Jackie (my verse): You dated Fez? What happened with Steven?

Jackie T9S: He saw me with Michael, who was in a towel, married a stripper, and treated me like shit. So I went to Fez.

Jackie (my verse): But he’d try to watch everyone doing it.

Jackie T9S: Yeah, but he’s always been there for me when it mattered. Plus he always liked me.

Jackie (in my verse): And why would Steven even think you’d cheat when you were the one always being cheated on? And why are you with Michael? He cheated on you several times.

Jackie T9S: Yeah, but he was my first love.

Jackie (in my verse): I can’t listen to this anymore.

*Goes back through the portal and is home*

Hyde: Hey doll, you okay?

Jackie (traumatized): No I’m not Steven.

*She went into his arms for a hug*

Jackie: Promise me we’ll never get divorced and you never marry a random stripper.

Hyde (confused about what was going on): I promise.

How I would incomporate Hyde into That 90s Show:

Everything is the same except if Jackie would make a cameo it wouldn't be about marrying Kelso. She would mention her and Hyde's kids who are younger than the rest so they wouldn't be part of the gang. She would also mention something about Hyde working in Red's all muffler shop.

If we desperately want to count season 8 as canon, Fez would mention that Jackie cheated on him/left him for Hyde not Kelso. And Jay would be Kelso's child with Brooke or someone else entirely. Maybe Jay could at least mention having an older (half)sister.

To be honest, I would’ve prefer Jackie ending up with Hyde but I don’t mind her ending with Kelso. At least is not creepy perverted Fez like it was in that 70s show finale.

Why did those writers had to ruin Hyde and Jackie in Season 8 and pair her up with her stalker?!

I’m watching season two of That 70’s Show and I found another reason why Hyde was a better match for Jackie instead of Fez!

While Kelso was cheating on Jackie with Laurie, Fez was hoping for Kelso to get busted so that he could get in Jackie’s pants while Hyde tried to get him busted because he knew it was wrong and wanted Kelso to suffer without wanting to get with Jackie

Also morally Hyde is better than Fez. Both Fez and Kelso would constantly try to make a move on Jackie or borderline sexually harass her while she already had someone and Hyde never once did anything like that.....he did make a move on Donna but unlike Fez and Kelso he stopped after being turned down. He was always a gentleman, unlike Fez and Kelso who only cared about winning Jackie as a prize. I’m ignoring the crap that happened in Season 8 because I’m certain almost everyone can agree that Season 8 was so bad that it should never have happened.

Also how they acted after Jackie dumped Kelso also shows why Hyde was better. The first thing Fez did was try to get with her and when she wasn’t as pretty as she usually is, Fez lost interest. While Hyde tried to make her feel better and helped her out with her problems with Laurie and even stopped her when she tried to make a move on him because he knew she was upset over her break up.

One of the best things about the That 70s Show fandom is that everyone always argues over whether Jackie should've ended up with Kelso or Hyde. I'm 10000000000% a Hyde and Jackie fan myself and I believe that season 8 was a dream Fez had after eating a massive stash of candy - I just LOVE that Fez ain't even a thought for Jackie.

That ‘70s Show Halloween Week 2017: Day 2, Ghost Story.

Being dead is weird. 

He can't feel anything he touches, but he is sure the thing moves since everyone's reaction is to scream or give the object a weird look when it happens. He does it again, Fez straights up his back and blinks a couple of times, calling Jackie.

When she appears and hears the explanation, she rolls her eyes. Of course she would, that's all she does when anyone wants to reason with her. Yet, her face is red, like if she's been crying. Maybe she has. For him? Impossible, it's probably for Donna.

"You and Michael are giving me a headache." Jackie said, signaling Fez who is trying to explain again. "If you two keep this stupid game, I'm kicking you out."

"This is my apartment!" His friend says.

"It's my appartment, too. Who gets to live in it? The pretty girl or the shitty foreing making up ghost stories when a friend just died?"

"Oh, please!" Fez stood, he wonders how many times his friend dreamed of living with Jackie and now it was his own personal purgatory. "You just said this morning you saw him in the mirror, woman!"

"I did not!"

She did.  

He still wonders how he got to appear in her vanity, if he could just show himself to his friends things would be different. Sort of. There should be a thing they can do, right? Since he can only haunt their houses, and only theirs. He couldn't haunt Donna's or even his parent's, it was weird.

Fster, he moved the cup again, this time farter away, making Jackie jump straight to Fez's arms. The man hugged her immediatelly, both yelling at the same time. He did nothing, they did nothing, only stared at their breakfast counter and waited, but he didn't move anything else.

At least this was fun.

"But you would think if it was him..." Jackie swallowed visibly. "He wouldn't be scaring us, right?"

"I don't know." Fez admitted, moving his hand furter down Jackie's back and he rolled his eyes. "You were always a bitch to him, so--"

"Fez!" She jumped, he had squeezed her ass and her face cortoned into a frown.

Walking towards his friend, he extended his hand and tried something he hadn't in his week as a ghost: he pinched the skin of his arm, hoping he would feel it and get a purple mark for being an idiot. Donna would be proud.

"Aaay!"

Fez rubbed the spot he had just damaged, he smiled. He heard Jackie sigh in some kind of relief and looked up, softly murmuring, "Thank you, Eric."

in the last episode kelso was comparing jackie love interest to cars and he straight up insult fez by calling him a donkey cartell instead of naming a different type of car because he compare himself to the ferrari and hyde to the mustang but didnt give fez a car comaprison. Does kelso like hyde with jackie instead of with Fez?

Definitely. In season 6 he finally moved on from Jackie and realized that she is so much better off with Hyde. In 6x02 he actually helped them reconsile. And do you remember the: "Look at you watch her. You love her man?" And the kissing noises he made with Fez? He totally shipped them.

This may sound weird but I read a fic where Jackie has a dream in which she married Fez and her life is perfect but she doesn't have a career and he doesn't support her to have one, then she dreams of marrying Kelso and she has a career and her life is perfect but she wants a baby and he doesn't because he has Betsy and Betsy doesn't like her, and then she dreams of marrying Hyde and they have two children, she has a career and is happy. What do you think?

I have read so many fanfics with this idea, I wonder which one you read xD. 

Uhm… I don’t agree much. I don’t see Fez not supporting Jackie on having a career and Kelso not wanting other children aside from Betsy, especially if married to someone else. So nah, son. In fact, I think from the three of them, the one who may not want to be a father would be Hyde.

We have discussed a lot about Hyde and Jackie having children or not, so I’m not going to touch that.

But I will say that I think the reason why Jackie marrying Fez or Kelso wouldn’t work out as good for her is because she doesn’t love any of them. She isn’t even attracted to Fez. 

Season 8 manipulated her character to have her suddenly find feelings for Fez thanks to ridiculous situations and a depression that could had been in character since she dropped an amazing job for a man that married someone else when he couldn’t even tell her if he THOUGHT they had a future together.

As for Kelso, she says it herself, they aren’t what they want and they aren’t right for each other. He will always be one of her soulmates and a part of her will always love him as he was when they were together, and that’s normal. But by the end of the show they are totally different people.

We have seen a million times why Kelso and Jackie don’t work out and aren’t right for each other, so I leave it at that.

Finally, there’s Hyde. Who opened her world and showed her a way to enjoy herself and life while growing up, leaving behind the girl she was thought to be. Who deeply respects and loves her, and who benefits of their relationship as much as she does.

Hyde and Jackie are equals and they complete each other in a way we were never shown they did before with any other character. We saw Hyde support Jackie in her persue of a career as much we saw her supporting him in his, and he was commited enough to her to at some point give her her dream of getting married. 

I also believe he would eventually want children with her like I have mentioned many times before. So I guess I agree that she would be happier with Hyde.

Hey raise your hand if you also hated the final season of That 70’s Show, there are a lot of reasons I hated season 8 but my main reason for hating it is because of how they broke Jackie and Hyde up. Whoever wrote Season 8 clearly wanted to mess shit up because that entire season felt like a badly written fanfic. Honestly, there is no way Hyde would end things with Jackie just because he got drunk and married some dumb stripper and there’s no way Jackie wouldn’t have fought harder to fix things with Hyde. Yeah she gave him an ultimatum and was caught about to have sex with Kelso but Hyde clearly was getting ready to make up with Jackie before the stripper whose name I can’t even remember showed up

But instead of having the best couple of the show, in my opinion, get back together, the writers chose to have Hyde playhouse with some bimbo he barely knew for the entire season and have Jackie basically be granted the title of Group Whore just to fulfill someone’s dumb fantasy of Jackie x Fez

And to add salt to the wound the writers had the two of them basically acting like they were never together and tried to make the relationship they had to look like it wasn’t any good, I can’t remember what Jackie said when talking about wanting to be with Fez 🤢 I think she said something like “Michael was always cheating on me and Steven never treated me right” that honestly pissed me off because out of all the relationships Jackie was in Hyde was the only one who didn’t treat her like a princess and wasn’t afraid to make her mad but still did his best to make her happy without jumping through hoops like Kelso and Fez did

It makes me so damn upset thinking about how people don’t see how bad it looks to have Jackie get with almost every dude in their group. Especially since she’s the youngest out of all of them

Ok so imma go watch season 5 again to calm down before I make this rant any longer
