(...) bother trying to get to the bottom of it, instead they just avoided him and looked at him as if he was a monster. then madison tried comforting him just for chris to learn a few hours later that she doesn't trust him one bit and that she complained to travis about him. so while it wasn't right of him to just watch on as madison got tackled by a walker, I'm also genuinely not surprised that he didn't jump to protect her. then the knife scene in the mansion, what the fuck was up with that? I didn't understand why he wanted to wake alicia in the middle of the night, why madison had a knife on the nightstand of the bed when the staff took all their weapons, why no one tried to confirm that no, chris did in fact NOT hover over alicia with a knife like she claimed he did and how he did not have any intention of hurting madison or alicia. just straight up an unnecessary scene to vilify him and then outcast him. and don't get me started on how much of a failure as a father travis was. from the start, he never listened to chris, never took his concerns seriously, never knew how to deal with his son's rage. all he ever did was try to suppress or silence anything chris wanted from him. chris TRIED communicating with his dad on multiple occassions despite his resentment towards him. travis had no fucking right to give up on chris, and that his son ended up trusting two manipulative strangers more than his own dad is all his own doing. fuck ftwd and travis. chris didn't deserve to get executed in an almost off-screen death scene. the fucking disrespect

it just frustrates me so much because he clearly had so much untapped potential. I wanted to see a redemption and growth from him. but what do I expect from the same writers that took carl from me 😩😩

Madison literally gaslit him after he killed Reed and It seemed like Alicia tried to befriend him In Season 1, but then she just does a full 180 and starts treating him like shit. Oh, and don't even get me started on how he tried to save her from that walker when she was cilmbing the fence In Season 1 and then she completely elbows him In the nose and doesn't even apologize after? And then Travis tells him to calm down, like?? What?? If I had just damn near almost gotten my nose broken just for trying to help, I would have been absolutely livid! And It would have pissed me off even more If someone else told me to just chill out right after

But Madison and Alicia really did the absolute most to make Chris out to be an asshole and a monster. Travis was highkey a shitty father too like you and I both stated. Literally the only person (In my opinion) that truly gave a shit about Chris other than his mother was Nick. Nick was the only one who jumped In after Chris after he jumped off of the boat (which no one questioned either?). He was the only one who checked up on him after the boat was raided and he was standing watch on Reed. He tried to make Chris feel better about not killing Reed's whole group when they first came onto the boat. He talked Chris out of killing Reed too early. The first thing he does when he sees Travis again In Season 3 Is ask about Chris. And, quite frankly, he was the ONLY one who showed genuine emotion when Travis told him that Chris was dead. Like, the look on his face Is just pure heartbreak. And then no one even utters Chris’ name again after he's killed off and after Travis follows almost Immediately after. But It truly pisses me off that there wasn't more done with those two In particular. Both Nick & Chris were the outcasts In their respective families. Nick was able to talk to Chris more because he knew how It felt to be the odd one out. To be the one that everyone thought was gonna snap and break at some point. Nick could relate to him because of those specific aspects. Had they had more scenes together, I really think that they could have been friends. It would have been so Interesting to see their dynamic In Seasons 3 & 4 before Nick Is killed off as well, which also makes me Incredibly angry as well.

Oh, and I still stand by the fact that Travis didn't deserve to get that closure by killing Brandon and Derek. Like, he literally let Chris leave to begin with when he KNEW that those two grown ass men were being sketchy as fuck around his sixteen year old son and, once again, didn't even try to follow them after they left so he could get Chris back. I could literally go on and on about how much the characters around Chris (besides Nick) just piss me tf off

I was not surprised to find nobody else nominated "With or without you", and only mildly surprised that "New Americana" had no other lovers. There was one other nomination for "Snap", which failed to make the top 250.

During September, Billboard magazine published their top 500 of all time. I've pulled a hypothetical top 50 from the current century.

In November, WXPN in Philadelphia listed their top 885 songs sung by women. Again, a hypothetical top 50 from the 21st century is available. (WXPN is a non-commercial indie-leaning station, quite close in playlist to BBC 6 Music, which in turn seems to be the station of choice for Fear of Mu21c posters.)

Everyone was just so thirsty. June was handing out water bottles and nobody paid attention that the seals were already broken. You had already downed a bottle when she spoke.

"The seals are broken." She says and pulls the bottle sway from her mouth.

"Shit." You say and start to hold your stomach as you felt pain rush through.

"Babe?" You hear Alicia say and feel her hand rub your back.

"I don't feel so good." You say and start to breathe in and out.

"What the hell is this." Says Strand and winces. June grabs the bottle and smells it, she hands it to John and he smells it but shrugs.

"Poison?" You breathe out.

"Maybe, but what is it." Says June and she stands up to search the gas station for any supplies to help.

It was getting worse, you were getting worse. You were laying in Alicia's lap as she caressed your hair whole trying to stay up herself.

"H-hello." The radio came to life and June fell to the ground and crawled to it.

"Morgan?"

"June?"

"Morgan, we- we need help." She says and holds her head as a splitting headache hits her.

"I know, Martha put anti-freeze in the water." Everyone looks over

"Damn it." Says June before sighing. "I know an antidote, Morgan we need you." She sets the radio down and everyone looks at her with pleading eyes.

"What's the antidote?" Asks Luciana and June takes a deep breath.

"Ethanol."

"Where the- where the hell are we going to find Ethanol." You say and try to sit up but immediately heave over.

"Y/n." Alicia immediately brings you back down on her lap.

"I know where, the tanker outside, it's full of it." Says June and stands up, John stands up as well and looks outside to see the tanker and a few walkers crawling around.

"There's some dead around it, maybe if we all go out we can get it." He says and everyone nods. You try to get up but Alicia slides from under you and tells you to stay.

"Y/n you got hit hardest, let us take care of it." She says and kisses your head.

“Be safe.”

You don’t know how long it had been. You were pretty sure you passed out of sickness. You heard them shuffle in and when you open your eyes you saw them. They were getting worse, Alicia fell to her knees in front of you and shook her head.

“We’re too weak.” She coughs and places a hand on your shoulder.

“At least you all tried.”

“You’re going to be fine.” She says and that's when you all heard Morgan again. You didn’t even realize the others got in contact with him.

“I'm on my way, and with some help.” You heard Morgan say.

“He’s not going to make it in time, at least not for me.” You say and Alicia shakes her head

“No don’t say that you’re going to live ok. We’re in a stupid apocalypse don’t let some psycho lady take you out.” Alicia tries to make you laugh and you try but immediately wince in pain. Your eyes were fluttering close as you felt a wave of exhaustion hit you. “Hey hey.” Alicia started patting your face to wake you up. All you did was groan and shift yourself.

Morgan arrived and Alicia was on edge. Tears were streaming down her face when he got there. She couldn’t lose one more person, she just couldn’t.

“I got the supplies.” He says and sets it down.

“Beer?” Asks Luciana and June nods.

“It works.” Says June and opens the box to pass it around. Alicia shot up, ignoring the unsettling feeling in her stomach to grab 2 bottles. She went back to you and shook you hard.

“Y/n babe wake up.” She pleads and you open your eyes. “This is going to help you.” She says and grabs your arm and pulls you up. You groan but stay up while Alicia opens the bottles. She holds up the bottle to your lips and you start to drink but spit it out at the taste.

“Fuck.” You groan and grimace.

“Sorry, it's beer.” She takes a drink herself and flinches at the taste. You drink it this time, and over an hour you were feeling better and almost everyone else was good as new.

“I hate beer.” You say and everyone chuckles, you rest your head on Alicia's shoulder and you sigh.

“I thought I was going to lose you.” She says and you lift your head to kiss her head.

“Hey, I'm not dying anytime soon.” You say and grab her chin to bring her in for a kiss.

This Toonami Trending Rundown is a double-feature for the nights of March 27-28, 2021 and April 3-4, 2021. During this fortnight, we commemorated the final two episodes of SSSS.Gridman.

For the night of March 27-28, Toonami trended in the United States alongside Food Wars, Fire Force, SSSS.Gridman, and Naruto Shippuden. Character trends were also spotted with both Gabi and Falco from Attack on Titan, and Erina from Food Wars. Meanwhile for the night of April 3-4, Toonami trended in the United States alongside Food Wars (including another character trend of Erina), Fire Force, and SSSS.Gridman. #Toonami also trended on Tumblr. The full list, including statistics and tweet counts from the Twitter app and Amr Rahmy’s Fan Screening analytics app, can be seen below.

This likely won’t be the end for Gridman on Toonami, as Studio Trigger is already working on a sequel (albeit with a completely new cast) called SSSS.Dynazenon. The new series premiered on April 2, and is available for simulcast on FunimationNow. Whether Dynazenon will join Toonami as well is a question for the future, but watch this space for future developments.

Another sequel fans will be anticipating for the near future is the second season of MegaloBox, titled MegaloBox 2: Nomad. For those who want to check out the simulcast, it’s available for viewing on FunimationNow. We’ve yet to hear anything regarding production of the dub at this time. The first season premiered on Toonami on December 9, 2018, eight months after its Japanese premiere on April 6. If precedent is any indication, we could see season 2 air on Toonami at a similar timeframe, assuming everything goes well in negotiating. After four years and over 170 episodes, the Black Clover anime will be going on a hiatus to allow series creator Yūki Tabata to create more storyline in the manga. For the record, Toonami aired Episode 143 last week, meaning we have 27 episodes left to go in the season. On the 2021 17th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump released during AnimeJapan 2021 week, it was revealed that a Black Clover movie is in the works. Further details are to be revealed in a later date.

Following the Japanese broadcast and simulcast of Attack on Titan Episode 75 (Ep. 16 of Season 4), it has been announced that a second cour of Attack on Titan Final Season is in production. The season will resume with Episode 76 this winter. Toonami premiered the dub of Episode 70 this past Saturday (April 3), so we’ll have 4 more episodes before we reach the mid-season point.

Late at night following end of the April 3-4, 2021 broadcast of Toonami in the East Coast, Warner Bros. and Shueisha were hosting a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure online event, titled the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure the Animation Special Event ~JOESTAR the Inherited Soul~ in Japan. There, JoJo fans received the news that there will be an anime adaptation of Part 6,titled Stone Ocean. Jolyne Kujo, the protagonist of this arc, will be voiced by Ai Fairouz.

Aniplex and Bang Zoom! has released a new trailer for tonight’s premiere of The Promised Neverland season 2 and revealed some of the newest voice actors. Of note, the English Voice Direction and Adaptation is by Alex von David, taking over for Chris Cason.

Finally, Toonami and Funimation have officially revealed that My Hero Academia will rejoin the lineup for Season 5 beginning on May 8 at 12:30 a.m. Eastern/Pacific. MHA will replace Attack on Titan on the lineup once the latter show goes on its mid-season break. In the meantime, Toonami will be broadcasting an encore run of Season 4 beginning on May 8 at 4:00 a.m.

Okay this is a legitimate question. The show has been over for well over a month now, why are antis still so obsessed??? Clarke killed Bellamy, he didn't get to be with the rest of them, Alicia came back, the writers decided to make Alexa the love of Clarke's life. there's other shows coming on how are people still so obsessed over the show that is over??? There is nothing left tying Alicia and Eliza together. Why still be so obsessed and stalk Eliza and Bob on social media? Twitter brings out the crazy in everyone I swear!

I’m not sure when this was sent to me and if I’m late to answer it, sorry.

I don’t presume I have a voice in fandom or that anything I say is remotely important, I usually just talk out of my ass, lol. But something has been bothering me for a while and I just need to get it off my chest and be done with it.

My wish is that everyone just stops interacting with pineapples. I understand the desire of wanting to perhaps defend ones favorite actors or a favorite character or ship. We hold these characters and stories close to our hearts and they mean something to us. 

I see people especially on stan twitter arguing about actors’ lives, fictional ships or fictional characters and I just feel exhausted. How are you guys not exhausted? You will never agree on things that you are diametrically opposed on. You make these battle fields on social media and everyone refuses to back down. 

I love Beliza. I’m happy to support their charity projects. I’ll be happy to support their future acting projects as well. But I know there are people who do not share my fondness of them. I understand the desire of wanting to defend them and show your support, but interacting and spreading the hate from people that hate them is not the way to do that. Pour your support and love for them by only focusing on them and spreading positivity. You will never make a pineapple agree with you. Read that again. You can fight until you’re blue in the face and it just will never happen. Shift your energy. Block and report those spreading hate and harassing them. You will never lose if you do that. Don’t let them get to you. Don’t make them trigger you to respond to their hate. At the end of the day, the only ones winning here are those who get a platform to spread their hate. 

The same thing with the show and ships. Have 4 years of this nonsense not taught us anything? We don’t need to agree with each other, we clearly will never agree and what we all need to do is put down our pitch forks and call it a day. I will hold my ship close to my heart and make of them what I need. Other people can do the same with their ships. You don’t have to win anything or prove anything. You can still disagree with people but when you’ve sent your 14th tweet arguing with someone, maybe it’s time to just stop. Block or mute people that make your timeline difficult. You don’t have to sit in that negativity or fandom war. It’s not weakness or “a loss” if you just don’t interact. You can choose to keep loving your thing and have nothing to do with those who do not share your love. 

This show can not be over and still fandom is acting this way. This can’t be how you want to spend your time on social media. I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be all preachy. But I just don’t see what you win by arguing with pineapples. Is there anything more pathetic than spending 4 years on stan twitter harassing people? You don’t have to become like them. The healthy thing to do is to make sure you don’t become like them. You don’t have to be here in a few years still arguing about the actors’ lives or ships.

YESSS SAME HONESTLY! from the start, they did chris so dirty. even ofilia was trying to bond more with chris than the rest of his family and they had how many scenes together??? two??? I was SO hoping they'd develop his bond with alicia more. like you said, it seemed like they were trying to get her to get him to open up in s1, just for everything to fall flat as soon as they departed the ship. I really don't understand the reasoning behind that. and yes to everything you said. I adore nick so much, he's definitely my favorite. it seems like he's the only one with a brain and balls in the show. I really wish he and chris could have bonded more, he would've been a good influence on him. truly no one understood him or even tried to understand him like nick did. madison pisses me off so much too. travis wasn't wrong when he said that she kept asking him to help her, to trust her, but wouldn't do the same for him when it came to chris. it was even the same with lisa. she asked her to kill her if she turns into a walker, but then when lisa got bitten, she was doing her most not to have to shoot her like?!?! my sis you are one selfish woman. I do have to say though, I enjoyed the death scene of those two assholes only because they were some real asswipes, but I agree. travis shouldn't have let it get that far in the first place. the irony of chris hugging travis and saying "if they can kill their friends so easily, how do you think they'd treat me?" just for them to do exactly what he said a few hours later. travis failed to protect his son

I don't even remember Chris saying that and that honestly breaks my fucking heart with how Ironic It Is. Travis had his moments where he tried to be a good father (key word: TRIED), but he just kept fucking up. Him killing Brandon & Derek was super satisfying to see, but In my eyes, It was both Travis AND Alicia's faults for Chris dying. Travis’ fault for letting Chris leave with the two people he didn't trust from the get-go and Alicia's fault for yelling at him, scaring him off, and prompting him to run away and meet Brandon & Derek In the first place. So, I still don't think Travis deserved that closure. And as for the whole Liza situation? That was super fucked up of Madison to do (or to not do In this case). Liza literally begged her to shoot her and to not have Travis do It or to have him or Chris even see It happen, but Madison refuses and stalls for so long that Travis ends up following them and has to do It himself, which Is exactly what Liza didn't want. And then Liza also begs Travis to protect Chris, which Is a normal thing for a dying mother to ask of their spouse or even ex-spouse, but like you said, Travis failed at that too. So, not only did he fail Chris, but he also failed Liza by not keeping Chris safe

I don't mind the long ramble. Haha! But i do want to know what do you think about Alicia's character arc this season and what are showrunners doing with her character.

So, last season I was fully on board for an off the rail Alicia Clark. I think it was earned with everything she had gone through. I thought ADC did amazing playing a sort of anti-hero. I was ready for it.

This season I feel like Morgan and his storyline has really extinguished any fire the other stories had going for them. I don’t know how much longer they can continue this Good Samaritan thing before it just becomes a monotonous loop each week.

I’m holding out hope that with this whole Phoenix rising from the ashes thing they look like they are starting with Alicia we see something renewed in her. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up killing off either her or Strand this season. My money is on Strand, but they could always do both.

If you seen it in Season 4 and If its possible could you do a alicia clark x wife reader where reader and Alicia and the group gets poisoned with anti-freeze and reader who is the worse effected and is extremely sick is being held Alicia's arms while waiting for Morgan to find a treatment for the poisoning
