basically what happened in the tsukki dream was that me, child me, and my fam went to a mountain or smth and we were in the visitors center, (my POV changed to child me, and old me disappeared?? i also aged up randomly so i was like 7).

and my parents were like oh theres kids in the playroom, go play w them, and ofc antisocial me was like 'uhhh, i literally dont know them tho' but i went anyway. i just sat in a corner doing crosswords and coloring but the other kids were bothering me. and i was seriously just blowing through the puzzles but these kids were distracting me. then babie tsukki who was around my age came along and was like 'stop being annoying u dumb kids' and they prob thought he was older and scary cuz of his height and left. and i said thanks and we vibed together in the corner talking about dinosaur train because dinosaur train is bomb.

then we had to leave but our parents saw that we were good friends and followed each other on twt (i would like to specify that the accounts were mine and tsukkis, like we're children but we have them, maybe we got them when we were born?? anyways our parents controlled them until we were old enough to use them. this is so weird and im pretty sure its because ive been reading smaus nonstop these past few days lmao).

okay now flash forward to when we're both teenagers so around 16, and we get our accounts. i look through the ppl who follow me and i see tsukki, and im like 'waitttt, i lowkey remember him' but i didnt do anything about it until i saw the team practicing in the gym when i walked past. my friends kept bothering me to dm him and i was like noooo, but then i got one of those moods where im like 'f it, whats the worst that can happen?" and i actually do it.

then we start up a convo and texting a lot, i get to know all the weird stuff that the vbc does and we listen to each other rant. like the whole mutual pining scene, always on their phone, smiling at texts. and my friends and the vbc are like 'what tf is happening, theyre actually smiling??? often??'. and then the dream ended because the rain outside was too loud rip, i got the vibes that it was right before the confession, i woulda liked to experience that.

also weird question, but have u dreamed in art?? like in an anime art style or any other style? because idk if its just me who sometimes does this, i had this really vivid dream like a month ago which was based around attack on titan, he-man, and colonial america which was entirely in a demon slayer art style and played out like an anime too.

Vol.3 Ch.16-Turning point

Jumping out of bed, Zoro had never been so happy to start his day. Most of the time he would wake up grumpy and in no mood to interact with a single human being, but today. Today was different, he had a plan and it was the first time in his life he thanked his lack of orientation.

The entinerary for the day was easy: they were going to the gym, two hours wasn't too bad, for him at least. For his neighbor maybe it was going to be atrocious; after he would have made her his personal gym assistant, they would go have breakfast in his favourite Coffe Shop and not for the quality of the brew or of the bakery, it was his favourite place because of his sister; after spending some time where y/n was going to be tease to the bones he had in mind going shopping with the excuse that he couldn't be left alone in a big place such as the mall; after that, if time was still on their side they would have gone to the Franky's for some dinner before driving home.

He got dressed, smile plastered on his face, he was having so much fun already. Taking his gym bag he closed the door of his appartament on his back. Knocking on her door he waited some minutes, minutes in silence, she wasn't going to answer any time soon. He tried again and when he came to the conclusion that it was pointless he decided to call her.

He started searching for "Dumb Witch" on his contacts, and once he found it, didn't waste any second in pressing the calling button.

“Who is that?” The girl’s voice was muffled, she didn't know how she managed to asnwer the call so early in the morning.

“Is me. Open the door” was his only answer.

“Me who?” it took Y/N some seconds to realize with who she was talking with. Zoro could picture her checking the ID caller and scoffed, finding funny her half asleep expression. “Stop lying and go back to sleep” she added. She hung up on him going back to sleep.

He called her once again, acting all hurt and offended about her action.

"Why would you hang up on me like that? You hurted my feelings"

"As if you have any to start with. And to answer your question, I hung up on you because is 5:10 IN THE MORNING so go back to sleep and stop annoying me."

"Sadly for you I am outside your apartament, so come open the door before I send a very nice screnshoot about your little confession." he heard a thud from the device and pictured the girl flying down her bed at his words, he smiled what was he going to pay to see her tripping on air and fall stomach flat on the floor.

"Wait. I am coming, don't..." her voice dissapeared, she had left the phone on the ground don't minding too much attention to the device. Y/N had to focus on going to open the door before it was too late.

She opened the door, holding herslef up on the frame of it she had to catch her breath before inviting the man inside. Hiding her eyes from the bright light of the hallway she tried to look some what her usual around the green haired man.

“Why on earth would you wake me up this early?” she was harsh with her tone, but she thought the man deserved it. After all he just woke her up in the worst way possible.

“Because we are going to the gym”

"WE are going NOWHERE this early in the morning" she made it clear, there was no way she was going to leave the comfort of her house, her bed, this early in the morning.

“Is never too early to speak you know?”

“Are you threatening me right now?”

“Maybe” she groaned. "ah take the car's key I have a nice intenerary for us"

"I have to work, un like you. I can't"

"There is no use in lying to me, I know you have today off. Go get ready and make it quick I have the group chat open and I am ready to send the screnshoot any minutes now" she wanted to scream, to hit the man but couldn't. Dam her and her lack of self control, if she didn't send that stupid text she was going to be sleeping peacfully in her comfortoble bed and not getting ready to spending a day following whatever Zoro had in mind.

Zoro always had and will always have a weak point, that something that alway and will always make him weak to his knee is something very simple and for some point of view very domestic as Ace once told him: a girl wearing gym attire, but not the fitted one where everything is all out there to see and pray at, no, Zoro loves a pair of baggy sweat pants (bonus point if one leg is lifted up) paired with a tank top and a color combined, colege sweater.

When Y/N showed up in the open living room dressed just like that he found himself stearing but it was not like he wanted to, it was stronger than him.

"Look at you, falling asleep already" she called him back to reality and he had to clear his throat before hushing her outside. "Dude wait, let me take the keys. Is not like a plan to sleep outside." at the mention of the house's keys Zoro had a little thought, did he took his keys before closing the door behind him? He checked and not founding the object he was searching for he wanted to punch himself. "Dude, is everything fine?"

"everything is fucking fine." he lied, he didn't want to get teased, not today at least.

The drive to the gym was a nightmare: Zoro was laying in the backseat as if he owned the vehicle and has all right to just stay there like that; he complained about every radio station that played on the radio, if there was a song he liked he would start humming alongiside the singer and then he would complain the song wasn't actually that good.

"Just pick a station and STOP complaining about every song"

"I am sorry I have high standards. I am picky about songs." he defended himself. "Now, can you turn back to the previous station?"

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?"

"What? Maybe now there is a song I like" Zoro looked pleased how she started to hold tigheter the wheel, taking deep breaths. He knew she wished nothing but to kill him now and there, but seeing her not being able to fulfill her dreams was too funny. "drive, is green" she mimicked him and started driving headed to the gym.

"I don't like this spot"

"Why? Is close enought to the entrance but not too much."

"Yeah but is going to get hot in there, there is nothing that will protect it from the heat"

Y/N had to keep calm, she was NOT going to give up and let him win, because she knew he was trying his best to get under her skin just for fun. He had leverage and if she survived the day maybe she was finally able to make him let it go.

"Then where should I park?"

"There" he pointed in the worst section of the parking lot, which was the only one with trees big enought to cover the vehicle from the sun, or to better phrase it, it was the only spot he liked it enough to let her park.

If driving with an annoying Zoro wasn’t bad enough exercising was even worst.

“I don’t remember if I told you that but just as a reminder here: I hate you”

“I did nothing wrong”

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME??" she started, looking at him with wide eyes, it was not possible that she heard him say that, not after the morning she had BECAUSE of him. "you woke me up at 5:10 am on my day off. You told me to get ready for the gym and I have to be your personal weights?"

"I work out better like this"

"I wOrK oUt BeTtEr LiKe ThIs" she mimicked him. "I swear I am going to choke you one day"

"I actually don't mind being choked" he jokes, quoting what she had told him just yesterday.

"DROP IT ALREADY"

"Ne.Ver." and he went to his push up with Y/N on his back.

Unbeknowst to both of them they smiled for just a second, Zoro found her short-temper something to use to tease her and rail her up a little bit; Y/N found herself enjoying all this harmeless teasing between the two of them, it was the first time in her life she had found a boy that was trying his best to keep her in check and humble her down from time to time.

The rest of the work out went on pretty smoothly, the two still bickered but it wasn't as bad as that morning, it was something more superficial and it happened only when the silence started to be too much to handle for the two of them.

"Two hours is more than enough, can we go home now?"

"Nope, I have more I want to do today." his phone rang but he didn't check who it was or why someone was searching for him this ealry in the morning, (spoiler it was Luffy, he was up pretty early for his usual because of Uta and he wanted the two of them to meet ince they are his two best friends) he had more important business to attend. "turn here, you can park wherever you want this time"

"Thank you, your highness, this is such an honor"

"Don't push your luck, I never gave you permission to mock me" Y/N rolled her eyes and went back to focus on the road. Zoro had to give credit to her, she was a good driver. He also thought he ought her an apology for having thought any different just because she was a girl, but again, not today. Maybe tomorrow, in the morning. Or maybe some other time, later in time.

"Where are we going now?"

"Somewhere nice..." turning back he notice she was not moving, sitting on the hood of her car he rolled his eyes to the sky "trust me. Just this time."

"I will not move an inch if you don't tell me where we are going"

"Is a surprise, now move"

"Nope" she said crossing her arms and now sitting on top of her car, she was not going to move unless the boy spoke. Zoro knew better, he knew all that was a way to make him talk and he was way stronger than her playing this game. Nothing was going to break him, no sir.

If he wasn’t going to speak and she wasn’t going to move an inch, Zoro make it his mission to get her to walk. Approaching Y/N he took her by the waist.

“And what are you doing exactly?”

“If Mohammed will not go to the mountain, the mountain must come to Mohammed” and started to pull her off the hood of the car.

“Geez, I got it. Now let me go I can do it myself.”

“I sensed you were having some troubles” he teased her.

“Keep talking and we are going to have some troubles.” He brought an arm on her shoulders, getting face to face with Y/N. Way to close to her. The height difference made her look up at him a bit, noticing how grey his eyes were.

Zoro didn’t know why he did that but at the moment he thought it was a good idea. To hold her this close and tease her knowing damn well she would have attacked him out of nowhere.

He leaned in, just for a second, when a voice in the back of his head stopped him, and in time. He flicked her forehead and then walked towards his destination.

Y/N caught up to him and elbowed Zoro on the side.

“What was that for?”

“For flicking my forehead. That shit still hurts and now I have to buy some make up to hide the redness.” He just scoffed at her silliness not saying much more. He needed food before going back to his favorite hobby: teasing the girl next door.

Vol.7 Ch.30-little kids

She regretted everything: having had too many drinks; focused on the wrong guy; getting drunk to not think about what was happening, but mostly important she regretted how her main focus was Zoro interacting with kids.

She had never saw him like that, and it was not even because he didn’t notice her, he did, and she knew he saw her at her table downing drinks after drinks like no tomorrow.

Her head was throbbing so much Y/N thought her brain was about to get thrown out of her skull.

Taking her phone she checked the time: 8:33 am, then a text message got her attention. It was from Kidd, she unlocked the phone and opened the message app. A simple ‘we need to talk.’

The second she answered, he called. Y/N imagined Kidd eyeing his phone like a hawk. She laughed at that.

“Do you like him?” He started.

“Good morning to you too, I’m great just an headache. What about you? Have you slept good?” She mocked. It was insane, she thought it was just insane to start a conversation like that.

“I don’t… just answer my question. Do you like him? Yes or not?”

“First of all, who do you think I like? And second, why don’t you answer my question?” Leaving her bed she walked to the kitchen, maybe she could try and eat something.

“Because I am waiting for my answer. So? Do you like him?” Y/N had to remind him to be more specific, she had a couple of guys that she liked, not in a romantic way that’s it, but still. “Roronoa Zoro. Do you like Roronoa Zoro?” She laughed. “I’m serious don’t laugh.”

“Are you for real? Roronoa Zoro? The Roronoa Zoro that is always annoyed if I just even breath his way? Man please don’t make me laugh.”

“I’m not, I am dead serious. I didn’t say anything yesterday because it was your cousin’s wedding and I didn’t want to cause a scene but I swear…”

“You swear what? What were you going to do if we weren’t at the wedding?”

“Never mind.” The conversation was going nowhere, Kidd just started yelling and as a consequence Y/N kept raising her voice, which got Eustass Kidd angrier the more they talked.

Y/N was getting impatient, she just wanted to end the conversation here and there but whenever she tried to put an end, he started once again with his stupid ideas that she was just using him to get back at Zoro.

“You are just stupid at this point. I’m not that desperate to get a man attention like that.”

“Oh you forgot how we started talking?” She scoffed, what had that anything to do with their conversation? “I overheard you talking about Law and the second Chopper told you he is not interested in a relationship or whatever you wanted, oh look at her going into her next victim, aka me. I should have known better.”

“Hold on. Is not my fault I like it when a guy looks good. And before you could say…” he cut her off, Kidd didn’t want to know more, he made a mistake and he was paying the price of his decisions. He hung up the phone. “I can’t believe this.” She said and in the heat of the situation she smashed the plate on the ground. She had to cool off before doing anything, before having breakfast, before going out. She has to let it slide and move on with her day.

“Mutherfucker blaming me for his insecurities. Fucking bitch, how dare he yelling at me like… ugghhhh” she walked to her balcony, thinking that maybe some fresh air could have helped her. It did. A bit. Because the memories of last night came back but honestly, she was glad they did. Seeing Zoro making a child smile with just his presence was helping calming her nerves.

The phone in her pocket kept on buzzing, it was getting annoying so she decided to check what was so important to make her phone go off like that.

Zoro was pacing, back and forth in front of the door, he didn’t know what to do, nor what to think. Was the sound he heard a good or bad sign? Was she okay? Was he supposed to call an ambulance? The police? Both?

His phone dinged, taking him away from a spiral of stupid questions, to be honest, and took a deep breath when he saw it was Y/N. She had screenshoted his tweet, he didn’t care much, sent it to him and told him to get inside, the door was unlocked and that she was on the balcony.

He walked inside, the main space was clean, cleaner than what he assumed it was. Zoro had a picture of what Y/N was like and the fact that she always proved him wrong made him upset, he was always right.

Moving his focus to the kitchen, there he saw it: a plate smashed on the ground. Looking more carefully he was happy to not see a single drop of blood, thanking whoever was above him that she wasn’t hurt. Walking to the terrace he started thinking how to approach the topic, how to ask her without being too noisy and without making her mad once again. After hearing her scream he didn’t want any repeat of that.

“So, I heard you screaming and smashing things. Is everything okay?”

“Nothing is okay.” She didn’t move from her position, not a glance his way, nothing. He had to not think much about it, the two of them hated each other. “I woke up with an headache because I got drunk yesterday and I got drunk because…” a pause. “I wanted to” Zoro knew it was a lie but he didn’t care, she was talking to him without a hint of teasing in her voice and for him was good enough.

He spaced out in the middle of her talking, Zoro heard nothing of what she said after, the man was so into his own thought he forgot he was with someone else. Just when Y/N called his name he was back on planet Earth.

“Sorry, you were saying?” She rolled her eyes and walked inside. “If you don’t care, why bother asking.” It wan’t a question and he wasn’t asked to explain himself but he did it regardless. He apologized, explaining that when she talked about the wedding his mind, on its own, started to remember bits of the night before.

“Really, it wasn’t planned. I wanted to know if you were doing fine, genuinely curious.” She sat on her couch and he followed, cautions in case she didn’t want him there. Y/N didn’t say a word, he took it as a good sign, it was fine for him to take a seat next to her. “So, if is not too much to ask, why were you screaming.”

“Eustass fucking Kidd.” Zoro noticed how she called him by his name and not referred to him as ‘punk boy’. He had to bit the inside of his cheeks to not smile at that. “Man is so insecure he thinks I was using him. He implied am I an attention seeker. Do you think I seek for attention?” She was now looking at him, deep into his eyes, his soul. He felt weird.

“No, I don’t think so. Also, Eustass is stupid so don’t listen to him. He is always wrong.” He said. He knew she was going to say something stupid so he managed to play his cards right by anticipating her next question by shutting it down before she could even ask.

“Thanks.” Never in his life he ever thought to heard that word from her, not if it was meant for him, no sir. He didn’t say anything, until he had an idea.

“Are you free today?” Y/N looked at him confused, Zoro could guess what she was thinking right now, but just waited for an answer. She told him Franky was nice enough to give her a day off. “Great. So go change, I have something in mind that might take your mind off of things.” She pondered what to do, he saw it but then agreed.

“I’ll be right back.” She said heading to her room.

Y/N was dying inside. She wanted to know where were they going, what were they going to do, but she didn’t dare to ask. Zoro had told her it was going to be a surprise, so even if she asked he wasn’t going to talk.

“Please tell me.” She gave in. She couldn’t stay any longer without knowing.

“I told you it is a surprise, and besides we are almost there.” He answered.

It was true, not even five minutes later Zoro parked his car and invited her to get out the car, to which she didn’t have to be told twice.

“A…dojo?” Seeing the building she was in a loss for words. Why did he took her there? Was she going to take part of the class? Was he going to give her a private lesson? What was happening?

“Yeah, I have a lesson and a meeting with a special guest. I thought it was going to be of help. I can drive you back home if you want.” Y/N looked at him, then she looked back at the dojo. Her eyes shifted between the man and the building a couple of times, she couldn’t believe what was happening. “So?”

She agreed. It could go any worst than this morning right?

She regretted accepting the idea. She was surrounded by kids, not older than 10 years old, asking questions and question and more questions all together. Some of them complimented her beauty, one of the kids joked about being the happiest guy if she was to go out with him.

“Do you like master Roronoa?” She didn’t know if she was supposed to laugh or yell at the kid for the question. It took her sometimes to come up with an answer good enough to shut him up but before she could mutter a single word, Zoro walked in.

Y/N had a thought, for a second she had an unholy thought about Zoro dressed in that samurai edoten. The color wasn’t that flattering but she knew that if it was anyone else they couldn’t pull it off as much as Zoro was.

He smiled at her, the kids too immersed in the stretching session to notice the exchange of looks the two adults were having. Y/N scoffed and went back to the exercises.

After the stretching was over, Zoro personally handed the students a wooden sword.

“Do as much as you can. This time I won’t push you too much.” He said, winking at her.

“No, I don’t…”

“Okay now, before the beautiful lady that joined us can waste our time take your position and let’s start.” Y/N’s mind was racing, she couldn’t believe he thought she was coming back at the dojo; she couldn’t believe he winked at her while saying that; she couldn’t believe he called her beautiful. He just called her beautiful and she didn’t know what that meant.

She couldn’t ask for explanations, she couldn’t take Zoro outside and ask him to explain himself so she just kept on doing what she was told to do.

Zoro was happy, happier than usual. He loved training his little samurai in the art. He grew up in the dojo, he was immersed in such a beautiful tradition he took proud in teaching the new generations about it, in hope they would take it to heart and teach it to the future generations.

His happiness was because she was laughing. It was the first time since the wedding he saw her laughing to her heart content and now, watching his students show off in front of her, Y/N was having the time of her life.

“Okay okay, enough now. Give me back the swords and go change. I have a little surprise so don’t be late.” As on cue the kids rushed to Zoro heading their weapon, Y/N followed in tow. “You can go home if you want, I need to stay and check the kids for another hour and a half.” He said once she was close enough to hear him. Unbeknownst to the both of them the kids were looking at them, laughing and giggling at the interaction.

“I think I’m going to stay. I don’t want to go home yet. If that’s okay, of course.” He waited before answering.

“Go change then. I’ll see you at the front desk later.” Zoro watched her leave the room and when he was sure she couldn’t him he called his little students. “Okay, listen to me. The lady that joined us today had a pretty bad morning so now do me a favor. Either in groups or one by one, I really don’t care, go to the garden by the main entrance and give her a compliment. Anything to make her smile okay?” They all nodded “great, now go change first.”

It didn’t took Zoro long to change so he was able to see, from afar that’s it, the kids doing as they were told, watching carefully how Y/N reacted at the compliments she was receiving.

“I thought you hated her?” Kuina asked, stopping next to her cousin.

“I thought that too.” He said. “Now let’s get this room ready for our guests.”
