Segundo o Deadline, o ator Andre Braugher, muito conhecido pela série Brooklyn Nine-Nine como o Capitão Raymond Holt, morreu aos 61 anos.

Maiores detalhes não foram revelados, mas segundo o site, o ator teve um mal súbito.

Entre os papés de destaque do ator contam com o detetive Frank Pembleton em Homicídio, onde lhe rendeu um Emmy de Melhor Ator em Série Dramática em 1996, Nick Atwater em Thief, onde ele também levou uma estutueta, e o mais marcante nos últimos tempos, Raymond Holt em Brooklyn Nine-Nine, série de comédia que lhe rendeu quatro indicações ao Emmy.
