Blanc slides onto the couch next Oliver, smiling slyly. “Now, you tell me…”

          Oliver dog tags the page he is reading and closes the book slightly, giving Blanc his attention. “What do you want, Carrot Cakes?”

         “You’ve been eyeing (Y/n) lately. Do you like her?”

         He blinks for a moment and throws the book at Blanc before jumping off of the couch. Pointing a finger at the white-haired man, Oliver shoulds in response, “No! Why would you thin-”

         But Blanc leans forward, resting his chin on his palms. “No?”

         Oliver tries to hold his ground and musters all of his conviction. “N-”

         “So then, the locket you’ve been working on… is for someone else?”

         He stops in his tracks, caught completely off guard by the question. How did Blanc know about it? Oliver thought that he had been rather good at hiding the gift, but obviously Blanc had been snooping around his work station.

         “No, it’s for… her, but it’s meant to be a memory for her to take back! She’ll be leaving in a few days. Do you think she’ll forget about us?

         Blanc smiles again. “Of course not. Nonetheless, I believe you should tell her how you feel.”

         Oliver pouts and glares at Blanc. “Even if I did like her, I wouldn’t know how to tell her.” He crosses his arms over his chest and turns away. “You wouldn’t know how to help anyways. What do you know about courting women?”

         The white-haired man simply smiles slyly again. “What gives you that impression~?” Now, Oliver is ready to leave, but Blanc coaxes him back. “I could help you, Oliver. Otherwise, you’re hopeless.”

Step One: Make Her Notice You

Oliver sees you in the garden outside the house, crouching and picking out weeds from the flower beds. The sun has yet to dip over the horizon, but it’s nearly time for his curse to change him. Dusty rose light crowns your hair with a glowing halo, making Oliver pause in his steps to look at you. The evening breeze pulls on the edge of your skirt, so you pat it down to tame it.

         Before he has a chance to process what’s happening, he transforms. It catches him off guard, and once in his adult form, he slips on a towel. He tumbles to the ground, his lanky legs flying upwards. Oliver lands with a hollow thud, and manages to bump his head against the cabinet behind him.

         You heard the noise through the open window, and having been startled by it, you ran to investigate. Once inside, you find Oliver rubbing his head with one hand as the other holds onto the edge of the sink.

“What happened?” you demand as you reach out to help him.

         He swats your hand away. “I just fell. Leave me alone.”

         You click your tongue at him. “Don’t be like that. I’ll get some ice.”

         He tries to protest again, but you’re already preparing a small ice pack for him. Oliver scolds himself mentally, wishing he had been more graceful about it. This really wasn’t how Blanc suggested that he get your attention. Sitting down at the table, he massages the spot where he hit his head, praying that it wouldn’t swell up or bruise.

         “Hands away, let me help,” you say gently, sitting next to him.

         “I can hold an ice pack myself,” Oliver deadpans, trying to take it from you.

         “Ah yes, just like you can stand up straight without falling, right?”

         Oliver glares at you, but lowers his hands, allowing you to hold the ice pack to his forehead. He wears the scowl for a while, but it eventually fades when he catches you with furrowed brows. “What is it?”

         “Nothing,” you reply casually.

         “Tell me,” he half whines, half demands.

         “I think when you fell, some of your brain must have come out because you’re staring at me more that usual.”

         Oliver stands up abruptly, taking the ice from you, and storms off, leaving you to laugh alone.

Step Two: Give her compliments

“Wow, you actually don’t look like a piglet today,” Oliver comments as he sits down at the table to eat. He turns his attention to a book after making the comment. It’s just before sunrise, so he hasn’t had the chance to change back yet.

         You blink, processing the information before you react, grabbing a spoon and whacking him on the head. “Piglets are cute! How dare you insult me?”

         Oliver holds his head, rubbing the spot and yells back at you, “How do you find that an insult?! And why do you have to hit me there, I was previously injured!”

         “Maybe if I push the bruise back inside, you’ll find some better compliments.”

         “Maybe if you didn’t look like a wild animal, I’d have som,-”

         Your eyes narrow and you’re ready to lunge at him, but just as you’re about to attack, Oliver changes into his younger self.

         “Ha! You wouldn’t hit a child, would you?”

         In response, you flick the tip of his nose and leave the room with his book. “You think too highly of me, Oli!” you call behind your shoulder as you head into the other room.

Step Three: Ask for her opinion

“Which feather do you think matches the hat more?” Oliver asks, holding up two relatively similar-looking feathers. One simply has a bit more of a shine to it. In the light, the one on the left also seems to be a bit more blue.

         You tip your head to the side and raise an eyebrow. “They look… the same?”

         Oliver throws his hands up in annoyance. “Are you blind? This one has a reflective coat on it, but this one is completely matte. Furthermore, this one,” he shakes his left hand, “is a completely different shade than the other. Not to mention that it’s also much more voluminous.”

         You can’t help but laugh at how passionate he is about feathers.

         “I don’t know. You pick. You’re going to wear it anyways.”

         Oliver pouts slightly, wishing you had just given him an answer.

         You huff, stand up, and pad over to his work station, admiring all of the feathers sprawled out on the table. After a moment, you pick up a golden feather and hand it to Oliver.

         “This?!”

         “Yeah, it’s pretty.”

         “But it doesn’t even match. The hat is silver!”

         You shrug. “You asked for my opinion, short cakes. That’s what I got.”

Step Four: Try to make her a little bit jealous

“So, Blanc and I will be headed out to the market to look for some items. Don’t burn the house down while we’re gone,” Oliver informs you as he reaches for his hooded cape. “It shouldn’t take us longer than an hour, but we might stop by the Neutral zone for a few minutes as well.”

         “Alright, bring me back some desserts or something, I’m starving!”

         Oliver glares at your indifference, so he clears his throat and continues. “Actually, we might stay out late longer. A new bar opened up in town, and we were thinking of going to see how good it is.”

         “Don’t get too drunk, or you’ll be a ray of sunshine tomorrow,” you reply, still not looking up from your book.

         “I wonder if they’ll have women there-”

         This catches your attention, so you look at him. “Why? You want something to ogle at while you drink? I didn’t realize you were into that, Oli. Whatever floats your boat.”

         Blanc waves and opens the door. “Come now, Oliver, we best be off if we want to meet the pretty ladies at the bar!”

         “Oh hush, Cotton Tail!”

Step Five: Give her a gift

Oliver knocks on your door and waits for a response before coming inside. You’re sitting on the windowsill, looking outside at the stars. It’s a beautiful night, and you were admiring the sky. He lingers in the doorway for a moment before entering.

         “Aren’t you scared of falling out of the house?” he asks bluntly, sitting on the chair in the corner.

         You raise an eyebrow and stand up. As you close the window, you scold him. “You really know how to start a conversation, Oliver. What do you want at this time of night? I thought you were Blanc.”

         “Why would I be Blanc?”

         Nodding at the window, he sees the large, nearly full moon outside. “Oh…”

         “I assumed he would tell me about the plan for tomorrow night, but I guess he’ll wait until morning.”

         Oliver runs a hand through his hair and exhales slowly.

         “Hm?” you ask, look at him with large eyes. “Is something wrong?”

         “No. I just wanted to give you this before you left.” Oliver pulls out a small box from his jacket pocket and throws it at you. You catch it easily and pull on the ribbon keeping it closed. You’re expecting a prank – like a rock or a note saying you’re a piglet, but instead, you’re amazed to find a beautiful pendant in the shape of a heart winking at you. In the center, a gem similar to the ones on his jacket sparkled in the candle light.

         “So when you go back, you can at least remember this place.”

         You’re struggling to find words, and Oliver panics. “Do you not like it?” He stands up and walks towards you, only for you to run and leap into his arms, wrapping your own hands around his neck to hug him tightly.

         “Are you thick? I love it. It’s beautiful… you didn’t have to though.”

         Oliver tenses at your hug and doesn’t know what to do with his hands. “W-What do you mean ‘I didn’t have to’?”

         You smile innocently. “I’m not going back. Not tomorrow at least.”

         His jaw almost falls to the ground. “Then why did you say that about leaving?” Oliver demands. “And why aren’t you leaving?”

         “Blanc warned me about falling in love while I’m here. He said that if I did, then I wouldn’t be able to return to my home. Despite his, I ended up falling for someone.”

         Oliver deflates as he hears this. You loved someone?

         “I really think something happened to you when you fell and hit your head. Either than, or you’re absolutely oblivious to the really obvious fact that it’s you, Oliver.”

         “W-What?”

         Knowing that he wouldn’t understand words, you step on your tiptoes and cup his face before kissing him. Just like when you hugged him, he’s tense and doesn’t know how to respond to your affection, but after a moment, he places his hands on your waist and pulls you closer. He reciprocates the kiss, hoping that you’d understand his feelings as well from it.

         When you pull back, you smile happily and spin around, holding the necklace up. “Help me with it will you?”

         “Don’t you want to talk about this more?” Oliver blushes slightly, but clips the chain in place anyways.

         You spin back around and tap your lip with a finger. “Oh, right, you’re also really obvious. Did Blanc try to give you advice or something? Because the past few days, you’ve been acting really weird.”

         Oliver growls as his blush darkens. “No.”

         “You’re so cute when you’re angry! Like a grumpy shrimp!”

         “I’ll show you a grumpy shrimp-” he yells as he starts to chase you around the room.

ok ive been wanting to do an OC redraw/redesign for a while now and uh, well here it is !!! top is obv the revamp and bottom is these three’s original designs ,,, the bottom pic is 9 years old (holy smokes) so i made them during my middle school emo/scene phase when i was like 12 so thats why they're.........Like That lmao but left to right in both pics is jude, elliot, and skipper!!! this was? so fun honestly

so in the original pic/designs… if I remember correctly jude and skipper were in police academy training to be cops and elliot was some punk ass kid theyd end up seeing around a lot cause he was in and out of holding for Delinquent Things, and ofc they magically became friends. Im pretty sure they were all 16/17 when I first made them which makes no sense at all (teen cops??? Ok) but like when ur 12, teenagers are Practically Adults BUT none of that is Canon TM anymore. In their redesign they range from early to late 20’s; I usually peg jude around 26-27, elliot is probably 23-24, and skipper is 21.

jude was the very first oc I ever made so shes always had a special place in my heart… I started churning out rapid fire ocs when I was in middle school that id toss when I was bored with em but shes the one that always stuck around!! Shes been a big honkin lesbian ever since her conception, so id use her a lot to express BabyGay feelings I didn’t really know how else to process. design wise I kinda just simplified her look; I have no fucking clue why she used to have an eyepatch and cat ears (I mean, I do, its because I was a weeb) but I got rid of those along with the scene hair and gave her longer hair with more natural waves and some freckles from spending a lot of time in the sun. her gray eyes and hair were always kind of her signature, so those got to stay! She mostly just wears anything that’s easy enough to move around and get work done in; tank tops, loose long skirts, etc. think futch hippy. anyways jude is now just a simple plant witch who uses her skills and connection with the elements to run a modest local farm, and even though shes fairly content in her lifestyle, she wants nothing more than a gf/wife that she can work hard to give a good life to :3c shes a hopeless romantic and has a bad habit of falling a little bit in love with every woman she meets, but shes mad shy when it comes to flirting, so more often than not shes just a sweaty ball of pining and infatuation. Whenever shes feeling some type of way about a girl she either obsessively takes on projects around the farm or house to distract herself or rants to her plants about how shes too afraid to express her feelings. RIP useless lesbian jude. Anyway shes the oldest of the trio, so shes very protective of elliot and skipper in a mother hen kind of way. She gets embarrassed when she realizes shes lecturing them like a cranky old maid, but they secretly don’t really mind it and often come to her for general life advice. I think her sign would be Taurus :3c (and probably an air moon since she’s kind of a space cadet)

elliot was REALLY FUN to redesign bc I honestly just wanted him to look like one of those people who had a HUGE scene phase way back when and just… never completely grew out of it lmao so I gave him the two-tone mullet he deserves, grown out roots hes definitely not gonna bother to re-bleach and re-dye, and piercing scars under his lip from where he used to have some tacky ass snakebites that he probably had to take out to get a job or something lol. he couldn’t completely give up piercings though, so the labret and gauges got to stay. Dudes not COMPLETELY stuck in 2007, but he does still enjoy a lot of the OG emo/punk bands and the fantasy of making it big in his own band and touring the country in a fashionably clunky van. He doesn’t exactly have a band, but hes working on that. Hes halfway decent on vocals and a guitar so he spends a lot of time combing through the local college town he lives and works in in hopes of finding some people who’d wanna play some gigs with him. But in the mean time, he works as a barista in a local café, which usually hooks him up by letting him do some acoustic sets at night every now and again. Hes a very warm and upbeat person, and will happily engage and talk the ear off of anyone close enough for him to do so, stranger or otherwise. He also regularly reminds jude and skipper how much he loves both of them and how glad he is that theyre all friends; He doesn’t really have much in the way of embarrassment or apprehension when it comes to what hes feeling. Hes the official unofficial “plan-maker” of the friend group and is able to bring them all together for quality time, because hes not at all passive like jude or skipper, and… usually has the most free time out of all of them lol. elliot is pure Leo and that’s about all there is to that

And finally, congratulations to skipper, who against all odds, looked normal enough that I didn’t really have to change anything at all about his design! Just had to ditch the uniform for your typical Tired Gay mustard sweaters. Skipper is an English major in his sophomore year of college who, like most people in their 20’s in liberal arts programs, is desperately trying to figure out what he wants out of life and also doesn’t know what sleeping or self-care is. He really enjoys writing, but doesn’t really know if he wants to do it for a living or if he even could. He grew up with pretty cold and distant parents, so on top of knowing they don’t really approve of his major, he pretty much always operates under the assumption that if hes not working himself to death hes not justifying the space hes taking up or the air hes breathing. Emotionally speaking hes more emo than elliot will ever be and his blood is probably 75% caffeine. He having kind of a rough time tbh but hes gritting it out in hopes that things become more clear eventually. He’d be way worse off if he didn’t have jude or elliot, who hes more thankful for than he can ever bring himself to express. They were essentially his first real, close friends, and despite skipper being incapable of asking for help, they always seem to know when he needs someone to talk to or even just a brief distraction; Jude has an open door policy for her farm and will let him come over and cuddle some rabbits or sit and talk over tea on her porch whenever he needs to, and elliot cant remember the last time hes made skipper pay for anything he ordered from the café, or the last time he even had to ask skipper what he wanted. Because hes the youngest of the three its sometimes their instinct to protect him, which embarrasses skipper out of his mind, but he knows they mean well. Hes the physical embodiment of Just Doing His Best and is a stone cold Capricorn

They’re still besties but basically met just from living in the same town; jude and elliot met when jude started providing the café’s local roast from the coffee beans she grew on her farm so elliot saw her fairly regularly and of course was like Oh Friend? Jude always liked how forthcoming elliot was as it complimented her generally reserved nature, and elliot always thought living on a farm and growing your own food was pretty punk rock and therefore pretty dang cool in his book. They both got to know skipper because he came to the café every. single. day. to ingest ungodly amounts of espresso and study all day, and when elliot took an interest in skipper, jude suggested he invite him to one of his gigs since the poor guy kinda looked like he needed a break. Skipper initially kind of politely shot elliot down, but jude took a chance and found skipper later to tell him how much itd mean to elliot, and that if it made him feel better she’d go with him, since going to events like this was different for her too. skipper apprehensively agreed at that point, and the rest is history !!! they all kinda hit it off after that

as The World’s Number One Most Stressed Out Human Being™️ i am definitely in no way fit to give advice on how to relax LMFAO 

but i guess something that always works for me is putting on music i KNOW will make me sing a long or make me happy to distract me from the nerves i’m feeling. also putting on my favorite comfort movies to make me feel better (they’re big fish, scott pilgrim vs the world, and spirited away btw lol)

 What are some things that make you tear up?

the ending of coco, seeing my mom cry, or anyone i love cry tbh, when children are neglected/abused, thinking about the world i’ll have to bring my future children into and how i’m going to be able to teach them to stay strong and bright in the face of it, lyrics that hit too close to home, absolutely anything tbh i cry easy

What is your favorite from each sense?

sight - the view of my cherry blossom tree against a pink sunset in the spring of my childhood home, a person’s eyes and how they light up when they smile, especially when they crinkle as they laugh

What is one scene from a book that makes you really sad?

unfortunately i haven’t read as many books lately as i did when i was younger...so a lot of my memories are from books that i read like as a kid lol......THAT BEING SAID i think rue and finnick’s death in the hunger games was truly heartbreaking to read, the spine of my copies of both books have cracks on those pages bc i had to read it several times just to really believe it. also i thought it was written so heart wrenchingly well that i had to go back.  also in looking for alaska when pudge, a man who loved to know people’s last words, realized that he would never know alaska’s last words. im also really thankful for that book bc it introduced me to wh auden’s poetry and to this day he’s still one of my favorite poets of all time.

Part 1 Hey can you please help me, I'm a libra sun sag moon scorpio venus and mercury (and dominant) and nobody has really seen me cry or sensitive and I feel like nobody rly knows me except for my brother, cousin, and two closest friends... but they kinda suck at opening up too, and my brother has enough psychological problems. Part 2 And there are these two friends: sag suns with scorpio/pisces moon… and they are so omg im sorry but its so freaking painful. They both have their problems but they both are so fckin shallow seriously. The pisces moon just doesnt understand what life is and is brutally ingenuous. And scorpio moon is such a b**** rly. She has a tough backstory her brother has always been a jerk (he’s mentally ill) And i though she would be great bc she always says she understands pain and etc.Part 3 And here comes the deal: I have been exposed to mentally ill ppl, ocd hysterical and completely evil people who happened to be my beloved family. At 14 I stopped having them and found out they were everything I didn’t expect them to be. I lost my whole childhood (wich happened to be my basic reason to live). At 15 I went to a sports school. They were our friends, we trusted them. One year goes by and once again I am betrayed by my friends and fall on the ground.Part 4 Then, comes the BEST part. As ive said im a scorpio venus. I fell in love at first sight with a boy that totally corresponded. Small detail: he had a gf. He now broke up with her so thats kinda nice (not to sound mean, rly) for me but whatever; I was 15 and I had been betrayed by everyone. At 16 I was dead inside. It sounds like you’re going through a really challenging time in your life. I know it can seem endless, and it can seem like everyone is out to get you. Once you feel betrayed, it can be hard to trust people again. It is all too easy to be stuck in our own extreme emotions. After losing faith in someone, it’s tempting to write off everyone in your life as fake, shallow, and naive. Constantly replaying the betrayal in your mind will only do you harm. It’ll only make you more angry and more likely to adopt the “me against the world” type of attitude. You’re 17. You’re still young. You still have a long life ahead of you, and it would be remiss of you to go through life with that sort of attitude. You’ve been wronged, and it is alright to acknowledge that, but you must now think about the situation with your heart, perhaps not so much with your heart. The heart can be easily mislead, easily angered, easily fooled, easily spiteful, easily misguided. Consider moving into a stage of forgiveness. Forgiveness in this sense is not saying that those people’s actions were ok, forgiveness is more for your own sake. Start to detach yourself from the pain those actions caused you. Continuing to obsess over the transgressions of others will hinders your own progress. If the wound is to ever heal, you must stop picking at the scab. Let yourself move on. One way you can do that is to write everything down (as you have bravely shared with me, a stranger) on a piece of paper. Write out every hurt, every frustration, everything that keeps you up at night. Then tear it up, burn it, or throw it away. It clears the energy. It’s no longer a problem, it’s out of your head, and you are free to move on. Detach yourself from people you can’t trust. If they’re actively causing drama or unpleasantness, leave the situation. If you can, slowly stop reaching out to them, or say you don’t feel like hanging out. If you want closure, you could meet up with the, to talk. It’s harder when they’re your family members because you can’t really escape them, but you can still with them and talk out your problems. You can say “I’m having a hard time understanding why you did this …” or “I’m confused about this situation…” or “I felt hurt when this happened…”. You must also realize that most people aren’t complete bad. In a lot of what you described, I couldn’t help but think that perhaps some of those people aren’t actively out to get you. I think you may be too close to the situation. I would advise you to get an outside perspective. You reached out to me, and that is a great start, but I only have a limited understanding of the situation, and only from your perspective. I think the best course of action is to seek real, professional help. As someone who harms themself and who is surrounded by the effects of mental illness, I would seriously consider seeking out a therapist or counselor. I am not a professional. I do not know you personally, and so the advice I can offer is very limited. Seeking someone who has gone to school for psychology will be able to help you much more than I can. It is brave of you to share this, and it’s a good sign that you’re willing to reach out to others. Consider asking for professional’s help in your area. That is quite an interesting question and I’m not even sure??? My brother was SUPER into jpop so I listened to a lot of that when I was younger but in terms of kpop I think f(x)’s red light??

- ok so Opening scene with Haven in the background is beautiful!  the it cuts to a clearing with Ruby and tbh thats really really beautiful too. It’s dark out and she’s alone and her red cape really stands out and tbh i want it as a screensaver. I like the weird grainy effect over the characters. Plus they burst into petals after they are introduced.  The RWBY intro card background scenery is gorgeous and the colors are awesome together. Ruby, Jaune, and Ren sitting on a couch as Nora does shenanigans and Qrow and Oscar watch. Oscar seems to be practicing with Ozpin’s cane which tbh I’m looking forward to because wtf does it really do?????? Then we see a clip of Ozpin for a moment. I hope he doesn’t try to take over Oscar and his whole being because that would be a really sad fate.... Lionheart, as expected, is being forced to work with Watts.  Adam is with.............i forgot his name..... and Sun and Blake seem to be.....exasperated.....are they stuck somewhere?

THEN SOMETHING INTERESTING HAPPENS  Cinder and some unknown woman. The thing is....right after this it shows Raven and Yang in the same place facing away each other....so....maybe this is someone Cinder knows......maybe its her mom? idk its hard to tell ages in RWBY.....Anyways this woman has blue eyes....a harsh look on her face.....and a .....phoenix?....tattoo on her left arm... i mean it COULD be the Spring Maiden because she looks older....and it seems to take place in a camp which i assume to be Raven’s place.... They all have a connection.  Yang and Raven are related. And maybe the only way Cinder and this woman are related is because both are Maidens? Yep...thats what im going with.... She’s the Spring Maiden. 

So then there are fights against different characters. And it seems Yang and Mercury are gonna have another fight. Kinda fitting... And its mostly all in the same place...it looks like an arena or a very large room.  And team RWBY is back together. probably by the middle or end of the volume. I’m guessing they know their new goal is to face Salem. and yeah that’s about it. PLUS THAT SONG WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5.     How much writing do you get done on an average day?

LMAO I ACTUALLY HAVE THIS CALCULATED PER HOUR just bc that’s how long my train ride is. So I can do about 400-500 words in 50~ minutes.anyway tbh, I write almost never, but when I do, I try to get around 1000 words done??? that’s usually when i lose steam too. (though i guess if i did 500 word spurts instead throughout the day, i’d get more done) (TO CLARIFY, the only reason it’s so much is bc i only write when I know /exactly/ what the scene is gonna be and im motivated. if u sat my ass down in front of a computer each day and told me to write, I’d probably only get 100 in two hours, less even.)

I’m a multiple pov hoe. I’ve thought before of writing something in entirely one pov, but tbh i dont think i could do it if the thing is longer that a 2000 word one shot.

Okay so, my oldest wip ever, is an original story I started in, I think, 2011 and wrote throughout the year. It’s got about 22k words down, but tbh i dont think im ever gonna touch it again.fanfic-wise, my oldest wip is a harvest moon fanfic, that’s around 6k words i think? and i was planning on re-writing it bc i didnt like the characterization of one of the characters and i wanted to fix that, but it’s been like five years now, i dont think it’s ever gonna be done. (I still want to though). (and u can find said wip on my fanfiction.net account)

10.  Do you set yourself deadlines?

My guy, i’ve never set a deadline for myself in my entire life. I think I tried to do it once, and i completely let it pass by. (Though the fanfic i mentioned previously, im pretty sure i updated once a week before i fucked up)

15.  How do you deal with writer’s block?

I either set it aside (and never pick it up again lmao) and let it stew in the back of my mind until I get something else, oR I POWER THROUGH THIS MOTHERFUCKER, and I’ll probably only write 50 words and hate every single last one of them, but I got it done and it’s better than nothing and hopefully tomorrow i’ll actually have something. (also, sometimes when powering through, what i write ends up inspiring me and im like “oh of course!” and i blaze through it)

21.  Who is/are your favourite character(s) to write?in case u havent noticed yet, about 99% of all my characters are snarky to some degree. I need a character with a wry sense of humour, and I’ll usually stay in their pov a lot. The only other character “type” I have are the sunshine pure cinnamon rolls who care and love everyone. Oh, and I guess also the ones who are pissed and bitter at the world at large. (I should.... probably... try to get out of this comfort zone...)

okay tbh, my favourite part is when I’m winding down from a good writing session, and I just feel so proud and alive, because I was productive and I created something with my own two hands and mind, and there are very few things that are as incredible as that imo

I’m... cheating for this, I’ve never written a villain ever actually (and tbh what the fuck??? how??? i have so many original story ideas and none of them are villains??? what the fuck (maybe the true villains were the friends we made along the way))

okay so, originally, this character was gonna be the villain alright. She was mean, cruel, snarky, cunning, and manipulative. But as time went on, and I started exploring her character, wondering why she was like this, what her goal is, and I changed and shifted the plot of the story around she... sort of... became the main character. woops.

IM ONLY GONNA USE ORIGINAL STORIES FOR THIS BC HOLY SHIT

Honestly, I’d probably have to go with this idea I had of a living person picking up the scythe of a Grim Reaper and becoming one and having to learn the ropes of the job.

Okay, I lied, it might actually be this detective series idea I had, wherein the main character, a police officer, has to investigate cases that, for the most part, are reminiscent, or re-imagined versions, of Quebec folk tales, and she has to figure out why the fuck this is happening.

OH SHIT I ACTUALLY KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION, okay so the i have no clue where the idea came from, but for some reason i had this idea of a character who’s mental stability or whatever was linked to these bracelets she wore??? but it was more like she became more primal and animalistic the more bracelets were taken off until she lost all sense of identity, and i think it’s because she was being controlled or used by an organization or whatever. This was just a random idea that I had and okay i know it’s dark af, but it’s honestly the weirdest one. (tbh…. im not sure i have one that could be considered weird…)

also the protagonist in story, i just gave her my depression and general lostness in life. (most... of my characters... start off with a part of me I want to explore, but over time, as I flesh them out, they become their own people, and actually have nothing to do with me anymore tbh)
