It is just. I was rereading some of the RealAgeAU tags you left and got to the ones of killer being a protective parent and you made the joke of:

Killer being one of those parents who wears a shirt like "break my daughters heart but remember. I got a gun, a shovel and an alibi"

And just. That mental inagine of killer, a very young parent with the others in the gang, wearing sunglasses and a shirt like that with baby nightmare behind him.

So... yeah? Hahah a bit complex? Silly to the max.

Thinking about little 11 yr old bachira talking animatedly to his mom about the new girl he met at the park today.

“She’s so cool and she runs so fast. I mean I guess that makes sense since she’s taller than me, but I bet you I’ll grow even taller than her! And then I’ll be the faster one..” etc etc and his mom clocks it right then and there. She knows right away that her sweet little boy has a crush, and she’s even more convinced when he can’t stop talking about her all week. So she makes note of her name and suggests he invite his new friend over so that this friendship can blossom into something more in the future.

A couple years go by and they’ve become distant, bachira and his crush, but mama megs knows he’s still in love with her. She sees it in the way he automatically cheers up whenever her name is mentioned or how he’s always waiting for her texts and calls. And also bc he still talks about her when he can, comparing his newer friends to her. (“…but amira figured out what was bugging me way before they did.” Or “yeah they’re fun to hang out with, but I still prefer when amira’s there. she’s really funny.”). So yeah, Yu Bachira knows her son still loves her.

And it’s not till years later that she finally gets to see the two reach their happy ending beginning when they’re standing facing each other, hands together, wide smiles on their faces as they say “I do.”

it has been a long day and a longer week and i would like to say that if I hear another person saying something along the lines of "ugh i hate men" "ugh men suck" "i can't believe i'm attracted to men" etc I will be fighting them ON SIGHT

men are not bad. masculinity is not bad. THEY ARE NOT BAD. men and masculinity are a gift to this world actually.

"i hate all men except queer men-" and i'm gonna stop you right there. still fucking awful to say. you think you can tell who's queer or not? what if they are straight passing? or cis passing? or allo passing? what then? AND EVEN IF THEY ARE CISALLOHET THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEM ANY WORSE

seriously there's this stupid idea that cis/allo/het people are somehow "worse" than everyone else and it doesn't make any sense. like come on, just because someone isn't in your community makes them not as good as you? just because they might not immediately understand that makes them bad?

trans men are good. cis men are good. hetero men are good. gay men are good. mspec men are good. allo men are good. aro men are good. ace men are good. we are not "predatory" or "evil" or "bad." we're just existing.

i love masculinity for myself and i love it for other people and I LOVE MEN. MEN ARE GOOD AND THEY DESERVE JUST AS MUCH LOVE AS ANYONE ELSE.

Currently not able to deal with the fact that Park Hae-soo is like 2cm taller than Lee Jung-jae which means Sang-woo is just the tiniest bit taller than Gi-hun and I really don't quite know what to do with that information but it's stuck inside my brain now and it won't leave
