The Three Stooges in Spooks! (1953) Columbia Pictures Dir. Jules White

Spooks! was originally shot and released in (anaglyph) 3D. It was also the first Three Stooges featurette to be filmed in a widescreen / flat picture ratio.

Welp! We won't' be watching any 3D movies this week. As I said on my live stream last time, the Robot Monster tape is too poor a quality for the effect to work.

And then I looked at the Catwomen tape: the color is better, but the separation is VERTICAL for some reason! That's not how RED/BLUE 3D works!

Plus, just like the Robot Monster tape, only SOME of the scenes are in 3D... I don't get it...
