Looking at Fernandos onboard after Yuki's red flag when he and Lance accidentally get placed in parc ferme you can see there is one other car there.

It's an Apex gp car.

The FIA got confused because a film car was in a fake parc ferme and the Astons got fucked over by that. That IS a blunder alright. I too would be fuming.

I've been trying to figure this out and I'm still confused. Why wasn't Fernando Alsono's crash in Australia 25 a red flag?

There was a car ON TRACK that couldn't get itself off without a crane and the crane/tow truck had to be on track??? And then there were other drivers right next to it? Why risk that?

So you mean because Max took the apex first he's able to force someone off the track and not get penalized for it? I understand that overtaking off the track is not allowed but what are you supposed to do when you're racing wheel to wheel against someone like him? This is so unfair!
