ok so, i have a butt ton,,, but the ones ive been thinking about the most lately are from my Apostasy universe. Basically all the gods were killed, and their divinity was channeled into a mortal vessel(so when they killed the vessel the gods would be dead for good)

the vessel is a ten year old kid named Magpie, who managed to escape and is currently on the run. It’s not alone tho, along the course of her travels she meets Ten, an ex god(he got kicked out of heaven for trying to steal fate’s eye) and Arthur, a former paladin (i don’t have a ref drawn for him yet)

wanted to try and doodle one of the things i was saying in the apostasy thread re: apostasy!heart having this unnatural smile. and then i also did 2 doodles of his apostasy and pre apostasy posture

so pre apostasy heart's smile is on the left, along with him having his shoulders bunched up and very messy hair. apostasy heart has clean, bouncy hair and a smile that goes way too high.

and then theres also posture doodles, just for fun. apostasy is on the left and pre apostasy is on the right

also for the pre apostasy, i think heart would have a lot of variance in expressions and body language so this is just, one example more as contrast to apostasy than anything else (i mean he still does in apostasy, probably, but in a different way and he probably retains some of the plastic fake vibe regardless of the expression. and if he didn't then that would probably be a sign he's at least slightly breaking out of the mindset hes in)

also mspaint is really fun to doodle in

anyway atlas figures it out eventually but at first he just stares at apostate hoping that he can somehow send him psychic messages to bite him

i am happy that im finding my faith and not afraid of god anymore. yet i feel guilty somehow. like i have abandoned my apostate siblings. rationally i know even when i was most staunchly atheist, i still supported my friends who found religion comforting. rationally i know im not doing anything wrong by finding what makes me happy. but i don't want to leave that part of me behind. part of me is always going to be an ex-catholic who is scared and small and terrified of god. im learning how to make that part of me feel safe and loved. how to teach them that it is okay. but it is so hard.

i am religious, but i still feel i am an apostate. it's still part of me. it's still important to me. i learned how to love myself like that, how to love others and how to understand the world. i am muslim but i'm still an ex-catholic. it doesn't go away.

i hope that's okay.

Legendaries are pokemon, just.. really powerful pokemon. They deserve ta' live like all others. Ya don't got the right to decide ta kill em for whatever reason you have.

Hell, even if ya were successful you do realize that your world would just... fall apart n' die right? Do ya have a plan for that or are you gonna just bring down everyone with ya for whatever grudge you clearly have. 'Cause from the looks of it ya clearly don't.

(Also yeah it may have all already been made, but it can also be unmade jus' as easily. Ya do realize that right? Have ya learned nothin from all the other "teams" who came before you?)

eternally obsessed with the fact that there’s a scene in Death Rides a Horse where the 2 main guys are not at church on sunday and just silently stare at each other across a mostly empty street while the good churgoers of the town sing hymns from down the street like they actually gave us this

Amazon's Warhammer series (plural?) should include an Age of Apostasy show.

Many directions you could go, and it would be the easiest to market.

Maybe not as the "main" 40k series, but a good "wave 2".
