Operation S.A.V.E. was a 3-D Codename: Kids Next Door Shockwave game available for purchase on the Super Cartoon Network United Kingdom website in 2006. It was made by Skive.
The player controlled Numbuh 4, collecting 5 types of water gun weapons to use against Stickybeard and his crew. In order to progress, sweets also had to be collected. According to the KND Wiki, S.A.V.E. had six total levels. The first two levels were once available to play on the site for free. While the free two-level version of the game can still be found around the internet today, the full version is lost media. The majority of the above images were taken from the lead developer Ben Pitt's website, robotduck.com.
any MCSM fans remember the like. black and white comic in an anime style of M!Jesse (probably the first M!Jesse) looking at the graves of his friend???
it's such a hazy memory. did anyone else come across that comic?? I think that artist made more of that stuff??? idk?
Apparently I can meet my goal of roughly 400,000 words in 6 months if I just somehow write at least 2,200 words a day ghbjh... Almost 2,500 today... huzzah...
Question, does literally anybody have the audio of Sammy Lawrence's voice actor reading The Raven? It's so insane to me that I can't seem to find it anywhere but someone has to have a copy, right?
In other exciting Guilty Gear scanning news: @tillman and I picked up the last of the unscanned 4koma and manga volumes. So once they're scanned ALL of the Guilty Gear manga will be fully digitized. The collection will be complete.
You know what? Lost fanfiction counts as lost media. I don’t care if you think it’s stupid and unimportant, somebody took the time to write a story (with zero monetary incentive) which they clearly cared about, and it’s very likely that at least a few other people did as well. All art is worth preserving, even if it doesn’t have any value to you personally.
i'm also not a fan of how even when going the trad pub route, authors are expected to use social media to market their books. and many times it feels like being expected to sell a personality to get people interested enough to look at your work
