Thinking about AshLion jkjdjd the idea of Bramble and Squirrel finding out that their son is mates with his moms ex and that probably lead to a awkward family meeting to me is hilarious.
Ajdbsjwjdhdh yesssss it’s delicious!!! The possibilities are so vast and lovely.
Maybe Squirrel and Bramble are totally against it, but it makes Lion pursue Ashfur even harder.
Maybe Squirrel and Bramble disagree on how to deal with it. Maybe one tis underhanded methods, while the other cat tries to be more accepting.
Or!!! Maybe they don’t even realize until a family meeting.
They notice that Lion is happier, and they assume that it was maybe because of Cinderheart. They notice that Lion is closer to his mentor now, but they don’t even consider the implications. They just assume that maybe Lion and Ash were growing platonically close, or that Ash had given Lion advice and a shoulder to lean on throughout his pursuit of Cinderheart (which….has not been happening. Squirrel and Bramble just assume that Lion’s love interest was Cinderheart for some reason, and they don’t even think to doubt their assumption.)
Then Lion starts dropping mentions of his partner in conversation. He totally assumes that Bramble and Squirrel were aware of it.
Maybe there was a few vague misunderstandings, not unlike the silly trope that sometimes happens in shows:
“I know your secret.”
“You do?”
(They don’t. Each person thinks the other person is talking of a different secret.)
“Of course I do. You’re not exactly subtle.”
“But I…you…”
“Relax, I’m not upset. Surprised, sure, but not upset. It’s your choice.”
“O-oh…really? I thought for sure that you would—“
“I’m not as close-minded as some people think, you know.”
Then later on, they do that:
“But I thought you were okay with it!”
“I thought you were talking about Cinderheart!”
“What? Why would I be talking about Cinderheart?”
“But you said *something that could easily be misunderstood as referring to Cinderheart or Ashfur*”
“Exactly!”
Maybe one day when Squirrel and Bramble are still oblivious, they ask Lion to bring his partner to share tongues at the next gathering, so they can properly talk.
Lion is super excited, but when the gathering comes and Lion walks into a shady patch on the island with Ash by his side, everyone just kinda 😀
“It’s…nice to see you two.” Ashfur mumbles. “Lion told me that you were alright with this. I’m glad—“
“You WHAT?” Bramble explodes. “You—Lionblaze, what?”
“You—“ Squirrel gapes. “Ashfur?”
“I…” Ashfur looks startled. “Yes?”
“Yeah, he’s my mate.” Lionblaze says proudly. “Now, what do you want to talk about?”
The three older cats just stare at each other aishrhwjdhdhfh

Mothwing and Tawnypelt in PoT throwing Ashfur into the fire to let Squilfs secret STAY a secret to protect Leafy n Squilfs lives, their kits and reputation.
Mothwing staring into Squilfs soul before saying "Just this once, Thunderclan. For Leafpool." Before running away into the underbrush.
Tawnypelt gives Hollybitch a glare saying without speaking "If you ruin MY Squirrelflights reputation over some self existential crisis, I'll make you wish StarClan took you at birth."

Okay so a convo made me remember that Icecloud and Foxleap become apprentices 4-5 moons after the three, which means Ferncloud either had four litters so the three could nurse while also having kits so much younger than them, or she just so happens to have milk despite not having kits OR her last litter was really held back. Mostly bringing this up because obviously Squilf and Leaf still can't nurse the three in BB and I was curious if Ferc was still going to nurse them since I know you gave away her last litter or if someone else will do that or if there's a definite answer for this detail yet.
Daisy did it! Her kits were recently weaned, but Sorreltail at the time was nursing FOUR kittens. That's a lot for one suckler to handle, so Daisy would help out which kept her milk coming.
So Daisy has it handled. Ferncloud is still reeling from horrifically losing THREE children in a short period of time. At this moment in time, she didn't feel ready for more.
But, anyway! Foxleap and Icecloud are NOT DustFern kittens in BB. They were shuffled. This is because Ferncloud has waaaay too few surviving kittens while Brightheart and Sorreltail exploded the gene pool. Their kits in BB are;
Dustpelt x Ferncloud:
Spiderleg (ALIVE)
Shrewpaw (Car accident while chasing a pheasant; Squilf's guardian angel)
Lurchkit (Destruction of the White Hart)
Hollykit (Ditto)
Birchfall (ALIVE)
Seedpaw (Drowned)
Lilyheart (ALIVE)
Ferncloud is the Educator of ThunderClan until her death in TBC. She lives long enough to confront her little brother, Ashfur, who is now from a younger litter. Dustpelt died in the Battle of the True Eclipse, while defending his last litter from Dark Forest warriors.
Additionally, Spotfur and Duststripe (prev. Sorrelstripe) are now Birchfall's kittens, in trade for Dovewing and Ivypool to go into the Firekin family. Toadstep is also still alive; the husband of Lionblaze.
Lilyheart hasn't had any kittens yet, though. I'm still holding on to Leafshade and Honey...something i forgot her name. ThunderClan is already pretty full of cats and she really didn't need to have them so young. Plus, she got seriously traumatized from how Seedpaw died, and she's the sort of mature person to realize she doesn't want to be responsible for young lives when that's still affecting her.
Brightheart x Cloudtail
Whitewing (alive)
Foxleap (Battle of the True Eclipse)
Icecloud (Born after the BOTTE, named after Iceheart, alive)
Snowbush, Ambermoon, and Dewnose all still exist, but were adopted to other couples! They're going to show up in other Clans. Cloud and Bright kept a single kitten from each litter.
Foxleap is probably going to be younger than he is in-canon, because I feel like he often gets lost in the massive Po3 Apprentice Generation. So, he'll be somewhere between Po3 and OotS, interacting with Dovewing and Ivypool as they grow up.
Icecloud, also shuffled in age, is also going to end up with a bigger role in AVOS-era stuff, he's transmasc and a fast friend of Alderheart when he joins ThunderClan after being raised by his mother Jessy as a kittypet. Him and Lilyheart make up Alderheart's misfit friend group.
(In general I think ThunderClan feels less bloated if the births are spaced out better.)
Sorreltail x Brackenfur
Cinderheart (Alive; travelling with Fallenleaf)
Honeysnake (survived the adder; killed in the BOTTE)
Poppyfrost (Alive; inventor of gardening)
Molepaw (Greencough... angel name is Moleflight and he is constantly fighting Jayfeather)
JUST having the infamous Brackenfour. No more; BB!Brackenfur was killed in the Battle of the FALSE Eclipse at the end of Po3. Sorreltail is living for a MUCH longer time; she's still around in the current arc, preparing to retire as Head of Kitchen Patrol.

The Genetic Journey of Two Sisters: an Analysis of ThunderClan’s Gene Pool
Flashnose and Daisytoe made their debut in Goosefeather’s Curse, and are revealed to be sisters born to unknown parents. Although these sisters fade into the rest of ThunderClan’s old history, their genetics encompass the entirety of ThunderClan, bleeding into two other Clans. Here is an analysis of their profound genetic impact, starting with Flashnose. (Cats who’s names are red have kits)
Flashnose + unknown tom have a single daughter together: Swiftbreeze. Later in life, Swiftbreeze and Adderfang have five children: Leopardfoot, Patchpelt, Redtail, Spottedleaf, and Willowpelt. Leopardfoot and Pinestar have Tigerstar, Mistkit, and Nightkit. Patchpelt and Goldenflower have Swiftpaw & Lynxkit, while with Robinwing, he has Longtail. Willowpelt, with unknown toms, have Darkstripe & Graystripe. With Whitestorm, she has Sorreltail, Rainwhisker, and Sootfur.
→ Tigerstar and Goldenflower have Brambleclaw and Tawnypelt, and with Sasha, Tadpole, Hawkfrost and Mothwing. Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight have Sparkpelt, Alderheart, Dandelionkit, and Juniperkit. Sparkpelt and Larksong have Nightheart, Finchlight, and Flickerkit. Tawnypelt and Rowanclaw have Tigerstar II, Dawnpelt, and Flametail. Tigerstar II and Dovewing have Lightleap, Shadowsight, Pouncestep, Birchpaw, and Rowankit, while Dawnpelt and Crowfrost have Strikestone, Sleekwhisker, and Juniperclaw.
→ Graystripe and Silverstream have Feathertail and Stormfur, and with Millie, he also fathers Briarlight, Blossomfall, and Bumblestripe. Stormfur and Brook have Pine that Clings to Rock, Lark that Sings at Dawn, Feather of Flying Hawk, and Breeze that Rustles the Leaves. Blossomfall and Thornclaw have Stemleaf, Shellfur, Plumstone, and Eaglewing. Stemleaf and Spotfur have Stempaw, Graypaw, and Bristlepaw.
→ Sorreltail and Brackenfur have Cinderheart, Poppyfrost, Honeyfern, Molepaw, Lilyheart, and Seedpaw. Cinderheart and Lionblaze have Fernsong, Sorrelstripe, Hollytuft, Spotfur, Snaptooth, and Flywhisker. Fernsong and Ivypool have Thriftear, Flipclaw, and Bristlefrost. Sorrelstripe and Dewnose have Bayshine and Myrtlebloom. Spotfur, as previously mentioned has Stempaw, Graypaw, and Bristlepaw with Stemleaf. Thriftear and Bayshine have Moonpaw.
→ Poppyfrost and Berrynose have Cherryfall and Molewhisker.
→ Lilyheart and Snowbush have Larksong, Honeyfur, and Leafshade. As previously mentioned, Larksong and Sparkpelt have Nightheart, Finchlight, and Flickerkit.
This wraps up Flashnose’s genetic line, moving us into Daisytoe’s genetic line.
Daisytoe and Rooktail had Moonflower and Goosefeather. Moonflower and Stormtail had Bluestar and Snowfur. Bluestar and Oakheart had Mistystar, Stonefur, and Mosskit. Mistystar and Blackclaw had Reedwhisker, Primrosepaw, Pikepaw, and Perchkit. Snowfur and Thistleclaw had Whitestorm. Whitestorm and Brindleface had Ferncloud, Ashfur, Elderkit, and Tulipkit. With Willowpelt, he also had Sorreltail, Rainwhisker, and Sootfur. Ferncloud and Dustpelt had Spiderleg, Shrewpaw, Birchfall, Larchkit, Hollykit, Foxleap, and Icecloud. Spiderleg and Daisy had Toadstep and Rosepetal. Birchfall and Whitewing had Dovewing and Ivypool, who’s mates & kits were previously mentioned.
Although Daisytoe and Flashnose’s bloodlines began separately, they converge at certain points (i.e. Whitestorm x Willowpelt, Tigerstar II x Dovewing) to form an extensive genetic pool that is responsible for 30/46= 65% of the current ThunderClan population (as of Wind) & 6/30= 20% of the current ShadowClan population. Holy shit.
I’d add Robinwing x Fuzzypelt as an honorable mention, but given the fact that their son (Dustpelt) and their granddaughter (Ferncloud) have kits, their line merges with Daisytoe’s since her great-grandson is Whitestorm, who’s also Ferncloud’s father. Alternatively, we could focus on Frostfur, but since both of her sons took mates from Flashnose’s genetic line, their entire family line is one with Daisytoe & Flashnose’s.
Times like this make me feel very fortunate that certain information was retconned. If the fact that Redtail & Brindleface had Sandstorm remained canon, this would make Squirrelstar, Leafpool, Lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Hollyleaf all related to Flashnose. Which raises that ThunderClan percentage from 65% to 76%. This would also make Lionblaze and Cinderheart related.
Seeing how much ThunderClan grew from these pair of sisters is always a “wow” moment for me. Their spirits have likely faded from StarClan’s ranks, but I can’t help but wonder if they ever looked down on their descendants and felt proud of how big their families have grown.
I’ve never seen the exact percentages before that’s absolutely wild. It’s insane how these one off characters that no fan would really remember otherwise, let alone remember they are sisters, have ultimately become the root of most of the current ThunderClan incest problems.

For the anon who requested Leafpool x Stormfur for the hypokits, tumblr fumbled your ask so sorry about that!
When I rolled my d4 to determine how many kits to put into this litter, I rolled a 3. So this turned into more of a hypoparents AU than some hypokits. I did make some art though!
Leafpaw takes Squirrelpaw’s place on the journey to the sun-drown-place. She and Stormfur fall for each other as they travel. Feathertail doesn’t die in the mountains, but falls in love with Brook and elects to stay in the mountains when the Clans pass through during the Great Journey. Squirrelflight and Crowfeather spend time with each other on the Great Journey and have a fun fling, but after the WindClan coup, neither is willing to compromise for the relationship, and they messily break up. Leafpool learns she is pregnant, and tells Stormfur; he decides to leave RiverClan and move to ThunderClan. Squirrelflight is also revealed to be pregnant around the same time, and the three decide that Stormfur will move to ThunderClan ‘for Squirrelflight’ and he and Squirrelflight will raise both litters together.
Later, on a cold winter night, Squirrelflight gives birth to Featherkit and Shrewkit, and Leafpool gives birth to Streamkit, Stonekit, and Cinderkit.
Streamfur (Hollyleaf) is a black molly with green eyes. She is one of the Four prophesied cats, with her powers being very spiritual. She is able to see ghosts/spirits, and can visit StarClan at will. She is mentored by Brackenfur.
Stonespark (Lionblaze) is a thick-furred gray tabby with amber eyes. He is one of the Four prophesied cats, with his powers being centered on the physical. He is strong and durable, practically unable to be injured. He is mentored by Ashfur, and later mentors Bumblepaw. He still ends up with Cinderheart.
Cinderwing (Jayfeather) is a pale gray tom with blue eyes. He is one of the Four prophesied cats, with his powers connecting him to the minds of others. He has the ability to enter the emotions, thoughts, and dreams of other cats. He is mentored by Brightheart (with help from Longtail), although gets frustrated with how the Clan at large treats him due to his blindness. He later mentors Blossompaw in both the waking world and the Dark Forest. He and Poppyfrost become mates.
Featherfoot (Dovewing) is a pale ginger molly with green eyes and dark paws. She is one of the Four prophesied cats, with extended senses. She is able to see, hear, and smell things very far away. She is mentored by Sorreltail, and later mentors Briarpaw. She moves to ShadowClan post-OotS to be with Tigerheart.
Shrewfrost (Ivypool) is a gray tabby molly with blue eyes. She is not one of the Four prophesied cats, but she has a connection to the Dark Forest. For a long time she believed them to be StarClan spirits, and became a medicine cat to foster that connection.
A summary of major changed events in Po3 and OotS are below the read more!
Power of Three Four
Streampaw starts as Leafpool’s apprentice (she’s ambitious, and likes the idea of the power and responsibility being a medicine cat will give her, but doesn’t enjoy healing); Shrewpaw starts as Brackenfur’s apprentice (she enjoys warrior training, but is curious about healing, and is being singled out by ‘StarClan Warriors’.)
After Streampaw has a conversation with Brook, who has been staying in ThunderClan with her mate Feathertail, she decides she wants to be a warrior. Shrewpaw has a similar conversation with her mentor Brackenfur about his littermate Cinderpelt, and decides she wants to be a medicine cat. The two soon switch mentors.
Stonepaw and Breezepaw are competing in the Daylight Gathering; Featherpaw hears the collapse, and gets Shrewpaw before leading her - along with Squirrelflight, Leafpool, Crowfeather, and Nightcloud - to where the boys are. Shrewpaw is able to heal them, solidifying herself as a Medicine Cat, but realizes that Featherpaw should not have been able to know about the collapse, and is a bit suspicious of her littermate.
Shrewpaw is told about the prophecy (there will be four, kin of your kin) by a Dark Forest cat; they twist it to demonize the Four
Cinderpaw learns about the prophecy in Firestar’s dreams, and realizes that he is one of the Four.
Stonepaw begins meeting Heatherpaw in the tunnels connecting WindClan and ThunderClan.
Stonepaw and Cinderpaw begin training in the Dark Forest. Stonepaw is convinced to train by the Dark Forest warriors taking advantage of his anger and ambition. Cinderpaw is convinced to train in the Dark Forest due to feeling as though ThunderClan doesn’t take him seriously as a warrior.
After learning that three WindClan kits have gone missing, Stonepaw, Streampaw, and Featherpaw enter the tunnels. Between Featherpaw’s hearing and Stonepaw’s knowledge of the tunnels, they are able to find the kits. Unfortunately, they find the kits at the same time as Breezepaw and Heatherpaw do. The five apprentices must then figure out how to escape the tunnels as the water is rapidly rising. After they escape, Heatherpaw and Stonepaw agree to stop meeting.
Three Tribe cats arrive in ThunderClan to ask Feathertail and Brook to return to the Tribe. Stormfur and Brambleclaw want to journey to aid the Tribe. Leafpool asks that Squirrelflight be sent in her place, since as the only fully trained medicine cat she cannot leave the Clan. Brambleclaw says that Stormfur and Squirrelflgiht’s kits should be able to journey as well; Leafpool agrees. All five apprentices (along with Breezepaw) are sent on the journey. Brambleclaw does some math in his brain while seeing Crowfeather and Stormfur interact with the five apprentices, and figures out what’s happening here, although he does not mention it to anyone.
After the fight with Flick’s Group, Cinderpaw reveals the prophecy to his siblings. Shrewpaw seems shocked, but keeps her concerns about the Four to herself.
When Sol takes over ShadowClan, Shrewpaw encourages a mentality within ThunderClan that ShadowClan doesn’t need aid or rescuing, as they were not strong enough to remain as a Clan. She is neutral on Sol himself, while the other four think he may be the key to understanding the prophecy.
Streampaw, Stonepaw, Cinderpaw, and Featherpaw fake a sign from StarClan with the help of Tigerpaw, Flamepaw, and Dawnpaw. Featherpaw and Tigerpaw notably get along well. They do not include Shrewpaw in their plan due to her being outspoken against aiding ShadowClan.
Cinderwing does some time travel as Cinder’s Glow. Cinder’s Glow has a sibling, Stream’s Flow, that reminds him of Streamfur. Their mother, Feather Fall, looks just like Featherfoot does; their uncle Stone Spark couldn’t be more like Stonespark. He is delighted to learn that reincarnation is real.
Ashfur corners Streamfur, Stonespark, and Cinderwing as they attempt to escape a fire in the ThunderClan camp. Squirrelflight claims she is not their mother in order to allow the three to escape. Cinderwing determines that she’s telling the truth with his powers.
They tell their littermates this immediately.
Streamfur kills Ashfur; Leafpool knows it’s her after finding some of her fur in Ashfur’s claws.
Ashfur haunts Streamfur, taunting her about being a murderer and a mistake.
Stonespark stops training in the Dark Forest, realizing how they are using him and trying to make him worse. He asks Cinderwing to stop training there as well, but Cinderwing believes he can learn the valuable information the Dark Forest warriors have without being corrupted, similar to how smart people get sucked into marketing schemes. Stonespark is frustrated by this, but the two agree not to speak of it.
Shrewfrost, believing they are one litter, determines their mother is Leafpool after investigating some stories about mixed up herbs.
Streamfur confronts Leafpool, thinking she will know who their mother is, and Leafpool confronts Streamfur about killing Ashfur. Leafpool then confesses she is the mother of Streamfur, Stonespark, and Cinderwing, and then reveals that Shrewfrost and Featherfoot are a different litter, and Squirrelflight is their mother.
Featherfoot, horrified, overhears Streamfur and Leafpool’s conversation.
Stonespark and Cinderwing confront Stormfur, thinking they will be revealing information to him, but he confirms that he already knows, and that he is their father.
Before the siblings have a chance to pool their knowledge together, Streamfur reveals that Squirrelflight isn’t their mother at a Gathering, naming Leafpool as their mother. Leafpool steps down from her position, and claims all five kits as her own, attempting to save Squirrelflight from the fallout of having a half-Clan relationship.
Stormfur stands to declare his love for Leafpool and claim all five kits as his as well, standing with his mate.
This throws the Gathering into such chaos that Streamfur can’t reveal Squirrelflight’s part in the deceit, and Streamfur runs away, followed by her littermates and parents.
Ashfur’s ghost disappears now that the secret has been revealed.
Streamfur, chased by Cinderwing, Squirrelflight, Stormfur, and Stonespark, runs into the tunnels. As Stormfur enters the tunnel, the entrance collapses, partially burying Stormfur and leaving Stonespark behind. Streamfur stops running in order to help Squirrelflight and Cinderwing dig him out, and then the four begin to attempt escape. They discuss the truth while they are underground, with Cinderwing and Streamfur learning about Stormfur and Leafpool’s relationship, as well as Squirrelflight and Crowfeather’s relationship. They are led above ground by Fallen Leaves, whom only Streamfur can see. Stormfur learns of Ashfur’s threats to his family.
Above ground, Shrewfrost confronts Leafpool, and tries to force her to eat deathberries; Leafpool refuses, and tries to comfort her apprentice. They are interrupted by Featherfoot, who bursts in with Stonespark to tell them about the tunnel collapse. The four, led by Featherfoot, begin to try and find the other members of their family. As they search, Leafpool tells them about her relationship with Stormfur, as well as Squirrelflight and Crowfeather’s relationship.
Everyone is overjoyed when the tunnel group escapes. The kids reveal their powers and the prophecy to their parents. The siblings are not friendly with their parents, but are trying to be understanding of the difficult decisions their parents had to make.
Omen of the Stars
Featherfoot realizes that the beavers are causing the lake to run dry. In order to convince Firestar that they need to address the problem, she convinces her siblings to come clean to him about being the Prophesied Four.
Feather and Stream go with cats from the other Clans to destroy the dam. Streamfur displays a lot of self-destructive tendencies on the journey, eager to die in service to her Clan. However, Rippletail’s sacrifice hits her hard, and she realizes that she must live with her actions, and work towards being better.
Featherfoot and Tigerheart spend plenty of time reconnecting on the journey, and begin meeting in secret once they return to the Clans.
Poppyfrost, very pregnant with Cinderwing’s kits, decides to sneak out of camp and travel to the Moonpool, as she misses her siblings and wants to see them again.
Streamfur follows her, arriving in time to save her from an attack by Breezepelt. Streamfur then realizes she is also fighting a ghostly Brokenstar, but thankfully a ghostly Honeyfern helps even the odds. Cinderwing is so stressed when they return to camp.
Tigerheart is revealed to also be training in the Dark Forest. Cinderwing’s apprentice Blossompaw is brought into the night training as well, and Cinderwing does what he can to aid her.
StarClan calls for the medicine cats to be separated; the Dark Forest encourages this for Shrewfrost, saying that they will guide her. She realizes that she is not meeting with StarClan, but believes the spirits to be helpful and have the Clans’ best interests at heart.
Featherfoot hears a tree begin falling into the camp. She is able to warn the Clan in time for the camp to be evacuated, but her apprentice, Briarpaw, re-enters camp with Longtail. She is horrified when Longtail dies and Briarpaw is injured by the tree finally falling into camp, feeling as though she should have been able to prevent it. She is a strong supporter of her former apprentice.
Shrewfrost is told by the Dark Forest that ShadowClan is looking to gain ThunderClan’s land; she lies to Firestar about having a dream indicating they must attack. Firestar reluctantly agrees.
During the ensuing battle, Stonespark accidentally kills the elderly Russetfur while protecting Firestar. Stonespark is shocked and horrified, and Shrewfrost, looking upon the carnage on the battlefield, realizes that she is communicating with the Dark Forest, and they are angling for the destruction of the Clans.
While playing games on the frozen lake, Flametail falls through the ice. Streamfur does everything she can to save him, but is unsuccessful. Flametail then begins haunting her, with both of them being unsure as to why he cannot enter StarClan.
Cinderwing and Stonespark journey to the Tribe in order for Cinderwing to investigate strange dreams he’s been having of Cinder’s Glow. While in the past, Cinder’s Glow is introduced to his new cousin, Shrew Foot, who reminds him of Shrewfrost. Stonespark is able to find a bit of peace with Russetfur’s death during his time in the mountains. Leafpool and Stormfur join them, and must endure Feathertail teasing them the entire duration of their stay.
Cinderwing learns that there will be a Fifth cat. When he returns and tells his siblings, they all believe this cat to be Shrewfrost, despite her insistence that she isn’t.
Streamfur realizes that the reason Flametail cannot get into StarClan is that because it's so divided it is beginning to decay. She enters StarClan and manages to drag Flametail in behind her, and the two set about uniting StarClan.
Cinderwing realizes that the Dark Forest is amassing an army of living cats; he realizes that he was tricked into this, and begins spying on the Dark Forest.
Featherfoot realizes that the strange whispers she has been hearing are WindClan cats in the tunnels, working with Sol to attack ThunderClan. ThunderClan begins preparing to fight back, with Cinderwing helping to train the other warriors to fight in the darkness of the tunnels.
As a test of his loyalty to the Dark Forest, Cinderwing is told to kill the WindClan cat Antpelt. In order to be able to continue spying - and to avoid being killed himself - he complies.
Shrewfrost comes clean to her siblings about being misled by the Dark Forest. Stonespark comforts her, and tells her that as an apprentice he was also misled by the Dark Forest. He glares at Cinderwing until he also reveals that he also was being misled by the Dark Forest. The two are loved and supported by their siblings.
Streamfur isn’t killed during the Final Battle.
Featherfoot moves to ShadowClan to be with Tigerheart with her parents’ blessing.
Leafpool returns to her position, and begins a campaign to remove the rule that medicine cats can’t have mates, with Shrewfrost’s support.

I might have a vague power of three/omen of the stars au brewing in my brain because I am way to far behind in the series to actively try and catch up so here are my basic ideas.
Three is Four from the start because God that plot point was stupid and I hate it and it added needless drama when we all knew it was Firestar because it's always Firestar. The four are Jayfeather, Lionblaze, Hollyleaf and Breezepelt because drama but wait there's more.
Squirrel x Crow who have Holly and Breeze. Ashfur is just a dude not an asshole, he dated Squilf for a week but could see she was unhappy because she was in love with someone else and let's her go. Now Brambleclaw is the asshole because I don't like him.
Hawk x Leaf but it wasn't a serious thing looking back on it, more like a summertime fling that resulted in children being Jay and Lion. Hawkfrost is just a little ambitious, has a good relationship with Mothwing, fully supports his ex and sister being in love and tells awful puns.
Holly and Breeze are raised in Thunderclan, Crowfeather lives there with them and Brackenfur is deputy instead of Brambleclaw because as much as Firestar doesn't want to admit it, Bramble is an asshole and Sandstorm yells at him whenever he is remotely rude to Squirrelflight. Holly is mentored by Ashfur who becomes like a fun uncle and Breeze is mentored by Brightheart because fuck you Firestar you promised her an apprentice.
Holly becomes Hollyfur in honour of her mentor because Ashfur is just a cool dude and her power is being able to sense when cats are lying and occasionally, forcing the truth out of them. Her early arch is learning when to call out lying and when to let it slide.
Breeze becomes Breezeflight after his mother and gets Dovewing's power because it's there, might as well use it.
Lion and Jay are raised in Riverclan because they deserve POV chapters and it's the clans best kept secret that they're Leafpool's kits but after that whole Tigerclan incident they all collectively agree to keep quiet about it and Hawk becomes a den dad in the nursery and even after his kits are grown he stops by to help the queens when he can.
Lion is terrified of his power especially because he has nightmares about being like Tigerstar and begs Mothwing to let him be her apprentice, she agrees. Lion's power is still the same but he figures out he can use it more defensively than offensively, if there's a battle he's there acting as a shield while he heals. He's named Lionflower because pretty name.
Jay is a lot happier, he's not forced into being a medicine cat and it's only really the queens and younger cats who worry over him. He gets to be a warrior and is mentored by Reedwhisker (Pouncepaw is mentored by Blackclaw instead) his power is the same as in the books and he occasionally helps his brother out with starclan symbols and prophecies, he gets to have secret meeting with his brother as well and is named Jaystep.
Certain Starclan cats (the loudest being Goosefeather) tell the more involved spirits to back the fuck up and let them be kits. But no one trusts Bluestar, Yellowfang and Spottedleaf to behave so they all get a Starclan assigned bodyguard/spiritual mentor
Hollyclaw gets Whitestorm
Breezeflight gets Thrushpelt
Lionflower gets Oakheart
Jaystep gets Crookedstar
EDIT: I have unintentionally implied that both of Bluestar's "romantic partners" and her nephew are away that she will not stay away from the Four and I love it.
Also Crookedstar yells at any Starclan cat who says Jaystep belongs as a medicine cat (cough cough Spottedleaf and Yellowfang)

this might potentially be a hot take but I've been thinking a bit and I actually feel like it might have been cooler if lionblaze was the one to kill ashfur and run away into the tunnels and die in the last hope instead of hollyleaf
it builds on lionblaze's killing of russetfur earlier in the arc, actually emphasizing that his strength is something that he should be afraid of
ashfur was his mentor so it works better thematically
I think hollyleaf as dovewing's mentor would be super interesting, especially in relation to hollyleaf struggling with halfclan relationships and how that affects dovetiger
lionblaze x fallen leaves doomed yaoi
perhaps a hot take to me a hollyleaf fan who loves her killing ashfur </3 i actually think that lionblaze should have been suspected by thunderclan for all those reasons + it would add to the whodunnit. the arc has set up lionblaze as a probable suspect...but then shabam it isn't and hollyleaf's been letting her brother take the heat this whole time!
but maaan i do love hollyleaf as dovewing's mentor, scratches a good scratch in my mind....i see the appeal but i'm too attached to hollyleaf killing ashfur to gnaw on the idea a little more.

quick!!! Gimme your top ten ships!!! Life and death depends on it!!!
OKAY, cw for shipcest and age gaps and abuse
Alderheart x Flamepaw
Breezepelt x Jayfeather
Lionblaze x Ashfur
Squirrelflight x Leafpool
Ashfur x Leafpool
Leafpool x Hollyleaf or Jayfeather
Dovewing x Ivypool
Graystripe x Fireheart
Ravenpaw x Tigerclaw
Frostpaw x Splashtail
That was actually . Incredibly difficult to do HAHSHD I'm not much of a shipper, and most of these are more "i want to see how they'd interact" over "I want them to be happy and in love"
I want turmoil and shame and disgust, I want them to feel SICK
But thanks for asking!

I kinda love that im just universally catkin. Because some days I'll get very strong vibes of certain characters, especially memories. And i enjoy cataloging them because they work great for fanfiction lmao
Like, Squirrelflight and Bramblestar were never mates. Brambleclaw was the surrogate bio father of Lionblaze, Sparkpelt, Alderheart, Dandelionkit, and Juniperkit. And when he tried to wage war on the sisters, she sided with and joined them. She had 3 kits as a sister, Pounce, Babblebrook, and Willowpounce. And became leader of ThunderClan after defeating Ashfur.
And none of this is canon.

Thinking about leafpool x hawkfrost au I made up in my head at work and how interesting it could be.
Like hawkfrost kills mistyfoot on the way to lake and makes it look like an accident. He becomes deputy of riverclan and tigerstar encourages him to help brambleclaw get to be deputy as well. So since his sister is friends with leafpool he starts to befriend her as well just so he can like get insider info or whatever. However along the way they fall in love with each other. This causes a rift between squirrel and leaf tho cause squrriel doesn't trust hawkfrost. Leafs relationship with her sister remains strained for the rest of the tnp. When she receives the two cats intertwined prophecy she misinterprets it as meaning both her and hawkfrost. Which leads leafpool to lean on hawkfrost more. He entices her with his charisma and charming personality. Leafpool in turn gives him a shoulder to lean on and encourages his better tendencies. However tigerstar is still pulling hawkfrost down a dark path. Hawkfrost poisons lepoardstar killing her and then he becomes hawkstar. Around this time leaf realizes she's pregnant and when she goes to tell him she finds hawkstar with firestar who is caught in the fox trap. He tells her that this is the only way they can be together because with firestar dead brambleclaw would be leader and then the two brothers could merge the clans. Leafpool refuses and frees her father and tells hawkstar to leave and that they are done. Hawk leaves unable to hurt her. Firestar swears to not tell anybody about what happened as he wants to protect his daughter for the clans ire for her relationship. Leaf then turns to squirrel who ends with ashfur instead of bramble because of the lack of reassurance that she and bramble should be together. Squirrel happily takes in the three as normal, but lionblaze is a tiger clone. This leads to gossip in thunderclan that the litter actually belongs to bramble and not ash. While this is happening and the kits are growing up hawk is still working to take over the clans. He poisons windclans rabbits leading to a food shortage/ starvation as they no longer have their main food source. Hawk then forces them to join with river clan in order to save them. The clans merge into a single clan much to thunder and shadows worry. Then the fire scene happens but instead it's brambleclaw demanding to know if the rumors are true and if the three are his. Squirrel confesses to the secret and the three work to find out who their parents are. Once they find out that hawk and leaf are their parents they meet with hawk and tell him the truth. Lion goes to live with him while holly and Jay stay back. Moth gets in contact with Jay and tells him that hawk killed leopardstar and she hasn't been able to tell anybody because of the leverage he has in the clan and because she doesn't believe in starclan and that he wants to take over all the clans. Jay and holly become determined to stop him. Meanwhile life in hawk clan gets bad as hawk forces his clan to worship and work with the dark forest. Lion blaze goes back to thunderclan and the siblings team up. Hawk puts together a gathering demanding that shadow and thunder join him or die. That's when holly spills the beans about their birth breaking down hawks clan mates trust and loyalty to him. Moth then steps forward and reveals the truth about lepoardstars death. Hawks clan starts to fall apart and he snaps and kills moth before saying that the cats either join with him or perish. This leads to a battle between the clans and hawkstar and his remaining loyalists and the dark forest. The clans defeat hawkstar and the three make peace with their heritage stuff. So yeah there's more kinks I wanna work out to this like whether or no bramble is evil and what not. But a fun au I might write this after I'm done with shattered stars and consequences of the stars.

I wanna hear more of your thoughts on LionAsh
WKBDAKNDE. I was replying to this and the app deleted it omg—
Here we go a second time! :3
OKAY SO.
I think my favourite version of LionAsh rn is “Lion makes it very clear he’s going to date Ash when he’s older, and Ash just brushes it off and forgets about it, only to find that Lion is VERY SERIOUS”
So in that vein!
Lionblaze does everything he can to get Ashfur’s attention. Whenever he goes out hunting, he doesn’t come back until he has a pile of prey, and he immediately drags the largest piece over to Ashfur to share together.
As soon as Lionblaze gets his warrior name, it’s like a flip is switched. He changes his behaviour to better fit what he hopes the relationship with Ash will be. Lionblaze is more confident, more stubborn, and actively attempts to court Ashfur.
The first time it happens, Ashfur comes back from a late night patrol and enters the warriors den to see his nest covered with flowers, herbs, and soft feathers. He’s confused, but brushes it off and goes to sleep.
The second time it happens, Ashfur is in the clearing when Lionblaze brings him a beautiful, plump rabbit and a small collection of herbs that stimulate mating urges and signify an intent to mate. Ashfur glances at the herbs and back at Lionblaze, then begins to eat the rabbit.
“What’s with the herbs?” He asks. “Are you travelling?” He isn’t stupid, and he knows mating rituals. He recognizes the array of herbs. But he genuinely thinks that Lionblaze is going to give it to another cat. Perhaps Cinderheart, she might be a possible mate for Lionblaze.
“Just to keep my queen healthy and happy.” Lionblaze says, his eyes slightly wide as he waits for his former mentor to pick up the (very clear) hint he thought he was putting down.
Ashfur feels a brief twinge, and instantly brushes it off, focusing on eating his meal. “Mm. Well, good luck.”
Lionblaze stands there for a few more moments, waiting eagerly, only to realize that Ashfur either 1) didn’t realize what Lion was trying to do or 2) completely dismissed him as a mate. Either way, Lionblaze ducks his head in a respectful nod and backs away to try again another day.
Some time later, Lionblaze goes out to the lakeside with Jayfeather and Hollyleaf to discuss his plans and collect herbs for Jayfeather. Both of Lionblaze’s siblings are well aware of his intentions (as are a few of the clan cats as well) and they do their best to suggest ways to catch Ashfur’s gaze.
“What if you bring him a big juicy piece of prey?” Hollyleaf suggests.
“I tried that, and mating herbs. It didn’t work.”
“What about gifts? I’ve heard Mousefur talk about how Cloudtail was constantly showering Brightheart in gifts when he was attempting to court her.”
“Gifts?” Lionblaze purses his lips. “Like what? I did the nest thing, but I don’t even think he noticed it.”
“Do something personal!” Hollyleaf declares. “Putting flowers in a cat’s nest is typical, what about something that shows you know Ashfur well?”
“If you want, I can see what Ashfur thinks of you.” Jayfeather offers hesitantly.
Lionblaze shakes his head. “No. I don’t want to cheat and have you look into his mind or anything. Ashfur is important, and I don’t want it to be fake.”
Jayfeather makes a noise of subtle approval.
They continue their herb collecting, Jayfeather and Hollyleaf having a relaxed conversation while they let their older brother think his options over.
The third time he attempts to court Ashfur, it’s out on a hunting patrol that Lionblaze asks Ashfur to accompany him on.
Lionblaze stays close to his former mentor, sometimes subtly, with just a gentle touch of his tail, and sometimes more obviously, leaning against Ashfur’s side as they walk together.
“Have you ever had a mate before?” Lionblaze asks suddenly.
Ashfur hesitates. He had gotten close to becoming mates with Squirrelflight, before she changed her mind and went back to Brambleclaw. “Not quite.” He answers.
“Hm. What would your dream mate be like?”
“Uhm,” Ashfur glances around the forest floor, scanning for signs of scurrying prey. “I suppose someone strong, with a sense of humour.” He says, not really focusing on his answer. He knows that he can’t be picky when it comes to mates, considering that no cat had shown interest in him since Squirrelflight’s brief phase. “Anyways, having a mate only brings heartache.”
“Like Brightheart?” Lionblaze pipes up, ignoring Ashfur’s last sentence. He detected that sharp heat below the words, a sign that although Ashfur said it, it wasn’t his honest belief.
“No.” Ashfur replies simply. “She’s nice, but she’s soft.”
“Soft?” Lionblaze repeats, confused. His own golden pelt was soft, did Ashfur like rough fur?
“Yes, I prefer cats who have some stubbornness to them, with a spontaneous streak and energy that I can match.” Brightheart was kind and gentle, and although Ashfur respected her, he wouldn’t want her as his mate, and she wouldn’t want him. He was harsh at times, had a bit of temper and a knack at holding grudges, and that wouldn’t complement Brightheart’s personality. Cloudtail fit her much better, he had a loving and warm side to him that much overshadowed his dark side. Those two were meant to be together.
“Oh, like Dustpelt?” Lionblaze suggests, trying to narrow down what kind of cat Ashfur would be interested in being mates with. (Or, honestly, trying to get even a smidge of information either way.)
Ashfur makes a noise of amused disagreement and speeds up a bit, on the hunt for prey-scent. “My old mentor? No, he’s fine, but I’m not usually into older cats.”
Lionblaze feels a thrill shoot through him. He has a chance! “Do you want a mate?” He asks, careful to keep his tone level and polite.
Ashfur shrugs. “Are we going to hunt, or are we going to spend the whole time talking?” His voice has no annoyance to it, just a dull pain that’s barely hidden.
Lionblaze nods.
The next day, Lionblaze is on a mission. He is going to catch Ashfur’s eye no matter what it takes, even if he had to stand at the very precipice of the camp wall and yowl his intentions for all to hear.
He gathers herbs, checking with Jayfeather to make sure they mean what he intends. He hunts down flowers, collecting the most beautiful blooms. He finds an ash tree and claws strips of bark off the trunk. He hunts for Ashfur’s favourite type of prey. He goes to the lakeside and drags his paws through the sand to try and find hidden treats. He eventually finds a beautiful stone, sanded to a smooth surface with gorgeous colours swirling through it. Gold and silver hues intertwine and mingle within the stone, shining in the sunlight and reflecting Lionblaze’s hopes.
Lionblaze takes all of his treasures into the forest, until he finds a perfect spot to leave them. Lush green grass stretches across the clearing, making the blooming flowers all around seem even more beautiful. He sits down among the flowers and begins to braid the thin strips of bark together, adding herbs and blossoms as he went. He had to ask Jayfeather for help to learn how to braid, as the blind medicine cat was much better with his paws than Lionblaze was, and now Lionblaze is filled with gratefulness for his siblings. Without them, he would have stumbled even more clumsily through his attempts to attract Ashfur.
Finally, just as the sun begins to dip below the foliage of the trees, Lionblaze checks his work over and waits.
Not long after, his ears prick as he catches the sound of paw steps through the grass. He turns just in time to see Ashfur step into the clearing, his expression confused.
“Jayfeather said you needed my help, is everything—“ Ashfur glances up and freezes, going silent even as his mouth hangs open with a half-finished question.
Lionblaze doesn’t give him a chance to fully process the scene in front of him. The golden tom grabs a light blue flower and darts forward, placing it by Ashfur’s ear.
“I have a question!” He declares, his excitement and nervousness mingling to something that he struggles to contain. “I, uh—“ He stumbles on his words, not sure how to begin. “Remember when you promised me you’d be my mate?”
“What?” Ashfur blurts out, shocked to be reminded of the conversation they had moons ago.
“I said I would be your mate when I got older.” Lionblaze gently reminds him.
“Well, yes, but— A few days ago you had herbs, weren’t you bringing them to Cinderheart?” Ashfur has to grasp at straws to keep from gaping in pure shock.
“What? No! She’s nice, but she’s not you.” Lionblaze steps back and picks up the braided circle of ash wood, then brings it to Ashfur and carefully drapes it over the gray tom’s neck. The flowers and herbs mix beautifully with Ashfur’s pelt, and Lionblaze almost melts with how handsome Ashfur looks.
“But—“ Ashfur tries, at a loss. Of all the cats in the clan for Lionblaze to try to pursue, it was him? That was absurd. Lionblaze was a good warrior, he was strong and respectful and his entire being was filled with joy and determination. He could pursue any cat he wanted to, and he would most likely succeed.
But Ashfur? The spiteful, regretful, overlooked tom who hadn’t even considered having a mate since his previous heartbreak?
“Why?” He asks, his voice weak with confusion. “Lionblaze, I understand that you might think this is how this should go, but—“
“Why not?” Lionblaze interrupts, panic rearing up within him at the thought of being turned down so quickly. “I told you I would be your mate when I was older, and I am. Bigger, too.” He took a few steps forward, coming muzzle to muzzle with his former mentor.
Ashfur was surprised to realize that he had to look up to meet Lionblaze’s determined gaze. “Yes, but—a mate should be someone you love, Lionblaze, not just whoever taught you your hunting moves. Besides, what would your parents think? And the clan?” He shakes his head, looking bewildered. “Lionblaze, this is—“
“But I do love you!!” Lionblaze exploded, his fur puffing out. “I think you’re gorgeous, the most beautiful tom I’ve ever seen. You’re strong and brave, and I’ve liked you ever since I was a kit.” He spun around and quickly grabbed his final offering, then turned back to Ashfur and dropped it at his paws.
Ashfur looked down at the small thing in front of him. The braided ash and flower wreath around his neck made it difficult to lean too close down, but in the setting sun he could see why Lionblaze was so excited to show it.
It was a round stone, the surface smooth and glossy, reflecting the rays of sunshine and making the swirling colours within even more magical. Glimmering silver stripes tangled together with gold, as if Ashfur’s and Lionblaze’s pelts were represented within the shining surface.
“Ashfur,” Lionblaze said, his tone hard and determined. Ashfur tore his eyes from the stone and looked back up at Lionblaze. “Please, take these offerings and consider me as your potential mate.“ He bowed his head, trying to remember what Mousefur had said was an older courting request. “If Starclan agrees, I would be honoured to be one with you, to hunt together here and in Starclan, now and forever.”
Ashfur stared, his mouth agape. After a moment he realized and snapped his jaws shut, but his expression was no less shocked. “Lionblaze—“ He began, unsure.
“Ooooh, say yes!”
Ashfur’s ear twitched as he caught a very quiet voice, not from Lionblaze. He cast a sidelong glance at a nearby bush, then shook his head and pretended that he hadn’t noticed. He had other things to focus on. “I can’t say yes. Not now, at least.” He quickly amended, seeing the slump in Lionblaze’s shoulders. “It’s just—I didn’t expect this.”
Lionblaze held his breath and raised his head a smidge, just enough to see Ashfur’s expression as he spoke. The older tom was clearly conflicted, and Lionblaze felt a pang of guilt at that. He hadn’t meant to make Ashfur uncomfortable, he had only wanted to make his intentions clear.
“How about this.” Ashfur conceded, glancing away from Lionblaze and chewing his lip as he thought. “Give me a moon. Okay? I’ll think about it, and then we can talk about this again.” Not only for his own sake, but for the possibility that Lionblaze would realize his mistake and aim his attention towards someone more deserving of a loving mate.
Lionblaze lit up. It wasn’t perfect, and there was no promise coming from Ashfur’s lips. But still, the older tom agreed to consider it, which is more than Lionblaze had expected mere moments ago when Ashfur had begun to say no.
“Understood.” He said, unable to keep from smiling. “One moon.”
One moon until he would have his answer. One moon until he would find out Ashfur’s true feelings. One moon for Lionblaze to tell Hollyleaf to not follow along next time and hide in a bush.
One moon.

Trans female lionblaze x heathertail hypokits?
Warriors Ship Hypokits- MTF!LionxHeather Edition
In this AU, Lionpaw realizes she's trans pretty early on and comes out to her supportive family. She is offered a name change, but refuses because Lionesspaw is a bit of a mouthful. She and Heatherpaw meet in the tunnels and they never grow out of their feelings for each other as they age and keep meeting each other in secret even after the Tunnel Drama with Gorsetail's half-clan kits happens. Soon after Lionblossom and Jayflight become Warriors and Hollyfawn becomes a Medicine Cat, ThunderClan catches fire and Ashfur attacks them and Squirrelflight. Being trapped in an ocean of fire cornered by her abusive former mentor triggers a fit of fight-or-flight that results in Lionblossom flinging Ashfur to his death in the flames to save herself and her family. Lionblossom is horrified by her own actions and flees. She ends up in WindClan and Heathertail forces her father to take in her girlfriend. When the truth about the Three is revealed, Onestar tries to banish Lionblossom and Crowfeather, but while Crowfeather willingly leaves Heathertail tells her father that if Lionblossom goes she goes and so Onestar reluctantly backs down once again. After the Great Battle, the two officially become mates and have four kits together.
Litter 1:
Squirreljump- ginger molly with amber eyes. Cis molly, bisexual. Named after Squirrelflight. Squirreljump is a strange and eccentric cat. As a young kit, she disappeared for an entire day and was finally found high up in a tree. When her panicking mothers asked her what she thought she was doing, she only innocently smiled and said “I just jumped up”. Despite her strange and bizarre behavior being somewhat frightening to others, she means well and sees this as just having fun. Her behavior can also be an asset at times, catching would be attackers off guard and unsettling them. She is a Scout.
Darkleaf- black molly with bright yellow eyes. Cis molly, lesbian. Named after DarkClan, the imaginary Clan created by her mothers when they first met in the tunnels, and Leafpool. Darkleaf is a noisy and harsh cat who isn't here to make friends, only to prove herself the toughest Warrior WindClan has ever seen. She enjoys trash-talking others and is kind of a bully. She leaves WindClan and joins The Kin when they arrive at the lake, but once she sees the error of her ways and tries to escape, she would be killed. In death, she would try her best to make up for how awful she was in life. She was a Hunter.
Litter 2:
Fawnpelt- light brown molly with slightly darker spots and green eyes. Cis molly, aromantic asexual. Named after Hollyfawn. Fawnpelt isn't the brightest cat but she tries her best to follow orders and be the best Warrior she can possibly be. She prefers an “organized chaos” style of living because she has a hard time keeping things neat. She and her littermate sister Jayantler are constantly bickering with each other due to their rather extreme opposite personalities. Her favorite sister is her big sister Squirreljump, and the two often run around together goofing off and having fun. She is a Scout
Jayantler- pale gray molly with golden eyes. Trans molly, pansexual. Named after Jayflight. Despite being the youngest of the kits, Jayantler tries her best to keep all her sisters in line and stop them from getting in too much trouble. She is very serious (too much so at times) and prefers everything around her to be neat and tidy. As such her sisters’ antics drive her to near insanity as she tries to fix the messes they create. After the death of Darkleaf, she starts learning to accept her sisters as they are, messes and squabbles and all. She is a Tactician.

Hey man I’m so so sorry but I’m lost with what hypokits/parents are 😭 I’ve read your pinned post a dozen times and I’m still lost
Just to clarify - it’s not proshipping content is it?
It's not, don't worry!
Admittedly I'm not very good at explaining things but I'll try to explain it in a bit more detail
Hypokits are basically just... the Warrior Cats version of fankids. Just asking "Hey what if [Character A] and [Character B] had a kid?" or, in the case of Warrior Cats, kittens.
Hypoparents are like... "What if [Character C] had different parents? What would they look like if their parents were [Character A] and [Character B]?"
So like...
Squirrelflight x Ashfur hypokits would mean "What if Squirrelflight and Ashfur had kittens"
but Hollyleaf, Jayfeather & Lionblaze with Squirrelflight x Ashfur hypoparents would mean "What if Squirrelflight and Ashfur were Hollyleaf, Jayfeather and Lionblaze's parents instead of Leafpool and Crowfeather?"
I hope that makes sense, again I'm not very good at explaining things

same anon who asked about the jay + poppy kits: thank you for clarifying!! i wasn’t able to see the dates of the posts so it’s much appreciated :)
if possible, could you do a recap of the current changes made to the family trees in thunderclan?
Sure, lemmie blitz through everything off the top of my head--
(I might miss something because my actual computer is broken, I don't have my whole blog loaded up in another tab like I usually do)
Pre-TPB stuff:
AdderSwift and FuzzyRobin NERF. Most of their children are split up to other cats.
AdderSwift's only kids are Leopardfoot and Patchpelt
FuzzyRobin's only (surviving) kids are Dustpelt and Ravenpaw
One-eye is a lot older and has Halftail in the oldest litter and Brindleface in a younger; Mousefur and Runningwind are her grandchildren. She is very old.
Dappletail and Thrushpelt are the children of Rainfur and Tawnyspots
Frostfur was raised by gay grandpaws, Weedwhisker and Stonepelt. She is the secret child of Featherwhisker.
Rosetail is the mother of Spottedleaf and Redtail
THERE WAS A BIG PLAGUE SIX MONTHS BEFORE TPB. A LOT OF CATS DIED.
TPB Shuffles:
Redtail and Runningwind are the parents of Sandstorm and Longtail
Willowpelt is the daughter of Patchpelt, she only has one litter and it's with Whitestorm; Sorreltail, Sootfur, Rainwhisker.
Brindleface has Ferncloud and Elderberry in the oldest litter; Ashfur in a second just before she is murdered. Fern, Elder, and One-eye raise him.
Cloudtail is considered Firestar's son by Clan society. Cloudtail sees him more like an uncle/mentor.
Cinderpelt and Brackenfur are older than their siblings, Thornclaw and Brightheart.
Dappletail is the mother of Darkstripe and Cricketclaw in the first litter, Graystripe and Featherkit in the second.
Swiftpaw was the oldest son of Tigerclaw and Goldenflower, and first cousins with the Frostfour
Firestar and Sandstorm are queerplatonic, the twins are an honor-siring with coparenting. Firestar is aromantic.
Post-TPB:
THE FOLLOWING CATS ARE AXXED: Snowbush, Ambermoon, Leafshade, Honeyfur, Eaglewing. If these cats appear in the Bonefall Rewrite they will be shuffled elsewhere.
Firestar's lineage is tracked through The Three; Fully Clanborn Firekin.
Dovewing and Ivypool were born of Jayfeather and Poppyfrost, adopted by Cinderheart and Lionblaze
Spotfur and Duststripe (Prev. Sorrelstripe) are Birchfall x Whitewing kits as a trade.
Duststripe is not mates with Dewnose; Bayshine and Myrtlebloom are honor sired.
Cinderheart later becomes mates with Hollyleaf, now called Fallenleaf after Time Travel Shennanigans, and has a litter of Hollylark, Snaptooth, and Flywhisker.
They go wandering together after their kits are grown just before TBC
Fernsong is not Firekin, he is a kittypet who joins with Jessy and Stormcloud. His name was Fiddles, which he insisted was a type of fern.
Ferncloud, who did not die, thinks this is cute. Dustpelt died. Sorreltail is also here.
Jessy is the mother of Alderheart and Sparkpelt; Squirrelflight does not get back with Bramblestar after his behavior in OotS. He disowned the Three and they have never forgiven him for it.
Jessy leaves just before AVoS after improving Briarlight's mobility device to the point of independence.
Thornclaw has no children and he also dies in the Great Battle; Blossomfall's kittens were honor-sired.
Seedpaw and Lilyheart were FerncloudxDustpelt children; Brackenfur dies in Po3.
Toadstep died in the Great Battle; Spiderleg does not die of Offscreen Greencough.
Hazeltail does not die of Offscreen Greencough. She is both alive and transgender.
Rosepetal does not die in TBC. Cherryfall does instead.
Nightheart is the child of Hollylark and Sparkpelt. He is Firekin through his dead parent.
Aaaaaand there you have it, everything I can remember off the top of my head.
