The door creaks open.
The closet’s darkness slips away, replaced by blinding light and loud cheers.
But everything feels distant.
Your breaths are shallow. The warmth of his breath still clings to your skin, the ghost of his lips a lingering echo. His touch—still branded into your waist, your jaw, the hollow between your ribs. Your pulse hasn’t settled.
The air outside is cool, but your skin burns.
You stumble slightly as you step out, Sylus behind you—his shirt rumpled, one button undone. His silver hair is tousled, a little too messy. Your lips sting. You know you look wrecked.
And the crowd eats it up. Whoops and whistles explode around you.
You try to smile. You try to breathe.
But then your eyes land on him.
Caleb.
He’s across the room, half-lit by the cheap string lights, drink forgotten in his hand. His jaw is tight, his expression unreadable—except for his eyes.
They are cold.
Piercing.
It’s not anger. It’s like he’s looking right through you—like you’ve somehow ruined something sacred. Like you’re the disappointment.

So you push everything out of your way, scouring to find air.
You don’t think, don’t breathe, just bolt down the steps of the villa, sandals slapping against stone, the wind catching in your hair, stinging your eyes, stealing your balance. You don’t care.
The beach calls to you like a goddamn siren.
You trip onto the sand, knees buckling, breath shaking, heart feral in your chest like it’s trying to break out and leave you behind. You tear your heels off, toss them somewhere you’ll never find again, and march straight toward the water like it might wash you clean.
The ocean crashes louder than your thoughts.
Salt fills your nose. Wind tangles in your hair. The stars above are too bright, mocking. Too calm for the storm splitting your insides apart.
You drop to your knees at the shoreline, water licking at your calves, seeping into your clothes, and you let it. You need it. You need the cold. You need the sting. You need to feel something real.

She beams, already tugging Sylus further down the hall.
He casts one last glance your way.

“She’s with him, isn’t she?” he asks, no greeting, voice clipped.
You blink. “Caleb—”
His expression shifts. He exhales, scrubs a hand through his hair, and forces a smile.
“Whatever,” he says, eyes softening as they settle on you. “Doesn’t matter. You’re here.”
And just like that, the edge in his voice fades.
“Come on,” he says, nudging your shoulder. “I’m starving. Let’s go grab something before I start chewing my own arm off.”

He leans back, exaggeratedly smug. “Being charming and irresistible, obviously.”
You roll your eyes, but the corner of your mouth lifts. Just a little.
When your food arrives, he pushes his plate toward you with a quiet, “Try this. It’s better than yours.”
You glance at him, suspicious. “You haven’t even tasted mine.”
He grins. “Exactly. That’s how confident I am.”
It’s silly. Stupid, even. But it helps. The knot in your chest loosens just enough to let a small laugh slip out.
And then—just as you’re mid-bite—his voice softens.
“Hey.”
You look up.
His eyes are steady now. No teasing. No act.
“I never really got the chance to say it properly,” he murmurs. “About what happened at the filming set. That night. Everything.”
The clinking of cutlery fades around you.
“I was inconsiderate,” he says. “I thought too little. Acted too harsh. ”
He looks down at his hands for a moment. “I overlooked your feelings. And I hurt you more than I meant to.”
You don’t know what to say.
So you just watch him as he finally lifts his gaze again, softer now. Warmer.
“I guess what I’m trying to say is… I’m sorry.”
The air between you stills.
“Can’t say I really enjoyed the stunt you pulled though,” he jokes.
The dinner continues quietly—less heavy now, more like the old rhythm you used to share with him. Caleb cracks a few jokes, pokes fun at your serious face, and makes exaggerated guesses about the lives of people at nearby tables. You end up laughing more than you expected to.
Then, as you gather your things to leave, he tilts his head toward you with a mischievous glint.
“One drink?” he asks. “There’s this quiet place nearby. They make the worst cocktails I’ve ever had in my life. Thought you’d like it.”
You roll your eyes. “Sounds irresistible.”
He grins. “Exactly.”
The bar turns out to be this cozy hole-in-the-wall tucked behind a bookstore, dimly lit with string lights that look like they’ve been up since 2003. There’s an old piano in the corner no one plays, and the bartender greets Caleb like he’s a regular—which is both comforting and mildly concerning.
The music’s soft. The booths are deep and worn-in. And somehow, the world feels smaller here.
Caleb orders for both of you, raising a brow at you across the table. “Just trust me.”
You don’t. But you drink it anyway.
“You’re smiling,” he points out, pleased with himself.

Tfa megatron is literally one of my most favorite versions of megs. He is cunning and charming and he knows how to use it he knows how to use his words to make followers out of others.
And theres little you who happens to be a human friend of the autobots maybe when he was still just a head or later in but either way he uses that cunning and charming nature of his to gain your trust to learn more about the autobots through you and when he finds no more use for you he will either destroy you and let you face the fact that you had been betraying your friends this whole time.
What a perfect plan it is....until he realize of how genuine you are.
You are not like the professor as smart of a man as issac sumdac is, he had spent years basically stealing parts of his being to create the massive tech empire he created megatron had spent years offline andnmonths as a head while this foolish human has made use of as a tool.
The very thought of him the great mighty warrior and leader of the decepticons as this humans blueprint leaves a pit of hate within his spark chamber or whatever is left of his spark chamber. He had already planned at least 50 ways of destroying the human race when you came into the picture.
Whatever way you wanna picture it, you are somehow in contact with the sudmacs and the autobots in some shape and form. He sees you as the perfect pawn so get close to saris key and the autobots he figures you wouldnt be too hard to crack a few easy words of how unfairly his decepticons were treated or how he wishes he could return to his autobot friends would be enough to have you puddy in his servos....
That is until he realize you genuinely wanted to learn about the troubles of the decepticons more so the ariel and warframe cybertrionans that make up their masses. The outcast upon cybertrion that were always sent to work upon the most dangerous parts of their planet as fate himself escaped from and rallied the fellow abuse and disgrarged bots to form a new fate.
He knew very little of the human world and care not to find anymore than he had to for his mission. He figures his words would bring you to tears at the very least your soft human heart weeping for the misunderstood party that are the decepticons. What he didnt expect was for you to nodded in understanding instead. "Human beings are victims and guilty of that as well. The ones on charge are so set in their words and truth that dint see the damage that they are creating for the world and how close they are to destroying everyone. I dont have much experience in either party but I do know one that they may say that your exsitance maybe vile but being yourself being who ypu are should never be wrong. Decepticons or autobots should never feel that their exstance is a crime."
You are small weak and organic and yet you came to that conclusion much more quucker than any creature the warlord has ever met before. Your have your sympathy for the autobots because they are your friends and you hate the decepticons on earth only because they are attacking your home but you dont believe that they shouldn't they have a right to live as many other sentient creatures before your speices and long after you perish.
That is how the mighty warlord falls in love with a human being.
Or how I like to think so lol! Hope you enjoyed it at the very least!

now ive finished the series im actually going to go on record and say im pretty sure if you enjoyed the owl house or amphibia you'll like jentry chau vs the underworld (its on netflix). it starts a little slow with high school shit but it picks up FAST and gets crazy. honestly felt like a lot more than one season of content in 13 half hour episodes. also its just fucking gorgeous and the music is amazing. and some of the characters suck morally in a way stuff in its bracket can be afraid to do which is fun

they first met very young, but it was just a random chance encounter. Rhine, being a child prodigy with alchemy, was sitting on the ground and mixing things together to see what happens. Dainsleif made the fatal mistake of asking someone with ADHD what they are doing, so he listened to her explain as she mixed everything together to make a flower sprout from her hand (like Albedo's character story fjfjdsfhjs). She gave it to him, and he almost got in trouble later because his mom thought he went to the surface while playing😭.
As for when they like,,, met fr fr, I'm making the executive decision to say that Rhinedottir was, to some extent, state-ordained when it came to alchemy. I don't care that perry hairy says that more emphasis was on mechanical shit during her time; she's built different enough that she was probably the exception because if anyone made Khaenri'ah food independent, it would be her. So, one of Dain's baby knight-in-training duties was to make sure she didn't kill herself or others in her pursuits (and other people interested in alchemy were MAD mad about her getting special privileges and recognition so he made sure she left the lab and got home in one piece). Unfortunately, the propaganda and rumors started EARLY, to the point that the whole ass adult knights of the royal guard were too scared to fully show Dain where her lab was. A literal like,,, 15-year-old had them in such a tizzy that they were like, "Uhhh yeah... if you go straight a little longer, it's the first door on the right. Bye now!" So this lil 13-year-old boy was scared shitless, thinking he was going to have to interact with an antisocial monster... just for it to be a pretty girl who may sound like a crazed scientist with the way she talks about alchemy but is otherwise reserved and kind. (And lonely enough that she was excited that she had someone by her side) He really didn't understand why mages and sages AND KNIGHTS were so wary of her.
They hit it off fairly quickly. He looked at her as if she were a normal person and he let her talk about her work. He was patient with her, and cared about her wellbeing. He was her first friend. After getting through a thick layer of apprehension, she was sweet and funny. And she was interesting. So very interesting. (also, between her being an early bloomer and dressing/acting like she was a few years older... she was a pleasing sight in his pubescent eyes😔 it didn't help that she was also considerably taller than him for a good while... his eyes were at the perfect height if ya catch my drift) Their friendship came to be so naturally that they didn't even realize how close they had gotten over time. Dain was eventually assigned actual duties, but he still made sure she got home safe, and spent most of his breaks in her lab. Some nosy neighbors claim that they stopped seeing him walk back after dropping her off,,, not that they'd ever admit to that.
Dainsleif caught feelings very early on. It started as purely physical attraction, but the more he got to know her, the more he was drawn in. ESPECIALLY after she started trusting him more than anyone else, seeking him out for comfort, and indicating that she misses him if he has to be gone for periods of time. Alas, Rhinedottir seems content with the current state of their relationship, so he doesn't confess out of fear of scaring her off.
LITTLE DOES HE KNOW she's also whipped, even if it did take considerably longer. She'd never say anything because she thinks she fell for basic human decency, and she'll never admit it, but she's scared of finding out that she finds people more important than they find her... maybe he's just being nice, and here she thinks she has a chance. So, she keeps quiet as well, even as these newfound feelings make her feel like the little girl she was never allowed to be. She has such a schoolgirl crush on him, quite literally giggling, swooning, and kicking her feet as she smiles into her pillow on the nights she does end up alone because she'd never let anyone actually see her like this. It's obvious to literally everyone but them that they love each other. Anyone can see the way his gaze softens when it lands on her, and literally who else is allowed in her lab unannounced and faces no consequences? At some point, she meets her only other friend, Alice, and all of these things are the most obvious to her. She wants to strangle them both for being oblivious. Alice is the #1 wingman, but it flops every time 😭😭she literally gave homeboy some of the flowers she brought for Rhine to study for the sole purpose of giving him a way to be romantic, but they both became too awkward.
After multiple years of friendship growing into a very thinly veiled romance, they became friends with benefits, which made things easier for them because they could put off the big scary feelings talk a while longer. But Alice flipped a lid after seeing marks on Rhine's neck because she thought they finally confessed, but noooo, of course, they only skirted around the issue. Then she tried to pry details out of Rhine... she was obviously only innocently asking about her best friend's sex newfound sex life,,, (she was partly genuinely curious in a friend way, but she also had a crush on her by that point)
Literally everyone else thought that they had been dating for years, and after a while, they stopped correcting people unless they had to, which, when paired with Rhine being shameless at times and not particularly trying to cover up her battle scars, REALLY had people thinking they were together.
Idk the exact circumstances in which they actually started dating,,, like I've changed my mind on when it happened far too many times, but surprisingly I think it was Rhine who actually started the conversation. She accidentally blurted out "what are we?" and the rest was history.
AND now that they were finally officially together, everything felt so much more different than before, even when nothing really changed all that much... they WERE practically dating since they were teens,,, but the officiality of the label was nice :) the (relatively) short time they were actually together was the best time of Rhine's life because she had someone to love, a best friend, she always had her apartment AND food on the table, AND she was able to do her alchemy with very loose reins as long as she showed some agricultural progress,,, which allowed her to put a lot of her work energy into her own personal endeavors! Including making a son the only way she could have biological children! and obviously he knew full well about her,,, situation,,, so he was cautiously supportive of her research because he figured she knows what she's doing,,, tbh he was probably also excited when she got to the homunc stage because she said she was gonna make it as close to a natural human as possible, which meant having two DNA sources,,, and she couldn't even provide all the ingredients herself :/ so!! they were gonna be parents together!!! [if i talk about alchemical stillbirth anymore tonight I might get assassinated so yeah... but that happened and rhine was DEVASTATED she had a full breakdown. it was kinda scary for both dain and alice to witness. then they fed him to durin as a badass funeral because he deserved it for progressing MUCH further than any other attempt (project paper doll thoughts are starting to seep into this i hear the guns cocking)] then they try again with albedo and even though he was successfully "born" his father never got to see him out of the flask :/
BECAUUUUUUSSSEEEEEE the whole time Rhine was messing with abyss and forbidden knowledge juices and was becoming increasingly unwell and unstable. but she was able to hide her (increased) mental instability up until immediately before the cataclysm. HOWEVER COMMA, her continuously declining physical health was a different story. He had to watch as she developed a cough, which would only get worse and worse, and weird dark "rashes" on her arms that would occasionally make it difficult for her to use them, and she would always refuse to go to the doctor (because she knew what was causing this. and the doctors hopefully wouldn't). Eventually, she'd be coughing up blood from the force of her cough, the rashes on her arms would spread and get a more scaly texture, she'd be in pain more often than not, her general mobility suffered, she'd get headaches and migraines randomly, and even the occasional fainting spell, but she was determined to take care of it herself. Then the cataclysm happened. During that time, Albedo was born or hatched or whatever, and Dain really wanted to see his son at least once before he was called down to fight against the gods, but by this point Rhine was completely delusional. This time around, forbidden knowledge exacerbated both her work related desires and her desire to be a good mom, but she started to believe that EVERYONE was out to hurt Albedo and only she could protect him, so she refused to let anyone even near her lab when, even just a few weeks before, both Dain and Alice were allowed to see eggbedo. Their last interaction was them fighting over if he should be allowed to see HIS son, but even though he was frustrated with her, he felt bad for her. She had such a wild, fearful look in her eyes, almost like a mother beast protecting her young. She was actually afraid of something happening to Albedo, and it was a level of fear he had never seen from her before and he knows she's gone through some SHIT! He's literally seen, in real time, a trauma response panic attack from her and even then she conveyed less fear than she is right now. He leaves her alone. The next day, she's gone. All the necessities from her place are missing and Albedo is gone too. Their last interaction was an argument. They never got to say a proper goodbye... they didn't even know if the other was alive for quite a long time. It'd make sense if either of them did die... Dain could've died in battle before the curse, and the heavens could've seen Rhine as too much of a risk to keep immortal.
but yknow,,, 500 years pass and Dain has been known to prowl mondstadt at least a few times,,, and he somehow knows everything. so he heard rumors about the new alchemist with the knights whose name is Albedo. and he just Knows. Firstly from the name, because Rhinedottir is uncreative with her names and the first of any of her phases will be named after their stage (Durin was named Nigredo agenda!! it somehow became durin after the cataclysm. Dain was allowed to pick Elynas's name since she was out of ideas). Secondly, who else would be able to completely change the way alchemy was viewed and talked about except for the offspring of the woman who did the same 500 years prior? He doesn't seek him out because he has no idea what Rhine has become since their last encounter. Does Albedo even know he has a father (no.)? Did Rhine feed him lies about other Khaenri'ahns? Dain didn't want to start a fight or worse... clearly she had taught him her methods, he figures as he watches, from a distance, as Albedo sprouts a flower from his hand the same way his momma did as a girl. He fears Albedo could bring about a second cataclysm if he's not careful with it, and as they say hindsight is 20/20, so he knows what to look for. He has learned that Rhine's illness was from her tampering with the abyss and forbidden knowledge. He also, unknowingly at the time, watched as his own brother and his brother's friends became more and more lured in by the abyss, so he's seen the range of its impact. He keeps his eyes and ears peeled for the first sign of Albedo falling down the same path because, as much as it would hurt him to hurt his own son, he will dispose of Albedo before he can repeat what his mother has done. He can't lose another family member to the abyss.

Re:Kinder Fun Facts of the day☺️!!! Have you ever wondered who talks the most from the main cast in Re:Kinder?? Well, I did😊. Today I'll be answering this question with some graphs and as a bonus telling you what words each character uses the most! I will warn you, this will be a bit long and I don't know how to be less verbose so, yeah!!!
First, I've made some basic rules as to what I counted regarding how much the characters speak. Not all lines really count as speaking, after all.
Any of the incoherent screaming lines don't count. There's a lot of screaming since the characters die a lot (as expected for a horror RPG game), but I don't really count that as speaking unless they're saying proper words. In that same vein, I didn't really count any of the panting or sniffing and such that are conveyed through words. Again, I don't really see that as a character actively speaking their thoughts!
If I cannot tell who a line belongs to, I will not give it to anyone. This happens for certain lines, so I felt this rule was important.
I won't be counting repetitions of the same line if it's on a variation of the same scene. This may sound a bit strange, but when a character dies, the game goes on to the same next scene it would regardless (unless the scene that follows it is an ending), with variations and new lines here and there to account for the dead character, but a lot will be reused and placed in the exact same beats it normally would have been in originally. So, this rule is here for that. Oh, and also the scenes with bits of Yuuichi's backstory that appear in Shunsuke's head won't be counted twice, because some appear twice line by line.
Of course, the "..." lines won't count. I am so sorry Aya!!!!😞
Now that the ground rules have been set, there's just one thing I want to mention. Though I will count all the total lines for Takumi and Yuuichi like any other character, I just want to mention that first I will have two separate counts for them! Takumi | Takumiel and Yuuichi | Yuuichi's Heart respectively.
Takumiel is separate because I was curious about how much Takumi spoke as an archangel compared to when he was alive. Yuuichi's Heart is because he speaks so much he feels notable enough to be given his own division, even if he and Yuuichi at the end of the day are one person
(I count the silly mind telepathy where Shunsuke is being directly spoken to [and being told things normal Yuu would avoid saying at that point] and the comical theater as Yuuichi's Heart. I clarify in case one assumes he only starts being counted the moment he's directly labelled as Yuuichi's Heart. Any line that can't be distinguished between Yuuichi's Heart and Yuuichi will be given to Yuuichi by default.)
With nothing else to be clarified let's get to the numbers!!!😊😊

You may be thinking— woah, does Shunsuke really speak that much?! You could say that, for a good chunk of those lines are from how he describes interactable points around the map and his inner thoughts, so they aren't all exactly said out loud. The benefit of being the protagonist, I suppose ww
Funny enough, Yuuichi's Heart has almost as many lines as Yuuichi does for not having that much time in the game, being on the higher end between the characters that don't get the benefit of being a protagonist (lol)!
Admittedly I had expected for Rei and Hiroto to have a more similar amount of lines given their nearly equal amount of presence, but for what it is Rei surpassed Hiroto by 51 lines! I also had expected for Takumiel to speak a little bit more than Takumi but turns out the opposite is true.
While the lack of lines of Takumi and Takumiel are to be expected due to their short time on the game, what stands out is Aya not even reaching triple digits between her other peers who are in there for most of the game. This is because a good chunk of Aya's lines in game are silence!^^" And thus weren't counted. If ellipses were a word, she surely would have reached triple digits, but unfortunately they're not.

Now the line count with combined sums of Takumi | Takumiel and Yuuichi | Yuuichi's Heart!!!
In here, the ranking isn't affected, with Yuuichi remaining second place and Takumi being last place. But the disparity of everyone's numbers compared to Takumi's feels a bit more clear to see when Takumiel isn't individually counted.
With Yuuichi's line counts combined, Shunsuke remains 318 lines ahead of him, but it also means Yuuichi has a 59% the amount of Shunsuke's lines; and impressive feat for someone who doesn't get the benefit of being the point of view for everything you press... Although he does also have an upper hand over everyone by essentially being the plot of this game ww
But maybe line counts do not suffice to tell how much a character speaks. Yes, Shunsuke has a bunch of lines from everything he interacts with, but is it really reliable to say he speaks all that much in all those lines? A good chunk of those could easily have 3 words each! So with this in mind, let's do a word count.

Even in a word count, Shunsuke has the lead, having a lead of 2,247 words over second place. But we'll see about that when we combine Yuuichi's numbers. Anyway, here's the ranking!

In here, Rei and Hiroto are more even than in the line counts, with the difference seeming more minimal when put into words. But it also showcases that despite Rei having more lines than Yuuichi's Heart in the line count, those only get to have a bit over half of the amount of words he talks (To be fair he does get to infodump a lot in his section of the game).
And here's the combined word count!!! Suddenly Shunsuke's lead is only by a mere 55 words! So Yuuichi speaks about as much as he does with 318 less lines.

I must admit that I genuinely did not expect it to be that close. When I chose to count the lines for when you interact with things for Shunsuke, I thought he was granted to speak an absurd amount more than anyone else. But turns out that Yuuichi speaks about the same amount out loud when most of Shunsuke's are his own thoughts ww. But it does make sense! He is still the plot of this game.
So, after all those charts, here's the average/middle point of lines and words for characters to have, because why not, it's fun.
Average Line Count (YH and Takumiel counted individually): 197 lines
Average Line Count (When combined): 247 lines
Average Word Count (YH and Takumiel counted individually): 1,333 words
Average Word Count (When combined): 1,666 words
So there it is. That's how much the characters in Re:Kinder speak!
But wait!!! I am not done. I will share with you an additional fun fact... Did you ever want to know what word each of these characters said the most?! This one will be quicker, I do promise.
When it came to counting these words I did not count stop words, that being common words that are used all the time by everyone in English. "I, you, me, the, to, a, my, your, yes, no"... Words like that! Otherwise everyone would have one of those as their most said word and it'd be rather boring to look at. With that said, here are the words these characters say the most!
Shunsuke: Yuuichi - said 40 times! (this genuinely confused me so much im sorry he uses interjections so much I had expected it to be something like "huh" or "um" but no i dont know how this passed by me as i was rounding up all the lines he says or proofreading or writing all of those lines WHAT?!?! its been two days and it still takes me out)
Ryou: Shunsuke - Said 14 times
Sayaka: Murderer - Said 7 times (All in one sentence!)
Takumi | Takumiel (counted in one for how little he speaks.): Takumiel - Said 3 times (That name is so important, he said it thrice.)

a strange trend in my favorite characters I realize is that I tend to heavily gravitate toward somewhat obscure, antagonistic forces

9: How did you get into writing fanfiction?
I can't really remember EXACTLY, but back when i was a child in the early 2000s days of internet and on neoseeker forums, i liked seeing stories people would write in the forums dedicated to more creative things, be it fanfic or original stories. i read fics on ffnet, and my cousin even wrote some harvest moon fics that my other cousin and i would read and talk about lol. honestly it always comes back to harvest moon; i liked reading and posting in the threads/forums for harvest moon fics/roleplays [they were BAD bc i was like. 10 years old more or less lol, but i had fun and no concept of what good writing meant]
i don't really remember what got me into writing fics again more """seriously"""" when i got a little older. i never made a ffnet account despite reading and commenting anonymously for a good few years, and i dont remember how or why i made an ao3.
i was under the impression that rvb was what started it, but i remembered recently that like. i KNOW i wrote some homestuck oneshots back in the day. i very specifically can recall a silly croxy oneshot i wrote, but it's nowhere to be found on my ao3.... and there's even evidence of me having done a homestuck secret santa fic swap bc i have one in my gifts from someone and im p sure thats what it was from. so like, i THINK i mustve made ao3 during my homestuck era [bc that came before rvb; i got into homestuck in high school and i didnt know rvb until i started college] but i guess at some point i got embarrassed about my old homestuck fics and deleted them? which i dont really remember doing, so i have no idea when that happened lol. that or i only ever posted them on tumblr.... if i even posted them here? idr!
anyway. tldr: it always comes back to harvest moon / video game forum neoseeker / in general i just get possessed by The Madness and have to write it down. thats what drives me more recently lol.

jdkfhsklg. there's a small handful of people from irl that follow me here and i do cross post my fics to tumblr so i'd imagine yes, but none of them are into twst which is currently the only thing ive really been writing fics for these days. i also get too embarrassed if i think about it too long so i like to pretend no one knows LOL please dont perceive my antics....
but also when i got BACK into writing fics after like a year or two of not writing anything, when i started writing twst fics, i was just writing them in word docs and sending them to my friend over discord based on our inside jokes and au brainstorming we used to do in the dms bc we got into twst together and there wasnt really much of an eng fanbase back in the early days. and i still send her the google doc links when i write them even tho we dont really talk twst aus like we used to lol. ill just be like "i had an idea / ive been writing this a few weeks here" and then i go put it on ao3 lol jsdklhgksjd shes an irl buddy, so not on tumblr or ao3.
and then my partner. he knows. and he also knows everything i do in life makes me feel irrationally embarrassed so we often joke that my doodles and fanfiction are like, the biggest sin in the entire world. he'll jumpscare me in my room and i slam my laptop shut and hes like 🧍 what are you doing. you better not have been in the google docs. what da hell were you writing 🧍 but he also doesnt know twst outside of what ive told him / random stuff he makes up to try and get a rise out of me lmao so he's never read them. but he knows i write them.
aside from that. NO. and i would like to keep it that way fjksldjfklsjg only people that i think will be cool about it can maybe know and even then im. shy. fjsdklfjskldhlksdjkfl like it's hard enough posting my fics HERE!!!!! the second i hit post i get anxiety jitters and need to go walk around to distract myself from the everything.

i read the hunger games books multiple times over as a kid, and i didnt like katniss' ending at first, bc my hyperlexic ass could read the words long before i could REALLY Comprehend the concepts, but as soon as i got a firm understanding of aromanticism and trauma and and etcetc... i like it a lot now
#^bro had the most subtleeeee learning delay !!!!#it kind of disturbs me because like. i just. didnt have a teacher that really helped me UNDERSTAND stuff like themes? i was shy#and i was REALLY good at guessing on questions like theme and mood based on what the teacher said#but i didnt. GET them i usually got half points or missed those questions or wasnt detailed enough#same thing with character motivation#unless i was intimately familiar with the story#and even then stuff like hs and su and mp100... it took multiple times over and also participation in fan discussion to Get what was happen#idk what happened or why it clicked#it was like. slowly thru junior year and into senior i had 2 great teachers in a row#the texts we read were interesting and were about things i could identify as giving a shit about from a fairly surface level#i dont know what made it click..#which is what makes me think its hyperlexia#it was really like an epiphany? or a set of epiphanies#but i could read a LOT of words really fucking fast#i was reading on my own when i was 4#which apparently isnt normal#and they said i read at a 7th grade level when i was in 3rd grade#and by the time i was in 7th grade i was reading at a college level#which! at my school was pretty much just based on knowing vocab!!!!#and damn did i know vocab. i just couldnt.. see.. the bigger picture....... Um. *gulps in missed autism diagnosis*#just connected that thats a manifestation of focusing on the details..#but yeah its weird#i was always pretty sure i didnt have any major developmental delays#just trouble communicating and socializing etcetc sensory issues whatever#im p sure i hit all my milestones on time or early as a bebe#except that... also i was (am...) a wanderer. i got the cops called on me by my family cause i wandered to a neighbors house (there were#kids a little older than me there and i had an older neighbor friend from another house so i thought it was chill. plus they had video game#and i lived w old people so i didnt get any games until i was 7 (dsi))#im pretty sure they wouldnt have called the cops if it was a white family -_- they would refer to them as Them Patels -_-#but regardless i was pulling the irish goodbye before i shouldve LOL
