Let teenagers experiment.
Let them figure themselves out without judgement or pressure to be anything yet.
Let them have what you didn't/don't.
Let them revel in their lack of responsibility.
They're not adults, but they're not kids, and it isn't terribly fun existing in-between.
Let them be.
If you are a teenager, try to find a way to enjoy this weird time when your body hates you, your brain might want you dead, everyone is telling you what you are and what to be and even your peers are judging you mercilessly.
Find what brings you joy and cling, just fucking cling. Revel in that thing that makes you smile, no matter how much it makes those around you cringe. If it brings you joy, it is worth your time.
It's hard, but you can do it.
You'll live through it. You'll be changed, maybe a little cracked, but hopefully unbroken.

If other people aren’t gonna draw these three together, I’ll do it myself!! The ship name should prolly be plant based, I just haven’t figured it out yet. But like, Luigi is green, Daisy is named Daisy, and Peasley gave Luigi the rose. So like. Nature theme.
Anyways I love this ship and if I have to be the only one to draw them then so be it.
(reblogs with tags/comments are appreciated. Thankyuuu)

I'm keen about emotions, I know where Ai's coming from when she's said all the things she wanted to do with, and do for Hikaru. Those were the most loving words you could give towards someone and you cannot say things like that without having conviction about the other party. It's so genuine and strong. Especially for someone with her character who feels such a strong desire for love, and was curious about just what it was but was so wary about it at the same time.
If this is a story about "love", that cannot be a thing that's left in vain or unattended. If this is about a girl who's name literally means love and has eyes that tell of love, she can't be ever wrong about it in a story that has it as a device.
What she said really got me. If I were to say the same things she said about Hikaru to someone, that'd mean they're the one. That's something so, so difficult to have Ai of all people to have felt and obtained, but she really got it. I felt so happy for her thinking, 'Oh, you really did it, Ai, you really were able to find someone who you were able to give your love to. It was him all along... Your boyfriend. He was it.'
You don't make Ai's "the one" be a psychopathic murderer who uses people for their own gain.
It got me hooked, so I examine the guy intently and see some behavioral patterns he has and the types of language he uses, the way he expresses himself and I surprisingly come to the conclusion that he really is someone that's worth it for Ai to try doing all the things she's done. I'm right about this. At least, this is what I'd do if I'm the writer. You just DON'T make a character like Ai say all those things for it to be proven wrong. It can't happen and besides, there is no point in doing so either except for maybe some mere shock value that'd soon fade over a couple chapters.
It's...right. Ai is right. You need to see that boy through her eyes. Interpret him through the way she's felt, and it all works and fits in like a puzzle piece. This is like a mystery where you fill the pieces to make sense of, but in a psychological sense. You have to believe her. What she's said isn't wrong. What Ai says holds weight and it makes so much sense for her to achieve all the love she's wanted by the end of the story. He's a person worthy of her love and that actually means he can be a saint;; the bar Ai has for people can be so high and he somehow made through it. The more I look, I come to a conclusion that it REALLY can be that way. He was that good and sweet. I see how he actually acts and he's really... So kind? That I get surprised, he could have done a lot of reckless things and tainted himself after Ai's death still but seeing how Ai wanted to "help" him?? And wanted the protagonists of this very story to do it with her? When the story is heading towards its finale?? Then he actually may have some room to be saved. That's why 154 pulled me in. I felt there would be no way this story will head otherwise.
So don't worry about Ai and don't worry about this ship. It will come through. Give it time!

Odypen definitely and equivalently adore each other BUT I weirdly can't see them as the type to actually say "I Love you".
They still definitely vocalize their love for each other but it's more so in "My Joy", and "Extraordinary Woman", "Strange Woman/Man", etc. And very cheesy lines (both say some cheesy shit in the Odyssey, and he definitely does in the Iliad as well. "Joy like a drowning sailor seeing land" bit???)
I could see "I adore you" but even then, that's probably during very specific moments but the actual "I love you"??? I just typed it just now for fic shit and... It weirdly just didn't feel right and I don't know why. 😅
Idk maybe it's kind of because I see them as over the top in ways, they love wordplay and riddles and I think they'd almost think "...That's not good enough >:( " about it??? I don't know???😂

My understanding of Jason Todd's age;
Jason dies when he's 15, 4 months before his 16th birthday. He is dead for any number of time; it doesn't count towards his age.
He's resurrected; he is in a coma for 1 year, then catatonic for another. He is then put into a Lazarus Pit. (These 2 years are practically useless, as he doesn't remember them and they contribute very little to the story. They could be condensed to 2 months and it would change basically nothing.)
He trains for about a year. You can then give him 1-12 months of prep and planning time before his debut as the Red Hood, and the story of UT(R)H, at which point he would be mentally 16-17, physically 18-19, and it would be (--) years after his birth.

Krolia wakes to a child staring at her.
They are very small, with pale peachy skin and big, gray eyes. Their nails are round and blunt, and his teeth are the same. The only hair they seem to have on their body is what's on their head, a mess of black hair. She's quite certain that if he let go of the bed, he would fall on the floor.
In fact, that is exactly what he does.
Krolia instinctively reaches out to catch them before they can. The alien child stares at her for a long moment, before he makes an excited vocalization, clapping his hands. Moments later, a man enters who must be his father, who looks equally relieved to have found his son who most definitely wandered off, and surprised to see her awake.
They manage to communicate a little- the man's name is Heath Kogane, and the child is his son, Keith. He is a human. They are on a planet called Earth. He communicates with gestures that he pulled her from her ship, and points to the bandages wrapped around her chest. He must have given her first aid as well.
She stays with them as she recovers. She learns that it is just the two of them living here- Heath's wife and Keith's mother died in an accident shortly after he was born. He works as a firefighter. Keith recently had his first birthday. He is still learning how to walk. He is noisy and rambunctious.
Krolia grows attached to them both. Her ship is destroyed. She cannot return to the Blade, even though she succeeds in her mission to find a lion. She and Heath fall in love, and before she knows it, Keith has started to call her his mom. They celebrate his second and third birthdays together as a family.
Then the Empire sends another scouting mission, and Heath is shot. He holds her hand as he dies, as she uselessly tries to stem the flow of blood. He makes her promise to look after Keith, but even if he didn't, she'd do it anyways. But at the same time, she knows she can no longer stay on Earth- not if she wants to keep this place safe.
She takes Keith with her when she returns to the Blade of Marmora. She will hear no argument from Kolivan. He is staying.

google how to not be sosososo anxious all the time. its not even like stress that motivates me to get things done it's just like. i make a mistake and misunderstood instructions in class and my teacher is like "you were supposed to figure out precisely where 180 was before taping the draft and punching your marks" when i like an idiot guesstimated it and after a moment of me going "oh..." bc its something i can't fix bc i've already punched in all the holes on the part he's like "i think you'll be okay" and goes back to what he's doing and then for three hours im like he's so annoyed with me i bring things to him too much and ask him too many questions and make the stupidest mistakes every day he hates me. i ask a friend something and they don't respond because they're busy or forget about it or don't see it or any number of other reasons and then a couple weeks later i send them something else and they don't respond for a few hours and its enough time for me to convince myself i said something a while ago that they took offense to without realizing and they're ignoring me and i send another message saying "are you mad at me did i do something can you tell me what i did so we can work it out" and he's like "what?". a friend posts about people treating them badly in a way that's clear they're talking about a specific phenomenon or person and im always like omg are they talking about me did i do something bad and not realize it... and its someone i talk to so infrequently and casually it obviously would not be a concern or someone i've known for so many years that they would obviously come to me if there was any conflict that arose. help
