I’m obsessed with the pub scene from season 2
I love seeing both Five’s interact with and be suspicious of each other.
So how about this:
You go with Five to steal the briefcase from Older Five. There isn’t really any good reason for you to tag along but you mostly go because to you it’s been a while since you’ve seen Five look his age and you wanted to catch a glimpse of yourself since you knew you’d be there. Luther still accompanies you both as a spotter considering you both will be feeling paradox psychosis.
You and Five met in the apocalypse and of course became very close, you were both recruited to the Commission and were sent on missions together frequently due to your teamwork and ability to get along (something many field workers lack). So of course you were there to assist in the assassination of JFK.
You can’t help but flirt with Older Five. Mostly because he’s still your husband but also because it makes Five insanely jealous which you find hilarious considering it’s literally him you’re flirting with.
When Older Five goes to the bathroom you decide to follow him. Five protests at first but when you claim to have a plan on snatching the briefcase he reluctantly lets you go.
You wait for Older Five to leave the stall and strike up a conversation with him as he washes his hands. After he dries them, you push him against the wall and start feeling him up. He instinctively grabs your waist but isn’t sure what to do.
When he’s throughly flustered, you lunge for the briefcase but he’s quicker than you. He grabs your wrist and pulls you close, wrapping an arm around you.
“Nice try. But I knew you’d try something like that.”
Damn, he really does know you. Unfortunately, you get interrupted by Luther :(
When you finally see yourself it’s practically like looking in a mirror. You are one of the 43 children both mysteriously, you’re able to regenerate and manipulate cells. However, your own body is constantly regenerating it’s own cells so you never age. You stopped aging around 16 so now you look forever young. It’s something most people would rejoice in but you hate it. Especially as you watched Five age in the apocalypse. It also made your relationship look very very weird and concerning to strangers so PDA was basically out of the question. You did get a kick out of Five being stuck in his own 13 year old self though.
You’re standing behind Five, too busy scratching your neck, when other you practically attacks Five and starts cooing over him.
“Oh my god you haven’t looked like this in years! Awww you were so cute.”
You snort at the interaction causing your Five to glare at you.
Now it’s Older Five’s turn to feel jealous of himself.
That’s all I got rn. Maybe I’ll make this into an actual one shot or something one day. I just really like older Five lol

Everyone was shouting over each other, at some point Legend may have possibly had Warriors by the shirt. Sky was in a corner trying to quell his nausea and Four was in the midst of the Hyrule-Twilight debacle. Time was too focused on digging in his bag for a fairy to care, and Wild, being the only one with sense at this point (surprisingly) had Wind up against him while he pressed a cloth to the boy's head.
Wild knew head injuries were always the scariest, which was why he needed to be calm for the sailor. Flora had taught him to be calm in situations like this, telling him that “panicking would do no good for anyone, you should treat the injured in a way you would like to be treated in the same situation. Comfort them the way you would like to be comforted”.
And so he tried his best.
Wind attempted to murmur something to him, but between the stress of waiting for that fairy and the screaming match going on behind him, he couldn’t make out what it was.
“YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT!”
“YOU ALWAYS OVER REACT IN THESE SITUATIONS-”
“IS IT MY FUCKING FAULT I DON’T WANNA GRIEVE AGAIN?!”
“YOU-”
Wind’s breathing became startlingly shallow, the blood loss making him lose consciousness.
“Hey, Wind? You gotta stay awake for me, buddy, okay? Can you do that”
“Yeah…” he breathed out.
Wild almost cried at the relief the response gave.
“Okay, we’re gonna count to 10, alright? Keep listening to the sound of my voice”
The sailor hummed, too tired to speak.
Wild eyed Time as he furiously searched in Twilight's bag for anything that may help the kid.
“1”
The bleeding at the back of Wind’s head became sluggish, they were running out of time.
“2”
Legend’s shouting suddenly became louder. His panic evident in his eyes.
“3”
Sky tried to get Hyrule to calm down, he couldn’t use his magic while he himself was injured.
“4”
Time dumped out all the contents of Four’s bag. His jaw was set.
“5”
Warriors was now raising his voice louder too, likely to match Legend’s.
“6”
Twilight ran to help search for a potion, bandages, anything at all…
“7”
Wild’s hands started to shake. He could hear Four trying to reason with Hyrule.
“8”
Legend crumbled to the floor, an iron grip on his hair. Sky ran to help Wars catch him.
“9-”
“Got it!”
Time held out a bottle with a glowing light chiming inside.
Twilight grabbed it from him and ripped off the cork. The fairy got to work just as Wind’s head started to droop.
And just like that, the bleeding stopped.
Wind slumped fully into the Champion, fast asleep.
Time sighed, head in his hands. Twilight placed a trembling hand on his shoulder.
In Wars’ own panic, he had fallen into a spiral, but with Wind in the clear and the vet’s hyperventilating at a minimum, the Captain managed to calm down and help guide Legend upright.
Four and Sky had managed to sit Hyrule back down, making sure his broken leg was positioned correctly.
All was well again.
The colour returned to Wild’s face.
“10.”

Of course Snow White was intrigued by the stepmother. Wanting to eradicate the stories seems to be a goal the stepmother has BEEN working towards, and couldn’t this powerful being be reasoned with? If they could achieve that goal much faster together?
I wonder if the stepmother would respond to that though. Given literally everything about her, she’s far beyond human, and far past the woman who went mad after learning the nature of her and her daughters story.
She’s eaten countless people and stories. To what end? She’s not fully consuming them if somebody can pop out and grab an apple (absolutely hoping and praying that comes back around btw) but eating them seems to serve a purpose.
I can’t accept that she’s blindly destroying or eating for pure revenge. I desperately want to know if/what she has or knows of that we don’t. I want to know if there are any other beings that warped themselves to her level. What does it take to become so horrible to behold that you can’t be comprehended? What is it you want that drives you to those depths?

can i just say that I'm haunted by the image of Ice wearing "one of Mavericks cheapest rolexes". One because of the mental immage of Maverick being the kind of men who not only owns multiple watches but also Rolex, which is absolutely delightful, because oh the quiet vanity of that. And two because of the implied and groundbreaking (to me) domesticity (and defiance of the not talking/acknowledging the thing between the 2 of them) of wearing another person watch. I'm screaming into the void about your brilliance. So I need to ask, do they do that on purpose (before the mission) in a sort if roundabout way of acknowledging each other presence in their life? What would Mav wear that belongs to Ice (apart from that USNA ring eheh)?
pilots/sailors/doctors etc who do high-level specialized work with their hands tend to really be Watch Guys. and “cheap” rolexes (sub $7k ish) are actually pretty affordable if you’re making >$150k a year and want to treat yourself every fifth christmas or something. source: know several sailors & doctors. ALSO the watch ice is wearing in his famous gay plane photoshoot is actually a rolex. So theres some evidence ice at least is (annoying, ostentatious, bad with money, and) a Watch Guy. Maverick’s also wearing a kickass chronograph in TGM so i think he’s also probably a Watch Guy. also… you know, status symbol, honor, et cetera et cetera…
they probably wear each other’s socks because in-regs socks all look the same and they’re both men so who cares. i also hc that they’ve always worn the same size in shirts so each other’s t-shirts are also free game. and was very confusing at the start of their relationship when trying to figure out whose shirt was whose after a midnight rendezvous. lots of accidental shirt mixups. and, yeah, each other’s watches, because most people only see the status and don’t see the detail, and most people aren’t around both ice and mav enough to recognize that “omg last month adm kazansky was wearing the same omega chronometer capt mitchell is wearing today!! theyre totally together!!!” so if ice buys a new watch and maverick salivates over it, sure he can borrow it, whatever. and i think there’s a scene in wwgattai when maverick wears ice’s pj pants hold up lemme find it
“in bare feet.” now wtf does that mean. that could use a rewrite.
ice also wears mavericks leather jacket when they’re on their baseball date in debriefing. at some point when you live with someone long enough your stuff becomes their stuff which was the point of this graf
thinking about it… trying to decide if they’d wear each other’s cologne. that seems like a little much. no i don’t think so.

Some theories, thoughts, and answers to questions that are in the works that I need to attempt to write out sometime, but probably won’t until I eventually reread Hollowpox on my eternal reread:
What led Squall to try and revolt? Was it a decision by himself, with others, or was there a third party involved? What is true and what isn’t?
What is the fallout and aftermath of Mog’s actions at Courage Square, and what might her future as a budding Wundersmith in Nevermoor look like?
Christmas Eve: is it a Distraction, is there a Ghostly Hour involved, is it related to the Massacre, and how could it relate to modern Nevermoorian religion and Squall’s exile and Eventide activities?
Maud: does she have a knack or some sort of power, how and when does she use it, what is her dynamic with Squall based on, and why is he so scared of her?
Miscellaneous Silverborn Masterpost additions, on a rolling basis as I (or anyone else!) thinks of things.
