The design ain’t quite accurate and it makes zero sense for her to battle in her ceremonial outfit but I just love it too much and my brain was like “she mad period”.

Pro tip for begginers : can’t draw hands ? Use references. That’s what I did here, and lemme tell ya it would’ve look so lame&weird if I didn’t. Nothing to be ashamed of !

The Outcasts- chapter 11

Robin hated the orders. Lady Echo knew it well and didn't force him to take part in the action if he didn't want to. So the behavior of the Ivory Eliatrope Dragon made him in a particularly nasty mood. He was growling at anyone who approached him and circled the lower deck, officially looking for potential leaks in the hull of his beloved Amanda. "Don't torture yourself like this" Kalmia came down to the deck. Robin knew it was her because her infected leg was tapping every time she stepped. "It's probably some kind of extraordinary circumstance, since Lady Echo asked us to sail South." "This dragon is driving me crazy," the Cra snapped, leaning against one of the barrels. "He treats us like rubbish. Echo, even if she doesn't see us as equal, then at least keeps appearances" "She's a Goddess Eniripsa's daughter. I haven't seen a mean Eniripsa in my life yet." "And those who denied you a cure?" "They weren't directly mean" Kalmia rolled her eyes (or rather her eye, because the second was woody). Robin laughed softly and ruffled her green hair. "I don't want to be this biased one, but watch out for Kira," Cra said. "She seems nice, but she looks at You a bit too often for my taste" "Do you have a problem with her... preferences?" the girl raised her eyebrow. "No, no," Robin shook his head. "It's not this... You're seventeen. I prefer you to wait, okay?" "People say everyone is developing at their own pace" "But a little more waiting will not hurt" "Mask?" Kalmia looked over his shoulder. Robin turned and saw Masquerade with a skull mask on his face. The other two were tied to his waist. The masked man was walking crooked, a bit like a wild animal. "Ah, that's where you hid," Robin sighed. "Kalmia, go check our crew and their packing. I will come to you" The young Sadida nodded and returned to the main deck. Two men were left alone. "Echo told you to watch over this Qilby guy, right?" Robin muttered. The Masqueraider nodded slowly. "Okay. You have to keep doing it. I don't know how much of what is said about him is true, but I don't intend to risk" Mask just nodded again. ---------------- Adamai shoved Qilby into Lady Echo's office and left him alone with the female leader of the Brotherhood. The woman sat on the counter of her desk and watched the Eliatrope carefully. "Inventor," she said quietly, coming closer. "No one called me that from a long time," Qilby muttered, flicking his new shirt. "I was informed that You have been able to finish a project begun by the Count." Lady Echo put one hand on his shoulder, and with another she lifted his chin slightly, forcing him to look at her. She was slightly taller than him. "Yes," said the Eliatrope sciencist with a heavy sigh, pulling out three small orbs from his pocket. "Your man had problems with miniaturization. He did not have the proper knowledge and skill. I built a few sets. And you don't need a second set at the place you want to get" "And how to set a destination?" the Eniripsa took the orbs from his hand. "Just focus on it," said Qilby. "Very well" Echo hid the device into an unseen pocket in her dress "I want you to go with them. Instead of brother Adamai. We will need him here. And you... what raises our fears is something from your specialization, if I'm not mistaken" "Yes, usually my specialization is something what I never heard about, name including" the man snapped with sarcasm, putting his hand on his hip. Then the woman's long fingers catched his throat and the floor dissapeared from beneath his feet. "Enough," the Eniripsa hissed, her eyes glowing with intense purple. "The situation is serious and I don't have time to play any little games, do we understand? "F-f-fine..." Qilby rasped, chocking. Then Echo smiled and gently set him on the ground. "Wonderful" the woman murmured in a much more friendly tone, but despite this Qilby shivered "And now let's go to the business" ----------------------- Robin's slender junk ship sailed out of the bay at the Cursed Citadel around noon, when the sun was in the zenith. The Bratherhood's agents were working on the deck intensively like ants... Besides the captain and the two captives. "Seriously?" Yaga raised an eyebrow with amusement when Robin closed the door of a small cell, below the deck near the stern, behind her. In the cage next door was Qilby, strangely silent from the conversation with Echo. "Not my idea," Robin sighed and looked at Kira, who was leaning against the door frame and carefully watching him. "No, really, not mine. "Easy, dude, I'm not saying anything" Kira raised her hands up, but everyone knew she was not happy. Robin just rolled his eyes. "I'll let you out when we're some distance from the mainland," he said to his 'guests' "Order from a top, you can say. Kira, watch over them, please. See you in three hours" And he went upstairs. There was an awkward silence. Yaga leaned against the wooden wall of her cell and took a small pipe from her pocket and a packet of herbs. Kira handed her a matches and when dark-haired wanted to regale her a pipe, the Sram refused. Qilby sat down in the corner of his cell and wrapped himself in a blanket lying on the straw mat. "So..." Yaga inhaled a large portion of smoke and blew it toward the ceiling. "Qilby... How are you doing with this gent in the mask? I ask, because you two are still in this lab of yours and you gossip about the devil know what... "Seriously?" annoyed Qilby mimicked the earlier statement of the dark-haired, which caused laughter from both ladies. ---------------- The mole in the Brotherhood was a good idea. The bribed soldier warned master Joris that one of the squads has been sent by Lady Echo to the South, to a place called the Dragon Mausoleum. It was impossible to get there using the Zaaps, only by sea. The informant didn't know what was the target of the Siblings, but the mission was said to have been given the highest priority, and the group included the Port Mali girl and the Eliatrope scientist. Although the Ambassador of Bonta cared for the time, he could not disappear from the city just like that. It wasn't so easy. First, he warned his king that he would not be there for a while, and then... he went to a much more dangerous meeting. "How much time this mission requaries?" Asked the young woman in blue robes. She and Joris were sitting in a small library, at the Eliatrope embassy, and drank a herbal tea. The hands of them both were shaking slightly. "I don't know, my Lady," Master Jurgen inclined his head and stared at the table top. "As much as it have to, I'm afraid" "I understand," murmured Mrs. Ambassador, chewing on her lips. "I would like to go with you, Master Joris... But Yugo, my king needs me... The last events..." "I understand it and I respect it." Joris nodded and put down his cup of tea on the table. "Forgive me, my Lady, but I have to go now" "Please, visit me when you come back," she asked, kissing him in the forehead. "Otherwise, I'll be very disappointed" "Naturally," the Ambassador of Bonta nodded and kissed his Lady too. "See you soon, my Goddess." "Goodbye, my Dragon..."

Me and my sister have this story with wakfu

It follows Joris and alys some years into the future, where the eliatrope kingdom is emerging and political tension is growing, not to mention some very dramatic exchanges between yugo and adamai (who is dragon sized), and adamai may have blown up like 20 ships but anyways

My sister was wondering if any of you would be interested in a comic/story since currently we are our only audience

It’s really fun and I’d have fun writing and drawing it, and I have a lovable band of pirate ocs in the story who I’ve been wanting an excuse to draw more of (I promise you’ll love them) so let me know ok

how many friends does your character have?

Debatable. Also depends on at what point of time things are being told, things like that, etc

Surely she has tons of friends back in Emrub, did she keep them? Dunno! When she’s good again? We can mark down Pinpin and his family as well as Yugo being constants in being her friends. Other than that it depends on who she meets. In my story, I think I’ll eventually have her befriend some of my other Wakfu characters like Yvette the Eniripsa and Sanxay the Ecaflip. I have friends who have their OCs be friends with her – Omei the Eliotrope who belongs to my friend Nemy, and Ali the Eliatrope who belongs to Artstarmi. Then some of the characters who she’s met on this blog through RP of course, for the corresponding verses. Other than that… depends! Who knew this girl could have so many friends after fucking so much up?

how many friends does your character want?

Deep down she wants a lot, but she’s also conflicted and thinks she doesn’t deserve any. Poor girl. She’s beyond thankful for the one she has. I think her whole antisocialness plays a part in it too, people make her feel weird.

She started off as a very unhopeful person. Very unfaithful. Then of course, jealousy and anger ate her up inside and well, turned her into a monster. But that’s something I could write about forever. Right now I’d have to saaay…

Still kinda unhopeful. She wants to get better but doesn’t think she will. She still has that anger problem, and she’s also trained herself to be a really good… liar. She’s good at faking things. She’s absolutely not as fine as she leads people on to think. If anyone knew a lot of the truth about her, they’d probably find her absolutely untrustworthy. She even keeps things from her best friends. And she does it because she thinks she deserves it. Like… she deserves the hurt and the pain she’s going through. And if people found out she’d probably get upset about it in a really bad way. 

Prone to outbursts, and that’s not good either. She could hurt people. Or worse. Acts super nice and soft but she’s not. Basically huge faker who always hides behind a mask.

(I mean sure she really IS trying but she’s playing herself up a lot. It’s not malicious and she really wants to be good but. this isn’t an ask about how good she is lol)

How did the pregnancy proceed in the eliatrope sweatcheroo? If in this alternative universe, Alys gave birth with the help of Dofus, did the family have a place for Mavis? Which of two children will be born a dragon?

Thinking of offspring for dragon!Alys is a rabbit hole; it goes deep and not exactly where one would like to go IF they stick to canon lore logic… which I do. I make it difficult for myself and not fun for anyone else, whoops.

I will need to explain a few things first so my answer and reasoning make sense. This is going to be a bit lengthy so I am going to put it under a cut. Please carry on reading if you’re interested and want to dive into me overthinking and taking stuff far too seriously.

So, here we go!

As sad as it is, Mavis will never be an Ambassador Fluff child no matter what universe. I wrote her completely out of that role like three or four years ago and I have no intention to reverse that decision. I know this sucks because I am aware a bunch of my Watchers like(d) her and would have loved to see her become a daughter of my ship. I can only apologize for this never happening.

As for Clustus and the Eliatrope Switcheroo AU, I am not sure but I do know that any offspring dragon!Alys manages to produce will not be an Eliatrope. Why? Well… *prepares glasses*

Eliatrope dragons are unable to create a Dofus containing a dragon and Eliatrope. Heck, not even the Goddess Eliatrope can pull this off without the Great Dragon dropping in for a “productive” visit and he only done so once. He made her the six Eliatrope Dofus because she so desperately wanted kids and then he bolted to let her raise those twelve kids on her own.

Now, divine beings aside, dragons are only capable of creating a Dofus when they are emotionally charged with a positive feeling, in most cases this is love. Dragons are unlike humans; they don’t just fall in love on a whim and judge mortals by having a peek inside their heart and judge their worth. Have ill intent or are simply a jerk? A dragon will sniff that stuff out faster than you coming home and smelling your favorite dish is being prepped in the kitchen. So a dragon falling in love is an extremely rare occurrence and this makes the creation of a Dofus almost just as rare. 

In short, dragons are nitpicky as fek and have extremely high standards most mortals can’t even reach because they have mortal flaws.

But say that a dragon finally finds a mortal (or another dragon, who knows) they deem worthy of their respect or love. In most Dofus cases we know about, a Dofus either acted as a vessel for the Dofus’ creator to reincarnate through after they died (Grougalorasalar, Dardondakal and Ignemikhal are great examples of this) or as a vessel of power (see in-game Dofus). Any known cases where a dragon-created Dofus actually brought forth offspring are so few, it’s almost nonexistence. 

Almost though! 

Dragons may be few and rare in the World of Twelve but they came from a Dofus. As scary as it is for Eliatrope fans, the World of Twelve holds more (non-Eliatrope) dragons than the Eliatropes ever had, and even then the number of the Wo12′s dragons is low. Based on this, we can logically assume that the six Eliatrope dragons we know and love either never made a Dofus or the Dofus they did create held no offspring. 

Now, I can hear some of you lore nuts reading this already sharpen your pitchforks because there is indeed a single scene in Wakfu Season 2 where we see other dragons among the Eliatropes: 

Unfortunately, aside from this single shot, we never again see an Eliatrope dragon which isn’t one of the Six. Not in the Wakfu manga, which so generously gave us more (up to date) Eliatrope lore, or any of the other flashbacks we got about the Eliatrope past and fights against the Mechasms and/or Orgonax. There are only ever Eliatropes shown with not a trace of other dragons existing.

From this alone, I always assumed that the shot of Glip with the young Eliatropes and copy-paste Adamaï’s was an error. If it weren’t, Ankama would have shown us more dragons in any flashbacks or history retellings. 

(I do want to make clear that this is my conclusion and observation on this plothole and I will respect if anyone thinks otherwise and believes there were other dragons among the Eliatropes. I mean, it would be awesome if true! For this post and my fanon stuff, I’m sticking with my own conclusion about there not being other Eliatrope dragons.) 

So back where I left of… Rarety. It rules high among dragons and Dofus no matter where they come from. It sucks but it’s one of the reasons why dragons and Dofus are so special.

Now…. say dragon!Alys creates a Dofus for her lover. Will it be a reincarnation vessel for herself, a relic of power or will it hold offspring? The rules of Dofus creation and purpose are so wonky… But, for the sake of the ship (and your question, Anon), let’s say it holds offspring. It will most definitely be a dragon because a non-Great Dragon dragon created it.

But then we stumble onto the next issue: Do you know how long it takes for a Dofus to naturally hatch? It can take decades or even centuries and this is solely based on previous hatching accounts. It took Yugo and Adamaï centuries to reincarnate and hatch. We don’t know if Nora or Efrim ever hatched, and they died a bit before Yugo and Adamaï did. If this is true, it means they have been inside their Dofus for centuries and were still in it during Wakfu Season 3. Just like Mina and Shinonome who also died around the same time as Yugo and Nora back then. They’ve been inside their Dofus for 10,000 years. Yikes. 

The long hatching times is mostly due to a Dofus needing to gather Wakfu (or so I was told!) and this can take a looong while. Oh dear, that’s not very promising. 

Hatchings which were forced through unnatural causes, like Bolgrot, Chibi/Grougaloragran and Glip, are ones I won’t be looking at for this because Alys would never force or jumpstart such a precious process.

So to give a maybe unsatisfying answer to your question ( I am so sorry…): There is no human-like pregnancy. Dragon!Alys magically creates a Dofus like any other dragon in love would. The Dofus may hatch (eventually) and bring a little dragon into the world. It will not be Mavis.
