which made me think about michonne being away for a while on her mission to find the governor and yet she returns to the prison in 4x01 with a razor for rick because "his face was losing the war" and comics for carl because she knows he loves them

then about her immediately making sure to get a phone with a portrait of carl made as soon as the artist (benjiro i think?) mentioned he could never get it right for rick - even while grappling with rick's attempt to send her home without going with her - because she intimately knows how much carl means to him

she’s so thoughtful and loves her babies so much she makes sure they know she’s thinking about them even when they are (or feel) far way

heres the bad sex one , and heres the enemies one!

i HAVE thought about the lore before (so.. so extensively), recently after running away from home, roe runs into a blue tiefling with ulterior motives and the two of them end up getting into a scuffle which leads to roe accidentally killing her. she then stumbles into the next town she can find and lo and behold, the tavernkeep she meets is... another blue tiefling! june! roe accidentally killed junes sister 💖 but she doesnt fess up to this or do anything to set things right, instead she starts working for june as a conwoman for her Real Business of stealing from her customers/scanning people.

june knows soon after roe comes into her life that roe was responsible for her sisters death, and so the whole time roe is working under her, june is intentionally trying to make her life as miserable as she can without it being obvious that she knows/wants to kill her. this is also what makes the fact that theyre hooking up even more messed up 💖 june wants to act like roe is totally at fault for this but tbh shes insane for doing this as well

the way roe and pewter actually meet is that pewter happens to be one of the unlucky patrons of junes tavern, and roe, seeing an opportunity to escape with the handsome bard who practically fell into her lap, is more than happy to take it and run ^_^

Not coming in here with the intention to shit on HOTD because we understand that shows will have budgets and limitations, like esp. a show that's gotta had dragon scenes, but something that I wish could have been seen more is the absolute grandeur that should be the Red Keep at the beginning of the series.

Were is the lavish indulgence? Court lords and ladies in their finest riches being entertained by bards in the courtyards performing for the royal family, people falling over themselves to preen and suck up to the King. After all, it is the singers who give the Princess the title of "The Realms Delight."

I want Ladies-in-Waiting for the Princess and Queens, not as equally as beautiful and finely dressed, but a near thing. Not dressed like maids so that you won't know it was Lady Elinda Massey with Rhaenyra unless you were told. Balls to be held for the sake of it. These balls or feasts held in decor made just to wow and show off the wealth and power of House Targaryen. We got a peak of it with a tourney for Baelon's birth.

The start of the show is at the peak of House Targaryen. Under Viserys' rule it is described: "His Grace’s open-handedness was legendary, and the Red Keep became a place of song and splendor. King Viserys and Queen Aemma hosted many a feast and tourney, and lavished gold, offices, and honors on their favorites."

Full treasuries, no war or conflict in decades, and the Targaryens both at the height of their strength as rulers and dragonriders. I just--- god so much fun things to imagine.
