survive for longer. In the first chapter, this includes screwing around with the role cards so Shin “incidentally” finds the Keymaster card and Sara “incidentally” finds the Sacrifice card.
- Sou tries to take on the persona of Shin Tsukimi, acting sweet and innocent with the other participants. While this certainly fools a good chunk of them, those who are more perceptive can tell that something is Not right with this guy.
- Additionally, Kai and Sei already know who Sou is in this universe and that he’s affiliated with Asunaro. Because the three of them all have ties to the organization, they basically form a deal of “I won’t tell if you don’t tell” for the time being. That being said, the Satou siblings still do not trust Sou at all.
Ok WOW this was a long post I am so sorry. I needed to spew out all my brainrot because this has been plaguing me for weeks. That being said, I plan to make more content for this AU in the future when I have the time, including lots of dumb art. If any of y’all find interest in this idea, feel free to ask me any questions about this AU! It’s still in its baby stages so things are definitely prone to change overtime, but I’ll be glad to give the best answers I can ^_^
Now for my favorite part, silly doodles:

super excited for the parental alignment swap au!!! Even better with Adaine being from a sort-of future but things are so different in this world, so how does that affect her future knowledge?
i have to say that the nice abernants are also extremely unsettling as a reader too
ah thank you! i'm excited for it too and it'll probably be my next multichapter I publish.
Adaine being from a future will definitely impact... some things. I don't think she'll know enough to be able to prep them for the whole Sophmore Year plot but Riz is definitly caught off guard that she knows about his invisible godmother! and thanks :) I try with them. poor Adaine is so unsettled around them and I want the reader to suffer just as much
