y’all asked for my Izzy Hands thoughts here you fuckin go >:) it got a wee bit long sorry

here’s some ‘meta’ that was living in my head rent free about Izzy’s role as Blackbeard’s designated killer and other stuff. some of it is probably bullshit <3

HELLO not to be overly dramatic about Izzy Hands on this good day but. I think a lot about how Ed tells Stede that he’s never actually killed people directly. And like, we can debate how true that is - particularly because honestly, Ed doesn’t seem to have any hesitation when it comes to killing people except for the case of Stede - but taking that as legitimate, he also mentions that he always ‘outsources the big job’. Now, I’ve already seen it pointed out by other people that the person who usually takes this job instead of Ed is Izzy - but, god, the implications of that are making me insane, I need to think about that more…

Because like yeah, it’s obviously not exclusively Izzy that’s doing all the killing, considering Ed has his whole crew and everything. And of course Ed is fine with maiming (love a good maim). But because I am of course crazy about Izzy Hands, I think about how Izzy is elevated above the rest of the crew. Yes, the whole crew is probably fine with doing all of Ed’s killing, but Izzy is Blackbeard’s first mate. His right hand man, his immediate second. By the time we start the show, it almost seems like Izzy is representing Blackbeard at this point - it’s kind of implied in other moments that Ed doesn’t even really get that involved in too much fighting anymore (they just see the flag and run away), and even in the third episode we see Izzy go to invite Stede to the ship on Blackbeard’s behalf. Ed specifically wants him to handle that personally, presumably because Izzy is the closest to Blackbeard. He doesn’t even feel the need to tell Stede who his boss is, because it’s just implied with his own title (but it course, Stede doesn’t know that). I know it’s reaching a bit, but I’m really into this concept of Izzy Hands as like, the primary representative of Blackbeard at this point. He’s Blackbeard’s right hand - and he does the murdering bit.

Because, of course, Izzy is heartless enough for it. As Izzy would see it, Ed is soft hearted. He doesn’t want to kill, but he wants to maintain this terrifying image, so Izzy does it for him. We even see this directly play out in The Art of Fuckery - Ed has to kill Stede. Ed doesn’t want to kill Stede. Izzy, very quickly, volunteers to do it. He’s not even shaming Ed for it, he’s just offering his service. Which like, a little off topic, but that actually ties perfectly into this whole rambling I sent to my friend about the idea of Izzy killing Stede as an act of service. His comparison of Stede to a dog is what really gets my brain churning - because they directly compare killing Stede to putting down a dog, and that’s not an act that is made out of hate. It’s something you don’t want to do, but you do it out of mercy, and you try to get it over quick. (Of course, Ed literally didn’t have to kill Stede, but the way that he saw it and Izzy saw it, it was this inevitable thing he couldn’t avoid it anymore). So by offering to kill Stede, obviously there’s a little bit of personal satisfaction because Izzy hates Stede, but it’s not just that for Izzy. At the heart, it’s an act of service. He’s saying ‘here, I’ll take the gun, you look away’. And in the end, when Ed can’t go through with it, Izzy takes initiative. (‘You’re not doing this - I am’). He’s so sure that this is what Ed needs, and obviously it’s not - (and obviously, like I said, duh Izzy is a bitch and he just wants to kill Stede BUT-) but hey, it’s not unreasonable for him to think that, considering even though he protests at first, Ed doesn’t even try to stop the duel once Stede accepts! He doesn’t intervene, he just sits by and lets Izzy do his job, even though it hurts, because that’s what he’s always done.

It just makes me wonder even more about how many times this has happened between them… Like, I wouldn’t be surprised if this exact thing has happened before! Ed gets attached to people, he falls in too deep, and Izzy has to carry out the kill. And Ed goes back to being Blackbeard, and Izzy goes back to being his right hand man. Maybe Ed cries alone in his room, but Izzy just ignores it, and stands outside the door until he’s done. He tells everyone that the captain is fine, and protects his reputation, and stands in for Blackbeard, like he’s always done. (Just like he does in the finale).

Basically, what I’m saying, if you want to be really poetic; Izzy is the one who gets his hands bloody just so Ed can keep his (mostly) clean. That’s what Izzy Hands does, and that’s probably why Ed needs him and keeps him around!

Gosh, which is just making my brain go off the rails AGAIN because that’s probably why Izzy is so shocked when things change! When Ed refuses to kill Stede, and he just lets Izzy go. Izzy’s like, what the fuck! You need me! You can’t be Blackbeard without me! But that’s just the thing. Because Ed doesn’t want to be Blackbeard anymore. Leaving Blackbeard behind, and not killing anymore, means leaving Izzy behind. He doesn’t need him anymore, he doesn’t need this gritty evil guy to do his evil things for him, and Izzy can’t believe that. (And oh boy, I have a whole fucking thing in my head about Izzy wanting to be needed, but I’m trying really hard to keep that separate because this is already too long). Even in fucking Episode 9! After Ed has literally given him up by just letting him be banished from the Revenge, Izzy still comes back to him and expects Ed to accept him! Hell, he didn’t even need to go to Spanish Jackie’s, but he’s still trying to execute the plan! He’s so fucking deep in denial that Ed has changed! He arranges for Stede Bonnet to be dead, and he arranges to get Ed out, he even says to Ed that this is a quick, humane way to do it!!! Oh my god!! He’s still just offering to put down his dog!! He’s still just trying to make it easy for Ed! He’s not even considering the possibility that maybe Ed has moved on, because Izzy can’t move on, he is going to push until the last minute to make things go back to the way they are. But damn if he isn’t going to try to make it gentle for Ed.

Izzy Hands has fully accepted his role as Ed’s tool to kill, he gladly makes himself into a monster for him, to protect his soft little heart: But then Ed just… gives it up. So all of that was for nothing - all of the killing, all of the years protecting Ed’s reputation, this whole identity that Izzy has constructed around Blackbeard and serving as his right hand man. Ed can leave Izzy behind when he wants to, but Izzy is literally nothing without Blackbeard. He’s just an angry, bitter little man with lots and lots of blood on his hands.

#i wasn’t even gonna put that last bit in but I was literally talking about this with my mom AND SHE SAID THE EXACT SAME THING #SHE BROUGHT UP A LOT OF THE SAME POINTS I MENTIONED I LOVE HER LMAO #EVEN MADE CONNECTIONS TO ANOTHER MOVIE AND PULLED QUOTES SHE WAS SO SERIOUS ABOUT LETTING ME RAMBLE #izzy hands #israel hands #ofmd #our flag means death #besties this got so long and off topic…#i swear I was trying to focus #THIS ISNT EVEN THE META I WAS SPECIFICALLY THINKING AB WRITING EARLIER #I KINDA GOT INTO IT BUT THATS A WHOLE ‘NOTHER THING #anyways yes. talked ab this w my mom and she was so great #she reached like the same points about Izzy doing all that for nothing - Ed discarding Izzy when he discards the image of blackbeard -#also the idea of Izzy’s identity being so tied up with Blackbeard that he’s nothing without it #also!!! she added a helpful point that it’s kind of implied that Stede will die eventually just from being a bad pirate #which I wasn’t even thinking about but that rlly makes it make more sense why Ed and Izzy treat his death like something unavoidable #she also brought up the question of who Izzy was before he worked for Blackbeard and ‘what he sacrificed to become that person’#engaging in my Izzy meta… she’s the real one

I already wrote this post, but I’m coming backk up to the top to put a cut bc it’s p long.

my brother is singing falsettos out loud & I’ve already had a stressful day bc I’ve done nothing (lack of structure & lack of productivity gives me really bad anxiety) & he’s either singing out of key & out of time, or it just sounds really bad without the music. He’s the only one who can hear the music bc HeadPhones. & also the falsettos is probably really bad for my mom bc she’s mad that dad left her, esp bc the house is a mess & stressing her out & she needs to go grocery shopping & he used to do that “but now he doesn’t because he stopped loving [her]”, so my bro singing fucking falsettos is really bad. I can’t cook supper bc I don’t have a recipe & the stuff is still frozen & idk what kind of dough I should make & besides the kitchen is a mess & he won’t fucking clean it. I mean it’s also partially my fault bc I’m a lazy adhd mofo, but it’s his job today & my job to cook. I need to get into the kitchen & cook before mom & my OTHER brother get home from shopping but I can’t bc he’s just drawing & singing & the singing is so annoying- I was trying to listen to a thing but I couldn’t fricking hear it bc adhd auditory processing disorders, it didn’t have fucking subtitles or anything & it was not great audio quality & I couldn’t differentiate between the words he was singing, & I couldn’t hear the quiet parts when they overlapped with his singing. I wasn’t going to write all of this I was just going to say that his singing makes me want to cut myself, but apparently there’s a lot more to it. also I don’t want to end up cooking while mom is home bc I don’t have any drawings on my arm & mom is fucking nosy & wants to see my scars so I have to work extra hard at hiding them but even with ppl who arent nosy, like my little bro I don’t like them out, but the longer my older bro sits there fucking yelling out of key, the longer I’m delayed & I won’t be able to cook. By this point, I won’t even be able to cook the meal I was planning on, I have so much shit to do I’ve missed so much & I’m so behind, but I’m so incapable of doing anything like i can’t do chores bc I use the excuse I have homework but I never fucking do my homework so I’m also behind in school & even with the stuff I like like dnd & writing & violin I can’t do, & I skipped online kung fu & I’ve been slacking off under so many excuses but I’m just being lazy & anxious & I also gained so much weight & it makes my body feel so bad & i know this isn’t my body’s happy weight & being fat makes my boobs bigger & I’m fucking trans & I hate them I even tried cutting them off myself & ended up waiting 15 hours to go to the hospital so that I wouldn’t make mom suspicious (& they put me through triage really fast bc apparently I did a lot of dammage- I was planning on giving myself stitches, but my icepack melted & I couldn’t numb my body anymore so they’re lucky I even went to the hospital, it was bad bc I had to walk 20 minutes either way weighted down with a fucking toolbox & I waited outside in the cold bc my phone died & thus:) mom found out anyways so I lied to her about going to buy drugs bc obv /that’s/ a better idea than telling her I went to the hospital & SHUT UP UNNAMED OLDER BROTHER ok he’s between songs now. If I told mom I went to the hospital she would ask why & be like “y didn’t u tell me” & “r u cutting urself again” & like yeah bitch I have been for a while ik the social worker said I should tell you a codeword, but I don’t do that bc u blame yourself or cry or want to talk about & I yes I fucking cut myself what of it? Yeah I tried fucking removing my own left breast, bc u arent’ supportive of medical transitioning, at least not when they’re ur kids. Ur mad at dad bc he got a tattoo bc it’s body modification & thus uncatholic, but u’ll support ur catholic university friends gettin gtheir eldest daughter a reduction bc her boobs are big & painful- bitch what’s so different about me? I went so far as to try giving myself a reduction, you say you’re concerned about me mutilating my body & making bad decisions, but, you know what? because of this I have legitimately mutilated my body, & made a dangerous & bad decision. isn’t autosurgery proof that I need top surgery bc it’s a danger to my life if I don’t get it? The government is able to pay for it I think & bc it’s a danger to my health (& i get pain & I can’t work out & I get back pain & my skin pulls & hurts & if I jump my tissues yank my skin & it hurts & it puts so much strain on my back, & binding gives me pain, so I need a reduction as much as your catholic university friends’ daughter does) I should be abe to qualify. Even if I don’t qualify yet & have to wait two years, at least that would be the start of two years now instead of in a long time, I mean, mum, you say you want me to talk about it & you’re afraid I’m rushing into it? guess what? They are too! the healthcare system will make me do a bunch of shit to qualify, & tbh, I think that they are better qualified to talk to me about surgery & what I really want than you. Fucking finally, I hope my brother is done his play & finally shuts up. TA MA DE FUCK NO HE’S STARTING AGAIN CROWS DAMN IT CROWS CROWS CROWS & MAGGOTS I”m not even gonna be able to make anythiung for supper & i have no ideas besides the long one which I don’t have time for anymore. fine. whatever. I’ll go SH in my room. I won’t even work on fanfic bc I’m too fucking adhd & broken. I fucking hate it when ppl say “we;re all a bit adhd” like no bitch shut the fuck up, we all struggle with the things adhd ppl struggle with sometimes, but adhd is a neurological condition that makes those struggles so commonplace & intense that it affects our everyday lives. & no. adhd does not mean we’re more creative. Even if we do have more likeliihood of coming up with funky ideas, most of us struggle to articulate them or understand them, or we forget them as soon as they come. you’re not adhd bc you’re a little more creative, youre just an ableist asshole & fuck you. adhd isn’t creativity its’ a fucking disability. I’m directing this at those fucking parents who have the lovely nd daughter who gave me a hug, but you two are motherfuckers. Yeah I get thaat adhd, once you learn how to mannage it, can be useful, & I understand that part of the reason this disability is so hard is bc society isn’t designed for it (like a lefty using right hand scissors), but ot’s still fuxking REAL & if you can’t deal with it yet, it 100% is a disanbility. OK? Ok. I had smth I was going to say earlier, but I got distracted by smth else that made me mad, so I never got around to it. Youo know what I love? I fucking love how tumblr has next to no character limit so I can just type as much as I want. You know what I don’t like? I’ll probably get deactivated by some SJW maggot-eaten crow-fucker who thinks that my rant& mentioning my failed ed & my self harm (oh fuck shut up, my brother is chanting “dumb”) so anyways some fucking sjw fuck-hole will report this post & my blog & I’ll be deactivated for simply getting angry on tumblr. It’s fucking tumblr! You used to be able to say whatever you needed to say! But now, esp us ppl w EDs, have no safe place to talk about our issues (at least, not w/o fear of gettin gterminated for “encouraging” EDs, when we’re just trying to help ourselves). Anywasy, sorry for all the swears & go se, I swear when I’m mad. I’m gonna go do smth, idk what. Can’t be anything productive, Can’t even be unproductive stuff I like, like watching youtubem, or smth cathartic like playing fiddle. I might just go & bleed a bit & ignore everything for a while. I nkow that the world will still be stressful when I get back, & I’ll still have to cook, & I’ll still be behind in school, & mom will still be broken-hearted over dad, but I’m feeling calmer just thinking about it so that’s what I’ll do.

Confession - Trent Alexander-Arnold

Your feet felt so heavy as you made your way to his house, you knew that they're probably all feeling down just like you but they surely didn't feel as bad as he did.

You were finally facing the front door of their house, letting out a small breath pressing your finger against the doorbell's button.A few seconds later the door was thrown up and you were met with the familiar blonde woman.

"Oh, hey darling!" His mom greeted you with a wide and warm smile.

"Hello there." You returned the smile, she quickly pulled you into a tight hug before she finally releases you.

"I am so glad you're here, Love." She said, closing the door behind her as you stepped into the Arnolds' household.

"I actually didn't want to show up until tomorrow but Tyler rang me a few minutes ago." You tried to explain.

"I know." She nodded, "I told him to call you, I know you landed last night as well but he's just being you know..."

"Overreacting." A new familiar voice spoke, making you roll your eyes playfully. "Hey, Beautiful." He mumbled, wrapping his arms around you.

"Hey, Ty" You hugged him back, Tyler was worried about his brother. It's nothing new though, Trent always isolates himself when he feels bad about himself or about someone, he just tries to bottle it all inside of him.

"He's not overreacting." You argued,"He didn't talk to you?"

"Nope." He shook his head, "Just a few sentences, he went to training this morning and then came right back to his room."

"He didn't leave it at all?" You asked, both of your eyebrows raised up.

"Like I said just for training." Tyler repeated, gesturing with his hands around.

"I don't think it's just about the game." His mom spoke from beside you.

"Yeah, he won't even talk to me." Tyler shrugged.

"What makes you think he'll talk to me ?" You tilted your head, sending him a questioning look.

"He's your best friend, maybe there are things he doesn't tell me and tells you."

"Seriously, Ty." You narrowed your eyes, "What could he be not telling you?."

"That's what you're here for, Love." He smirked, "Go and try to talk to him please."

"Okay." You sighed, nodding your head.

"Thank you, hun." His mom caresses your arm and you just give her a small smile.

"Where are-"

"Dad and Marcel are both taking a nap." The older Alexander-Arnold answers before you could even ask the question.

You finally made it upstairs, lifted your fist and knocked softly on the door.

"Ty, just go"

You turned the doorknob and opened the door anyway, the worst scenario was him being naked in his room and you were hoping he wasn't, preferably wearing his boxer since you're already seen him like that a million of times.

"Hello, Champion." You gretted, giving hin one of your best smiles, you walked in making sure to close the door behind you."I am not a champion." He sighed, shaking his head feom side to side.

"I am sorry, but last time I checked you were European Champions." You raised your hands up in the air, trying to cheer him up. "What are you doing here, anyway?" He asks rudely, still sitting down on his bed with the phone in his hands.

"To see you, obviously." You replied, "I've called you multiple times but it seems like you were ignoring me on purpose." You crossed your arms against your chest, looking at him angrily.

"I don't want to talk,Okay?" He snapped, rolling his eyes.

"Trent, it's okay to lose a game." You sighed, sitting next to him on the bed."You don't get it." He scoffed, shaking his head from side to side. His eyes never meeting yours. "It's not just about the fact that we lost, I played awfully."

"Not!" You immediately argued, "You were great, I was there and yo-"

"Don't lie to me, I know I had a horrible game." He cut you off harshly.

"Trent." You sighed, scooping closer to him. "You had one bad game so what? It's not an official competition anyway."

"Of course you would say that." He laughed humorlessly, "It wasn't you who disappointed thousands if not millions of fans yesterday."

"I am sorr-, Disappointed?" You cried, "That was a friendly game, Trent. You were clearly the better team, it was just hard luck. Didn't go your way with the penalties." You shrugged.

"It's not just about yesterday's game." He shook his head, "We literally lost almost all of our preseason games."

"So? It's preseason for a reason right?" You raised an eyebrow, "That means you'll get to learn from your mistakes, To know where it went wrong and try to fix it whether it was the defending or the attacking or whatever the hell the coach think it was! you've got one of the greatest coaches in the world, Trent. Just imagine how lucky you are to work with him."

"I know." He whispers quietly, as he plays with his hands his eyes still not meeting your face.

You suddenly stood up and made your way toward the high shelf in his room where he placed all of his individual trophies.

"Look at all of these, man." You smiled proudly, "You've won so many trophies based on your individual performances, the ones at the academy." You said, your hands stopping in front of the ones he's won at the academy, "The ones with the senior team! And oh look! Your golden medal! Champion of europe." His eyes scanned every single trophy on the shelf, there were over six trophies and medals.He stood up walked toward you, his eyes finally meeting yours, a small smile finally appearing on his rosy lips.

"You love that one, don't you." He smirked, as his eyes went up to the small photo at the end of the shelf.It was a picture of the two of you, taken a couple of months ago in Madrid he was holding the Champion's league trophy and you were wearing the golden medal, both of you smiling at the Camera. Tyler was the one who took that picture.

"You've got it framed!" You exclaimed, your eyes lightening up.

"Of course, right next to the ones with my teammates and my family." He nodded.

"I love it, I'll get one too." You spoke, your eyes still glued to the pictures.

"So Tyler told me that you came to London yesterday." He quickly changed the subject, "Why didn't you come down, to see me?"

"I was actually in a rush, we booked a flight just an hour after the game so we couldn't miss it." You tried explained.

"We?" He frowned his eyebrows, probably wondering who's we.

"Yeah, came with James and the others." You said with a casual shrug.

"James." It felt like he spit out the name, like it was venom.

"Yes." You nodded.

"Seems like you two got really close these past few weeks." He muttered out, he watches you roll back your shoulders.

"He's just being a really nice friend."

"Friend, is that so?" He said, in an accusing tone.

"Yes, he's been a great friend." You repeated, putting an emphasise on the word friend. "He's been helping me with my master registration and stuff."

"What is he? Your personal driver." He snickered, slidding his hands on his shorts' back pockets.

"Nope, he's just being an amazing person and a great friend not just with my college related stuff." You added, looking up into his chocolate brown eyes you adored so much.

It seems like the words have triggered something in him, you watch his eyes darken, anger raising up inside of him.

"Oh and what other stuff? Such as him getting into your pants?"

"Wha-" Your eyes widened, "What the hell are you talking about? And even if I do why should it bother you so much?"

"Oh, so he does?" He suddenly started raising his voice, making you even more angrier.

"I am sorry but do I ask you about all the girls you've been spending your holidays with?" You finally blurts out, your heart started to race and you just wish you could take it all back.

"Wha-what girls? How do you know?" He asked, his jaw almost hitting the floor.

"So it's true,Right?" You laughed, placing your hands on your hips. "And you dare ask me about James. "

He stood there, looking down at you quietly for a few seconds before he let out a loud sigh.

"It's not the same thing."

"Yeah, I know. James is just a friend, your girls weren't." You pointed out, your eyes piercing into his. "What does this have to do with everything anyway? Why do you care so much ab-"

"I don't want anyone to play with your feelings." He softly says, taking a step closer to you. "You're too precious."

"Sounded like you were jealous?" You spoke,it sounded more like a question. "Are you?"

"No." He responded a bit too quickly which made you smirk.

"Sure." You nodded, "Not that you have to anyway, he's got a girlfriend."

"He does?"

"Yes and she was with us too." You shrugged casually.

"Oh yeah?, that's cool, t-that's great." He smiled widely, "I am glad he does."

"You're my best friend, Trent. No one's ever going to take your place."

And you suddenly watch his face fall off at the word friends, it hurts you too to say those words sometimes but it was the truth he was only your best friend.

"Best friend of course." He muttered under his breath but you somehow heard him. "Maybe I don't want to be your best friend anymore."

"W-what?" Your heart starts racing as the words leave his mouth.

"Maybe I want more." He mumbled, his hands going up to your face gently placing them on your cheeks. "I don't care about all those girls like that, I really tried to but I couldn't."

"Couldn't what?" You mumbled back, your eyes looking at his lips.

"Couldn't get you out of my head." He finally admits, "It has always being you on my mind, for months now. I don't know if I can."

"Trent...what are you talking about?"

"Babe, I think I am falling in love with you." He whispered, his hands softly caressing both of your cheeks.

You eyes widened at his confession, you were frozen, no words came out of your mouth. You just stared at him in complete shock, and his eyes scanned every inch on your face.

"I-I-" Before you could say anything, he leaned in and suddenly there no more space between the two of you. He placed his lips against yours, giving you no time or chance to pull away. You felt your stomach twirling as his lips perfectly moved against yours, you felt him grin through the passionate kiss as you responded back.You both pull away trying to catch your breath, opening your eyes finally staring at him and you couldn't help but smile.

"I am not sorry for that, though." He whisperes against your lips, "I l-" You cut him off this time with another sweet kiss, both smiling into it, your hand moving up to his neck sliding into his hair.

"Hey, lads!" A loud sound suddenly echoed through the room, from behind the door making the two of you jump up in surprise.You watch with wide eyes as the door was thrown open and the older Arnold's figure appearing. "Oh, sorry! Am I interrupting something ?" He smirks at the two of you.

"No" you say while Trent says "Yes"

You turn your head and sent him a glare, and he just rolls his eyes at his brother.

"What is it Ty?"

"Ma's calling you down, dinner's ready! And you're staying love!" He said, then just like that he disappeared leaving the door open and he gives you no time to respond. "So..." Your best friend says after a few seconds of silence.

"So..." You repeated a small shy smile on your lips.

"That was kind of..."

"Amazing." You nodded, looking down at your feet shyly."Hey, don't." He whispered, lifting you chin up with his fingers. "No need to hide those pretty eyes, Love."

"I know."

"Let's have dinner with the fam then we'll discuss this, yeah? Maybe do a bit more of what we just did?" He smirks once again, which made you hit him lightly on his chest. "Come on, baby." You could feel your insides twirl when the word rolled out of his mouth, he usually calls you babe but now that little word sounded so different.

He intertwined his fingers with yours, bringing them up and kissing the back of your hand then the two of you happily made your way downstair with wide smiles on your face and Trent just knew that his family will be thrilled to see you like that, especially his older brother.

rip that’s all I write too... tbh I used to write original fiction before but I find myself much less constricted by fanfic? I can explore the characters here more than I can in original fiction where worldbuilding takes most effort

oh definitely paper! if I could I’d buy printed out fanfic too!

I was about 12 I think? it all started with harry potter, like everything else has, and I regret not a second of it!

sometimes when i get very excited about what i’m writing i’ll tell my fandom friends about the specific AU that i’m writing about but in terms of reading the full length fic, i don’t have anyone that i let read before anyone else. it’ll be on ao3 for everyone at the same time.

my desk, my pc. I can write on my phone but I like to edit as I go and it’s hard to do on the phone.

oh wow ok this is a difficult one bc I don’t think I even have a wip 7 pages long //sweats let me see... aha, okay, I found one! from back in march when I asked people to send me over some numbers for one of those writing memes and @theexitgarden I believe (??) sent me the prompt “I don’t think anyone could be as lovely as you” for victuuri and I kind of got a blind!victor au from it?? wELP here’s the fragment of it:

His music is vibrant in a way that he couldn't play on his piano alone and the clap of the blades that he can hear from the speakers of his TV makes him only more certain – this boy, Yuuri Katsuki, is skating to the sound of Victor's soul as if it's his own.

He never notices the tears that well up in his eyes until they roll down his cheeks and Makkachin presses against his side, whimpering in concern. Victor runs a trembling hand through her soft fur and takes a deep breath. And then, he decides.

"Yasha," he says when his former coach, his father in all but blood picks up Victor’s call. "I want to do this."

Phoebe decided to go out to the school garden and appreciated all of it before it's gone.

She sat on the swing, not caring if her dress get dirty...

"Bye School... You may not know it, but I will miss you." She whispered.

"I'll miss you too..." A voice said from behind.

Phoebe almost jumped out of the swing...

"Oh! Joshua! You scared the hell out of me..." Joshua laughed at her reaction.

"How come after all these years, you haven't still recognized me?" Josh asked.

"What?" Phoebe looked confused.

"Alright... I'll give you a clue." Joshua said as he inhaled air to make his stomach expand like he just swallowed a watermelon.

Well, it's not that effective since the man has developed six pack abs due to non-stop working out through the years...

Then, he widely opened his mouth...

"Hey!!! What are you geeks up to?! I'll tell on you!!!" His voice deep and childish at the same time as he mimic an old dialogue.

"Oh my Gosh! J-josh? Is that you? You lost weight. And... It looked good on you." Phoebe said.

"Yep. But I'm so not your middleschool bully anymore." Josh said laughing a bit.

Phoebe was about to go down the swing but Josh stopped her...

"No, don't go down, I'll give you a push..." Josh said smiling to her.

And he did.

He pushed Phoebe gently on the swing as they talk.

"Why are you alone? Don't you have a date?" Phoebe asked.

"Hey, I should be asking a beautiful woman like you the same question, but to answer your question... I went to the ball alone because she kinda, ditched me..." Phoebe laughed.

"I like seeing you laugh. It's been a while. I also wanted to say sorry..." Josh said.

"Why?" Phoebe asked.

"I blamed myself for what happened to your leg. If I wasn't such a bad kid... You wouldn't end up in that well anyway." Josh explained.

"It's not your fault... I was never mad at you." Phoebe said.

"Phoebe?" Josh called. She turned her head.

"Yes Josh-..." Phoebe was cut off.

She was shocked as he kissed her.

Phoebe kissed him back.

Neither one of them knows that someone accidentally saw them...

When their lips parted...

Josh spoke...

"I have to go Phoebe. I have to go to a job interview tomorrow. I applied for a job in advance. Don't ask sweetheart. I need it badly." Josh said smiling as Phoebe nodded.

With that, Josh left.

Phoebe decided to sneak into the building.

To the classroom that she and Zoriah shared memories together.

"And I thought school took so long to finish..." Phoebe said to herself.

"Time flies when you're having fun..." A familiar figure stood at the door.

"Zack?" She asked.

"Why did you kiss him?" He asked.

"You saw-?" She was cut off when Zack harshly pinned her to the wall and kissed her roughly.

Her crutch fell on the floor.

Phoebe used all of her strength and pushed him away...

"Why?! You liked me from the beginning right?!" Zack asked.

"What? T-this can't happen between us Zack. Zoriah loves you so much. She needs you." Phoebe's eyes began to water.

Zack's expression softened in front of the crying woman.

"You're right... I'm sorry..." Zack whispered and picked up Phoebe's crutch and gave it to her.

Then, Phoebe picked up her pace and she went to the door to get away from the man...

He chased her to the University building's entrance.

"Phoebe... W-will I see you again?" Zack asked her.

Phoebe just smiled to him, she turned her back and closed the glass doors.

Two years after...

Life happened and they have lived it how the paths has lead them...

Separate lives.

"Once again, thank you for calling Parker and Welsing Customer Service, have great day. Bye." Phoebe's closing spiel made it.

It's O'clock.

"And Log-out guys! Good job, our sales went higher this week." Their team leader announced as the floor was filled with applause.

"Looks like someone's going home early." Her teammate teased.

"She's in a hurry. Do you have a date?" Her other teammate Grace asked wriggling her thick jungle brows on her.

Phoebe just laughed a bit and shook her head at the comment.

"Caught you red-handed girl." The other teammate commented laughing.

Phoebe blushed.

"Geez, my last customer's really mad. Said he ain't dying yet so why sell him insurance... Phoebs... How many insurance deals did you close today?" The other teammate asked as they're on the lockers getting their stuff.

"Eleven." Phoebe casually answered.

"Wow, our team leader's right, you are good." One exclaimed.

"Is your boyfriend gonna fetch you?" Phoebe nodded.

"Yes, he's downstairs." She said.

"Is he still going overseas to for his dream?" Grace asked.

"Well, it's job offer as an animator. It's his first love but because of me... He's still thinking about it." Phoebe sighed.

"Why don't you go with him?" Grace said.

"Nah... It's not that easy. He was only sponsored. Me? Where will I get the money to go with him? And besides, he already let me fulfilled my dream. I have worked as a part-time science teacher, even though that I'm not getting a lot from the job while he's earning hard. He said, he's doing that for our future. That's the reason I have applied for this job, I think I'll earn a little more here." Phoebe explained.

"Future? Maybe he's planning to propose to you." Grace commented.

"I'm thankful if he does but I still won't get my hopes up. Marriage is such a big step." Phoebe said.

"Well, if you say so... See yah Phoebs! Ciao!" Grace said as they part ways.

Just then, Josh decided to take her out on a restaurant like their usual...

Later, Phoebe spoke...

"Are you going to Zoriah and Zack's wedding?" She asked Josh.

"Nope. I have to work that day..." Her boyfriend answered.

"Well, if you're not going, then I'm not going too." Said Phoebe.

"Too clingy... I'm living for it though." Josh laughed a bit.

"Uhm... Josh?" Phoebe called out.

"Yes?" He said.

"I know how you thought hard about the job offer you got and-..." Phoebe was cut off.

"I will decline it." Josh immediately said, blocking his girlfriend's words.

"I'm grateful that after all these years, you have been with me... Josh. We both know that declining it, is not really what you want. Thank you for always being there and taking care of me. You've let me do whatever I want, now it's your turn. I will never hold you off and take you away from your first love." She addressed seriously.

Her eyes shed tears as she was speaking.

"W-well, if that's how you look af it but... Phoebs... I'll be back for you. I will marry you Phoebs..." Josh said.

His eyes are getting dewy as well.

"D-don't make promises you're yet not certain that you can keep. I know you'll be happier fulfilling your dream there, even without me. Do not hesitate and go for it. I'll be okay." Phoebe said smiling to Josh...

Josh stood up and went across the table go reach his girlfriend, and hugged Phoebe...

"Thank you..." He whispered to the woman.

Years later, after Phoebe's leg operation and therapy.

She fully recovered.

Then, she went hiking with her new hope.

She's with her mom and dad as well...

When she got to the top along with the other climbers, she walked away a little from them to take in and appreciate how beautiful and peaceful it is.

She so was consumed by the beauty and her thoughts...

I wonder how and what are they doing right now?

They guy's married to my bestfriend Zoriah and I'm sure that they're both very happy now.

With this Mask I am more confused than I have ever been with any other mask...any season. Some fit the voice, some the stage prsence, some the clues. First mask to be voted out in ep 4!

I am sad, cause I really liked his performance. But I get it...they’re all really equal, so it just depends which voie/mask has most “fans” in the audience that day/moment.

The clue package video hinted at a sportsman (athlete: skateboard, acrobatics, parkour, snowboarding...or similar..based on the MIB choreography). An individual sport, not team sport. The blue birds hinted at his company name + kinda his last name, too.

What people shoul’dve picked up, too were: his “limping” as he entered the stage. His “sliding to his knees” on stage (a move in his sports...to protect from falls). And... even though it was most likely just about “he's moving to the beat of his own drum” with the drums/drumming, but Id like to think that is was a nod to his role in that “Guitar Hero” add, where he & 3 other famous athletes played band members...and he was the drummer.

[ROUGH DRAFT FROM BOOK]

[“Mid August to Early September, I met a first cousin that I had no idea existed. She’s my aunt’s daughter. I met her by facebook, via my sister’s knowledge of our family history. This summer, we went down to Southwest Louisiana for the first time in a few years. The surpise came to us [via Jameson]nwhen our aunt left us a few things of hers. She left me her old recipes. As a little girl, I took to making dessert. By 10, I was baking cakes and pies. There was a time, when I would sale pies and pastries for extra money for college. It was through Jameson that my sister was informed of relatives in Long Beach. Yvonne and I had a conversation over coffee and that is when I reached out to her. She has three children who are around my childrens age. Her eldest is about three years older then my oldest son. Her youngest and my youngest are like wonder twins! Those two are so much alike that they could’ve been separated at birth. They all get along well but those two are two peas in a pod but I digress. Faye’s story is that she and my aunt moved out here early on and stayed with our relatives in Sacramento. They eventually settled in Long Beach. She’s been in California since she was 10 and was pretty candid about the move. Her and my aunt had been struggling in the Bayou State. In poverty, they kept contact with our cousins in Sacramento. That came in handy with the transition when aunt Clarisse decided it was time for a change. She lived with my mothers cousin in Sacramento while she studied to become a therapist. They eventually settled in Long Beach and have been there sense. It was through Faye that I got a bit of insight as to the dismantling of the family relationships……………..”]

It was an overcast morning as Abram’s last class for the day ended. "Long weekend begins now!" he said as he headed back to his dorm room. As he arrived to his dorm, he noticed that his roommate was already packed and ready to go. "You don't waste any time do you?"

“nope" Ricardo said. “You need to do the same”

After Abram packed, the two of them decided to go to get a bite to eat.

“Let’s go to that taco joint down the road”

“Good idea”

At lunch time, Ricardo has loaded his taco salad with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and pinto beans.

Ricky wasn’t naive to Louisiana culture. His dads people were from the St. Charles Parish and his great grandmother arrived in LA during the 50s. His complexion could be described as light tan color with fine hair. As there food arrived, they figured they had about an hour to eat and gather their bags.

After a response confirming the message he called the Uber. After eating, the pair waited outside for 15 minutes before Uber arrived. After returning to the dorm, Abram grabbed his MP3 player, his suitcase, and his phone charger and the two headed out. Once their ride arrived, they wasted no time. Stopping for gas only once. Their trip ended in LA a quarter after 6:00. They arrived at Abe’s house around 7:00pm. Yvonne was looking out of the kitchen window at the time. Surprised, she happily walked out and hugged her son.

They sat for a bit with Yvonne at the kitchen counter making small talk. Wanting to know Ricardo a bit better she asked him his major

As they were carrying on their conversation, Zach and Phil returned with the food. Phil being caught off guard blinked momentarily before realizing that his son was in from college.

After they ate, Ricardo decided that he needed to let his parents know that he was in town. “I’m gonna head out” he said shook Phil and Zach’s hands. I’ll see you all tomorrow, if that’s okay”. “Sure” Yvonne said as Abram walked him out. After watching him exit the driveway, Abe decided to put his bag in his room before talking with his parents.

Later that night after everyone had showered and Abram got comfortable in his room, Phil knocked on the door. “Come on in” Abe said as he closed his laptop. “Hey son, you settled in?” “Sure did”-Abram responded. Abram hadn’t seem his bed since June, not to mention he missed the Privacy that this bedroom allowed him versus the dorm room where his bedroom was the size of a shoe box and the walls were paper thin. He couldn’t have a phone conversation w/o someone banging through the doors. Masturbation or sex was out of the question.

Abe is kind of a homebody, just the fact that he went away for college is a surprise. Granted it’s about six hours away. He spent the rest of his night watching movies on his laptop before dozing off. Yvonne went to his room and cut the light off, leaving the door slightly open when she left. He got up around 1:00 am to get a cup of water before going to back to bed. Around 9:00 am, he woke up and met Yvonne on the porch. “What’s on your agenda today?” she asked.

“I’m gonna get in my car and ride! Haven’t had my car in months! I’m having lunch with a buddy and then going to get home in time to help you get ready for company tonight.”

“Be careful out there, traffic’s been nuts and police are everywhere”

“Duly noted”

He ate breakfast before taking a short run. Upon his return, he took a shower and got dressed. His outfit consisted of a pair of dark khaki shorts, an orange polo and a pair of Sperry shoes. He sat at the house for a couple of hours and talked with his mom about school and what he’d like to do when he got out. He expressed concerns about the job market when he got out and the worth of his bachelor’s degree. He got in his car for the first time in months and turned the engine on, letting the car warm up for about five minutes before taking off. He plugged his iPod in, turned the air on savoring the ride anticipating the freedom once he would be able to bring his car on campus. He met Ricardo and Vincent downtown where they’d eat lunch.

“I’m in the mood for a burger” Vincent said

“How about that grill over there?” Abe said, reminding them that he didn’t want to overdo it as he would be eating with family tonight. They walked to the grill, being relatively early, they had no trouble getting a table. Abe ordered the smoked turkey sandwich before breaking the ice for table talk.

Back home, Phil and Quincy were preparing supper. They decided to put steak and chicken on the pit with mashed potatoes a garden salad. Deja made a confetti cake and as well as a chocolate cake.

“So how you cooking those steaks” Quincy asked.

“Medium well” Phil said.

Phil managed to get a good deal from the newspaper. Abram was rather simply to please. A good steak or Mexican food was always a preference of his.

“So Abe liking college so far?”

“Yeah, so far so good. He says he gets along with his roommate”

“Has he picked a major?”

“Not yet, but he was talking about Business”

“Good deal”

“Man what about you? What’s the job search like now?”

“I do a little merchandising, picked up some work mystery shopping now.”

“Any bites?”

“Talking to someone in the hospital about possibly clerking”

Quincy decided to go in the house and get a beer as Phil flipped the steaks. As he came back outside to resume the conversation, Phil asked how that connection came to be about.

“Well going to the VA office to fill out some paperwork initially I spoke with a woman who works as a janitor in the evenings. She put in a word at the hospital she cleans at. Call was unexpected”.

He got a text as he was talking “gotta take this”

He called and it was the woman from the hospital. “Uh huh, yes. Okay. Thank you”

He called Deja, “I got a job”

“I’ll start In a week, lady told me that if I want it it’s mine. So there you have it”

“That’s great babe”

“Well it’ll be something until I can get a better paying one. Anyway I’m gonna go pick up the kids. You heard from your sister?”

“Yep she’s in San Francisco, they’ll be here in a couple of hours”

Quincy left the house to get the kids from school. He dreaded the long line that he’d encounter due to the time he left. After picking up the children, he returned to Phil’s house around 4:00 PM. Zach had managed to hitchhike a ride from a friend in P.E.

“Hey pop”

“Good evening son, how was have a good day at school?”

“It was okay I guess, got a current event assignment in Geography. Due Tuesday”

While Phil was making small talk with Zach,Quincy made the revelation that he just secured employment.

“Good deal”

“Well I’m gonna go to my room for a bit.”

“Company’s coming at 5”

“I know, I remember”

In his room, Zach decided to put together a playlist and crank out the music for a bit before Faye arrived. He returned outdoors later on to help Faye with some items in her car. Quincy said. Ian and Malachi caught up over the last couple weeks with Zach, while Junior and Darius went inside for a bit. Abram, Ricardo, and Vince were sitting on the sofa as the company while company begin to arrive. Walking outside, Abram noticed some unfamiliar faces.

“Hey Abe, this is your mother’s cousin”

“Hi, cousin Faye”

“Abram”

“You doing okay?”

“Yes ma’am”

“It’s nice to finally put a face. Your mama has been talking about you for the last two weeks”

“Good right?”

The boys were on the porch where Ian asked “is that our cousin?”

“Yea that’s Abe” Zach said

“Howdy Howdy!” Abe said to Malachi as he walked up. After greeting Malachi with a handshake and a hug, Ian introduced himself.

“How’s it going man?”

“Good”

“So how are y’all related to us?”

“Our mom and your mom are first cousins”

“This is going to be an interesting conversation later, but nice to meet you”

“I have two sisters and a brother, they’re inside”

“QJ’s inside too” Malachi interjected. Abram went inside, to get a soda and say hello.

”Junior! Whats up?”

“Hey Aundrea” he said followed by a hug, before introducing himself to the other three “I’m Abram”

"Nice to meet you three. Ricky and Vincent”

“Hi”

He then washed his hands and decided to grab a Dr. Pepper. “We’ll probably be eating in a little bit”

“Good!” QJ exclaimed “I’m starving”

After the rest of the company arrived and welcomed Abram home, there was a prayer, and then the meal was served. Steak, chicken, potatoes, salad and two desserts to choose from.

“Y’all remember that ice cream machine that uncle Pete used to have?” Faye asked.

“Yeah, he normally used that around summer time. He’d use a little ice, milk, almond oil. The texture was kind of funny. Almost like a sorbet” Yvonne laughed.

The evening was filled with laughs and eats. Abe was pretty simple to please. Food, snacks, kids hanging out. After the kids ate, they decided to take a walk.

“I’ll go with them” Abe said. “Come on yall”

After the kids and teens left, Deja asked about the relatives in Sacramento. “We’re trying to get around to meeting them in the next few months”. Clarissa said.

15 minutes later, the kids were in the front yard with two cop cars following closely behind them. “Is everything okay?” A concerned Quincy asked. “We received a complaint about a suspicious group of black kids roaming the streets” the officer said. “No, this is my son and his friends. These are my nieces and nephews”. He then instructed them to go back to the backyard. Quincy stood out there with the officers and explained that his nephew was in town for the weekend. “I’m glad that you allowed them to prove themselves instead of taking matters into your own hands. Thank you officer”

Inside the Malachi and Aundrea were sitting down Yvonne and Abe cane in. “I’m glad that you all made it home. This situation could have ended completely different. I dream of a time when this won’t be an problem. Maybe in the year 3000 when we are all the color of a brown paperback, that will be so. In the meantime, we have to continue to h e these talks with you. We’d be doing a disservice otherwise. I wouldn’t instruct you to behave any differently. Don’t make any sudden movements. You should be almost motionless. Abe, I’m telling this to you too when you’re out there in San Francisco. Y’all can go back outsid now, go get a piece of cake.”

Ricardo and Vincent decided to eat a piece of cake and head home.

“I’m gonna drop them home and I’ll be back” Abe said.

The ride was relatively quiet, “y’all okay?”

“Yeah, I’m Good” Vincent affirmed

“How about your cousins?” Ricardo added. Abram assured them that all was well, but he did say that his mom informed him of the possibility of this happening. She even gave me a lecture before I went on my run this morning. After dropping Ricardo off, he brought Vincent home. He greeted his parents as he haven’t seen them in a while and wanted to touch bases. He stayed for about 1/2 hour before ending his night back home.

He returned home where everyone had come inside for the evening. “Did you have a good time?” Deja asked

“Yes I did, thank you”. He enjoyed tonight despite the incident. He then joined them on a watching television show

“Is everyone else alright?”

“Yes son, all’s good”

Miriam drove up and as she went to the kitchen to fix a plate, Abe told her “You missed some crazy stuff today”

Hey everyone, I am a 16 year old who runs a photography business in Nashville, TN. I have been saving up for a car for the last 7 years, originally for a BMW M3 or Audi S5. I have amassed about $25,500 to spend on the car, and have a steady income to pay for insurance and gas. There was a recent question asking whether it would be safe to give a child like myself a car like the M3 or the Nissan GTR. However, I feel as though such a generalized statement is grossly inappropriate. I feel that responsibility in an automobile should fully be determined by ones own experience and responsibility, as opposed to strictly ones age. For example, I have shifter cart racing experience, have taken multiple high performance driving courses from some of the best. (Truly recommend Bondurant's program BTW). I have over a 4.0 GPA, and am editor and director of an online magazine and our school's paper. I make a decent wage from a job and business that I created myself, and have learned marketing and advertising from some of the best in the field (anyone heard of the oldspice commercials?). My own determination has lead to success and my ability to reward myself with a highly exclusive and phenomonal driving machine. On the other hand, no one would doubt the maturity or ability of a man thrice my age attempting to buy the same vehicle, who had never driven on a track, who had never used ABS, and who had never learned the evasive driving techniques necessary to driving such an automobile. When should I expect money from a car insurance settlement?

Today, i was going through a green light and a driver ran a red light and hit the back of my car. i spun out and eventually stopped before hitting anyone else. I was wondering about how long should i expect to wait for insurance to comp me for a rental car (if applicable. i believe i have triple A) and to give me the check for a new car. i have a few follow up questions. 1. what amount will my insurance give me. i have liberty mutual and i had a 2001 kia sephia with 97000 miles in good condition. i just had new tires, alignment and oil change done to it because i just got the car about a week before. 2. the fender, axle, and back tire are completely totaled. the back drivers side is smashed in so should i try to fix or take my losses. 2. should i sue the driver and get a lawyer involved? or just take whatever my insurance will allow me to have? any additional advice, warning, guidelines or wahtever will be helpful also. thanks.""
