You were getting ready to go to a bar with the boys. After a succesfull hunt you all deserved it.

You felt good, great actually! Because tonight, tonight’s the night you gonna tell Dean how you feel. Of course you were mostly nervous, but a good kind of nervous.

You were wearing a black skirt, with an ac/dc shirt on top of it, some black see through thights and your black hunter boots, you styled your hair, did your eyes making the y/e/c pop in them and put on your favorite maroon mat lipstick. You looked at yourself in the mirror and you smiled, you looked good for once.

Coming out of your room and to the garage you were curious what the boys were gonna say, you never doll up, it’s highly unusual for you.

Entering the garage with confident strides you smiled at the boys.

“Heya boys, I’m ready!”

“Jeeez finally you took forever!” Dean grumbled. He didn’t even look at you when he got in the car. Your smile faded a little, but you didn’t let his grumpy ass dampen your mood.

“Oh hi Y/n, you look nice.” Sam said with a smile as he also stepped in the car.

Nice… all this effort for a ‘nice’… okay no, you are not letting this set you back!

The way over to the bar was filled with talk over the latest hunt how good it went and how nice it felt to have a win once in a while.

Arriving at the bar the three of you stepped inside, normally when you walk with the Winchesters you feel intimidated by their looks but now, you felt, okay not equal because hellooo they look like Gods, but better than normally.

The three of you sat down at a table, you opting to sit opposite of Dean so you were sitting in his direct eyeline.

“What are you drinking Y/n?”

“A beer please.”

Sam got up to get the drinks.

Dean was looking around the bar, you frowned.

“You looking for something?”

“Just checking out the crowd.” He said with a smug grin.

Your heart sunk a little.

“You wanna you know, find a girl for the night?”

“Yeah maybe if I see something I like.”

“Oh okay…” Your heart sunk deeper, he wasn’t even looking at you, still trying to be confident, you smiled and looked around too.

“Yeah I might look for some fun later too.”

You knew you only wanted Dean but maybe a bit jealousy would help.

“Oh yeah good idea, has been long since you went out with a guy.” You bit your tongue at Dean’s hurtfull words. No Y/n, the night is still young.

Sam came back with your drinks and you downed half your beer in one go.

“Someone’s having a good time.” Sam chuckled.

“What? I’m just celebrating the good case.” You took another big swig of your beer, almost emptying it.

“Okay, okay slow down Y/n, I don’t wanna carry you home later.”

“Well maybe someone else will take care of me tonight.” You huffed at Dean.

He chuckled. “Yeah okay.”

You talked a bit more ordered more drinks and you switched to whiskey, needing the liquid courage. The music got louder and you felt a light buzz coming through. You stood up and made your way to the dance floor, luckily there were multiple people on the dance floor.

You swayed your hips sensually to the music closing your eyes, letting the music guide you. When you opened them again and looked at the table you saw that Sam was gone, you searched for him and found him with a cute girl in one of the booths, you smiled at the sight, they looked cute together. When your eyes travelled back to your table you saw Dean looking at you, biting his lips, the grip on his beer bottle tight. It encouraged you, swaying your hips more, singing along with the song, you thrived in his attention, seems like the plan worked!

Biting your own lip you made the come here motion with your fingers, inviting him to come to the dance floor, he didn’t seem to notice it, so you kept dancing, just for him, now and then making the motion with your finger again. After 10 minutes of dancing and asking him he finally stood up and made his way over to you, you waited till he was close enough.

“I though you would neve-“ He didn’t stop in front of you as you thought he would but walked right past you, into the arms of a beautiful blond girl, his hands going to her hips to pull her close against him.

You wished the floor would open up and swallow you whole, he wasn’t even looking at you… you were dancing, for no one…

You felt the tears prickle and quickly made your way to the bathroom, stepping inside and locking yourself in one of the cubicles, you closed the lid of the toilet and sat down, the tears now rolling down your cheeks.

You fool… what did you think?! Put some make-up and pretty clothes on and he will like you?! Look at you different?! God he would never date a girl like you, you’re invisible, ordinairy and plain, he would never notice you, no matter how hard you try…

You were sniffing on the toilet now, using the toilet paper to blow your nose, how pathetic…

A lift home? Sam and Dean are both occupied, you don’t wanna ruin their night, well it wasn’t that far of a walk…

The bathroom door opened and you held your breath, trying to stop the sniffing.

“Omg Kelly! You lucky girl! I can’t believe you got his attention!”

“Right! He is so handsome, and his name uh… Dean, suits him so well.”

Really… you closed your eyes, you so did not want to hear this conversation.

“Yeah and god! Hard to get his attention with that ugly cow in front of me, jeeez you should have seen her, she was practically doing a strip tease to get his attention, she didn’t even notice he was looking at me the whole time, he is so out of her league.” The two laughed with you.

“Well i’m definently gonna bang him, the things he has been whispering in my ear.” She let out a moan. “Sounds promising!” You could hear the smile in her voice. They laughed some more and left.

You unlocked your cubicle and washed your hands, looking up in the mirror, you saw your reflection, mascara running down your cheeks, eyes red and puffy, a snotty nose and your lipstick was rubbed from blowing your nose in the paper.

You let out a heart crushing sob.

All this effort for him, for Dean and he didn’t even look at you twice. Like always you were invisible, no matter how hard you tried you will never be his type, never.

You thought back to all the other times you walked home alone, no one’s ever asked you out, or asked you to dance, not even one guy has ever bought you a drink. No one never.

When you walked out the toilet you just catched a glimps of Sam who left with the cute girl on his arm and Dean…. well his tongue was throat deep in the girl that called you an ugly cow…

Walking out of the bar you huffed, of fucking course it was raining…. at least you were glad you put on your comfortable shoes and not your heels, you did regret not taking a jacket with you. But yeah you were convinced that you were driving back home with Dean… yeah in your dreams. It was a two hour walk back to the bunker, it was cold outside but you would survive, after all it is not the first time you walked alone back and it will undoubtedly be the last time. Sobbing you started your walk back to the bunker drowning in your own self-hate. In the end you just concluded it’s just who you are. Not pretty enough to be noticed by anyone…

Denial had never been anything that Jax was particularly good with, mostly when it came to things he wanted. Add alcohol into the mix, and the next to nonexistent inhibitions vanished entirely. Which led to this very moment. The vice president had motioned for Anna to head to a more secluded area. Thankfully, there was an alleyway nearby to duck down. As soon as they were out of sight of the others, he had grabbed a hold of her smaller frame, pinning her to the wall and all but devouring her with a starved kiss. It hadn't taken long for hands to fumble with his belt before finding her shoulders and forcing her to her knees. Hard already, his dick smacked her in the face as soon as his pants were lowered enough to free himself properly. The woman didn't disappoint either, eagerly wrapping her lips around him and bobbing her head. The sort of relief that was needed after a long day of running business and celebratory mood that overtook when business went well. That hot mouth was something out of a wet dream, and he was able to take advantage. Jax knew he was a lucky man. A deep, low groan escaped into the night air, though it certainly wouldn't be heard over the party happening. Hips thrust forward, forcing more of his length into her mouth, into her throat. With a glass of whiskey in hand the brunette laughed rather loudly at the joke that Opie and Chibs were telling her - way too crude and fucked up to be a conversation topic in any other setting. They thought it was her childish crush on Jax and nothing more - that there was still only that layer of innocent friendship that connected her and Jackson. And she hoped it would stay that way. She didn't hesitate to follow the same path Jax disappeared to a few moments beforehand, finding herself on her knees in the dark alley. Anna looked up through the shadows, nothing the dangerusly starved expression on his handsome face. She didn't disappoint. The brunette pushed forward as far as she could without gagging too much, taking all of Jax's thick cock down her throat over and over again. A reward for a succesfull deal. A reward for coming home safe. Her hands placed against his thighs to keep her balance, fingernails digging into the flesh with each new deeper stroke yet not making a move to pull back. Not until her lungs screamed in pain. "Shit." Can’t post this on main, but it is kinda strange that George’s performance is always meh on saturday but pretty much ok/close to Lewis on sunday/sprints.

If he really has confidence issues, they wouldn’t translate on saturdays only, right? It would be a constant, in my opinion.

Find it quite interesting to consider: rumours of Lewis’ contract stalling, George and Lewis being very close in pace, George being mr Saturday but now struggling to qualify well, and Lewis still having the edge on him on race pace because of experience…

If you know what I mean.

I understand where you come from.Lewis has the edge on him in race pace because he started Formula 1 the year after George started karting in championships. He's so much more experienced, and hey he's the most succesfull driver in the history of the sport maybe it is a little bit down to that. Let's also not forget that he's had a pretty consistent environment at Mercedes, with Bono being his race engineer for years. The newest change is Mike becoming his performance engineer, but Mike has been looking over Markus shoulder the whole last year. George is still relatively fresh, in Formula 1, as main driver at Mercedes, he's had his race engineer being changed after his first season with him (and yes I do think Riki treated George differently than Markus does). The fact that George is that close already is a massive hint to where he can go.

In regards to qualifing I think it's a little bit of the inconsistency around George's team. Added with the fact that Mercedes' quali strategy works on a good day (Sending out the cars as late as possible) and kind of clashes with the way George drives those quali laps.

Whereas Lewis is the kind of driver who usually puts out a banger lap first that he then looks to improve, George has always been quick but his steps in improvement and extracting the most from the car are usually massive. I remember an interview from Nicky (might have been his beyond the grid episode) where he stresses how amazed he is how much George can pull out of the car lap after lap and still find ways to improve. George is the kind of driver who arches to improve everything he does, to some it comes out as taking himself (too?) seriously or having no chill, but he's a man who knows what he wants and he's willing to do it. While Williams often sent Nicky and George out ahead of the rest of the quali train and that usually helped George because he got more time to extract more performance out of his car, Mercedes kind of goes for the opposite. That comes from years of having a strong if not dominant car and the way that Lewis drives.

We know, and it's been that way since last year, that the current Mercedes is struggling with quali pace and balance and basically comes alive in races. We've seen it all over the year where usually George ends up in the midfield or even at the back and goes through the entire field except maybe the Red Bulls. We've seen it yesterday I don't know how many cars George passed in a sprint race. The Mercedes doesn't seem to have the tyre degradation issues Ferrari (adn their sister teams) are often struggling with. George's qualifying is as good as it always has been but if you spend your only Practice session hugely in the pits you can't get confidence in the car. And the way Mercedes do quali maybe doesn't suit his style. Also the midfield is actually pretty close. Wasn't everyone in Q1 within a second? That shows you how small the margins are.

Sorry this kind of got long and I apologise if this is not the answer you were looking for. I think there are things going on at Mercedes that currently make it seem that they're benching George. But the engineering side is so fond of him. These guys want to work with George, remember Mike E geeking out that George is basically a little engineer and that it's refreshing because he actually understands and cares about the technical side (a dig probably mostly in Rosberg's direction). These guys have worked with so many World Champions, they won a championship with Brawn that seemed impossible to win just weeks before the first race. I'm not trying to say: don't make your own opinion, or I absolutely think Mercedes is fucking him (socials certainly are). I also get a certain frustration especially about strategy and the way George is treated by Toto and the socials. I just think that it's an essential time trying to keep Lewis with them while having one driver secured. I hope this makes sense it's early, I'm tired (got off from work 7 hours ago, slept for 5)

I'm assuming because you're in my inbox you came from the post about how Ever Since New York might be about Haylor in the context of it absolutely breaking Harry into pieces by linking to a bunch of songs including some of Taylor's. That kinda stands on its own tho as it's purely based on how their (Harry/Louis/Taylor) lyrics fit together. I expressed my thoughts on Haylor there a bit but these are not the thoughts of someone who lived through that stunt tho, and are mostly based on how I interpret their lyrics. But lucky for you I love digging so I unhinged once again:

This isn't really helping to get clarity on the subject but I always like to view things from other angles, and I think this post shows the stunt from a GP's point of view. And now to go on a rant myself (still some links in there), I think that's a good time for a cut:

Since that NY kiss resurfaced from a "better angle" somewhat recently (here that is, which is... hard to watch.) let's just go there too. Looking into how a face is looking miserable or body language can all easily be misinterpreted, but I mean cmon, if that kiss doesnt trigger any fight or flight responses in you you're really not paying attention. Seriously Harry looks like he's fking praying (ever since new york, thinking almost over, had enough from you) just a shell of a person. (a post about this too)

Harry never (AFAIK) talked shit about her or crushed anyone's fantasies in any deliberate matter that he might not want much to do with her, that his songs might not be about her, or at least not in the way people would like to think, and Harry has done nothing but praise her (songwriting) whenever she was brought up (harry talking about her for 7 mins straight, he's good at these things but pay attention to what he doesn't say, how he's doing the bare minimum, how when asked about her he focuses on her songwriting instead, maybe because he doesn't have much positive to say about her as a person perhaps?), but back in the early days Louis being a subtle petty lil shit slipped through quite a lot, he was salty about it, (still sneaking in a shady comment as far as in 2015 and harry's reaction is pure gold too). Then from Taylor's side of things, I haven't paid enough attention to her, but judging from these rants she sure went places that weren't very nice a couple of times.

I think with all the songs we have now, and maybe you're not as much into trying to interpret their songs with lyrical deep dives as much as I am and think there isn't much to gain there, I think there is, and I think it all fits with this stunt happening back in 2012 absolutely destroying harry(&louis) and pushing them further into narnia, continuing to curse him for the longest time, and with that I'd say all the sad faces and little things that did slip through the cracks of the show they were all putting on back then that were picked up on by the ranters linked above, that these were indeed showing their true feelings. That they were crushed. They were miserable. They didn't want any of it. Then again from Taylor's side of things, there's a severe presense of some kind of he don't try at all tho-vendetta going on in Taylor's music, like she just can't stop just poking that ghost, just littering her 1989 album with things that can be linked to Harry, which I think more often than not are just stunt lines, just cover ups for whatever she was really dealing with, and still going at it in her latest albums, although less "look at us playing this game" and more "yeah ok that was really shit that stunt".

I'm really not sure if that answered anything. I mean if the part of "am I missing something here" was that you're missing why they were miserable, why people are pressed about this, and I need to go a little more meta and start linking why oh why why this stunt could possibly make them miserable, why closeting is horrible, maybe for that just plomp down this quote from Lance Bass who was closeted while in a boyband:

“Bottom line is what the record labels look at. They just wanna make money. And if this artist isn’t going to pull in this many fans because they are gay, they are not gonna support him this much. as well as having to deal with how you're portrayed in the media and it not reflecting who you really are (while you're really young too) while being put under pressure not just just being busy doing promo, being away from home, but while that's all going on to be constantly on your toes not to slip up and hide not just who you really are yourself but also your relationship and seeing the one you love having to do the same added on top of it, and then getting whole new fresh layer of shit added to it when after months of that including the buildup media speculation of "haylor" actually having to go out to be seen with someone that's not the person you want to be spending your time with, even having to kiss them, while having to be physically away from the person you want to be with and they are out there doing the same, all while most likely being told and perhaps even believing that this is best for everyone, so you do it, but maybe just maybe that would make you just a tad bit unhappy.

am I the only weird person here who thinks that older Collot looked better?

Interesting! Hm, to be honest, I don't think it's a debate to decide which one looks better tho; it's just shocking that his younger portrait is quite good-looking according to beauty standards, or well, more good-looking than most of us could probably expect? It helps us build a whole different image of him, contrasting with what we knew before opening the bio; I think he was mostly seen as a failed actor he was claimed to be during and after the revolution, and I don't think anyone here openy admitted they found him attractive in any way. The portrait contributes to us learning things that we thought were not very likely.

Adding that he was also extremally succesfull as both actor and dramatist, playing so many leading roles (sometimes two at once!) even at the beginning of his career, having his play staged abroad and leading almost every troupe he joined... I think the way we see Collot in general changed so much that we slowly and with our own doubts accept he was, actually, good-looking, popular and succesfull no matter how bizarre that sounds. He was a criminal with batshit crazy views and still slaughtered people, but learning more about his youth, and that he *was* actually seen as handsome back then... Well. It's still shocking I think. But we accept every Collot here, no matter the looks.

Personally? Maybe his older-self is the more attractive one with his looks, but to me, the wig did the magic.

A tale of war.(Humans are space orcs)

SO! i decided to do something different, i won’t be exactly sticking to a single writing style forever, some stories will be Kr’Kn’s lectures(or maybe adventures of his? maybe), others will be more standard stories and yet others, like these, will be large scale battles with dramatic storytelling. ALSO! the comments are fixed now! so i can ACTUALLY get constructive critisism. The Dr’achs attack on humanity was not exactly unexpected...but it was a surprise they’d do it so soon. They were a warfaring species, a succesfull one at that, taking homes, destroying planets by taking their recources, even bringing many species to extinction...we all assumed this would be the end of humanity, they never did have much military might. Don’t get me wrong!, their military was powerful, but there wasn’t much of it...at least that’s what we thought...oh how wrong we were.

The Dr’achs attack was swift, powerful, unexpected. The human homeworld (Earth or Terra, depends who you ask) Was utterly decimated, many cities fell, including every major capital. They killed every town, city or village they came across. The Dr’achs ordered the surrender of humanity, but their representitive, Grand Admiral Yeshua Ezekiel Alastair replied with but one simple sentence. “Psalm chapter 97″. Nobody knew what it meant, but the Dr’achs soon came to know it’s meaning first hand...

A mere three months after the devestating attack on Earth, a fleet had assembled, one of sizes inconcievable to anyone who saw it...millions, no, BILLIONS of humans had gathered around their pride and joy, their flagship, their capital...i cannot describe it’s power, it’s size...it’s might...

It was so immense we could see it pass our star clearly like an eclipse, blotting out the sun with it’s size and power...I must say, am i happy we did not attack humanity when we thought they were weak.

At the planet, many aliens had joined the fleet, be that to provide geniune support, to sate their curiosity, to record the happenings for the universe to see, or to simply see the might of the Deus ex machina. I don’t blame anyone who did, a small part of me joined the battle for that exact reason, of course i was mostly there to record the happenings, but still...that ship is incomprihensibly big, i could probably destroy a city simply by entering atmosphere above it!

At the home planet of the Dr’achs, Dr’ach’raz, Humanity gave one warning, telling the Dr’achs to surrender, giving them one chance to surrender. They naturally refused, and so, in reaction, Grand Admiral Yeshua simply smiled, saying “May the Lord have mercy on your soul, but i doubt hell will be pleasant.”

Ships flew all across the planet, engulfing it like a dyson sphere does a star, millions of ships flying to every city, village or remote bunker, having no mercy, they spared no man, woman or child. Every ship firing it’s devastating lasers at them, and at their capital, which humanity attacked last, the Dr’achs had put of an admirable defense, their turrets did most of the work, shooting down a ship every now and then, they sent thousands upon thousands in infantry, but the human ships simply fired on them with their heavy laser beams, their booming, horrible sound being a testament to their strength. Those ships tore down evey building they hit, like a hot blade through butter, cutting through ground, battering through bunkers and disintegrating infantry and civilians alike. Military had hidden in bunkers so deep underground even their heavy lasers couldn’t break through, but that was their last mistake...

From within the bunkers, the surviving Dr’achs sat with shaking knees, regretting everything they had ever done, desperately attempting to open communications with humanity. Eventually, Alastair picked up, a thin smile on his face and raised eyebrow. “I had expected you dead, what seems to be the problem?” The Dr’achs looked at him, abject horror on his face. “Human! Turn back your ships at once! we-we surrender!” All Yeshua did...was laugh. He shook his head, still chuckling. “What makes you think we had the intention of accepting surrender? If we wanted your surrender, all we would have done is decloak our capital and show you!” The Dr’achs eyes went wide, his mouth agape as it looked at the screen showing what was happening above ground...

There it was, high above, darkening everything on the planet, was the human flagship, their new capital...The Deus ex machina, The God from the machine.

Above the bunker, the remaining ground troops gasped, looking up at the darkened sky. Many tried to flee, others tried to shoot it, yet others collapsed, fainted or dead from fear. None of it mattered anyways, for the many ships pulled back, returning to their God...and then everything went silent, as if all sound was pulled away, and then There was a horrible sound, Thunder was sounding all around the planet, made by all the disturbance the gravity of this massive ship was making and the dust and debris rubbing together... and suddenly a massive surface the size of a dwarf planet on the God’s belly started glowing a brilliant white-green colour, a horrible, a rising hum sounding all around, deafening all who heard it without protection. Then, the most horrifying thing i have ever observed...the gigantic laser fired, it’s brilliant white blinding me temporarily it cored through the planet like it was nothing, the sound returning in my dreams even to this very day. It blasted through the planet, going deeper and deeper, destroying the bunker like paper...but it did not stop...

It continued, not stopping untill...it hit the core. The planet started to glow from the inside out with the green hue of this massive beam,but this lasted all but a few seconds before it blasted apart. everything on that planet was dead...destintegrated, killed by the shockwave, or maybe, JUST maybe, some poor alien on the other side of the planet was alive long enough to see it’s home split...or maybe it was removed by the laser coming out the other side...

Humans were victorious, and every creature in the galaxy knew that humans were amazing at hiding their might...but not afraid to show it.

Human death count was maybe 5000, their victory was absolute, they remain a powerful force, and even a dozen of their heavy cruisers could have been sent to deal with this...but no, they wanted revenge...they NEEDED revenge, they needed to honour the dead by wiping those disgusting creatures away from the universe...and so they did, and the only ones remaining are on planets far away, praying everyday a human doesn’t come and end their existence...

Local DID system here and I love your ideas on Konrad/NH’s mental state and thought process especially about relationships— you portray it in a way I don’t think is ableist or based in stereotypes, it’s really good !

Awww, thanks?? I write fanfic a lot, and as much as I love wh40k, very few official writers just... Get into the meat of what make a character act the way they do, especially the primarch. They are described as so human and that's what make them *interesting*, I hate the whole "demi-god above humans" things they have.

Here, as a treat, a few of my random other Konrad headcanons:

-He has a sweet tooth. His planet and culture is very much based influenced by russian/slavic themes, and have you SEEN russian dessert?!? Plus, since he grew up insanely poor, he almost never had access to sweets. He love them.

-Actually biological twin of Corvus Corax. They were separated at birth. They both feel the pull, but Corvus fucking HATE that Konrad is his twin and will loudly deny it to anyone asking. Konrad flipflop in his feeling about it.

-Like Mortarion! They definitely are the type to quietly hang together without talking, each in their corner, and declare it succesfull socialisation.

-If he had to have any hobby, it would be reading. I can definitely see baby Konrad finding old muddy paperback in the trash and reading it carefully. Nostramo was noted to have an especially flowy language, so I can see their literature being somewhat similar to 19th century french or russian.

-Never sit properly. Ever. He's the kind of bastard that will sit on the table or the desk instead of the chair.

-Very nimble and light weight, he's not a fan of his power armor. Too bulky.

-Probably the smallest, frame wise, on the primarch. He look super thin and sickly all the time. Don't let this fool you, he's definitely the fastest.

-If he EVER had a crush in his life, it was on Vulkan. Of course, said crush was dealt with with extreme prejudice, aka murdering tf outta him.

-He like his sons. Really. As people he think they are great. He just deeply resent the fact that he was forced to be a "father" and to continue to painful cycle of abuse and death he feel trapped in. Also he realise that he's shit at being a dad, and hate that they kinda force him in this situation.

-Sevatar. Sevatar is fucking great, because for all his daddy's joke, he actually treat him mostly like an equal. Also, he's funny. And understand the most what konrad is about.

-Has sever issues with things like bathing/hygiene, all trauma related. He's not trying to be a stinky gremlin, it just happen.

-If calm, clean and comfortable, he's *very* pretty. Like, drop dead gorgeous, delicate fay creature level of beautiful. He could easily compete with Fulgrim and Sanguinius, but well... He like being covered in gore splatter too much.

-Speaking off! Gore. Gore, and dead things, are a safety blanket for him. People don't approach him, and cannot hurt him, if he's covered in gore. It legit calm him down.

Remember when we all thought Alador and Odalia are toxic parents, but as the couple they kinda are okayish to each other? Because of how Odalia intoduces him to their customers or how she keeps him focused (even if it was brutal in several instances). And especially when it was revealed they were childhood friends at hexside, then we got that photo:

With that picture alone, people were gushing over Darius booing Alador and Raeda in the distant background. Of course, there was a discussion concerning Odalia, looking at her future husband with praise. It is no surprise because, in fact, Odalia refers to Alador as ‘The greatest abomination creator of the era’ in public.

However, we were all fooled by these slight examples of affection. In the light of info from ‘clouds on the horizon’, Odalia not only takes an active role in abusing Emira, Edric and Amity, but her husband as well! Alador tells King he hasn’t had a day off in 5 years and Odalia can’t even excuse the fact the man fell ill. Well, it was obvious from the first episode where she featured in she is business-oriented. Aand puts the profit above her loved ones (their safety and happiness too) on her ‘what’s important- list’

There was a time I thought Odalia is reedemable mostly due to her ‘that’s all for the family’ talk. My assumption was grounded on that fact because in previous episodes I interpreted her character in the following way:

a) despite her ‘i want money and fame’ attitude and toxic traits, she wanted the same for her family, only her priorities were fucked-up. She couldn’t see that through constant control ehem and child labour of Amity and the twins, her kids hate her more and more.

b) maybe because of her love to Alador she could finally understand her actions were in fact hurting their family. After that little bond time Alador had with Amity, Alador promised to be less neglectful and talk to Odalia about how she treats their kids, after all!!! I imagined a big quarrel between Odalia and Alador and, heck, even threatening with divorce. Odalia, on the other hand, in order to not to lose her family would eventually agree to join the rebellion and change her consumptive mindset into ‘i have to protect my family from Belos’ way of thinking.

Unfortunately, love was never there. She doesn’t know what love is. She never knew. In the last episode we discover she 1) kept secret from Alador Belos’ plan 2) overwork him down to the bone 3) is okay with mass killing and 4) ‘Was looking for the other partner in business anyway’, thus she never regarded Alador as her love interest, only ‘BuSinEsS pArtNer’.

That is why this look on her face on the photo is now re-contextualized and we can learn the sad truth - she never. ever. loved. Alador.

It is not the ‘Gosh I love him so much’ face.

It’s more like: ‘Haha, I’ll exploit that man until there’s nothing left of him’ sneer.

And she almost succeeded. Just look atthis man in "Escaping Expulsion". That smile from the photo has vanished, bags under his eyes indicating he’s sleep-deprived, in dirty clothes. RAT not a man (although I personally like his design, looks friendly and dad-shaped)

In her mind, he is not a husband/father. He’s her worker/slave and what is worse, she regards her children as such. As means to make her succesfull. SICK AND CRUEL, I SAY.

Knowing that Odalia favours PERFECTION, Alador is far away from her idealistic view on the significat other. She married him only for his skills, knowledge, recognisability (dude owing to that competition was famous) and resources. I bet she hated all his quirks, that’s why she’s so eager to take that little joys from him too.

For the conclusion, I’ll say it again. Odalia never truly loved anyone. All she knows is how to coldly calculate what ‘pays off’. And being Alador’s friend, then girlfriend and ultimately wife really payed off at this point of her life. Once she got what she wanted, that is status, big company, money, fame, REPUTATION and potential heirs (Emira, Edric and Amity), she didn’t have to pretend anymore. She kept on withdrawing Alador from the ‘family life’ by giving him more workload so she can easily brainwash their kids and she could have her ‘break from him’.

On another note, there is a theory going viral recently.... that Odalia has no sigil, so she would survive the Day of Unity while Alador would not. And she would let the father of her kids die. Huh, it really gives extra flavour to that line I came up with for the sake of this post: ‘ I’ll exploit that man until there’s nothing left of him’. Yeah, that’s her plan. To kill him but not with her hands. Because she doesn’t need him anymore. Belos promised her to provide ‘the life she deserves - as the some kind of queen in the new world’, right? And her kids would live like prince and princesses. :)

Well, even if I’m angry at Odalia I’m glad the owl house crew presented her character that way. After all, not everyone deserve to be reedemed and It was cool to see Alador standing up to her even though he was scared. Really looking up to the finale of toh where she and Belos will be punished.

The True Mighty Bison - Season V edition.

Some weeks ago, I had a very productive discussion on twitter with Steven Mane about the subject of this essay, and he brought up very good points, an alternative theory (not as out there as mine) and reminded me I haven't actually added the ACTUAL Seth info from his story and Arcade endings to this text. Now that even Rose is on the game (although she didn't bring new info on this front), Let's update this very wild theory about our favorite psycho powered dictator. For the day you discovered the truth about M. Bison was the most important of your Street Fighter fan life. But for them, it was only Tuesday. HEAVY SPOILERS FOR SETH'S SFV STORY MODE AND ENDING. and in a lesser intensity, Rose's. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is M. Bison. Bison is one first class A-hole who runs the biggest crime syndicate on the world (Shadaloo), wants to spark global destruction if not given global domination and has a tendency to kidnap 16 year old girls. Bison also wields something called Psycho Power. Through profane rituals (more of this in a bit), He is the biggest source/receptacle of it. this power is also destroying his body, which leads to the only thing he likes more than kidnapping 16 year old girls: Body Swapping. The body in the picture is not his original body, not even his first, but is the... model we are most used to see him using. This is how you would imagine him if one mentioned M. Bison. In SFV he finally got grey/white hair, but originally this body had black hair.

however...

These are Ed and Falke. They are CLONED Bodies of Bison, They are both spare bodies for M. Bison, created in a attempt to build a body strong enough to hold his power. They are both of the most recent attempt, the newer models so to speak. As far as we know, they are all biological (a point that will come up later) and since CAPCOM use the word CLONES, they share the same DNA as Bison. Physically speaking, they are around their late teens, although being much younger actually (both suffered from accelerated aging). They escaped Shadaloo due to the fact that an older model ended up destroying the base where they were being held. speaking of the Devil....

These are Seth and Abel. Also, spare bodies of Bison. But (un)fortunately, they developed a conscience and independence. While Abel ran away and joined the french army, Seth created a splinter cell from Shadaloo called S.I.N. and planned a hostile takeover of the syndicate. One interesting fact is that both Seth and Abel are the SAME MODEL of bodies, but Seth installed the upgrade of the Tanden Engine on his body. So Seth was once like Abel and if given enough time and the proper modifications, Abel could become like Seth. One recent release on Street Fighter V revealed the Seth was always more machine than man. If that is plainly due the Tanden Engine modification and what this means to Abel, its still unknown. both (Abel more than Seth) still have Bison’s DNA on them. Also, Bison considers this batch of clones a FAILED experiment Seth was the final Boss of Street Fighter IV, and Abel was the protagonist of that series. but, the older models are the more interesting ones.

These are Cammy and Decapre. Both are the oldest clone models player knew until recently. They are also fully biological and the first successful vessels for Psycho Power. Decapre is actually a “ Cammy Alpha“, a first attempt to create Cammy herself. Being fully biological, they ALSO carry Bison’s DNA. While Cammy became independent and joined the British Army, Decapre stayed brainwashed and a weapon for Shadaloo until recently (SFIV). Both Decapre and Cammy were part of a shadaloo project call “The Dolls project“: Most of the Dolls were the kidnapped teenage girls mentioned before, who were also test beds for Bison’s mind control via psycho power. There were 12 Dolls (Decapre and other 11), with Cammy being a 13th, codenamed Killer Bee. As of now, you probably noticed: 3 males, 3 females. We might be onto something here. But remember that profane ritual I mentioned? One of the results was this lady here...

This is Rose. In order to get full access to Psycho Power, Bison had to EXPEL ALL THE GOOD ENERGY FROM HIS SOUL. No joking. the good half of Bison’s Soul incarnated on a young Italian GIRL who was being born that moment and who grew up to be a incredible psychic and fortune teller ,plus the most powerful user of the SOUL POWER, the opposite to Bison’s Psycho Power. so Rose is the REINCARNATION of Bison’s soul, or at least half of it. After the events of SF Alpha 3, Bison even used Rose’s body as a vessel, to hide himself from the authorities. How she was freed and what happened to her during SFII is still unknown. Street Fighter V didn't really expanded on the relationship between Rose and Bison, as much as confirmed that as of the end of A Shadow Falls (SFV general story mode), Bison's is truly gone, at least as definitive as Rose can sense. Let's also remember that, until the interference of Rose herself, Cammy/Killer Bee was considered a succesfull attempt at creating the perfect body. If Rose hadn't freed Cammy's mind, which was as close to a blank slate and receptive as possible, its highly probable that Bison would be using her body instead. Still with me? STREET FIGHTER V: ARCADE EDITION added another point on this list: SETH was released in 2020 as a playable character, part of Season IV. HOWEVER, the FORM he appeared is quite the surprise.

THIS IS SETH! YES, THAT SAME SETH!! (a name tag on SFV confirms this is number 15, the seth that was at the center of SFIV events) After having all of his bodies destroyed during SFIV, his brain was placed by Juri on an old body known as DOLL UNIT 0. The interesting thing here is that Jury is doing this in behalf of a third party, identified only as voice on phone. This voice expected a male body, while Juri didn't even noticed (or cared) that Seth or DU0's had a gender. Doll Unit 0's body accepted Seth's biological brain without a problem. Seth's mind however, is on turmoil. When integrating with the DU0' original personality, something went wrong and Seth went completely batshit crazy. He only sees Psycho Power, and mistook Ed and Falke as being Bison himself, due to their Psycho Power energy. Some lines, such as this Seth is true perfection hints on a ongoing attempt of accepting the new body. The Arcade mode ending and an extra Seth on his Critical Art during his V-trigger 1 also hints that Seth's true power lies in the INTEGRATION with this new body. ALL OF THESE, ALL OF IT, are just canon facts from the SF series lore. now for the speculation. Bison is not using the original body. And psycho power, specially the levels Bison desires, requires quite the strong one, which factors on why his current body is failing these days. why he had to abandon his original body? My only guess is that the profane ritual either destroyed it in the process or damaged it beyond repair. but at this point, Bison already had gained the power to posses other bodies. Doll Unit 0, the prototype for the perfect vessel, is female. Bison’s soul incarnated on a female body and until very recently, when his clone technology developed enough to create more radical deviations, the clones were all female. While there is several attempts of male bodies they are a late development and not only there is only one almost successful male body, it is the one that requires constant replacing AND Bison is trying to upgrade from, because it's not enough. But, the creation of a male body is stiil on the table and being attempted. Considering CAPCOM’s own words, that Seth is more machine than man, we can guess that Abel is probably just the biological basis for Seth, who is mostly the Tanden Engine and a biological brain. This is what was implemented into Doll Unit 0, who was completely female at that point, maybe even fully biological since Cammy, the earliest successful clone so far is fully biological as well. If we compare to real world cloning technology, cloning someone of the same gender is easier and more direct than altering the gender. Then there is the not-satated-but-extremely-obvious-fact that DU0 was the true first attempt at the tech that would produce Cammy, meaning, Shadaloo’s cloning tech was tested with HER. This also means that Doll Unit 0 IS EXTREMELY SIMILAR, IF NOT IDENTICAL, TO BISON'S ORIGINAL BODY. in conclusion: Bison’s original body is FEMALE and something close to this:

Thanks BbbSFXT from Deviant Art for the Mod and the picture. On the last version, I considered Mistress Bison being blonde, but thinking it through, it was more wishful thinking, trying to make them close to Cammy. Clones being a blonde is probably a side effect of DNA manipulation. Blond hair is recessive, and putting on the simplest, almost insulting way possible, it means blonde only happens if both sides of the DNA have the same code for hair. Since Bison is using the same DNA over and over, it makes sense clones would end up blonde. This also fits with DU0 being a very early prototype, with almost Bison's entire DNA intact, including the code for them hair. And now let's talk mysticism: There is the whole Yin/Yang theme surround everything Psycho Power, explicitly shown in Seth's design, but it was already there, at least as early as the Alpha/Zero series. In the balance of the Yin/Yang symbolism, Yin, the black part, can represent a “feminine principle” and also, can be a suffix/preffix meaning shadow. While Yang, the white part, can represent a “masculine principle” and also can be a suffix/preffix meaning light. these are parts in all living beings, be them male or female.

Psycho Power, the shadow, is feminine. Soul Power, the light, is masculine. There is a inversion of the symbolism here, with Bison, the male body, using the yin and Rose, the female body, using the yang. But the catch is: Rose is not a traditional reincarnation of Bison (obvious reasons) but received Bison's yang, on top of her natural one. This counts on why Rose is so powerful with Soul power. And while she doesn't seem to suffer a physical instability like Bison, as fortune teller and psychic, seem to be incredibly sensitive to strong emotions and energies around her (How the mind of G affected her on SFV being a exemple), I would argue that this extreme sensitiveness is the side effect of that extra yang energy. Let's also consider that while Bison wants MORE shadow and went way beyond what his natural body could hold, Rose stayed pretty much at her natural levels, as far as we know. So Bison's instability can be accounted as using insane levels of pure feminine energy inside a male body. Seth, the genderless one, will only find harmony in accepting his female body. Rose, the female body, is the only of them to have any kind of control and estability. This all points towards Mistress Bison, and that's the hill I'm dying on. this also ties to the idea proposed by Steven Mane: Psycho Power is closely related to the feminine and can't function properly, or at all, with men. Bison forcing that is the base reason for the physical instability. Which leads us to... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Steven Mane's alternative theory of Psycho Power

The main gist here is that there isn't really any indication that Bison's OG body is any different from the one he uses today (which is true. There isn't a single line about it on the canon sources). The initial lack of male clones is accounted simply as that we haven't seen enough male clones, and they might have existed since Killer Bee's times. In his views, everything so far points to Bison desiring a male body. However, Psycho power works better with women, or was meant to be used by women. There is another fighting game with a similar plot, Skullgirls, in which the main McGuffin for that story is a mystical artifact that only works with women, which is why most of the cast of that game is female. And after Rose's SFV ending, I wouldn't put behind CAPCOM to lift another game's plot point for their own, specially one that would fit well with the already stablished canon. However, Steven Mane's best argument for this comes from SFA3 itself, or rather, the PSP version of SFA3. But before we get to that, let's go down on the memory lane and remember the facts.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, also known as Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper in Japan, is so far the last version of Street Fighter Alpha 3 released and it is an exclusive of the Playstation Portable console. The Alpha/Zero Series is the main focal point when talking about Bison and Psycho Power, as it's the series where Rose first appeared and in Alpha 3, we have the only canon appearance of Cammy as Killer Bee (on the intro of her first fight against Rose) and the first playable Dolls, Juli and Juni. SFA3 MAX is also, up to the publication of this, the only game in the series to have a guest character (the jury is still out on SFV last season V character). "Wait, Tony" you ask "Don't you mean 4 guest characters?" Eagle and Maki are not guests: They were always part of the Street Fighter franchise, and are contemporary to the events of the game . Yun makes a non-canon appearance which is explained by time travel (in his own quotes), since the events of Alpha series happen way when he was nothing but a toddler. But he is still part of the franchise, so not a guest, per se.

Ingrid, however, is a conundrum wrapped inside a enigma and kept inside a locked puzzle box missing some of its pieces. That is inside a cave inside a volcano under the pacific ocean. On the mariana trenches.

Ingrid is from a failed, unreleased CAPCOM game called CAPCOM Fighting All-Stars. Her first playable appearance is the ill-received crossover game CAPCOM Fighting Jam, known in Japan as CAPCOM Fighting Evolution.

In All-Stars, she was kind of a regular fighter, with a special importance to the plot and final boss. The very little we know about the plot hints on her being something beyond human. She carried a code Isis, is nicknamed the Eternal Goddess, and is said to posses the power of longevity.

On Fighting Jam, she has to solve some issues she had with Pyron, the final boss of that game and an alien who is basically a living sun and is hinted to be what ended the dinosaurs (i swear this is Darkstalkers Canon) Her ending there is... weird.

I brought this up because it adds a tiny little bit of context to her SFA3 MAX ending.

Ingrid claims ownership of the psycho power. Notice that its the power itself, not the Psycho Drive Bison's uses. And Bison is aware of that. Roses recognizes both as users of Psycho Power, even though she doesn't recognizes Ingrid. Also note at 00:59 that the focus point of the psycho drive carries Ingrid's Seal, the same one on the cups on her head AND the one she summons on her Fighting Jam ending. Oh, and she is capable of time travel. but no mention if she was the one who brought Yun to SFA3 time, though. What this all mean? Speculation time: According to Steven Mane's theory: With Ingrid being the creator of psycho power, Psycho power works better with women. You can even explain Bison's obsession with 16 year old girls: They are the ones who closely resemble Ingrid, who he knows is the original source of that power. This also explain why Bison's desire of a male body directly conflicts with psycho power: It was never meant for such body. and why there is so much female clones: It simply the result of experiments to see what fits better. But Bison is trying to get around this: He has been experimenting on both, noticing that male bodies deteriorate way faster, confirmed that female ones fit better, but for reasons only known to himself, this was not enough. The genderless Seth, a sentient machine build to gather psycho power, was Bison's latest attempt of circumvent the body type limitation, but it still didn't work (as stated by Bison himself) This is where Steven Mane's theory ends. But from that, we can jump to other conclusions: Ingrid is a goddess and is the source of Psycho Power energy. Notice that she is not the source of soul power though, so behind her innocent face, behind those red eyes, lies something sinister and evil. (Or maybe, Soul Power is simply Psycho Power with another name? Rose might be the one hiding something...) [Small June/2021 update: After a lazy Sunday re-reading the SF30th's bios, its is clear that Soul Power is not just Psycho Power with a different name. So if you want to follow this line of thought through, you have to consider that Ingrid is EVIL, or at least deals heavily with negative energies (closer to Akuma than Bison). and it opens the possibility of a God/Goddess of Soul Power somewhere out there on the SF Universe. but that is speculation for another time.]

Ingrid is time-travelling to specific points in time to collect parts of her power. Bison was one of those who stole it. Pyron probably did it too, and in 201X, Ryu has something to do with it.

Oh, extra fact: SFIII, the last game on the timeline, happens in 1999. SFV, the game that was released on the 10's, canonically happens during 1998. So the Ryu she is supposed to meet next is YET to appear (maybe in SF6?).

And because she is a time travellng goddess, not a dimension hopping one this means a direct connection between the worlds of Darkstalkers, Street Fighter and Red Earth, the three franchises from CAPCOM Fighting Jam: Darkstalkers' Human World could be considered to be Street Fighter's Earth, and Red Earth is literally another planet on the same universe, hinting a bigger CAPCOM shared timeline then we expected. We can also speculate that Bison ultimate goal would not be just global domination but to replace Ingrid as god/goddess of psycho power. And she took Yun to 1989 just for the LuLz. Why I didn't mentioned Ingrid up there in MY theory? because of CFN Portal. The Capcom Fighters Network Portal is essentially the final word on who is canon in Street Fighter. Released together with SFV, its a well documented, weirdly organized and deep source of any street fighter or final fight character you can imagine. Those 2 guys fighting on the intro of SF2 got bios there. As well as Hakan's daughters and Elena's Family. Heck, CFN Portal is the place that finally settled Chun-li's father name as Dorai.

There is also relevant guest characters and characters who appeared in other games but that CAPCOM consider part of the franchise and canon, such as Blade from the Street Fighter: The Movie game (now part of the North American operations of Shadaloo) and... Ruby Heart from MARVEL vs CAPCOM 2 (a version of her actually, before the events of that game). Ingrid is clearly shown as a guest character and NOT part of the street fighter franchise, as she does not have the SF franchise standard background. the only ones who this happen are special guests from, such as the ones from Street Fighter EX and Street Fighter 2010. Ingrid is also described there with her bio from CAPCOM Fighting All-Stars, rather then her own story on SFA3 MAX or even CAPCOM Fighting Jam, in a way making her role on SFA3 MAX similar to Evil Ryu's: A what-if non-canon scenario of the events of the game, that has no bearing on the main plot. Evil Ryu's ending are always Ryu kills everybody and wants more blood, never really explaining anything. Evil Ryu is more important as a visual representation of the dark side of Ryu rather than a character itself'. and because of that precedent, when CAPCOM itself gave her non-canon status, it's better to err on the side of caution and not consider her direct influence and acts when speculating about the plot and lore, unless they are the only source of some kind of hinted information. And there is one very canon character who has a situation like that. Killer Bee. As I mentioned before, the ONLY time Cammy acts as Killer Bee in canon is on her SFA3 arcade/story mode: In her intro against Rose, her very first fight, She initially starts under control of Bison. Rose actually recognizes Bison's Power and frees her, even before the fight starts. The fight itself is actually framed as a violent reaction to being freed. but there is a game where we can see Killer Bee Cammy in all her brainwashed glory: X-men vs Street Fighter. Released before Alpha 3 and the first game where Cammy is shown with her Alpha design. Her quotes there shows a profound reverence to Bison AND some are mechanical in nature. Goddess Ingrid (to differentiate a bit from Code Holder Ingrid) could be one of these instances: Canonically speaking, we know very little about Bison: What are his motivations, why he desires such levels of power or anything that would elevate him from one dimensional antagonist. Sagat started as that and became one of the most developed characters of the franchise. Gill is from the straight go good intentions that will end up bad. Seth is the whole reason of this essay, so I don't need to show you anymore how he turned out a interesting character. and there is G, who is either a suicide cult leader still looking for followers, or the savior of mankind. Not to mention that most players thought as a good guy until Rose's ending. like, holy psycho powered cow... Bison is still just the dictator who wants to rule the entire world. And the only character that deals with Psycho Power in a way that is not just evil power for the evil dictator is a character that, as far as CAPCOM is concerned, is not even acknowledged as the relevant version.

to be frank, i am glad the jennie/tae situation is over and you can see the switch in taehyung’s outside perception again. That rumor costed Taehyung a positive solo debut and created a bad narrative around him. I’ve been observing people’s reactions (not just ARMYs but Koreans in general) towards the dating rumors since it started and it only affected him negatively.

J*nnie has always been a polarizing person in the industry more so now than ever. She’s always been involved in controversies either about her partying lifestyle, lazy performances or rude attitude. His involvement w her (real or not) did nothing but paint him in a negative light. they would associate him with her every time she had a controversy. During that p*rn series of hers they would involve T*ehyung about his “girlfriend trashy behavior”, then during her whole recent lazy scandal they would say Taehyung is with someone that doesn’t seem to put energy or passion to their job as opposed to him who’s always been known for his good performance skills. And during GD dr*gs scandal they were trying to involve him and BTS by linking him with Jennie who used to date GD and still hangs out with majority of his friends.

It was terrible for him. It switched the way a lot of people (mostly gp) perceives Taehyung as a person because it put into question his character and is not false that bp is a polarizing group in sk and the majority of armys don’t like bp not just for the fandom being awful to bts but because they in general hold a very terrible image and you can tell there’s not love or passion for the work that they do. just 4 airheads that keep taking ownership of the things bts worked for as a group.

i personally saw so many negative media articles about taehyung during that period in a way i’ve never seen before. He’s always been liked by the media. and now that the break up articles came up, i am starting to see Taehyung trending on naver for good positive things again such as how good he looks with his buzzcut or how great he was at the variety show. that relationship with jennie did nothing but bring him down and i am glad he can finally be free.

Mmm, I think it's very much a point of perspective (and I don't really follow BP, so I'm not sure if I see this correctly). Army generally does not like BP (or maybe moreso Blinks) much. At least, the loudest voices don't really seem to get allong, because I'm sure there's also many Army who do like BP as well.

So from an Army perspective.. BP is the source of all evil in many cases. From a BP prspective, this would probably be the other way around. It's a competion based rivalry I think.. both fanbases wanting theirs to be the Kpop group that get's to be the biggest. Whether this rivalry also exists between Bp members and BTS members themselves is doubtfull I think.

Pairing Tae and Jennie for this was basically the ultimate attention grab... can we actually think of a pairing that would have more of an impact (Kpop wise)? Did they hope for Tae's image to rub of on Jennie? Did that blow up in their faces a bit? Do they see this as a succesfull stunt right now? I do feel it's possible the stunt was pulled before it actually was supposed to. After Paris things got chaotic real fast... and there was definitely more hate than positivity going around. Talking about the amount of attention they got, I'd say they deem it succesfull.. the quality of attention was not that great, but I think that was of lesser concern. Tae is wonderfull, so the possible damage that has been done to his image will be mended in no time.

I am very glad there was an actual visible ending right before his enlistment. This gives a certain level of peace for fandom and I think for Tae personally it must've been some sort of relieve. Jennie wont be blamed for cheating while he's away. And when Tae returns.. all of this will be long gone.

when he arrived, time not only seemed to slow down, but stopped altogether. even though he could hardly be awake or be coherent, his presence grew into a disruptive, magnetizing thing for the sector; those who were bystanders, the curious eyes that had gotten a glimpse of his uniform, and for her sense of time. whether she visited to help him sip water or eat, she always stood much too long outside the door before coming in. tifa had held onto the uniform he had been wearing when she reencountered him. the quality was better than what most people wore around here, and the mixture of dirt and blood came off easier than she expected.

entering the apartment marle had been so kind as to assign him, she nearly dropped the clothes from the surprise of finding him stirring. his recovery had been slow, but seemingly succesfull all the same. “ you’re awake . . . ! ” she whispers, mostly to herself, and stands a few steps away from the bed, as if tentative to approach too all of the sudden. “ ah, right ! i⸺ i brought you this, ” she places the uniform on a corner of the bed, all while fixing the pensive expression that overtook her every time she stared at it. she sits down slowly, then, near the bed’s edge, “ cloud . . . how are you holding up ? ” @seintels.

McGonnagal: Even if she is not Night's head of house, Night find her much more easier to talk than other proffesors. They feel deeply guilty about the times they had to lie to her. McGonnagal and Talbott's close relationship makes Night feel even more warm about her.

Flitwick: He is someone who Night doesnt have any problem to talk. They enjoy his classes, and little chats they share. Night often share the teas their granpa send them from Turkey, and Flitwick always appreciate.

Father: Matthew Rhea

Second son of Alexander and Alycia Rhea. Known for his dicipline he got from his father, and his talent in Legilimency. İn Rhea family, the ones worth is same as their power in this magical ability. Being better than his older brother, made Matthew the golden child of family. And as you can imagine it seperated the brothers. Matthew was loyal follower of Dark Lord, a feared Death Eater. He believed wizarding world will be better with Voldemort, and never regretted for following him. Even if it cost his life.

He was never the father figure to Night. They doesnt remember him smiling to them, even for once. On Night's fifth birthday, Matthew decided to send them to Turkey, to Seline's family. For three years, Night stayed away from their home, with their grandfather and only comes back in summers when Yakup is back from Hogwarts. İn 1981 (When Night was eight years old) Matthew died in war, and Seline let Night to come back.

Mother: Seline Rhea

Youngest in five sibling, fourth daughter of İbrahim and Saadet Yavuz. Seline lost her mother when she was two, so she has no memory of Saadet. İbrahim never treat any of his child differently and loved them all same, but Seline never been close to him, or most of her siblings. Even when she was a child, she was quiet, and keeping her distance from everyone. Books were her best and only friends. So when Seline meet with Matthew, leaving her home and country wasnt actually hard decision to made. Seline loved Matthew with her whole heart. He wasnt trying to change her, and that was what she was asking for, for her whole life. Young woman knows, that he was interested in her being Legilimens, but she didnt care. If she was powerfull enough for him to want her as his wife, she thinks its something she should be proud of.

She fit perfectly in Rhea's. Her new house was nothing like Yavuz's warm and loud house, just like how she is also nothing like. Seline couldnt be more proud, when she and Matthew discovered Jacob is also Legilimens. She was excited for her second child too, but when she hold her newborn, she saw the look on Matthew eyes. The disapointment. He didnt like his child to have bright blue hair. At first, Seline didnt think it will be problem, its only color of hair after all. But real problem was, Night being nothing like a Rhea. They were energetic, loud child. Running in house, climbing on whatever they finds, jumping on every water pot they saw. Seline knows they were exactly like her own siblings, nieces. Night wasnt nothing like Jacob (Seline's Turkish accent turned his name into Yakup).

On the fifth birthday that Night turned five, she didnt even say anything when Matthew told her to send Night to Turkey, next to her father.

After Matthew died, Yakup was her everything. And Night was.. Just someone from her past, her own family, something she wanted to leave her behind but couldnt. Unfortunatelly, not so long after Matthew death, Yakup get expelled from Hogwarts and went missing. To find him, Seline did something she thought she wont be ever doing it. She begged Matthew's brother Jonathan for help. And her answer was only a smile. A cold smile, belongs to someone who is happy to have all the control on family now

Night's three year, when they were alone with their mother was, rough. Everyday was about Yakup, about finding him. To have Seline's attention, Night do everything they can do to act like Yakup, look like Yakup. İt was impossible for them, but in their mind it was their only goal. Being someone their mother will love.

The first time Seline looked lovingly at them, was when Night was about to get in Hogwarts Express. When they promised her to find Yakup.

Sibling: Jacob (Yakup) Rhea

Yakup and Night werent able to spend much time together, when they were child. Thanks to their ten year difference between their ages, they only saw each other in summers. İn their cold house, Yakup was the only one who loved Night deeply, other than their nany Goni. He was well aware of how his Pip wasnt like his other cousins, other Rhea's, and that was enough reason for him to love them. Their smile and loud excited voice was the thing warms the house in Yakup's eyes.

When he get expelled, he knows all of his burdens became Night's. He regretted deeply, but there was nothing he can do from a portrait. He waited for his "sister" to rescue him, waited so patiently and dreamed the day they reunited. But when Night finally came, it wasnt like how he imagined.

They both wanted to have back the ones they remember from seven years ago. But the truth is, both were so different now, and they doesnt want to admit it. Their old beautiful relationship was gone now, and wont be same for so long. After Hogwarts, they fight a lot. Argued a lot, couldnt agree on same things. Until Night took the mission that will change their life forever.

When Night first runned away, right after they killed an auror in front of him, Yakup lived the hardest weeks in his life. He saw in their eyes himself, how he was when he first get expelled. He already knew Night changed so much, when Rowan died. And couldnt help but feel like all of it was his fault. Now his Pip was so lost inside, so lost that couldnt able to see whats wrong or right. So he searched for Night with everything he has.

Of course he didnt know it was all part of their plan. Thankfully soon enough, Night came back to him to explain everything. That they will be a spy in Death Eaters, and needs him to be their Secret Keeper. But also they needed him to promise. Promise to see the mission more important than their life. After war, their relationship was better than ever, and they finally have the sibling they both missed so much.

Grandfather (Mother's Dad): İbrahim Yavuz

Lovely Turkish old man who looked after his five children alone, after his wife died. He loved all of his kids all same, but his kids are all different. Four daughter and one son, Seline was the youngest one, and the coldest one to İbrahim.

One day when Night and their nany Goni showed up on his door, he was more suprised than he was happy. Living with tiny energetic child who cant understand his own language for three years was actually hard for İbrahim. But thanks to Goni who can talk to both languages, Night started to understand and talk Turkish in short time. Well enough to have an accent actually. With their cousins, aunts and uncle here, Night actually had a big and lovely home there. Their name was hard to pronounce in Turkish, so İbrahim gave them another name. He never liked Night's names meaning, and choose the name that means entirelly opposite of 'Night'. "Nur". It means " The light of the God" and İbrahim thinks it fits his grandchildren more.

As much as Night loved the Yavuz household and Turkey, they missed their mother, brother,home. Ibrahim wasnt sure if Seline would take Night back to England, if Matthew didnt died. He was hoping Seline would come back now, with her son. But Seline refused, and instead of coming back to Turkey, she took Night back.

Night wrote letters to him so often, and in every change they visit Turkey. İbrahim was parent to them, more than their own family and they couldnt be more grateful to have him as grandfather.

Uncle: Jonathan Rhea

First son of Alexander and Alycia Rhea. He is only two years older than Matthew. He married with Elyssa Black, and had two child. Cora Rhea, a Legilimens and two years older than Jacob; and Cordell Rhea in same age with Night. İn 1981, Jonathan lost his daughter and his wife.

Losing half of his own family shaked him deeply, but on the other hand, now Matthew is also gone,and it was good enough to make him forget about his pain. All the responsibilty of Rhea's is now Jonathan's. He is the only one who is head of family now. Or at least, its what he think.

Little he know Seline will be the biggest impediment to him. She wont let him to take the big house (Where Matthew and her staying with their childs, because Matthew was the head of family) She refused him, and told him Yakup will be the one who will take Matthew's place. She knows how Jonathan hate her and Yakup. He wouldnt let Seline stay in family or even England. So she fight with Jonathan with all her power. Until Yakup disappears.

After that, Seline lost her hopes, she even begged him to help her find her son.She promised to leave England if he helps. But Jonathan didnt care, he took everything he wanted after all. The house, being the important one. He was no longer the one who is forgotten in his little brothers shadow. He is the one who is in control now. He even took Night from Seline. Night lived in his house from their fourth year to seventh year.

When Night started Hogwarts, Jonathan told his son to stop them. From finding Yakup. Because he cant risk his nephew to come back, and took everything he earned. Unfortunatelly, his fears will come true and Yakup will come back. Jonathan will hate him with all his being and this hate will be dangerous when Voldemort returns.

Jonathan will be the one, who offer Night a place in Death Eaters when Night run away from their first crime. He will say he is proud of them for choosing the right way and realizing Yakup is the traitor one, not him. And will say Matthew would be also proud of them.

During war time, Jonathan will be the biggest enemy of Night, even if he wont know about it.

Love Interest:

Talight- Talbott Winger

Night and him meet in third year thanks to Penny. Night didnt even know his name,and Talbott was staying away from the cursed vault kid to avoid trouble. It actually took them long time to be close friends. But once they became friends, they found theirselves a way to escape from other. At first, they see each other as a someone who can understand other ones feelings. Talbott learned Night isnt always as happy as they seems or they isnt just a selfish troublemaker. And Night learned Talbott isnt someone who has stone cold heart and doesnt care about others. They so often fly together in night, sit in silent in owlery, read their own books in libary,and sometimes running/flying around just for fun. Talbott learned to like some harmless chaos, and Night learned to be not afraid of silence. İn fourth year, Night realized they have deeper feelings for him, but couldnt risk to lose his friendship. They were happy enough to have him as friend. But Tulip reading their secret notebook out loud didnt help them to hide their feelings. The notebook was written in Turkish so no one could understand, but Night completely forget about how Tulip actually knows Turkish. Even if it happened out of Night's control, it didnt end like how Night feared.

As much as they both loved each other, being in relationship is something these two doesnt know well. İn fifth year, they dealed with some tiny (!) jealousy. Night meets with Jae, and being in detention whole year help them become a close friend in short time. Being busy with Rakepick and her tasks, Night was quiet busy and Jae was the only one they can see without needing help. (Remember how Rowan said they were only comes to their friend to get help?) Our little bird didnt like to feel in this way. But this feeling wasnt just keeping "him" awake in nights. It was eating Night from inside too. They were aware of how they couldnt see Talbott so often, and actually missing their piecefull times together. They couldnt help but notice how he got close with Badeea. Not that they thinks Talbott shouldnt have friends. Actually they were happy about how these two Ravenclaw sharing their own worlds to each other. Night just, felt unsure if they are good enough for Talbott, in a way Badeea is more than enough. Night and Badeea were so different, and Night couldnt help but compare theirself with her. Our couple didnt actually broke up, but i can say they had some walls between their hearts now, the ones they both didnt wanted but thought other one needs it. They goes to Summer Festival, with different people. Wanna guess who?? Of course Badeea and Jae. They both watch each other laugh with someone else. But in the end of the year, when Night and others came back from Buried Vault, Talbott was the one who hold them while they were crying.

Next two year, they both supported each other. (Yes im just skipping all the things because, there is things im excited to write and draw and dont wanna spoil it here). But before graduation, Night wanted to break up. To focus on theirselves. Night knows how Talbott worked hard to be auror, and they doesnt want him to worry about them while having so many things to worry about already. Talbott didnt like the idea of course, refused at first. He blamed them, get angry, didnt talked to them for days. But then, he understood why Night saying these. To accept it, he wanted them to promise him something. That they will come back to him. No matter as what, as a lover, as a friend, as a someone who still have warmt in their heart for him.

Nelix- Felix Rosier

İn Hogwarts, their relationship was mostly about Felix trying to keep Night out of trouble and fail every time. He became Dragonologist when he graduated, and Night send him maybe too many letters to ask about life in Romania. (Charlie also aprecciated his letters too, as you can imagine.) Being Dragonologist was Night's dream job, even if they doesnt think they will be doing it in future. So after graduation, just to see Charlie, dragons and Romania (definitelly not to see Felix, please) they travelled there a lot.

Seeing each other again, with other Death Eaters was not what they both hoped. Night knew Felix would be there. But for him, seeing Night there was shocking. He was disappointed, but thought about maybe Night was forced by their family, just like him. (Will be continued in Future AU)

After all the rough time they managed to survive, they both needed to heal from what they saw, what they did. And being far away from England was just what they needed.

Marshall: Night look after Yakup's closest friend, a black cat, after he disappears. After him, poor kitty become so quiet,and in nights cant sleep without Night in room. They promised Marshall to take Yakup back, but before he can come back Marshall passed away (İn beginning of fifth year). After him, Night didnt have any pet.

Miscellaneous:

⦁ With Felix words, Night is “too chaotic and energetic like a Gryfindor”. You can see them running around anytime -mostly after Jae, Vixen or Tonks- or laughing with tears on their face. Not to mention they have a loud voice and you will hear when they laugh everytime. (Chiara admit it later that she was afraid of telling her secret to Night just because of this. But dont worry, they can be very secretive.) Night’s face always wears their emotions, that means you can see a lot of weird and funny expressions.

⦁ Chocolate is the key of happy Night. Whenever they have a chocolate frog, you can see a bright smile on their face. Bad Quidditch match? They will eat chocolate angrily on Pitch. Bad exam? Chocolate again with a face that shows you how their brain is burned. Snape’s favorite punishment for Night? Honeydukes Ban. Night will probably just curl up on grass in Training Grounds and wait for the day pass. Also a cup of tea could make Night very happy too. Thanks to their grandpa, they know how to make tea in every way, so they would be so happy if you join them for tea.

⦁ Because of that bright attitude of them, Night wasnt taken seriously at first. When some older Slytherins talked about Jacob in common room, everyone in room learned about how Night doesnt hold back when they are angry. İn years, they did a lot of things out of anger that they will regret later.

⦁ Night is a person who cant tell easily their negative feeling.When they got sad, they got quiet. Mostly Night just hide their sadness behind their smile and hope that it will be gone.
