Okay! Obviously, I love Wolf 359. The available scripts for Wolf 359 are recording scripts, meaning they're inaccurate in a ton of places when it comes to finalized or improvised dialogue, and don't function well as transcripts (especially since the scripts for the live show and some of the mini episodes were never made available.) That said, I think everyone should read the scripts; the sheer amount of physical description that you can feel in the show, even if you can't see it... I guarantee it will enhance your listening experience. Most visual show to ever be an audio drama. So, in pursuit of both of these goals at once, I went over every word in the scripts, and wrote up new scripts for the unavailable ones. Some of the sound effects described - especially in early episodes - might not line up exactly, because I didn't want to mess with the non-dialogue portion of the show, but I hope this strikes a good balance and can be a useful resource.
I spent, like, a half hour looking for this clip because I think that you all need to see it.
Quackity:
"That's one of the cooler things. I saw a creator from Brazil, it seems, who actually claimed that they were getting people-someone who's not in the QSMP-they said they were getting people in their chat who doesn't-who don't speak Portuguese. It's a Brazilian creator who's not even on QSMP, and he was talking about the effects-possibly-of that crossing of communities with the QSMP. Which is amazing, and I find that so, so cool. And it makes me really happy because, at the end of the day, that's what-that's what the server is meant to do-is help communities from different parts of the world cross each other. And I find it amazing. What I find so beautiful about this chat specifically is that being the English streams, English is the more common language spoken, right? And what I find so amazing about this chat is when something funny happens I see people saying 'hahaha' in English, 'jajaja' in Spanish, and the 'kkkk', which is how, you know, Portuguese speaking people usually type to laugh. And that's amazing. That's three different languages in one chat and I think that kind of crossover is so incredibly important."
(ignore the odd title, not my video, but important anyhow)

When I give praise for Quackity, for the QSMP as a whole, this is why. Quackity is genuinely doing some groundbreaking stuff, and I think that, in a sense, he's paving the way for future creators.
Genuinely though I am curious why Elq decided to take Q's place for this... like outside of possibly genuinely not wanting Q to go through purgatory Elq also mentioned an 'operation' ... what does all of this have to do with whatever operation he's doing and why would've Q being there put it at risk...
Also Charlie, Phil, and Quackity's tickets being unique like- what was up with that???
And why did the cinematic single out these guys in particular 😵💫?!
cats is actually, like, a, a masterful exercise in songwriting. i think as a musical, as a dramatic theater piece, it doesn’t necessarily hold up in the way, to the standard that we hold other things. but i think that cats, in terms of, like, “oh, i took a book of limericks that all scan the exact same way, and, uh, wrote this incredible diversity of music in and around it,” and then, like, you know, the original production is really incredible. um, and, you know, there’s some great performances, there’s great material in it. i think cats is — it’s fun to make fun of cats, but cats is masterfully done, and anybody who doesn’t acknowledge the skill level and effort that goes into a production of cats is a, is a jackass!
Still thinking about the early days of QSMP where Fit would visit Vegetta just to say hi and was completely oblivious to the fact that Vegetta was flirting with him a large majority of the time.
Happy belated birthday! To commemorate the day I have dooded some doodles:
(apologies for poor handwriting lol, I told you I couldn't draw XD)
Also here's a bonus drawing:
(a more up-to-date design for Grandfather Rook I drew this time last year or thereabouts. Can provide a typed transcript of notes next to him if you're interested in reading those lol :P)
Do we ever see Ozai actually care about stopping Aang?
Honestly, other than Zuko, does he ever send out ANYONE to find the Avatar??
Zhao stumbles across him and kinda sorta adds 'get the Avatar' to his 'to do' list, as like a potential hobby he can pick up during his actual job of harassing Zuko and killing the moon. The siege of the North is a much bigger deal to him, and it seems that Aang being there is a convenient happenstance, not the main reason for the invasion.
Then, Azula is sent to capture Zuko and Iroh, runs into Aang and decides to switch targets. She is never told to go after him by the Firelord.
The Fire Nation soldiers in the Earth Kingdom don't really look for him, they just kinda react when he shows up but no one is proactively seeking him out.
Even the Rough Rhinos, they are sent after Iroh and Zuko I think, and just decide to throw hands when they happen across the GAang.
Like... do we ever see this man actually assign someone to capture the Avatar? (Zuko doesn't count) Even Zuko hires an assassin after Aang, which is move than Ozai ever does.
Intentional or not, this shows just how over-confident and egotistical Ozai was, to not even really feel threatened by the Avatar's return.
Since I-No is the main character in this drama CD, the theme of the cover art for it featured her duality. Originally, the two sides of I-No were sexuality and ferocity, but I brought the subjectivity of her character to the forefront, depicting her as a woman who attracts men and herself as a woman who observes this attraction. I remember I was on the edge of my seat when I drew her, and I was worried that the work might be rejected because it was too risqué.

Can someone with Big Magnus Archives Memory help me?
I'm trying to find a quote, season 5, that's reminiscent of the "where you go, I go" from MAG 200 but happens before that. Like Martin essentially saying the same thing. I can't find the exact bit I'm looking for but maybe one of you can tell me which episode!
thank you so much for passing this on!!! [video of a broadcaster explaining how he keeps track of player names]
of course they COULD put pronunciation in the player notes, but DO THEY?? and if so, using what notation system? that is the question. it looks like this particular nba broadcaster does not. the mystery remains but we inch ever closer to enlightenment.
my favorite batman unburied moments as of e6 (condensed for now bc I have shit to do, but will return to unnecessarily flesh out):
"I'm a church. a church he wandered into at random."
"it's me. I'm the goddamn hospital."
"jenkins, would you turn off that goddamned phone!"
"pryslowski? you don’t have to raise your hand, son."
"thought is electrochemical impulse, passed through wrinkled flesh, and to think even the simplest thing... to retrieve even the simplest memory... is to capture lightning in a fucking bottle."
"do you dream?" "sometimes... my whole life feels like a dream." "let’s... just agree to come back to that, shall we?"
"sexually active?" "you wanna know if I'm into leather?"
"elaborate." "no."
the entire fact that babs is banned from using the precinct computer lab without supervision
"but he was too exhausted to even move. he was just sitting there, watching the knights game, and they scored and he didn’t even cheer. it was just kind of washing over him. ...when you’re a kid you don’t even understand that kind of tired."
"he spent twelve years after that, trying to root out corruption in the department. fix the system. but he found out the cops were worse than half the criminals they were bringing in, and twice as organized."
"you got what you needed. but so did I. I remember what I am now, strange."
"ahoy-ahoy!"
"stop swallowing the stories you've been handed and use that brain of yours."
"now you're being honest with yourself. it's terrifying, isn't it?"
"has anyone ever told you that your mind is a terrifying place?" "yes."
"I'm thinking." "yes, I can hear the gerbil wheel spinning."
