Kinda messing w style so um colors are different I guess

I want an Alva Badge, but my anxiety has me shaking and trembling while playing hunter. I panic so bad and miss his charge, panic switching color only to fuck myself over bc of shared polarity working against me. Idk why I complain?? I win/tie 80% of the matches I do?? It really is so true that you never know what someone’s going through behind closed doors. I’ve made being gentle and kind my default bc I’ve had super put together friends disclose the most harrowing time of their lives to me and it’s like oh?? You were going through that???? I would’ve never guessed

#It’s easy to reduce people to side characters or caricatures but you never know. You truly never know what someone’s going through or what #Could push them over the edge. Cruelty will never be worth potentially causing someone permanent damage #I’ve realized this after having a conversation w a friend of mine who sailed straight to med school #Tons of leadership roles #Thriving social life #Yet she just told me her hair was falling out from anxiety. Never in a million years would I have guessed that she was struggling #But she was and lots of people play things close to their chest like that #I really wanna be kind each time I can and to also come from a place of compassion #Bc ik I’ve been misunderstood by people before who reduced me to a caricature or just didn’t know what was happening in my life #I want to actively work on extending the benefit of the doubt to the same people I would want to extend the benefit of the doubt to me

THIS MOVIE WAS QUITE FUN, HUZZAH (opinions and doodles under the cut!!!!)

I really like how Anxiety was portrayed as someone who had a purpose beyond just wanting Riley to be on-edge 24/7; it got me riled up (tee-hee) seeing her justify her actions as keeping Riley safe by over-analyzing everything, because that ***is***, at the end of the day, what anxiety does in the back of your head (even if it hurts, and makes you feel even more unsafe, and doesn't help at all, and sucks major balls, and is uncool). I like how she felt separate from Fear (and how he appreciated her efforts), and seemed -- for the most part!!!! -- composed in doing what she did, because anxiety in real life justifies itself to you, like it knows what it's doing. WHAT A FUN CHARACTER, I WANT TO STRANGLE HER. Also, when Joy started contemplating if adults just feel less of her as they grow up, I went ">:O" because I was 11 when the first movie came out and am now 20, and have many more problems now than I did back then (BUT I THINK MY LIFE IS MORE FULFILLING NOW, SOOOOOOOO)
