Unicorn Warriors Eternal episode 7 background paintings by me
I got a bit of help with planning the color of the first. I'm glad others pushed me with the color, since the scene really had to feel magically autumnal and vibrant and I think it turned out looking really nice.
TINTIN animation art from the 1950s-1970s. The best (and the most faithful) adaptation of the original comics has to be the 1990s animated series. Yet there’s a charm to the earliest attempts— the sacred source material packaged as a Saturday morning cartoon!—and the 1970s films have the distinction of being blessed by Tintin’s creator, Hergé, and can therefore be considered as additions to the original comics.
Alright, I'm finally allowed to post it so here's a thing I've done a couple of months ago as a test task for my application into @averytallproblem :D Now I'm an official member of the team, yay!
I'm still really proud of it, all the struggles I had in the beginning were worth it
I'll also post some bonus stuff under the cut
p.s. If you were thinking about applying but haven't yet, I highly suggest to give a try!
Ooh BG from our boring mystery sequence but not boring paintings! I wanted our paintings to feel pretty lively despite the mystery being mundane: Bg Layout from Nath Milburn and painted by Amber Ren, a messy room painted by Becky Lau!
Some backgrounds I painted for this show for Nickelodeon during the pandemic called Middlemost Post. It was such a blast to paint these wonderfully whimsical background designs!
Thank you my AD Crista for giving me a shot and let me have a ton of fun!
