Betty Is Back !
From聽London鈥檚聽 Connaught Bar,
15ml (0.5 oz) Aperol
5ml (1 tsp) St. Germain
5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
100ml (3.5 oz) Champagne
Add all ingredients except Champagne to a mixing glass with ice, and stir briefly to chill, about 10-15 seconds. Strain off the ice into a chilled coupe or flute, and top, gently, with sparkling wine. Garnish with a cocktail cherry, on a pick.

Pink Negroni !
We聽love a negroni and especially when it's pink like this recipe from London restaurant Atillean.
Ingredients:
Ice
25ml pink gin
15ml rose vermouth, or sweet white vermouth
10ml Aperol
Wedge of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf, to garnish
Method:
Combine the pink gin, vermouth and Aperol in a tumbler with a small handful of ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold. Then garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit and a basil leaf, if you're feeling extra fancy.
