Mr Krueger is it normal for me to make arts-and-crafts projects when stressed and is it healthy (also I do it almost every week)

It is totally normal and healthy coping behaviour to do activities you enjoy, dear.!

However, if it starts to stress you out negatively by itself, instead of helping you, (perhaps by procrastinating on other tasks) then it is considered maladaptive.

I advice you to do what benefits you longterm and to not stress over something you do for yourself. That is easyer said than done, of course.

Most importantly: do what you do for yourself and for your happyness! You have to live with yourself the longest, after all.

5:10 p.m. Also, I looked back over my fic stats and I'm blown away that my 6k word story is still going strong. I'm ready for some new properties to come out just so I can pump out more stories and ride that first wave of fic-ers (LET'S GO FF XVI - finally have some cool summon stories, AMIRIIIIGHT).

8:13 p.m. This nap was not planned. All I did was turn the A/C down two degrees and then I passed out on the floor. Worst disco nap ever.
