America

Alfred is SUCH a huge Christmas fan. I mean, canonically he dresses up as Santa, so he goes all out for the entire month of December. He's been working on a huge holiday home display for decades, and it shows.

He plays Santa at his local mall during the weeks leading up to Christmas; and on the night of, he hands out hot cocoa outside his house. It's fun, but it also means he's a little distracted when it comes to you.

What he would get you: Posters of your favourite movies, super comfy pyjamas, expensive figures of characters you like, candy you like but never get for yourself, model planes or Legos for you two to build together, novelty pens, a stupid cowboy costume so you can match <3, those handmade coupons because he 1. Loves you and 2. Forgot about Christmas until yesterday

What he would want: Any video games, Funko Pops, vinyls of music he likes, those big packs of shirts (he is constantly running out of shirts because he rips or irreparably stains them,) Marvel comics, anything with an eagle on it, those mini wacky waving inflatable tube men things, bulk pens and pencils because he also breaks those constantly-

England

Arthur is not big into Christmas and never has been. He'll celebrate with you, but he's not going out when it comes to any aspect. If anything, he finds it a little exhausting getting gifts for everyone

But, he does adore walking around and looking at all the lights. He'll do that a couple times with you in December.

What he would get you: Any novel you’ve mentioned even once, tickets to a concert both of you will enjoy, classy jackets that fit you perfectly, cute keychains, fancy art supplies, fragrances that remind him of you, bags/purses that fit your style, CDs

What he would want: Sewing supplies (thread, new needles, new fabric scissors,) framed photos of the two of you, Doctor Who merch, foreign tea, a book on how to take care of your eyebrows properly (he will not learn otherwise,) slippers, those sarcastic magnets that all millennial women have at least one of, any ridiculous piece of merch with the union jack on it

France

Francis has very mixed feelings about Christmas. On one hand, he hates how consumerist it has become, but on the other hand, nothing makes him happier than seeing the joy the season brings to others.

Plus, he does enjoy giving and receiving presents. The music too? Wonderful. As long as you don't get too stressed out, the holiday should be perfect.

What he would get you: Tons of clothes; stuff that's already your style, and completely new stuff, room decorations (NOT posters,) a reservation at a nice restaurant, bracelets that he made for you, makeup (if you like that kind of thing,) candles that smell like his cologne, CHEESE

What he would want: Fancy fabric, any clothes (he doesn’t care what they are as long as you think they’d look good on him…) paintings or photography, literally ANYTHING creative you’ve made, hair ties (he loses at least 5 a day,) bird stuffed animals, (Basically anything! Francis is not picky)

China

Christmas is a new occurrence for Yao, and he isn't the biggest fan. He'll buy you stuff for it, but he would do that normally. The lights and the music aren't anything special to him either. Basically, he won't celebrate unless you want to.

What he would get you: Elaborate, very expensive jewellery, huge stuff like a car, Chinese cookbooks, traditional clothes that he made specifically to represent you (: luxury handbags (that he got at SUCH a good discount,) tons of weird off-brand merch of your favourite show, probably a nice meal too!

What he would want: Yao is hard to buy for. Soft robes, stuff to help with back pain, face masks, Hello Kitty keychains… reading glasses maybe?

Russia

Although he isn't as excited about Christmas as he is about the New Year, he still loves the holiday. It's a nice excuse to see family, and everyone is just so happy around the season! He's especially excited to celebrate it with you.

He's not the best at giving gifts, but he could be worse. Regardless of whether you like all of it, you're gonna get a lot of stuff.

(Also, he plays Santa for the kids sometimes. It's so cute-)

Feliciano cares about Christmas in a more religious way, but he's never mad about getting presents. So, he'll probably spend most of the day in church, but he still did put a lot of effort into getting you stuff you love.

What he would get you: Pajamas & bath robes, shitty romance novels that he wants you to read, weird hand-made knick-knacks, makeup, strange mugs that he found at a thrift store, a painting of you (: probably a pair of his boxers-

Ludwig does not enjoy Christmas particularly. He's terrible at giving gifts but he wants to so desperately that he spends all of winter stressing out about it. Yes, he's excited to see your reaction to his gifts, but at what cost?!

You chuckle as you lock your phone, placing it back in your bag.

The harsh lights overhead make the TSA line look like a hospital; like it’s the final safety check-in before you can move on to the afterlife. You look down at the charm hanging from your bag, trying to distract yourself from the sudden and unexpectedly dark thought that popped into your head.

The green material of your Hangyodon plush feels soft under your fingers, and focusing on it lets you ground yourself. You remember how much you cried when you lost your original keychain, a My Melody plush with a little pink dress on. You were inconsolable for days, Chenle thought that you had experienced the loss of a loved one before he finally asked.

“Lost Melo…”

“Melo?”

“My dolly, Daddy. The one on my bag…”

Honestly, Chenle never even landed eyes on that keychain plush. He had no reason to look at your bag for longer than 5 seconds. He knew it existed but had it in a far corner of his mind most of the time. He feels like it would be better to tell you when you’re Big rather than Little that all he’s ever focused on is you, not your bag. Big you would curl up into a ball and shy away, pushing his shoulder bashedly but Little you would begin to frown, poking and prodding wondering how he could ever say he loves you if he doesn’t love ‘Melo’ like you do.

“Do you remember where you left it?” he asked, crouched on the floor as you lay across the couch with your bag to your chest.

“Think… the mall?”

Chenle pulled a face at the mental image of the tiny plush within the huge building but tried calling the lost and found anyway.

With his bottom to the floor, back to the couch, Chenle held his phone up to his ear in one hand while the other caressed the back of your own hand as you continued to hold your bag like a lifeline.

The dreaded, expected news came out of the speaker of his phone, loud enough for you to have also heard thanks to the lack of distance between you two. Chenle felt as you began to shiver and shake like a Coke bottle full of Mentos.

“Stole it…!” you sniffled. “Someone stole her.”

“Hey, no.” Chenle tugged at your bag for you to show your face, eyes growing red already. “No one stole her. She probably slipped off. Maybe Melo just wanted to see more of the world.”

“So, Melo abandoned me?!”

You tried to think back, but your memory when Little is so short that even yesterday’s breakfast is a hazy memory. You felt your Big self tickle your ear, whispering a forgotten memory back to life. The feelings of empathy you have for your past self ghost along your skin.

“Mmm, don’t think so.”

“That’s okay, though. Because now you can and I’m so so proud of you for it, doll.” Chenle gave you a goofy grin. “Kiss?”

“Kiss.” You allow, pulling your keychain-less bag away from your face and turning your cheek for your caregiver to peck warmly.

Nice parallels between Negai no Astro and Tokyo Aliens

I mean, I have 1 person that has caused me to write this, say hi to @chifuyusun but these things ARE nice and maybe someone will start the other manga in the parallels so pls look at my ramblings.

Yes it's just the first chapter for Negai no Astro but I feel some of these are fair assumptions.

There is technically 1 spoiler for Tokyo Aliens but I'm confident it comes out quickly in the main story so I don't think it's a major thing to spoil.

Also I haven't looked at the spoilers for Negai no Astro so I could be very wrong but I would like to not know it from spoilers thanks

Yes I am aware these things are not exclusive of these two series, but it's still nice to see them.

Founded family (and golden retriever MC)

Negai no Astro: they are litteraly a bunch of children that the old man liked and he adopted them all. Hibaru cares deeply for them, he doesn't seem to consider the family being such only on paper, but he wants to protect them and be good for them (such a precious boy)

But Akira is desperate to feel the warmth of a family getting closer to the other characters which do seem to look out for him and care for him. No I don't mean Amamiya, he is excluded. But the others are going "well, must adopt him now". And don't get me started on poor Sho which is in a DESPERATE need for a hug and finally with Akira he finding his own peace and opening up more.

Hands for protection

I just find it fun that both our MC don't have a magical weapon or something similar for their battles (for now at least). Hibaru got his magical/super powered hands and immediately used them to protect his brother and help him. When Akira had to chose his battle weapon, he decided to go for gloves (see Father I miss you section).

Idk but there is something so... soft? Precious? In specifically power-upping (?) their hand to protect people? Usually you see people do it for violence, punching and breaking, but them?? They are using them for the others. Hibaru is more focused on attack for now, while Akira on defence but there is something beautiful in seeing them with their hands up ready to protect people.

Spear and Shield - covering for each other

I am a sucker for one thing that is separated in two and those two make the complete again together. They complete each other, backing up the other's weakness. SO OF COURSE I AM EATING GOOD WITH NEGAI NO ASTRE. Spear and shield??? Probably fighting together in the future having to rely on someone else? Sign me up. I need this aspect to be central and not forgotten pls Wakui I always believed in you.

And for Tokyo Aliens you may ask? You are adding to that beautiful trope also the emotional compensation between Akira and Sho. They cover for each other (probably will happen more in the future, poor Akira is still struggling) and well balance each other weak points. Sho is the spear and Akira is the shield (that quite litteraly saved lives, and it was very pretty). I can write an essay but it would have too many spoilers so I will stop now.

Father I miss you (and Mother is MIA I guess)

As the rules established: you can't have both parents. And ofc, why should you be able to keep the father with you??? Ofc they have to die. I am not confident for Tokyo Aliens but that is just me.

I would like to congratulate to the spirit of the fathers because they raised precious boys that love people. But I found interesting how in both cases, the one that gave Hibaru and Akira the strenght to make the correct decision was the memory of their fathers. They both wish to live up to them and make them proud.

In both cases you also have their power coming from an object related to the father (the keychain for Hibaru and the gloves for Akira) They are bringing their fathers to fight with them in a sense. Getting their strenght and their courage. They are precious boys and I am sobbing.

Anyway, I'm sure they are proud my boys. They could not be more proud of you.

I mean, in Tokyo Aliens there are aliens. Shocking, I know. A very interesting and refreshing take if I can add, since most of them are pretty chill. Negai no Astro has nothing confirmed yet, that I know, but I mean the magic thing that gave power has come from space, so I think we are more or less on the same line. Maybe it's a different planet or something. Idk. It doesn't seem to come from humans, that seem to be a correct take.

actually i feel like i gotta tell you about two of my regulars.

one of them is so so sweet. he's kind & friendly, a bit awkward. and he comes in every single day and hangs around the cafe (eating, drinking coffee, reading, working). when his dad was coming in all the time, he used to tip $5 for maybe $5 order just because i'm kind to his son. sometimes the guy makes me uncomfortable. he doesn't ~do anything, but he's a little too familiar. and i complain about him all the time because i ~have to be nice. but really, i notice when he isn't there. he tries to make me laugh. he notices when i'm not there. i know he tries to wait til i'm on the register to order. he always brings up his dishes and tries not to leave a mess. he actually puts the books he doesn't buy back where they belong. he would also tip me pretty well about once a week. yeah, sometimes his attention makes me uncomfortable, but he's harmless. he never complimented me until one day i told him the shirt he was wearing looked really nice on him, because he took that as a signal that it was okay to compliment me. he definitely struggles with social cues, but that always stood out to me.

another customer, the first time i met him, he yelled at me. he definitely struggles with social interactions too. i know he goes around to different cafes most days and is ... kind of a nuisance. he isn't really nice, but i don't think he means to be rude. i always try to be kind to & patient with him because, honestly, he makes me kind of sad. he seems lonely. he annoys me *a lot* but i also see the way he tries to reach out. we have casual conversations. he doesn't leave tips, but he's given me two beach themed pictures, two keychains and a mug with cats on it. i gave the pictures to my mom, they're not my taste but she said she could probably put them up somewhere (she lives at the beach now lol) and i love the cat mug. i didn't keep the keychains. it's a little weird, but it seems like his way of showing appreciation.

i tweeted earlier about ~someone teach me to be mean~ but i don't want to be mean. i would rather be kind to these guys who i know don't experience it enough from others. every time my coworkers say things like "you're a better person than me" or "you're SO nice" (and it isn't like they're actually mean, they just don't ~entertain as much as i do) but i really just don't have it in me to be mean. sometimes i get short, or it's obvious i'm not in the mood. but i still can't be mean and i try not to take it out on them.

anyway. i hope i remember this next time i have to deal with them instead of just getting annoyed & pretending.

So here's my very first resin pieces! They still need their additional curing days and then sanding. But after that they can be made into necklaces or keychains. They're not perfect but I do feel like my gours of preemptive research paid off, because nonetheless I do think they are nice. There's defs some air bubbles and wonky edges here and there though

The first one was a 3D crystal mold (and it does have a hole to attach something to!) There wasn't a lot I had I could fit inside the slit of the mold without breaking it.. so I shoved some little plant seed particles (stuff that falls off trees) and dandelion seeds inside. But it was actually successful..! Iike the way it looks!

Second one is a little piece of lichen with black spots on it, I'd actually never seen that lichen before ever? But there's a bunch of it on random bark and sticks littering the yard. I did have a little mishap putting it in upside down at first and then having to move it when the resin was getting hard.. so the placement of things is wonky, but still, it's neat.

The third is the teardrop shape i placed some more tree seed things and dandelion seeds in, which I wasn't confident would look like anything ultimately since they seemed to just disappear in the wet resin. But actually they totally do show up!! I'm surprised!

Fourth is a leaf I regret choosing because my grandpa was immediately like "you should make weed stuff people would buy that". I would sooner kms than make stoner paraphernalia :| it's just a leaf. From a tree. Idk. I didn't think about it. Whatever. It was in fact dry even though it looks fresh and green in the resin. I wasn't making any of this with any specific anticipation to sell it since it was practice but I defs want someone someone take this off my hands when it's done -_-

Moving on to five it's one of those helicopter seeds and other little bits! This was the very first one I poured and set! I like it!

The sixth one is a similar idea but with a different kind of leaf thing! I also like how this one came out!

The last two are funky lol I had some leftover resin after pouring the second layers on all the other ones.. I didn't want to waste it so I literally just like. Crumbled a bunch of plant particles and stirred them in. The resin was already getting a bit harder in the cup so a lot of air bubbles got trapped. Anyway I just poured it in a couple empty slots in my mold.. one of them I added chunk of lichen. These are definitely the lowest quality ones, as expected, but hey better than throwing the resin out!

So SO happy I could introduce you to all this, and you have no idea how giddy this question makes me! Let’s see now, where to begin?

I suppose a good place to start would be figuring out what kinds of Aquatic media you’re really into, as Aqua as an aesthetic genre can actually be somewhat vast! If you haven’t already, I would recommend taking a glance over at my “What is Aqua?” post to get a good idea of just what all may be included under the label. Who knows, you may just realize something I don’t have listed fits the definition!

If you like Aqua Mouses though, I think I may have a decent idea as to what else you may like.

Aqua Mouses are most known for their tanks full of alcohol and colored oil which creates a 2 layer liquid appearance, most often with a charm floating on top, riding the wave so to speak.

If that’s peak Aqua appeal for you, you may also take interest in Liquid Wave Paperweights, Liquid Motion Timers, and Floater Keychains!

For the purpose of collecting, some of my personal favorite buy & sell sites have been Mercari, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and AliExpress. Mercari is great for buying lots of items, and if you’re buying multiple things from one seller, they will often be open to bundling to save on shipping, sometimes quite uncommon items will pop up as well! eBay is great for less common and vintage items, I’ve gotten most of my best scores from there. Etsy is also good for the same reasons as eBay. Amazon can have a decent selection, including bulk items! AliExpress often has lots of cheaper items, but be warned, sometimes items will be of inferior quality, definitely check reviews! With the first 3 you can save searches and set it up so you receive notifications if a new item matching the keywords you saved is listed, this is my go-to method usually. If you have the chance though, check out some touristy locations and look for souvenir shops! They’ll very often have some Aqua items, at least from my experience. Found some myself just today!

USEFUL SEARCH KEYWORDS: [ Paperweight, Timer, Keychain, Desk, Desk Toy, Cube, Cubic, Acrylic, Liquid, Liquid Motion, Oil, Quicksand, Float, Floating, Floater, Wave, Waving, Surf, Moving, Motion, Rocking, Rocker, Bubbler, Hourglass, Souvenir, Animal ]

Try out as many combinations of the above keywords as you like until you find some that suit your needs. I do not recommend adding the word “Sensory” to your search unless you are just looking for images, as items advertised as Sensory have notoriously been raised in price.

Now as for my particular favorites, I’m rather fond of Water Games! Specifically vintage, bizarre, and or tech-mimicking (Faux Tech) kinds! Water Games are the bulk of my collection really, as they’re usually on the cheaper side, and are simple nostalgic fun!

As for blogs and image boards, there sadly aren’t many out there about the broad idea of Aqua that I’m currently aware of, that’s part of why I started this blog actually! However, I’ve recommended them before and I’ll do so again; @bootlegpals and @oceantoyz are great blogs that also post occasional Aqua content! Real cool people, check ‘em out for sure.

Pinterest can also sometimes be a decent source for Aqua images you haven’t already seen, though I’ll warn you, it can take a little while of searching and training the algorithm through what you view and save to really start showing you some neat stuff. Just be aware: a lot of images that aren’t uploaded directly from source links are not credited at all, but a bit of reverse image searching can remedy this if you intend on sharing the images yourself.

Digimon Adventure (Manga) - Vol. 5 (Final volume)

Okay, now that I've finished the manga (or, manhua I guess), I can safely say: don't bother! Reading this was a chore. The only thing I got out of it was the occasional nice bit of art or cheesy dialogue to laugh at. Other than that, they completely butchered the pacing/storytelling/essentially any charm the anime had. It's all par for the course with these kinds of money hungry releases.

Ch. 29

-Pinochimon calls TK "the boy in the ridiculous hat" which made me really look at TK's hat for the first time lol. It actually is kind of weird looking. My brain always read it as one of those winter hats with ear flaps, but giving it a closer look it's more like a hat that a cleric would wear in a JRPG or something. Why does it have a gem on it?

-Pinochimon's gun isn't censored in the manga! They didn't show TK holding a gun though, so I guess the original JP anime is still the most hardcore viewing experience lol

Ch. 30

-I simultaneously dislike the "the group breaks up" part of the story but it also feels necessary. It would be pretty unrealistic if everyone was just blindly gung-ho about being the "chosen children" for the whole series, so I like that it shows the inner doubt/turmoil.

-I had completely forgotten about that "spirit talks through Kari" bit. I don't think they ever fully explain what that is...? Very contrived.

Ch. 31

-Sadly they killed of Pinochimon in like two seconds which means we don't get to see his fight with MetalEtemon. That was like the only good part about Etemon coming back!

-For whatever reason, they decided to call the mecha version of Pinochimon's house "Housemon." Sure, why not. The part never really made sense anyways. I double checked the digimon fan wiki and the house is not considered a digimon in the anime. Continuity!

Ch. 32

-If Leomon can digivolve into SaberLeomon due to being "bathed in the light of the digivice," then there's no reason the kids shouldn't go around trying that on all of their ally digimon. Just sayin'

-In one panel, Machinedramon looked like he had a huge dick lol. I had to google a character reference to realize that it was his knee, oops...

Ch. 33

-This chapter was just one (or rather two) big battles. The action and drama was somewhat ruined by the cheesy dialogue. Tai literally says "Guys, rage against the machine!" and Machinedramon says "deus ex machina, fool!" What is this, an abridged series??

-WarGreymon looks pretty goofy with his armor shattered at the end there. I don't remember that visual being in the anime.

Ch. 34

-This chapter was terrrrible. They shoved like 5 episodes of content into 20-ish pages and nothing had any emotional impact. The whole "Matt and Gabumon in a cave" bit was especially weak. Matt's like "I'm sad," Gabumon says "you're not yourself!" and then Matt's like "Oop, you're right, I'm fine!" in about 3 panels. There's also a narrator textbox being like "we later found out that some evil force made Matt feel that way." Total waste of time. If they're not going to treat the emotional beats with respect, don't bother even adapting them.

-The fact that they gave Pinocchimon little voodoo dolls of the characters and then Piedmon has keychains that look pretty much the same. Pretty redundant...

-We were cheated out of LadyDevimon in manga form :'(

Ch. 35

-Dull, rushed, anticlimactic and devoid of emotion. I sincerely hope no one read this manga before watching the anime, that would probably ruin the whole series for them lol.

-Since this was written post 02 Gennai is like "bye kids, the next batch of digidestined will take care of the rest!" I feel like that goes along with my whole "digidestined have to be a certain age and then they graduate" theory. Either that or the digital world is just nice and doesn't want to trouble the same kids twice? Who knows...

Recommendations on worthwhile copia merch? I feel like the merch situation has become so over saturated and less quality so it's hard to find good stuff of the ratman

youre right, some of the merch downright sucks. im still not over that 70 dollar lava lamp. i have a huge issue with how many products use mock ups and concepts rather than actual pictures of the merch, ive seen the products be completly different when they do that, the valentines day tank top, for example. ive also seen a lot of complaints about the quality too, shirts mostly. luckily i havent had any issues with my stuff but ive also steered clear of the questionable and wash my shirts inside out.

for me, nothing beats the plushies. i have both cardinal and papa plushies and theyre high quality. both are well made and firm and great to snuggle. theyre the cutest little things and i love them immensely. i dress them up and buy them accessories.

the bat wing hoodie is also nice, expensive, but nice. overpriced but so are all of their hoodies. i got mine at the show i went to. the wings dont really get in the way in my opinion and the hoodie itself is very thick and warm which was good because i got rained on and it was fucking cold. i was very happy to match copia and his little bat wings though.

i frequently use the robe blanket, i have both the blue and black ones, but still have the blue one in the package, i keep the black one on the couch and need to find a place for the blue one. anyways, its a blanket, its fuzzy, itll save you from a slight chill. has a hood too which is slightly strange but whatever.

the shapeshifter bags at post mortem are good, though they dont work as backpacks for me. the designs are separate pieces they call faceplates and those snap on and off the actual bag so you can switch them out with many different designs, not just ghost. i use mine specifically to carry cardi when i take him places.

on the cheaper end of things theres the funko pop. not everyones taste but i think it came out pretty good for a simple little ugly plastic thing. sounds really bad to say that though but they havent come out with any actual copia figures so thats what we have. maybe eventually hell get one of the super7 figures...

theres also the guitar pick necklace at hot topic on the cheaper end. not the highest quality so probably not fitting for the list, its about what youd expect from a hot topic necklace... but i wear mine almost everyday and think its super cute and love to keep him close to my heart. hasnt broken yet and i always figure you can replace the chain.

and currently im waiting on the knucklebonz statue i preordered to ship. i got the black robe one and heard they should be shipping soon. I hope that one is good quality, the cardinal statues look very nice, would love to get my hands on one of those ones if the quality is good. im a little skeptical on if the final sculpt will really capture his features. its a bit of a peeve of mine when he doesnt look exactly like himself, ive skipped out on some shirts because he doesnt look quite right and it bothers me.

yeah, thats all i can think of right now. most of the stuff is priced by crackheads so i try to take advantage of sales. also dont be afraid to browse artist/photographer stuff, they sell prints and stickers and keychains and pins. jonny bush is a great artist, hes done tons of official designs for ghost and sometimes sells prints. he also has a patreon if you want to see some nicely illustrated ghost porn.

hi it's 🎸 anon i just got back from hanging out with the guy!! He loved the hat and the guitar i got a hug ☺️ and we were hanging out in his dining room building my Lego set (I got this flower bouquet set and let me tell you driving it home was NOT FUN) and his mom was chatting with us for a while. But we got into the legos and we were sitting with our legs touching the whole time and I am aware this is very innocent but it made me very soft inside. Any time one of us moved away or got up we would go right back to it and it wasn't just me initiating it. He kept making jokes about stuff id say about the Legos like I said I can't get it in and he just giggled at me and I was like 🙄 or I said now it's too small and he was like you said it I didn't 🙄 and I discovered I do not mind inappropriate jokes if it is coming from a cute boy and not my weirdo coworker. And he kept looking over at me and watching me while we were building the Legos it kept making me blush. Once we finished building it (and his mom gave me a cup to put them in. His parents are really nice they've both given me things like his dad gave me yarn they randomly had?) we went to his room and he played his guitar for a while and I was very brave about it and didn't melt into the floor. And his dad came in and this is when he gave me yarn and the guy seemed very ticked off that his dad came in while I was there it was kinda cute. a shirt thats in the trans flag colors but i have to resize it cuz its too big, then from the pieces that i would cut off i could try making a mini matching shirt for a furby to carry around, but no idea what to pair it up with other than just regular shorts etc (easier to make)

shadow drip. i got some black shorts with red accents, would wear my old chains (from tripp like pants, also black with some red thread details so it matches) attaching a bootleg shadow keychain i have to them cuz its fun (dont wanna destroy my actual nice plushies) but idk what to pair those with so im thinking about my red patterned shirt (hawaiian shadow vibes) but idk about shoes, i would either wear my platform sneakers with some red socks or add some torn red fabrics over it or other light customizing (easy) or customize my old fila disruptors that i dont wear (paint the bottoms red and add some black, maybe yellow laces if i found some) (hard mode) and the final is i would like to wear a tee with shadow on it under the shirt but i only have the puma one that also has knuckles on it but the picture is on the back.. so i was thinking about making a custom and just draw something on but idk if i even want to wear a tee underneath cuz it might be very hot. but i think a black tee with a small white tribal design on the top front would be perfect but all ive seen being sold is too expensive but again i could draw it? or a lineart of some shadow art - or just go plain tee underneath or a mesh tee would be perfect so i dont die from heat but like i dont like showing my tummy :((

anyway it sounds cool to me in theory but it might look uglee so i will have to try it on before customizing

If it were up to me, these would be the top picks for which plushies i think should be made next!

1) Flametail - he’s my absolute favorite so I have obvious bias here, but he’s got a unique design and would work well as a plush. Plus they could give him a fluffy tail and that would be cool

2) Gray Wing - if they used the same design for him that they did with his official keychain figurine that was released a few yrs back, with the stars and constellations as markings and all that, he would look great as a plush. Kind of surprised we haven’t gotten one of him yet, considering his popularity!

3) Mothwing - would look great in plushie format and is a fairly popular character, and also has a lot of relevance as of late due to the newest arc

4) Crookedstar - another popular character, would look very distinct and recognizable in plush format

5) Ashfur - same reasoning as Crookedstar

6) Needletail - she just deserves a plushie. She’s fairly popular as well, and has a somewhat unique design

7) Blackstar - would look awesome as a plushie!

8) Heathertail - she’s so underrated and has an incredibly unique design, being a pinkish red with purple eyes: I just think that’d look nice in plush form

9) Clear Sky - unique design, would look great as a plush

10) All three ASC protags: I think it would be nice to get some plushies of newer characters, and would be a good tie-in to the newest arc

These are all great options, all of these are distinct in appearance and would probably make some great plushes because of that. I would probably end up buying several of these if they were ever made, several are these are cats I’ve wanted as plushes for a while now.

As well as this list I would also like to see Darktail, Hawkfrost, and Sol made (maybe released as a villainous trio) since all off them also have distinct designs, and I have a huge bias for Darktail anyway lol

"You know...I didn't think you'd actually show up."

He's pulled away slightly from a hell of a kiss and my brain isn't quite working yet.

"But I live here."

He drops his head to rest on my shoulder, hiding his face. "I meant for our first date. When you rang my doorbell I was so shocked I kinda couldn't even move for a second."

He had taken longer than I thought someone should take to come open the door and let me in and I thought for a moment I had the wrong house and then I guess I kinda just assumed he'd been in the bathroom. It takes ME forever to pee...

"And then by the middle of it you were brave enough to kiss me..."

He raises his head and kisses me just ever so softly, lightly and I can't help but think of how much like our first kiss that was. If he had nefarious intentions that evening he kept them completely to himself.

I've always wanted to know, but have never asked, why the hell he decided he liked me that day. It's not terribly important now that we're married and having a child together but I ask him anyway.

"Have you ever met someone that's just...you feel like they were always supposed to be there and it's just straight up wrong that they haven't been?" I can only nod. If I try to say anything I'll cry. "So, um...thanks for showing up."

We sit for a minute, killing time until dinner. He's sat back, and I've tucked into him with my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat and feeling just so astoundingly lucky that it does...that he's alive, that I met him, that he actually likes me.

"So..."

"Hmm?"

"If you liked me straight away, why didn't you try to...ya know, put the moves on me?"

He laughs. "I DID kiss you."

"Yeah but..."

"But? If you had asked me at any point during the evening I would have been 100% willing."

"Okay so suppose I just walked in after you FINALLY opened the door and was like they nice shirt, wanna fuck? What does Hot Librarian say to that?"

"I mean...that's the best pickup line I've ever heard so yes, let's go ahead and do that."

So I compliment his shirt, and he seems pretty game until he hears my stomach rumbling and our daughter starts kicking at the hand he has resting on my belly. "Okay okay, let's go. I actually did have something planned and am not just trying to dazzle you with my dick."

After dinner (sushi that he didn't fuss about me eating), COFFEE (that he also didn't fuss about), and a walk through the park to take in the Christmas lights while fog descended on us like a Silent Hill holiday special, he stops me under a tree. "You told me you loved me for the first time right here."

"You said it first."

"And everyone thought we were getting engaged. Speaking of...I think we should get married." He had a look on his face just then...the chaos face, and I decide to "yes, and" him to see where he's going with it.

"Yeah probably should since we're having a kid and all."

That's about when he got down on one knee and pulled a box out of his jacket pocket. People are definitely watching and I wonder if the contents are similar to the last ring box he presented me with a couple months ago: a keychain with a telescoping penis on it. But when he opens it, it's not quite so lewd but just as funny...a stretchy ring from a claw machine, shaped like a duck. To accommodate my swelling fingers, no doubt.

"It will fit, guaranteed."

"You're early. It's not even our first date yet."

"I got impatient. So what do you think? After Lyra's born we could go somewhere nicer than the courthouse. Make it a whole thing."

I said yes to the duck. Yes to him, again. The man is extra as fuck but that's part of his charm. On that day, a year ago, we talked on the phone for two hours and I had absolutely no idea any of this would happen. But I was so taken by how easily he laughed, how genuinely nice he seemed, how he was obviously just a little nerd boy, and how even after two hours we were reluctant to let each other go.

I still don't want to. Every night I kinda wish we didn't have to sleep, that we could just stay up talking for days. We never seem to run out of things to say to each other, and every morning I wake up and look over at him I'm so excited to have another day with him in my life. It's been such a great year and I'm looking forward to forever more.
