WAH thank you sm for the help & support so far!!! ;_; I wasn't really expecting much help right away so I was surprised but thank you!! It helped a lot esp. w/ the loans I've had to pay ;;
I still have a lot of stuff to catch up on so I hope you guys can be patient w/ me 🙏I've opened patreon as a way to earn & also as motivation to finish my backlog. Tbh it's still overwhelming when I think about the backlog of work I have to do (it's a lot...) but hopefully I'll get things done eventually. For now I'm working on the preview for my patreon promo post so have this very messy & illegible wip for now:
My page is now live here if anyone would like to check it out :)

I know I make a lot of jokey posts about what experiencing a psychotic episode is like for me but I also want yall to know thats a coping skill. Psychotic episodes are terrifying and take a large toll on my health. I make jokes to cope but there is not a single thing enjoyable or "quirky" or humorous about experiencing them. I have psychotic episodes because of very painful things that happened to me as a child, please don't ignore that detail if you're an apsychotic laughing along with my jokes about it. All of the humor about my illness is rooted in the unbearable pain I have to deal with every day.

Listening to Jhariah is like being Walter White in one of those breaking bad edits where he’s in a mario kart level fighting for his life but he hits a big rock and crashes his car and starts ascending into a higher plane as the consequences of his actions start reaching to him to drag him down but he simply rises above

I just realized something about Nile’s eye makeup.
His bey is obviously based on Horus, the Egyptian god. And everything about Nile, legit down to the fact he has the same name as the major river in Egypt, seems to be a reference to his heritage. However his makeup doesn’t really look like Horus’s symbol, the eye of Horus. It doesn’t look like the eye of Ra either in my opinion, it seems both stylized and different from both famous symbols.
Instead, they are deliberately asymmetrical, as if they represent different things. These are supposed to show something. The kid version of me in my head who was obsessed with mythologies told me I was forgetting something that I definitely should know. So I dusted off my old books and did a bit of digging. And...
The deity Horus is a sky deity. And in early texts, his eyes were described as the sun and moon, before they were split up between Horus and Ra later on. More specifically, his right eye was the sun and his left was the moon.
The makeup under Nile’s right eye predominantly features a triangle, like a sun ray. And the makeup under his left features what looks to be a geometric crescent, like the moon.
...His makeup is a nod to the early translations of Horus’s eyes.

How brainrotted am I over my current DnD Campaign? Enough that I would, from 11pm-2am on a Tuesday night, make an sfx prosthetic eye prop for my friend's DnD character that has a torn out eye of theirs they keep in a vial- now having this sfx bloody eye on my nightstand besides me as I am to get up in five hours. and I will undoubtly use for a cosplay of their character.
That brainrotted?
No. No that'd be insane.
Anways, totally unrelated an off topic, heres the prosthetic eye I made-
