Hi, 27 ENTJ here. On a Daily basis I am not cery entusiastic and expresive person for others. I found it can be not effective during meeting new people, parties, dating others. I am more entusiastic in 3 cases - others are, i am drunk or they are my close friends. I would like to be more expresive, the same reson why I make small talk, being nice for strangers and trying to communicate well. I feel its very impornant. How should I improve that? Is my motivation right?Anbooks or YouTube Channels?
Have you ever known "expressive" people and tried to figure out why they are expressive? The original meaning of the word "express" comes from the idea of pressing/squeezing something out. In terms of social interaction, it means putting forth or communicating something with a level of energy that rises above the norm.
What do people put forth or communicate in social interactions? All sorts of things like: statements, news, ideas, speculations, plans, goals, claims, opinions, beliefs, values, memories, jokes, questions, confusions, etc. And where does the energy come from? Usually, underlying feelings, emotions, passions, immediacy or urgency, or a desire to show oneself. An important part of socializing is the idea of being seen, acknowledged, and understood by others. Why do you feel compelled to socialize and make friends in the first place? Why not just stay home and do your own thing all the time? Whatever it is that's motivating you to socialize should be visible in the way you express yourself. Due to inferior Fi, it's likely the case that the missing piece of the puzzle has to do with feelings, emotions, and passions. These are the things that, when expressed, allow people to know something about who you really are, i.e., what your unique subjective experience of the world is like. One complaint people often make of Te doms is that they don't really feel seen or known by them. Why? Since Te doms don't value their own deeper subjective experience of the world, it doesn't occur to them to get to know others in depth either. As a result, it always feels as though there's a psychological barrier or wall in the way of deeper relationship. It may be worth asking yourself what's stopping you from expressing more. If you don't experience strong enough feelings, emotions, and passions to express, it comes across to others as though your true personality is hidden or that you have no striking aspects of personality for them to connect with.
If inferior Fi indeed lies at the root of your question, then a possible solution is to get in better touch with your feelings, emotions, and passions, and have a better understanding of what role they ought to play in your self-concept. It may be helpful to consult some of the books I've recommended about emotional intelligence on the resources page. When you're more aware of them, you'll have more opportunity to express them, and you'll feel more motivation or enthusiasm for self-expression.
Beware that you're playing with fire, though. Every quality has a benefit but also a cost. On one hand, being more expressive allows you to show yourself and be seen by others, to foster a much deeper and more fulfilling connection in your relationships. But, on the other hand, greater intimacy also produces greater potential for conflict, if what you express or how you express things doesn't always land well with others. It's the price you must pay. You ask about right motivation. Well, I suppose you should reflect on whether you think it's worth the risk for the reward.

This sudden miserable whether is supposedly only going to last for a week, but George finds that the past few days have felt like eternities. He doesn't mind the rain. His window is pushed open just enough to let him slip his hand through the gap, letting little droplets gather on his fingertips and run down to his wrist. Thunder growls and the clouds burst into tears. Weeping onto his skin. The random showers and hailstones come down hard, and he scoffs.
Unpredictable weather has always bugged him. Planned outfits go to waste when all it takes is an immediate flash of lightening to frighten mother nature into sobbing blue.
Random and chaotic. Impossible to predict and heavy when it hits. Just like Dream.
Tumblr media
A set of cards is splayed across his palms, held firm by his thumbs, and George's expression remains entirely neutral. Eyes glazing over red and black with disinterest. Card games aren't his forte, but they've always been an absent fascination. It must be the aspect of acting that appeals to him the most. His opponents, on the other hand, are certainly more expressive than they should be. He can peer into their minds with ease, yet for some reason it seems to irk him.
Dream would pull a decent poker face, he thinks to himself absent-mindedly. Pinching a card between his fingers. Lips quirking up at the thought of how difficult it would be to take apart a plain expression dotted with freckles. At least it wouldn't be so easy, then.
George is fairly certain he shouldn't be seeing so many giddy grins or frustrated scowls. People practically paint the symbols and numbers of their cards directly onto their skin. Dream would lie; he knows that well. Would show hearts in his eyes with a set of diamonds. George lives for that sort of manipulation.
Tumblr media
They run their fingers along the spines of books upon the shelves of the library while they walk. Near complete silence is considerably more relaxing than they would've thought. Watching every passing title and author until something jumps at them, ugly claws and narrowed eyes at all, to challenge them to the first few pages. There's a lack of tempting novels this week.
Although... they do pause when their hand hovers over a parchment-yellow bookcase. Lined with red. In spite of foul dimness of colour, this book is familiar. The Sleeping Army. It must've been the very first novel that piqued their interest in chess to begin with, even if it is intended to be anbook for children.
I wonder what got Dream into chess, he mulls over the thought. Bringing the hardback cover into his hands and flicking aimlessly through old pages. Has he read this, too?

Uber Rival Lyft Launches Meal, Grocery Delivery Service In Several U.S. Cities
Tumblr media
Ride sharing company Lyft has launched a new on-demand delivery service which will also provide earning opportunities to drivers suffering from a near-total collapse in demand for ride-hailing trips.
By  Reuters | Updated: 19 hours ago
Tumblr media
View Photos Lyft also offers drivers an option to transporting passengers with its restaurant food delivery platform Lyft Inc on Wednesday said it has launched a new on-demand delivery service to provide essential goods, including groceries, meals and medical supplies, to people in need during the coronavirus crisis. The U.S. company said the offer will also provide earning opportunities to drivers suffering from a near-total collapse in demand for ride-hailing trips. The company said its drivers could be booked to deliver goods on behalf of government agencies, nonprofit groups, businesses and healthcare organizations. Drivers would be paid in the same way as for ride-hailing trips, based on the distance and time they travel, a Lyft spokeswoman said. But payment for the delivery service comes from a variety of sources, according to the spokeswoman, including from Lyft, the partner organizations themselves and Mastercard Inc, which has partnered with Lyft. Lyft said its initial partners for delivery services included Dole Packaged Foods and a group providing meals to students in need. Lyft's larger rival, Uber Technologies Inc, already offers drivers an alternative to transporting passengers with its restaurant food delivery platform. Lyft said the delivery service would initially be available in Atlanta, Austin, Texas; Dallas; Houston; Indianapolis; Orlando, Florida; Phoenix; San Francisco; San Diego; San Antonio and Seattle, but could expand to more cities if the company finds additional partners. Lyft said some 120,000 drivers from across the United States had signed up for the delivery service since the company advertised the opportunity on March 20. New York City, the largest ride-hailing market in the United States, has hired taxi and app-based drivers to deliver food to those who cannot leave their homes due to health conditions or other concerns during the coronavirus outbreak. New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said at a news conference on Wednesday that the city has hired 11,000 drivers who get paid $15 per hour and receive reimbursements for gas mileage and tolls. The coronavirus crisis has exposed the vulnerable status of independent contract workers that Lyft and other gig economy companies such as Uber, GrubHub Inc, DoorDash Inc and Postmates Inc rely on. Unlike employees, those workers generally do not receive benefits, including health coverage, sick pay, unemployment and minimum pay.(This story has not been edited by NDTV staff and is auto-generated from a syndicated feed.)0 CommentsFor the latest auto news and reviews, follow CarandBike on Twitter, Facebook, and subscribe to our YouTube channel.

PC_Article_AfterShare_1
Anbooks vừa trình làng bộ “Chuyện kể âm nhạc song ngữ Việt - Anh: Câu chuyện bên thùng giấy - Kitten in the carton & Chuyện bầy heo của bà - Grandma’s Piglets”.

Auto Expo 2020: Best Two-Wheelers Of The Show
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Needless to say, the 2020 Auto Expo did not have much to offer to two-wheeler enthusiasts with all big manufacturers giving the biennial event a miss! In fact apart from Suzuki Motorcycle India and the Piaggio group, there were just a handful of electric two-wheeler companies present at the expo. Nonetheless, we scrounged hard and here are the best two-wheelers on display at the 2020 Auto Expo.
Suzuki Katana
Tumblr media
(The headlight is a tribute to the old Katana, but the engine is shared with the Suzuki GSX-S1000F) Suzuki unveiled the all-new Katana at Auto Expo 2020. The Suzuki Katana revives a name which has been taken from Suzuki's past, from the 1980s and 1990s, of a popular sport touring motorcycle with the same name. The 2020 Suzuki Katana is based on the Suzuki GSX-S1000F and is powered by the same 999 cc, in-line four-cylinder engine which pumps out 147 bhp of maximum power at 10,000 rpm, and 105 Nm of peak torque at 9,500 rpm. It has already been showcased in international motorcycle shows like the 2018 Intermot show in Germany, as well as the EICMA 2018 show in Milan, Italy. The electronics package includes a three-level traction control which can be switched off. Braking is handled by Brembo, with radial calipers and ABS. With the sharp and sculpted bodywork which forms the main design theme of the Katana, it also adds to the weight of the bike. The new Suzuki Katana tips the scales with 215 kg kerb weight.
Tumblr media
(The 2020 Suzuki Katana draws power from a litre-class engine with 147 bhp on offer) For now, the Katana has been showcased to gauge audience reaction at Auto Expo 2020. If there is considerable consumer interest, Suzuki India may consider launching the Katana later this year in India, but not as a fully imported completely built unit (CBU), but assembled in India from completely knocked down (CKD) kits to keep prices competitive.
Aprilia SXR 160

For now, the AE-47 has just been showcased, and is likely to be launched soon in India, and priced at between ₹ 1.25 - 1.5 lakh.
Tumblr media
(The AE-47 has a full digital instrument panel, with a dedicated mobile app, keyless access and geofencing) The Hero Electric AE-47 is powered by a 4,000 W electric motor, with a claimed top speed of over 85 kmph. The two electric two-wheelers, called the Forseti, a retro-styled electric scooter, and the Tesero, an electric motorcycle, have been positioned as premium models in the company's portfolio.
