TGGTVAV x TGS AU!

Ok so Sage has always been talking about The Gentleman’s guide to Vice and Virtue and I finally got around to reading it and to say the least… I LOVED IT, every part of it! Whilst reading this fantastical tale, I just COULD NOT stop thinking of the Jekyon parallels to Monty and Percy… Just AGRGHHH they are all such big, lovable, queer Victorian idiots! Anyway If you couldn’t tell by the title of this post, I slam-dunked that book into my favorites pile and hastily made another AU. (also,,, SPOILERS! I am warning you. But what are you doing? Go read this book already!) 

In short I’ve basically taken The Characters from TGS and dumped them into the storyline/plot of TGGTVAV, In saying that neither Jekyll or Lanyon are strictly Percy or Monty, if that makes sense? I contemplated this over and over and I just couldn’t cram Jekyll or Lanyon’s characters into Monty or Percy’s. as an example; Lanyon’s personality is a lot more similar to Monty’s than Percy but Lanyon isn’t bisexual (a big aspect of Monty’s character) Yet at the same time both Lanyon and Percy play the Violin, both have dreamy freckles etc. But he just doesn’t fit into either of them, same goes with Jekyll; Jekyll and Monty both share similarities but are both very different, yet not different enough to take the role of Percy. So with all of that confusing explanation, Jekyll and Lanyon remain themselves with a few extra ~touches~: 

Jekyll is going to be sent to the mental asylum in Holland due to the existence of Hyde. Lanyon finds out about Hyde when he involuntarily transforms in Marseilles. 

Lanyon still plays the Violin and brings it on the Tour with him (for the reasons of plot accuracy and me pushing the Violin-Lanyon propaganda) 

Lanyon takes Monty’s position of power (as in his father is an Earl, and sends them on Tour) although Lanyon is rich, racism still very much exists and isn’t a terminated theme.

Before I continue and as a side note: Felicity Does not exist. As much as I wanted to work her into this, I just couldn’t without complicating a bunch of things, and as I said this is an Au, my au and I can do what I want - I do love Felicity but She just wasn’t going to work here.

Frankenstein (still a woman) takes the role of Mateu Robles because I thought it would be fun to play on the idea that Frankenstien created life and that Mateu’s panacea can heal people. After researching and experimenting, Frankestein tried the potion on Elizabeth but it stopped her heart, similar to how Frankenstein's original creation (the creature) ended up killing her love. I thought it would be interesting, that because Frankenstein kind of killed her wife, she created Helena and Dante the same way she made the creature, although they technically aren’t human, Helena and Dante still look and act like humans, and they believe Elizabeth equally as their mother as they do with Frankenstein. (Don’t ask me how a WLW relationship would work in the 1800’s ,,, everyone just thinks that Frankie is a guy {kind of like in TGS} ) 

Queen Lucy is Scipio because a.) We need more female badasses and b.) take ONE LOOK at her character design and Tell me she DOESN’T Look like a pirate queen- I also just think Lucy is a super fun character that I wanted to incorporate here. 

Those are about all the added things/changes - the rest basically just follows the same points of the plot :0

Okay. The Outsiders x RC9GN AU’s and I literally have about four of them. I’ll gladly talk about all of them in more detail anyway, but hear me out-

The first one doesn’t have a name, at all but it follows the idea that the greasers and the cast from RC9GN live in the same time period. Due to my headcanons that Norrisville is in Oklahoma, and Tulsa is also in the same state, something brings all of them to meet. Currently the idea is that a sports competition from the two schools leads to this, and now our favorite greaser boys are dragged into the shenanigans of the Ninja- this is pretty self indulgent but it exists now. So there you go

The next is honestly- and again, this is extremely self indulgent, what I say goes. By some main character shenanigans, and the will of the author, Ponyboy becomes the Ninja; Dallas Winston, on the other hand, also gains a mantle because I said so - currently the idea is either Phoenix… or something like the Kitsune but still,

Third idea — and this one I’m completely onboard with, and I will write it somehow but hear me out Randy Cunningham is a soc. Spike, the leader of the punk bots and the junkyard from show canon (“McSatchle”, “Escape from Scrap City”) is a greaser — his gang of course, are the other punk bots. Shenanigans ensue and then Randy discovers a little something about his family history

Fourth idea! This one’s insane and a little wild, because it technically works with Outsiders book canon (in other words, a divergent storyline) but following the latest in Dallas Winston’s arrests - he’s given one final chance to fix his act. And that solution is by being forced into a rehabilitation program for juvies — what this means is that he’s paired off with a family who will house him and steer him into the right side of the law. He’s placed in the Cunningham household, and is less than pleased by the entire freaking thing but of course, life has something in store for him… in ways he didn’t expect

I’m oddly surprised none of these have been done before- although the last one could also be written in the context of the book itself; Dallas is instead placed with the Curtises, and they do not die- because I am not that mean usually, and well, I’ll get to that later, but I am itching and shaking and growling and crying over these ideas

Although - and forgive me if I ramble a bit here - this takes place in a Ruin equivalent time yeah? Wouldn’t Cassie be more banged up? It’d be sad but she probably would be right? :[

It’s okay, I’m sure Roxy could fix her up. She probably does her own car maintenance ‘cause she’s a badass.

Ooh, now I’m also wondering what a base-game Swap would be like…

Lol, it should take place during the day and Freddy’s trying to smuggle Gregory out, and shenanigans ensue! (Possibly Gregory is due to be scrapped, so Freddy wants to keep the clearly sentient, slightly feral-acting child-like robot from that fate. He got emotionally attached <3)

Of course, if Roxy and Freddy are visiting there then there is prolly some attraction attracting lone adult patrons.. idk what that means for changes to the theme of the Megaplex.. But that’s not important right now!

Also, the main obstacle for Freddy would just generally be that he is trying to steal a child-sized robot in broad daylight while the place is possibly open/at least has workers there that he has to dodge. Good luck to the big guy.

Actually, the now-humans could be workers at the Plex. Like say instead of having tons of bots all over, they only had a few (like Cassie, Gregory, and possibly Vanny?) that were designed specifically to seem/be completely harmless, and more childlike. Cassie and Gregory could’ve been made to attend birthday parties (especially of lonely/upset kids), and Vanny could be a playful and friendly older figure who helps lost kids and cheers up anyone who’s feeling down. (I’d probably include Vanessa as a security program assigned to Vanny because. Security guard. Plus we’ve already seen that with Moon.)

In this case Gregory would probably still be messed up and act weird and get retired and shut down to be scrapped for parts, leading to Freddy finding him and rebooting him and then deciding to take him home once he figures out what’s up.

That kinda begs the question of what everyone’s jobs would be in the Plex, ‘cause how would Freddy find Gregory? And why would Cassie and Roxy be close in this version?

Well I have some answers to that!! ….I have no idea what Freddy’s job would be! He has. Very little by way of interesting character traits. Same with Monty. Why are the men so uninteresting in this game. Maybe Freddy’s a manager, since he was the leader of the band? Maybe he was taking inventory when he found Gregory? Idk!

Chica is definitely easier to pick for because she actually has distinct traits, and gets the obvious choice of working in the kitchen/bakery. (On that note, this kind of feels like a lower tech AU with less automated jobs, so managerial work/cooking/other tasks that are automated in SB I’ll give to people lol)

Would it be a dick move to make Monty a janitor? Lmao I swear I don’t hate him but idk what to give him at this point. Night guard? He could be a night guard.

….do I need to assign Bonnie a job? Wouldn’t he technically be dead? (He’s associated with the wet floor bots right? He could be a janitor.)

Who I REALLY have ideas for is everybody’s favorite, Roxy!! Saved her for last cause I knew I’d go on about her. She would totally be the maintenance gal for the race track - keeping the karts in working order, making sure the track is safe to drive on, etc. I imagine she could also do general maintenance, but her main area she works in is the racetrack.

As for how she and Cassie met. Well. Roxy is shown to be a very insecure person in the games. So what if the people she knew were busy and forgot/missed her birthday? And a little bunny, built for accompanying lonely and upset folks on their birthday, sees how upset she is, and overhears Roxy talking to herself and mention her birthday?

Well, I’m just saying, that little bun might just go hunt down a spare small cake from the bakery to put some candles in, and saunter her way into the nearly empty room to place it right in front of her new friend, smile, and say “Happy birthday, Roxy!”

The thems <3 I hope any of this makes sense I am just Thinking About Them…..

OMG THESE ARE SUCH GOOD IDEAS ANON. BIG BRAINED !!! I love the job choices for the gang (Monty being a janitor/nightguard is so funny 😭) and Vanny being along with animatronic Cassie and Gregory is rlly good, it's something I definitely I thought of! (She would be a rabbit ofc)

And that last part IS SO CUUTE !! I need to draw young Roxy with Cassie.....

And to answer your first question: Yes, it takes place in ruin and she would be banged up. But!! I decided not to draw her ruined version because I wanted to show off her design, if that makes sense?? :0 when I do expand on this au, I'll change it in the future which will be PAINFUL :(

My sibling, who is also obsessed, and I both created this complex little au called East Wing High! The thought being: what if, instead of the story taking place in a medieval castle, it took place in a modern day high school? :D

simple summary:

Mitsuhide and Kiki are Seniors (18) at East Wing High School, Zen is a Junior (17), Shariyuki is a sophomore transfer student (16), and Obi, also a transfer student, is a junior (17). Although, Obi is technically supposed to be a senior as well (due to that weird birthday loophole thing) but was held back a year.

After this point it gets very crazy and quite confusing with all of the connections, how they met, their school life, their pasts, futures, parents, siblings, etc

And those aren’t all the characters, Raj, Ryu, the gate guards, and many many other characters that I’m sure you do not know are intertwined into this little story ^-^

If you want to know more and open up the endless rabbit hole of fluff, silliness, slice of life, found family, and of course, a unhealthy dose of ✨trauma✨then by all means ask me some questions! (No pressure of course to ask anything at all! luckily, I have a funnel (my sibling) to throw all of my excitement at XD)

Also a neat thing about this au is just how different it is from the show, it has the same characters and, as I like to describe, (mostly) the same plots but spelled out with different fonts!

PoliZ's WIP Update - 6 March 2024

Still busy IRL and was out of town this weekend, which cut een more into my writing time/energy.   I touched  3 fics (2 new works & 1 WIPs) for a total of  1136  words.

I started up a  Wartime Bucky/Steve fic - working to incorporate Forced Proximity/Only One Bed and Competency/ Strength/ Size Difference Kink     This could also fill my SRB E5 - Oversensitivity/Enhanced Senses and JBB “It’s you. It’s always been you.” squares.  It’s sitting at 184 words so far & am targeting Sat or Sunday to post.

Bucky Barnes Connect Four - Alt Jun-iverse [BBC4_R2]  {Ends May 31 2024}

The good folks over at @buckybarnesevents  have opened this event up early!  You sign up for a single row card of four squares and the challenge is to see if you can combine any/all into a single Bucky-centric AU fanwork - although you can also create 2-4 separate fanworks if you want.  

The combo of prompts on my first card [Reality Show,  Omegaverse, Talent/Manager, Royalty] sparked an idea that I’m about 230 words + misc notes into already -  Alpha!Bucky as a technical prince   who gets talked into joining a reality show that is supposed to match him up with an omega… but there’s a twist!  Planning to pick this back up in the next week or so.

At long last I am beginning to clean out the inbox. Thank you Katie for the hydration tip and for the asks!

(1) Do you prefer writing one-shots or multi-chaptered fics?

This is a hard one to answer. One shots (I consider anything less than 20k words a one shot because I have a problem, and I don’t think I can write real one shots😔), are easier in that they don’t take as long, and I can get the idea out, show you all my story, and get feedback relatively quickly. However, once a one shot is written, it’s written, and then it’s back the drawing board to come up with new ideas. Whereas with really long multi chapter fics, the idea keeps going, there’s always something new to think about, another “one shot” or character moment or twist to weave into the story, and I love seeing your reactions and how invested different people get into different subplots and storylines. What is frustrating about multi chapter fics is that there’s a lot of delayed gratification involved for me and for you as the reader, because I have twists and ideas in SOS that I want to show you and talk about and I can’t yet, because we’re not there yet, whereas for something like the Martina Redemption fic, it’s technically a multi chapter fic, but they’re short chapters, and I wrote it all over a long weekend. Whereas I’ve been writing SOS since January and rotating the idea for it since before I even got a tumblr so… yeah that’s over a year now dang. So I’d say multi chapter fics, with the acknowledgment that there is probably a balance to be had somewhere in between the two extremes. SOS is a lot of fun to write, but I don’t think I could commit to writing another huge multi chapter fic at the same time, whereas it’s a lot easier to balance multiple wips when they’re one shots.

5. Do you like constructive criticism?

Interesting question. About my writing or in general? For my writing I’d say yes, but so far I haven’t gotten any. Which might be a good thing, although I did say when I first started writing fic, “hey I’ve never done much or any creative writing before, so if you have any feedback on things I can improve, please let me know”, but I haven’t gotten anything yet so I guess that means I’m doing okay? At least I hope. As for criticisms of myself or my blog in general, I’d accept constructive criticism on that too, as long as it’s worded nicely and doesn’t trigger my RSD.

32. Name three of your favorite fanfic writers.

Ah, fishing for compliments I see /j /lh. But please do not make me choose so many of you are so good! I want to tag every fic author in the fandom, and yet I’m so paranoid I’ll forget just one or two people and would never forgive myself. So besides you @myfairkatiecat (obviously), I’ll say the authors whose stuff I’ve read the most recently: @sophieswundergarten (for her amazing Sticky fic I seriously cannot hype that one up enough), @phtalogreenpoison (the Reynie is Curtain’s prodigy AU is incredible), and @heyitsthatonesmolgay because I am waiting on the edge of my seat for the greatest fear AU it sounds so good (check out snippets here and here)!

71. When it comes to more complicated narratives, how do you keep track of outlines, characters, development, timeline, etc. ?

Very good question. For my longer stuff, I start with the scenes and moments I have pinned down in my head that inspired the fic, bullet point the scenes in chronological order, and then write in the details that go in between and ideas for how to get from bullet point A to bullet point B and how I can write in additional “one shots” or impactful and interesting character moments to make those transitions seem less like plot filler and more exciting and fun to read and have it add something to either the characters or the story. Then when I’ve already written part of my fic, I still try to keep track of unfinished plot threads, cliff hangers, or things I plan to explain later (e.g., What happened with Sticky’s parents? Where did Isaac and Lindsey go? What’s up with Miss. Perumal’s past?). As for the characters, I do try to take the time to flesh out minor characters, because you can do that a bit more in a novel vs. tv format, but I also try to make sure I keep the main characters interesting and don’t create an unbalanced plot. I’ve talked about this before, but an unbalanced plot happens in a lot of shows where a few characters have these big mysteries that the whole fandom is super involved in and then these other main characters either end up with filler or their character development gets backtracked and rerun because they don’t know what to do with their storylines (this was one of my season 3 worries when season 3 was gonna be a thing and you can click the link to read more if you’re curious). I try to make sure all the main characters get some focus, and I also do that by letting some characters establish themselves before I start writing about other ones. For example, in SOS, that started as mostly Curtain and his friends, I establish a sense for their dynamic, and then Nicholas and his friends came into the story, and I’m slowly bringing more focus on Rhonda and Number Two, and as I’m going into season 2 I plan to write a lot more with Number Two especially, because of all the time she spends with Curtain and Nicholas in the compound.

also, if Sou and Shin are taking the roles of Shin and Kanna respectively.. what does that mean for the main game of chapter 2.... o.o

okok for the maple and sou question: so because maple wanting to kill him was kind of part of her programming as an obstructor, that wouldn’t really apply here, but that idea is still SO funny to me?? i’ll def have to doodle that at some point lmaooo

their dynamic here is actually really polite! i see them as being good buddies :) maple is one of the participants who’s closer to sou, because she very much wants to work together with the others and see the good in everyone. it’s very much like. “awwww what a nice guy!” and then the guy in question is plotting murder ahsjkskdks

just as an example:

although, i still can def see sou being a little bit scared of her, because maple very much can be scary when she wants to. she’s very opposed to the ideas that the death game perpetuates, what with suspecting and betraying one another, and so while most of her ire is directed towards the floormasters, she can also get pretty pissed when the actual participants try to trick each other. so…yeah, sou tries to stay on her good side and be a nice boy. but he also does genuinely think she’s neat!

for the shin and sou question: i wasn’t actually going to talk about the second main game for at least a little while, but im horrible at keeping secrets anyways and talking about this excites me, so why the hell not!!

so, while over time i’ve leaned less into the idea of a character’s “role” determining the actions they take (e.g. just because shin takes kanna’s role doesn’t mean he acts like kanna), the one thing i have stuck to is that when one character takes another’s role, they will always die at the same point in the story. i wanted to also incorporate ‘branching paths’ for ytr as well, because it’s one of the things that really sticks out to me about yttd!

…so yeah the second main game vote is either between voting for shin or sou (or technically ranmaru, but then everyone else would die). it’s vv tragic to me, because i love both of them </3 but i do what i must for angst.

i’m definitely going to give the main games their own posts (and almost 100% some art as well) in the future, but if you’ll allow me to get a bit rambly about shin and sou’s dynamic here and how it affects the main game, ehehe… ^_^

sou and shin at the beginning of the death game very much start out with ulterior motives. yes, they are friends, but they also gain something out of allying with each other: someone who they can rely on/who can vouch for them, which improves their chances of surviving. so they act all buddy-buddy, but there’s definitely tinges of manipulation going on from both sides (and while they realize exactly what’s happening they still acknowledge that this “trade-off” (both literally and metaphorically lol) is a good deal for both of them)

but throughout the death game they end up getting a lot more comfortable/vulnerable with each other, and soon enough they realize they really care about each other (really, they have the whole time). and this obviously complicates things because them wanting to protect each other throws a wrench in the whole “every-man-for-himself” ideology they’ve been preaching.

so, kind of like kanna, sou tries to get the sacrifice card during the second main game trading phase, but he does it with the intention of having him and shin escape together. …he does not actually get the card because the cards get swapped by gashu (there’s different reasoning for why they’re swapped this time but i’ll get into that in another post as well probably). hence, pain.

i envision the end of the 2nd main game being almost a screaming match between the two as they desperately try to convince everyone else to “vote for me so he can live!” (sort of like the shin and kanna vote but even angrier) (because kanna is a sweetheart and sou is Not) (it’s horribly ironic as i’d consider shin and sou the two characters with the strongest survival instinct in this cast, yet they are both driven to self-sacrifice here)

okok uhhhh sorry for the long tangent as you can see i’m evidently insane about these two’s dynamic in this au! ANYWAYS this vote is a lot different from the shin & kanna one because no matter who ryoko votes for as the tiebreaker, the one who survives will be PISSED. and by god they try everything to make her life a living nightmare in chapter 3 (because. being ryoko is suffering)

oh, are we sharing tl memories now?

i’ve been waiting for an opportunity to share the kin hell i’ve found myself neck-deep in- apparently one of my tls is some cursed trollstuck au of a different media and that has certainly made it difficult to figure out much of anything, really.

the timeline may or may not have been a descendant au- everyone had canon surnames from what i recall, although i can’t say for certain.

i’m fairly sure there was at least enough trolls to span the full hemospectrum, but i can only remember three: myself, my moirail, and the vantas.

i was an indigo, though i normally went hemoanon on the internet due to technically being a mutant. i was supposed to be culled as a wriggler on account of being hatched with a limb deformity as well as being a runt, but successfully made it to at least seven sweeps i think. i had some sort of prosthetic upper limb(s) though i can’t remember precisely which, but i learned the basics of bioengineering due to having to do upkeep myself. i had glasses (my source had round glasses while the equivalent of my moirail had rectangular ones, but i think they were swapped in this tl?) and an oversized lab coat about the length of nepeta’s coat i think.

my moirail was an olive whom i met due to him fucking up his arms in a flarping accident (i know for sure both of his ended up as prosthetics, which makes my confusing limb situation further strange). i don’t remember very much about his appearance other than the fact he wore tennis shoes, was taller than me, and potentially had white streaks in his hair for one reason or another. we had technically talked on trollian previously but it hadn’t been much more than formalities due to having mutual friends.

the vantas was a strange case due to the fact she wasn’t a mutant but a regular limeblood (obviously still dangerous, but less rare) on top of being one of the nicest people in our group. i remember the least about her, but she was pretty isolated for most of her life (i think we may have bonded over having to hide from most of troll society to avoid getting culled) and rarely spoke to anyone outside of trollian. she took a lot of things personally and had a really strong sense of justice so talking to her was somewhat taxing, but she really was genuinely nice to bond with. i don’t remember anything about her appearance other than she potentially wore a skirt similar to feferi but in green or grey tones?

uh. apologies for rambling, i’ve never really interacted with kin spaces so. this is kind of a lot. but i’ve been a long-time follower of the blog and it’s always felt very safe and comforting so :] yeah. this is kind of a mess my apologies

its super cool how you remember all this stuff. i have a soft spot for noncanon characters (as i kin MULTIPLE of them, which as u can imagine can be .... incredibly isolating haha) so i feel for you and how overwhelming it can be. hey, maybe there are people on here who remember similar stuff as you! that'd be cool wouldn't it? thanks for sharing, maybe i can do a sprite for you some day :)

Coroika Pirate AU part 2 (?)

Alright we’re back again :D I have a bit more info on the pirate AU which I’m gonna ramble about ig 

Here is part 1 of the AU if you’d like to read that first! 

I didn’t really get a lot of other character sketches done, other than Rider--- So i guess in this post I’ll be talking about him & some other characters in this AU! :D There won’t be any drawings in this post unfortunately, just more stuff about the characters :’)

Rider:

I might try to make a full character thing eventually--- I just haven’t had the chance to draw it out. So, I guess I’ll post that separately :/ Anyways! 

He’s technically a part of the S4 pirates, but he’s not on board with them. He’s an ally to them, but they’re not in the same ship.

Captain of the Chartreuse Pirates, which are another band of fearsome pirates. He’s also friends with the Blue Pirates (Goggles, Bobble Hat, Headphones, Specs) 

The Chartreuse Pirates is such a cool name fr

Sworn enemies with Captain Gloves (it’s more of a rivalry between the two, nothing serious)

He’s also somewhat well known across the seas for being as strong as the S4 pirates 

So basically, he was captured by Emperor’s army (Emperor’s family rules a kingdom in this AU) and separated from his crew. He manages to escape with a few injuries. After running away for some time, he eventually collapses somewhere because of his injuries. Aloha finds him and recognizes him as Captain Rider. After asking Skull what they should do, they decided to bring him aboard since his crew was nowhere to be found.

Rider wakes up a few hours later and he freaks out because he’s in the middle of the ocean aboard Captain Skull’s ship and his crew probably thinks he died or something and now he’s probably going to actually die because Captain Skull whatever evil pirates grrr and he has no boat and he can’t swi--

Anyways, Rider tries to escape but you can’t exactly get too far with a twisted ankle. Aloha found it pretty amusing though, hysterical even. 

Mask manages to catch Rider, sits him down, and gets him to chill out. He explains what happened and a whole “we’re not gonna hurt you” spiel

Eventually the S4 helps Rider reunite with his crew and as gratitude, Rider and the S4 become allies and help each other out whenever one needs it.

Rider is trying to be a kinder person

He’s pretty good at playing cards, specifically Blackjack and Speed.

Gloves:

Captain of the Dualie Pirates, a crew of pirates known for using two weapons. Two swords or two guns-- because they’re cool like that B) 

Captain Gloves is fairly new to the whole “pirate” biz, he thinks they’re cool and wanted in on the action overseas. 

He thinks Captain Skull is cool and wants to meet him someday, although his crew is HIGHLY opposed to this (they could probably die)

He also thinks the Wireglass Pirates are cool too and wants to be friends with their captain.

His crew also HIGHLY opposes this, as they are definitely going to die if they ever cross paths with the Wireglass Pirates. 

Gloves is bummed that he can’t meet the S4 pirates, but is still hopeful he’ll run into them eventually.

He’s friends with the Blue Pirates & Captain Hachi 

He’s fiercely competitive, he doesn’t take losing very lightly.

He doesn’t have any scars of his own-- yet, but he thinks they’re cool 

Gloves is friends with Prince, and sometimes sneaks into the kingdom to visit him 

He’s rather clumsy even though he tries to look cool

Emperor & Prince: 

(I put them under the same header since there’s not much about either of them) 

Emperor’s family rules over a kingdom, Emperor is next in line for the throne and he’s still learning to be a king alongside his younger brother.

Prince often sneaks out of the palace to wander around the town square. His brother actually knows about this, but chooses not to tell their parents. 

Emperor doesn’t really like pirates, but he does know a few of them. 

Emperor is aware that Gloves sneaks in to visit Prince, but he chooses not to do anything about it since his brother seems to enjoy Captain Gloves’ company.

Prince helped Rider escape after learning Rider knew Captain Gloves. 

The Wireglass Pirates: 

Everyone knows to stay out of the Wireglass Pirates’ way, as they are some of the most powerful pirates to patrol the waters. Even the S4 pirates steer clear of them. 

They supposedly got their name from their Captain, but it’s not really known where the name came from.

The Wireglass Pirates will try to take any ship they encounter, regardless of who it is. Very few survive their raids.

There are some rumors that the Wireglass Pirates serve Emperor, which explains why he hasn’t ordered anyone to stop them. However, it could also be because a lot of sailors are absolutely terrified of them.

Ocho is thought to be a part of this crew, but nobody really knows for sure. He’s mostly found away from the crew and hanging out by himself.

Ocho sometimes interacts with the S4 and Captain Rider. 

The S4 could probably beat them, but they don’t want to risk trying.

The Wireglass Pirates are also in possession of these things called “Black Labels” which temporarily disable weapons. But only the Captain is in possession of these. 

“Black Labels” are illegal and supposed to be outlawed in the seas. Not a lot of pirate crews use them. 

If Black Labels were stuck onto a pirate, they are unable to use their special ability for a little bit.

So Merg can’t be hurt or murdered at all? Or were they just bluffing? I feel like it was a bluff because then Merg wouldn’t have felt intimidated enough to run away. We should see if we can really hurt them next time!

Seriously though, don’t they get to you with what they say? Clover… Merg… anyone else who talks to us like that… I’ve tried to manipulate people’s minds like that too. But that doesn’t mean I’m desensitized from when I’m the flower on their sword’s end. You seemed pretty upset, so I figure it’s the same with you. *He bites the inside of his cheek and turns away so he can make a partial lie.* Not that I’m actually concerned… but you’re doing okay, right?

(Kara) "If you're going to tell a lie so obviously fake don't bother making it in the first place. I am a teenager, I'm never okay. But to the average teen yeah I'm fine. Although they are bluffing a bit. Merg can technically not get physically harmed, but if he dies in game he can never play Undertale AU's ever again. So yeah he's much more scared then he's letting on."

*Layer shows up hiding their tears with their hair but it almost doesn't matter.*

(Kara) "Oh my gosh what happened to you. Do you need some Ice Cream too? Hey can you give them a umm what do you like?"

(Layer) "A chocolate soft serve. *They think Might as well enjoy this last moment with them.*"

*They buy the ice cream and Layer eats it like they're at Jesus's table in the last supper. Every bite is as important as the last savoring every bite and enjoying it more than even Chara would.*

(Kara looks at them when there finished) "Oh my even I could tell you enjoyed that. So what happened?"

*Layer's hand is shaking with such force, they know their's one way to solve the undergrounds problems for a while but they've never killed an Undertale character let alone one who personally befriended them.*

(Layer) "You know that I do things for good reasons most of the time right? Well I am the player who came to stop others. To be honest sometimes even I question my morals. I mean look at myself I'm talking to lines of code all my life. If I were anyone else I'd be sick in the head. But no. It's me, Layer."

*Layer says this and realizes acting insane might calm them down so...*

(Layer) "You and I are a bunch of freaks!!! We go around destroying others fun for our own personal gain! Holy shit it feels good to yell! *Looks at Noelle who is crying* Oh the poor little princess, what do you need? Someone to actually care about you for more than your power and your looks? Everyone like that is dead!!! BY YOUR HANDS!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA! And Flowey, the predictable little flower. You and I both know that your middle name might as well be hypocrite, Jesus fucking Christ!!! You complain all the times about people doing the wrong things well guess what you forced people to be tortured hundreds of times because you were freaking bored. Here's a tip, if it's boring JUST CONTINUE THE GOD DAMN FUCKING STORY!!!"

           Five years had passed since the end of the Hundred Years War. After Ozai's defeat, the lives of avatar Aang and his friends had become even more charged than they were during the war. The avatar and his girlfriend, respected maestra Katara, were working on finding the remains of the air nomad culture and on preparing their wedding. Toph, the most powerful earthbender , had founded the first metalbending school in the world, and all the young people in the earth kingdom hoped to have the honor of becoming her students. The fire lord worked tirelessly to restore ties with the other nations and eliminate propaganda and Ozai's loyalists left after the war. 

        Sokka, now the crown prince of the Southern Water Tribe, had made countless diplomatic trips to other nations to facilitate the growing development of the South. Thanks to his inventions, his tribe had become an important industrial and cultural center. The prince even founded the first University of Engineering and Exact Sciences in the world. Although Sokka loved helping his people and considered his father one of the wisest people in the world, he could not understand the logic of his new decision. 

   Sokka: To recap, you want me to break up with Suki to arrange my marriage with the girl I left almost 6 years ago to continue my journey with the avatar.

   Hakoda: Sokka, you know that your relationship with Suki is already over because you both have different debts to your people. She moved permanently to the island of Kyoshi to train the next generation of fighters. You have to prepare to take over the leadership, and for that you need a wife

 Sokka: From what I can see, the fact that you don't have a wife doesn't stop you from being an extraordinary leader. However, don't tell Katara that I said that because I don't want to spend the rest of my life buried in ice.

 Hakoda: sometimes I forget that you inherited both my sarcasm and intelligence my son. I was afraid that I would have to burden you with another state problem.

Sokka: what are you talking about dad?

Hakoda: you see my dear, technically our tribe is still a colony of the northern water tribe. Not even the fact that the North ignored the South for a hundred years doesn't change that. With the help of Master Pakku, former General Iroh and the fact that your sister is engaged to the avatar we managed to get an agreement with Chief Arnook.

Sokka: And why didn't I find out about this sooner? Father, I fought in the war and I am your heir! How can you hide such a thing from me?!

Hakoda: Now is not the time to ask or offer explanations, but I swear this is the last thing I'm hiding from you. In a few weeks, a convoy of northern ships loaded with waterbenders will arrive in the South with the Chief and his daughter.

Sokka: maybe it's just the paranoia installed in the marrow of my bones due to the war, but this sounds quite threatening.

Hakoda: I'm afraid you're right and that if we refuse the generous offer of the Nordic Tribe, we'll get a civil war instead of independence.

Sokka: wonderful, this is the best present for my 21st birthday! Why does the universe hate me so much?!

Some more SW Stuff I’ve had on the brain…

Friday, I had the idea to do a short story focusing on Pig’s mom. Or come up with a design for her, anyway. One idea I’ve always had since I was little was that Pig’s mom had died when he was young, hence why the brothers are raised by their dad. Poppa Pig hasn’t remarried since then, but does keep her memory alive within the family. The short story I had in mind involved how Poppa Pig and his wife met, with his wife being an inventor while he, and his own brothers, are still builders. How she died is something I’m still working on. While in the original SRBA it was inferred, chapter 4 of DR confirms that AP’s mom did die…which makes Material-B’s remarks even more horrible.

I had two new AU ideas—one being a Whyatt/Princess Pea AU where Whyatt is Pea’s bodyguard and the Azure Flamechaser full time, and the other being a Whyatt/Red AU that’s kinda like a gender bent Beauty and the Beast, except that one has a few more elements of the original Grimm Brothers’ fairytales. Not sure if I’ll ever get around to posting them, though!

Due to playing Honkai Impact 3rd, I realized that majority of my stories have their own Kallen Kaslana—or legacy characters whose actions directly shaped the events of living ones. For FLaG, it was Sebastian Lièvre and Nico Fontaine. For BT, it’s Olivier Coyote and Rose Rabbit. For Temporary Truce, this almost became the case for Punkin’s mom and Cat’s father. For The Zula Patrol: Dreamscape Crusade, it’s Multo’s ancestor, Multo I. And this story has three dead characters whose stories still affect the present: Mother Goose, Prince Phillip, and Pig’s mother, whom I’m still thinking of!

I also realized during the writing of chapter 4 that AP basically became a miniature Nanoha, with a bit of Hibiki Tachibana thrown into the mix. One of his lines to Material-B (“I’ll come back alive and make it happen, even if it kills me!”) is directly inspired by Hibiki’s famous declaration to not die when fighting Miku in Symphogear G.

I also want to write more of King and Queen Pea, who are the main royals of Storybrook Village, if I’m guessing this correctly, and have had some important roles in the SRBA ‘verse. Queen Pea knows a lot about relics and swords, and King Pea went toe to toe with his daughter and won (although technically, he didn’t fight her, just talked sense into her). There’s a hint in chapter 4 that points at there being more to Princess Presto’s Second Style than being a merge of her old powers and new powers.

A funny idea I had that takes place after the events of SRBA is where Whyatt chats with his family about the Super Readers, and Jack notes that he often wondered who Whyatt was referring to when he needed the Super Readers to solve a problem, much to his embarrassment.

Writing those Why/Red scenes has given me fuel to write more of them! So, you can expect a few one-shots featuring them sometime in the future! One cute little one shot that I have takes place a bit before the events of SRBA Reloaded, where Whyatt decides to get Red a special present for her birthday,which is a soccer ball made out of chocolate. His mother, who knows that he hardly if ever eats any candy, notices this and teases him, asking if he’s buying it for a girl. If there’s one thing about Whyatt, he’s a terrible liar, which leads to him being slightly embarrassed, haha XD

Regarding Jeremiah, the Super Readers do eventually learn of his familial connection to Chaos, and question why he’s fighting his brother. Chaos is one of the few people that Jeremiah outright hates, and deems unworthy of being saved. There is a reason for this that’ll be explained in chapter 6. Jeremiah did try to help Chaos turn from his ways, but he did something so heinous that he cut him off and they became enemies.

Might make a few OCs, especially those who were the first Super Readers! ^^

Caught up with tfs a few days ago… Just wanted to say that I absolutely love it, especially how you've depicted certain dynamics (Maedhros and Maglor. They're such complex characters and it's thrilling to see them interact) Can't wait for part 20!

Also, if you don't mind, there's a couple questions for you:

I remember a note of yours saying you were thinking about killing Maglor in the very first chapter of the fic… Do you have any idea of what turn things would have taken if you had done that?

(I hope this isn't too technical) What's your approach in writing? Do you start off with certain scenes already in mind or do you just ask yourself what would the characters do in certain situations?

P.S. Maglor, could you please focus on STAYING ALIVE for once?

This is such a lovely ask, thank you! I sat on it until after I’d got part 20 out so that I could answer it without worrying about spoilers (re Maglor in particular), but it’s been brightening my ask box since you sent it in! I’m so glad you enjoy tfs, and the Maedhros and Maglor dynamic in particular – I love the two of them to PIECES and I want everyone reading to end up as feral about them as I am.

So: killing Maglor! I very much did not want to do that, as this entire second arc has shown pretty conclusively. To be honest I think the fic would have been almost unrecognisable if Maglor had died. He’s one of the two main characters (there are lots of major characters, but Maglor is a main character), he’s appeared in literally every single part, and his arc is one that ties strongly with several of the fic’s important themes. On a practical level, if Carcharoth had killed Maglor, there would have been no particular incentive to bring Maedhros to Menegroth, and so Beren, Lúthien and Thingol would have had a lot less divergence from their canon paths. And the way I see Maedhros is that grief tends to make him completely shut down, so we wouldn’t even have had a feral chaos agent to cause trouble. Although perhaps Curufin, backed up by Celegorm, would have taken the opportunity to pull off a coup in Himring even sooner. But also I wouldn’t have got to write Maglor meeting Lúthien so this would not be as much fun :(

My approach in writing! Kind of a mixture of the two, really. Writing canon-divergence AU actually requires you to be in almost constant conversation with canon, I think. Especially in the first few parts of tfs I spent a lot of time asking myself, Okay, so how would [insert character] react to this situation, based on what they do in canon? As I got more into the swing of the story, and more settled in my characterisations, I defaulted a bit to my more usual process, which is very much “have cool scenes in head and figure out how to get there”. The stabbing (my beloved!!) is a good example of this. I’d set things up in parts 11 and 12 so that Maedhros was obviously in an Extremely Bad Headspace and would not react at all well to Fingon and Maglor’s return. He could try to kill Maglor, actually, I mused to myself. And as I thought through the scene I decided that I liked the image a lot and would now have to quickly contrive a reason for Fingon to not be there so that it could happen. But for the most part I do try to let characterisation inform the plot – less putting little guys into situations than trying to work out which situations the little guys would get themselves into, which I think tends to produce a more plausible plot than the “the image in my head is cool” method. And of course I love writing dialogue and many of the best scenes in the fic are conversational ones: for those I usually have an idea of what plot significance the conversation needs to have, and what sort of dynamic between the characters I’m trying to illuminate, but often when they get talking I lose control of them a little and have to wrestle them back into line! Which is both fun and frustrating. Sometimes characters come up with really cool lines completely out of nowhere (I am VERY pleased with “The iniquity is not written on your bones” like where did that come from), but sometimes they’ve been in my head for ages and I am absolutely dying to work them into a conversation (“Ask me to stay and I’ll stay” !!). So a mixture, again.

Hhhhhn I’m glad you put your pinned post back bc i missed a few sneak peeks!! First of all, I love the ominous suit baddies and a new introduction for Erica Sinclair bc she honestly would be a child detective and rabble rouser! Also I love that Erica has heard enough about Lucas’s connection that lets him sneak into the movies that she goes to Steve when she feels unsafe! Tbh I feel like it’s a crime that we never got a scene of Lucas braving about his cool older friend who lets him go to movies for free and drives only for Erica to call Steve a loser but clearly note down that he’s a trusted adult ( let thé Sinclair siblings bond!! Let them be children and shit talk but also care for each other deeply! )Also truly such a joy seeing your impeccable sense of dramatic tension bc that scene sucked me right back in and left me excited about stranger things again . The blend of character work and plot has really gotten so good and it’s fun seeing how your style changed since the first installment!! Also belatedly, the age swap fic (another beloved marypsue AU that is always rotissering in my brain alongside body swap) with Nancy detectiving and a fun twist on the classic Hopper finding the government conspiracy beats of ST1.

Hello hello! Thank you so much! I'm thrilled to hear that the tension is good, and that the plot and character work seem to be working together well. That's all I ever want.

I love Erica and I want her to have all of the screentime! All of the sibling relationships on Stranger Things are so interestingly set up and I just want more of all of them. All the time. Forever.

I feel like the setup in this AU allows for a little more cross-generational interaction in general than the show itself implies. That was one of the things I really liked about s3, the way it put together the Scoops Troop instead of just splitting everybody up into three groups based on age again. It worked really well in s1 because, obviously, they were riffing on three different genres aimed at the three different age categories, and also because none of the characters knew anything, including that the others were involved. The more everybody knows, though, the more you either have to come up with external obstacles to separate them out and not have them share what they know with the others, or you gotta play with and shake up that structure a little. (I'm having some fun with it with former heroes right now, and I hope you'll like how it turns out!)

It's funny that you should mention the change in style, because it's something I've been thinking about recently. Part of it is definitely that the first installment in this AU is canon divergent after all the canon setup and everything, so I was able to lean a lot more heavily on what I could assume the audience already knows. I liked that a lot, and I'd like to try to pull that stylised, storytelling-style voice back into it more. But the changes in the s1 and s2 fics have enough knock-on effects, and I'm also changing enough things in the plot, that I can't lean so much on what people already know about s3. (Although I'm definitely having fun using some of those expectations!) I want to make sure everything's set up well, clear, and makes sense, and I'd like to do a little more of that highly stylised stuff again. Hoping I can strike a balance there.

This is me *not so subtly* sliding into your Inbox to ask more about your Speakeasy AU - you had mentioned characters having certain jobs based on archetypes/roles; would you be able to give us more in regards to what the rest of them do as well? (I'm also interested in the bit you talked about regarding their backgrounds, or where they were before the AU!)

Yes, I can totally talk about everyone’s jobs!!

First, there are the littles (AKA kids under 10), which for now consist of Jemima, Pouncival, and Tumblebrutus. Electra and Etcetera might also end up falling under this category, but I’m not sure what to do with them yet.

Old Deuteronomy owns a secondhand story officially called The Jellicle Ball but lovingly referred to by the community as The Junkyard. It has everything one could ever want, from garden tools to antique books to furniture to things you didn't even know you needed until he hands it over to you with a wink and a smile.

Munkustrap sometimes works the register, but he also moonlights as a sort of investigator for the neighborhood — he's not a hired gun, but he will certainly help track down a missing pet or stolen items. Mostly, he keeps tabs on Macavity, who runs a crime ring reaching far and wide across the city. Macavity also owns a range of various illegal businesses from brothels to speakeasies (in fact, the only semi-popular bar that he doesn't own is Deme and Bomba's, a fact he's not too happy about). Munk is also raising Jemima, his niece (Mac's daughter), ever since she was left on his doorstep. Plato is Munk's apprentice, although he's often too busy herding his little brothers Pounce and Tumble to pay much attention to what's going on.

Bustopher Jones is a wealthy expatriate from England who lives in a rather expansive house (for the city, at least). He was involved in some war in his past, although which one, what branch of the military he worked for, and what he actually did are much harder to pin down. He's retired now, and mostly spends his days as a socialite going out with his friends (including Old Deut) and donating to various projects throughout the neighborhood. When he came to the States, he brought Jennyanydots along with him as his long-time housekeeper. Her two kids, Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer, are technically Bustopher's wards, but they don't listen to him (or their mother) much at all, preferring to spend the remainder of their teenage years refining their breaking-and-entering skills.

Jellylorum and Asparagus run the Queen Victoria Theatre after taking over the reins from their dad, Gus. He used to own many more theatres in both the US and UK after a long and varied career as an actor himself, but myriad accidents and bombed shows have forced the family to give up all but this one. It's sometimes hard to balance the budget, but the community helps the best they can (especially Bustopher, who insists that the siblings are the only ones in town keeping the British theatre tradition alive).

The Magical Mr. Mistoffelees (AKA Quaxo) is a stage magician who has a running show at the Queen Vic. It's not enough to get by on, so he shares an apartment with his sister Victoria, a ballet dancer, and Cassandra, a contortionist who works as his stage assistant. Recently, two of Cassandra's old friends from the circus, Coricopat and Tantomile, have moved to town, so they're staying there for the time being as well. During the day while everyone else is out, they do tarot and palm readings at the kitchen table. (Whether or not Misto and the twins actually have mystical abilities is still under consideration.)

And, last but not least, Skimbleshanks is a local trolley car engineer. No big backstory, he's just a simple railway cat. :)

(Any character I didn't mention here I still haven't decided what to do with yet. I'm also thinking about adding my and/or other people's OCs to fill out the background characters!)

so uhh....here's the rules i guess....

eplaination  for this au: So uh this is my second au....so uh…let's talk about something called parallel universes.

Sure, sure  parallel and alternate are basically the same thing but for my aus and such they are a bit different. I usually use parallel to describe an au that is basically close to the original but has small differences while I use alternate for aus that are completely different.

Soooo…..uh okay this is a parallel universe where durus was defeated but unfortunately some of the versions of characters from the original demonic au died.  These characters technically were Twist, Damien, Eli, Peter, Exe, and Durus

Those no worries they're alive in the original au, the au I'm talking about is this one. After what happened Kno convinced Target to leave the base in that au to make a new one in another au. He also somehow managed to convinced Target to allow him to reincarnate him. It actually took quite a bit of work since the only for Target was if Kno made him completely powerless in his new form though before working Kno decided to mostly work on his soul and mind first in order to figure out what caused him to become this monster in the first place. It actually took Kno a lot of time to do this while they were looking for a new base due to how unstable Durus's mind was. In fact Kno had to rest or restart the process several times because of how bad it was, in fact it was so bad that despite being able to fix most of the problems Kno still couldn't completely make it so that Durus was fully stable. Durus still struggles from haphephobia, anxiety disorders, and depression. After Kno was done with repairing his mind he needed to figure out what he should do for a body for Durus and had to figure it out quickly due to the fact that the soul can only last so long without a body.

. As Kno was working on the body, Target managed to find a new place. And whatta ya know it's in the gamble galaxy on the world known as popstar. After moving into a small town (this is like before Kirby comes to town.) Kno managed to finish Durus's body after gaining inspiration from meeting a member of the puffball species. Soon after they brought another house that was close next to theirs and allowed Durus to live there, they often go to check on him and also take food there since he's uncomfortable with going outside and meeting others due to a combo of his haphephobia and anxiety disorders.

He often struggles with why Kno saved him although he was the one who had the most reason why not to. During those days Kno and Target were visiting the market until they heard gossip of a monster stealing food. At first they didn't believe it until they started to see proof of what was happening. They actually saw it run into the forest after stealing food which made them curious about what it actually was. They would take a walk through the forest until they caught a glimpse of it every now. It finally came to a point that they got curious enough to a point that they would eventually try to lure whatever it is out using food in order to get a better look at it.  At first it absolutely refused to come out but slowly began to trust them since they would often leave the food behind for them, until one day they decided to show themselves.Both Kno and Target were shocked to find out that it was a puffball child and even more shocked to find out it was also an orphan and had literally been living in the forest for about 4 years. They decided to bring the puffball in and keep them until they could find an orphanage…which was the plan until they became attached and found out they had a sibling…...in fact Target was the one who got the most attached to them and literally started lovingly calling them forest gremlins. So they got two little puffballs to keep them (besides Durus) company! It was actually Kno who named them Twist and Exe (pronounced x) after his good friends little did they know they were actually the reincarnations of Twist and Exe only for Damien to soon follow after.

So thing with Damien is…..he's a demon beast. So…..yeah he was created by nightmare and stuff.(shrugs 🤷)

So technically what happened is that nightmare got the bright idea that maybe if he made a monster that looked like a star warrior maybe he could stop the other star warriors? So he made Damien who was supposed to be a copy of Meta knight. Unfortunately Damien came out too soon and didn't look like Meta knight at all but still had to suffer for about eight years due to the fact Nightmare thought that maybe he could get some use out of him. Unfortunately for him, Damien was a rebel. Meaning that he didn't want crap to do with Nightmare and his plans of dominating the universe. So technically one night he was like "screw this" and somehow managed to escape and get to popstar on a spaceship all while demon beasts were trying to capture him. (anything about this that sounds familiar? Cough 626 cough.)  Got lost in a forest and was found by the forest gremlins. (Twist and Exe) He was also adopted by Target and Kno.  Aka they all became one big weird family. Target and Kno didn't know that Damien was actually a demon beast….and didn't find out until he started hitting growth spurts…which came with wings and horns.

So fun fact it's actually natural for a puffball to get wings and horns if they got the genes. Though sometimes they'll just get wings or horns. But in order to do so they have to be a certain age (19) because of this Damien actually got them very early at about age 17. He also got his digits at an early age too ( i failed to mention that earlier didn't i? And yes, puffballs can get fingers.) This is where Reese comes in. He gets checked out…it's discovered he's actually a demon beast. A couple of panic attacks and scared outbursts later…he's still part of the fam and Reese is in on the secret and becomes his own private doctor who does regular checkups every now and then.

After that they find the twins, negato, and chronos (who miraculously somehow managed to get close enough to Durus to a point he now lives with him.)

Now it's time for …. More headcanons.

Negato can be a little bit of a jerk but means well in fact most people actually kind of consider him creepy due to his strange personality. The only one he gets along and is good friends with is Kirby despite the age difference.

Damien can still purr in this au. He's very strong and is a fire type demon beast. Unfortunately, just like the original he can't stand the cold. He is actually somewhat self conscious of his appearance and worries that he  might frighten others.

Koi and Kai are best known as the mystery twins; they both were found exactly the same way as the forest gremlins. Their genders are actually unknown though Reese has determined one is female and the other is male. These two are usually seen together.

Exe is a….let's face it….a big boy.

Exe is literally considered to be one of the biggest puffballs in a ….long time. In fact before it was discovered that they and Twist were twins it was actually thought that they were the elder sibling due to their size. They're a lot bigger than any of their siblings…heck they're even bigger than Durus and he's an adult! Like most puffballs they have a big appetite. Though as they get older this appetite usually shrinks some, but for some reason Exe's appetite has yet to shrink. The horns on Exe's mask are actually fake. Though they'll probably get wings soon unlike their siblings.

Twist is known by the others to get into trouble quite a bit, so they often have to help them out. They love to take walks every now and then and usually do so often. They unfortunately like Exe and Damien cannot grow wings or horns due to not having the right genes for it.

The group often goes to visit chronos and Durus. The reason why Kno and Target allowed Chronos to live with Durus is because Durus seems to be the most comfortable around Chronos, they're hoping that maybe with time, effort, and tlc, they can help Durus feel better. Not only but they're also hoping that maybe Durus can get used to being people again with Chronos being his roomie.

Durus usually wraps himself up in a blanket as a comfort item.

Reese and her brother Peter are actually old friends of Twist. They all met when they were kids. Reese, unlike her brother, is a doctor while Peter is a blacksmith, techian, and miner. Their brother Eli is the youngest and considers Twist a sibling since they come to visit often. He'll often come over to their house to visit and hang out with the other kids.

He wants to be a herpetologist when he grows up.

So now we're finally here……let's talk about void or I mean mukou now.

After being defeated by Kirby and the gang in the game's universe. He was sent to and reincarnated in the show's universe (and yes there's a show it's called "Kirby right back at ya")  after landing in the snow and staying there for a few hours he was found by Twist while they were out on a walk and brought home. So unlike normal puffball children he's got wings….and horns….so it's concerning so they decide to take him to Reese. The tests say he's perfectly normal and healthy if a bit aloof. So technically he gets adopted by them but due to fear for his safety and such. He pretty much hangs out with the grownups mostly Twist since he sees them as a parental figure. He sometimes hangs out with the children though Negato is creeped out by him. He pretty much does whatever a child does. He has nightmares….a lot. So he usually sleeps with Twist or Exe. And he also hangs with Kirby a lot, for some reason he looks up to him.

so uh now with new additions

shard who is crown's twin in a way and appeared out of nowhere

crown who was kidnapped from their dimension and turned into a lab rat but managed to escaped and is now trying to live a normal life and is at the same time trying to get back to their old dimension

and azul is a dark matter that crown has met along the way to dreamland. by the time this art trade has opened the trio has been in dreamland for three weeks, this is when the three start trying to find a way to get crown back home......that is if crown actually wants to go home...
