maybe this is a stupid question but it's been on my mind and i want to know what other people think;

examples: the creator of my life as a teenage robot supporting the trans jenny headcanon, voice actors in general stating that the character they voice is a certain LGBT+ identity, etc. i really want to see people's views on this so reblogs are appreciated!

what do you think about zora design? about past and current designs? how would you change it? actually!!! what are the zora (and other races) like in your sword of fate au???

got distracted by the second question. look at my little guys:

these are some of the current (working) designs!! from left to right it's sheikah, zora, hylian, goron, and gerudo! these aren't necessarily the average builds/designs for each race but they're the most important character from each race lol. sword of fate takes place really early-on in the timeline, so the culture and separation of races is still kind of loose especially among the humanoid races. the current generation of zora is basically the first generation to call themselves zora and attempt to establish a government or hold any authority alongside the other races of hyrule, and because they're kind of a young race i imagine they're less fishy and more invertebrate-like in this stage, hence my jellyfish princess! (her dad is a giant squid lol.) the sheikah are descendants of the original surface humans, whereas the hylians and gerudo are two seperate sects that both originally came from skyloft. the hylians built a few villages which each have their own distinct vibe while the gerudo took a more nomadic approach and roam the desert in small independently governed groups. The gorons are the most well-established race at this point, having been on the surface a lot longer than basically everyone else, and so they have a much stronger culture and shared identity than a lot of the other races that are still kind of getting their footing.

Here are some thoughts on Julien because I was thinking about him this morning 🥰

Good singer, great performer, not a huge vocal range

Ran away from home when he was pretty young, which is why he's a bit of a swindler now

He makes friends pretty easily, he knows how to connect with people quickly without it feeling forced

Plays the guitar

Julien and Morris have a kind of friends with benefits relationship going on (after Julien and John's separation); Morris has feelings for Julien and feels bad for him, Julien is very lonely and Morris is nice to him

Very stubborn, one reason why he doesn't talk to his family is because they haven't reached out to him first

Alcoholic before and after his time with JD

Friends with Patty and Jackie because Morris is Patty's brother

He hangs out with them a lot so they can keep an eye on him and so he's not quite so lonely

This goes along with AMM!! I’m just curious what Jungkook and Jin from TBP and TCS think about their other siblings / clan members and what they would describe them to be like? Would they ever let their mate come back to the family to meet everyone? What would they do if anyone else took an interest in them? Thank you so much!!

We are creatures that thrive alone and yet, they are strangely dependent on each other. Perhaps the eggs they hatched from were stuck together."

Seokjin lets out a low series of clicks, the sound oddly reminiscent of a laugh. He pushes his long hair behind his shoulder, his black eyes meeting red as Jungkook's head peeks above water.

"Hoseok is a mystery," Seokjin explains simply, cocking his head to mimic Jungkook. "We do not know much about him."

Seokjin raises his tail, ignoring the loud hiss Jungkook sends his way as the impact splashes water on him. "Taehyung is peculiar. Magical. Reckless," Seokjin notes. "He shall learn from his mistake, one way or another."

"As for my mate," Seokjin whips his tail out of the water before Jungkook's teeth can sink into it, "She will never be allowed to meet these cretins."

Jungkook lets out a round of abrasive clicks and hisses as he drags himself up on the rock next to Seokjin, his red eyes blazing. Seokjin gives a curt nod, shoving Jungkook's claws away from plucking at his scales as he says, "Jungkook is right. I would kill every single one of them if they tried to steal my mate away from me. They can find their own."

Any fun crack ships yet?

I don't think I'm gonna share too much yet, as I'd like them to be a surprise. But right now I have... *refreshes page* 138 submissions. there are quite a few duplicates, but I do think we're nearing 100 unique ships! Making me wonder what I started on, as I said each ship that's cracky enough will make it in 😂

I will try to start some preliminary polls tomorrow to decide if a few ships that have been submitted are crack enough to enter the tournament.

I can tell you a few fun shipnames that were submitted though! You can try to figure out who are in the ship yourself. A few fun ship names, from the top of my head, are: braidbeard, slowburn, Moby Dick, Toxic Yaoi, 'Tyrannosaurus’s two dads', and 'We have frobin at home' 😂

hey, I submitted Dewey Riley from Scream a while back (around when this blog first opened) and I haven’t seen him be posted yet. did he not qualify for some reason?

So in terms of the exact time he was first submitted he was the 446th submission, and we’re just about to hit 300 characters posted. We also are not really working in strong submission order so that’s another reason why he hasn’t been posted yet. He would count though.
