He still calls her "meri patni". Not one bad word or curse even when he is going to die.
Judge who was hearing Atul Subhash case, gave more than 120 dates in 3 Years, that's literally every week, that too in UP, He was a Senior Software Engineer in Bengaluru, it's nothing but Harassment for him.
(this is a woman's perspective) What happened to this man is absolutely heartbreaking. He was utterly failed by a cruel and inefficient judiciary. The way men are targeted and harassed in divorce cases is sickening. And his wife, the judge and her family should be stringently punished for their crimes. Such cases should prompt a look into frivolous accusations and unrealistic maintenance/alimony demands. What it should not do is drive misogynistic ideas about alimony or maintenance being robbery and every woman who divorces being a gold digger. On the basis of the same laws, many people don't even get a divorce after years of battle from unfit partners. It is undoubtedly true that men suffer unimaginably due to false accusations and unreasonable demands.
When he recorded it he had no tears no cry and no junky voice. It sounds so depressing and on the other hand, he had clear, loud and fearless voice as if he has given up totally, having accepted his fate.
No one should endure such suffering. The laws appear to favor girls, but the court should be able to identify false claims. Gender equality should be upheld in every aspect of life.
The guy literally said his own tax money is being used to harass him, The entire system is a set up. How else you want him to defend himself? The only possible choice he had was this.
It's really sad to see the deafening silence by us for a man who having lost everything, had to take his life as the last resort. Serves a stark reminder of the value perceived for a man in today's world.
Just like how we fought for Kolkata Dr. Rape Case, we must come together to raise our voices for Atul sir, as well and ensure that justice be served and that his soul attains moksha. This is not a war against a gender, this is a war against a lying, cheating monster which in this case happens to be the wife, her family and the judge. SHAME ON THE WOMAN for pushing her husband so far as to suicide and SHAME ON THE JUDICIARY for siding with her without proper evidence and SHAME ON INDIA if we fail to bring justice to Atul.
If anyone wants to know about his case: This is the full video.

Someone really said "a lot of men want women to talk about atul subhash's case not because they care about mental health or mens rights but because they want to discredit feminism"
Like WOW, I have no words..........

Imo, instead of attackin’ the core idea of feminism, we should focus more on discouragin’ those who misuse the term and dilute the integrity of feminism. This particular group of black sheep should also be perceived as misogynists, as they’re ultimately tryin’ to destroy the essence of feminism. The term ‘misogynist’ should not be limited to men but also include this cheap gang of black sheep. Again, this isn’t about feminism versus men’s rights. The real concern lies with those who’re oppressed by their helpless circumstances. Anyone who oppresses the opposite gender by exploitin’ advantages in a negative way should be punished…..

Our system is a joke.
Jokes are taken as crime and crimes as jokes.
What happened at India's got latent was joke and a bad one.But it's not so serious to make it a national issue, no one is talking about the real problems in our country. It has become so annoying.
Manipur is burning and it's cm has resined. The stamped at maha kumb, the worst management in maha kumb and the 300km jam.RGK case and Atual subhash case, are not made a issue but our cm of maharashtra and Assam are not concerned about it but they are concerned about a 10 year old joke.
It's really stupid
Rapists, terrorists, abusers and murders are rooming around freely and we don't have a problem with it but we have a problem with a joke.
In 2015 this same thing happened with AIB now with India's got latent.
It's really stupid at your part as a society.India can never grown if you make small issues into a national issue. There are many politions who have done many henius crimes bit there is not action taken against them..

I find it really infuriating how nobody even bothered to listen to the woman (nikita singhania) in atul subhash case. His goal was just to increase misogyny and 🍇 and he did that. He purposely commited ❌ so that everyone would make nikitas life hell. Now every male on the internet is playing the victim card like theyre some stupid oppressed victims. Ask us women. The whole internet split because this guy committed ❌ and made a video and wrote a letter. Nobody pays attention to the thousands of women who commit❌ because they were 🍇d. All men know is how to play victim card.

idk why after that atul case guys are dragging k dramas into this ? Like I do feel really bad about that guy but why are these men rather than blaming the patriarchy , that causes other men and society to laugh at men who are victims , blaming feminists. Patriarchy is the reason why the society doesn't take male victims seriously and victim blames women , because according to it men should be the alpha and the strongest and most dominating person in the room they are. any man that has been wronged is to be laughed by other men because he isn't manly enough , because any man who is a victim is not strong ( which is a very wrong view ) and if you aren't strong you aren't a man.
most men are the ones who laughed at him and men like him saying " yeh to apni joru se pareshan hai " or " iski biwi isse tang krti hai , kitna na mard aadmi hai". It is the feminists who are siding with him. And secondly why do you bring up male rights only when you have to target feminism. No one blamed men's right activists or blamed them when RG Kar happened. We could have said that because of increase protest of men's right , no one takes women srsly which is true to some point because there was a big majority who victim blamed the doctor. Does not mean that men's right should be ignored just because some misogynists use it as an excuse to target women.
Also if you are blaming k drama for setting unrealistic standards for men , why not take example of dramas like qot where Hae In is the richer one than the ml and she chose her husband repeatedly over a man ( Eun sung ) who was richer than Hyun Woo , despite Eung Sung having the power to give Hae In her company and position back. Why not take lovely runner where Sol repeatedly tried to save Sun Jae ? Why not consider Vincenzo , where Cha young saved Vincenzo life by taking the bullet for him. Why not consider Home Town Cha Cha where the fl bought her own necklace but returned it back because the ml felt bad about not being able to buy it for her ? I can give more examples
Also , it is the recent k dramas which have taught women to choose men who treat them right , who treat them with care , love ,dignity and respect ; just like you want that " girls always choose the red flag over the green flag " . Isn't that what you wanted ? so what's the problem with kdramas showing that.
Up until a few years ago we had kdramas ( most of them were like this ) like "Boys over flowers" that thought us that it is ok if the man bullies you , it's because he loves you. the dating abuse in those k dramas like" I need Romance" or " Princess hours " showed that it's ok for the ml to be mean and aggressive towards you , because at the end of the day he loves you. Forceful kissing , pulling the fl without her consent , assaulting her is ok if you claim to love her. In a Drama named " Uncontrollably Fond " the ml drove recklessly with the fl sitting beside him and then abandoned her in middle of nowhere and in all these scenes the narrative didn't once criticize these actions or show that it was wrong of the ml to do so.
Most of the k dramas showed fl dependent on ml . They depicted the fl as weak , someone who lacks the spine to make her own decisions , someone who is always shy and timid and underconfident. Oh ! Isn't that the same as how Bollywood depicted us and up until now does that ? if anything, most of the kdramas influenced young girls to believe that it's ok if a man is abusive towards you , violent or hurts you. You should forgive him because he has trauma. You are his rehabilitation center , you as the girl in his life hold the responsibility to forgive him time and over. Idk how they are any different from our Indian cinema . Out of every kdrama ever made up until now , only about 40 percent of them do not perpetuate any misogynistic ideas. Others always have some misogynistic ideals or untones
The thing is you all just hate anything women like and at end of the day women are only in the wrong. And what if like many men we start victim blaming atul too like so many guys did for RG Kar and almost every rape case in India ? Why did he choose a wrong partner , why didn't he make this video earlier , why was he silent up until now on the media , shouldn't he have been careful. Oh but when we treat you like the way you treat us , we become sluts or bops right ? Go take a stand for him without blaming the feminists and if you can't just shut up. If you genuinely care about him , maybe stop mocking your friends ( who are men like you ) when they open up about their feelings and traumas instead of calling them weak. Are ! lekin woh kaisa tum karoge. Aisa karoge to auraton ko kaise blame karoge aur aurat ko respect dene wale aadmi ko simp kaise bulaoge ?

Is the Atul Subhash case justified?
The Atul Subhash case has ignited public debate about justice, ethics, and law enforcement. To determine if the case is justified, one must consider the facts, perspectives, and broader implications.
Tumblr media
Atul Subhash, now a household name, faces allegations of [specific charges, e.g., financial fraud or criminal activity], drawing both criticism and support. Authorities claim to have substantial evidence, such as [evidence details], while Subhash’s defense highlights procedural lapses and insufficient proof.
Legally, a case’s justification hinges on evidence and fairness. If the charges hold up under scrutiny, it demonstrates the law’s impartiality. Conversely, flawed investigations or ulterior motives could signal injustice.
Ethically, questions arise about the timing and motives behind the case. Critics cite possible political or personal vendettas, while others argue justice should be prioritized above such concerns. Media coverage further polarizes opinions, complicating perceptions of guilt or innocence.
This case tests societal trust in institutions and judicial transparency. A fair resolution reinforces the principle of equality before the law, while mismanagement risks eroding public confidence.
Ultimately, the Atul Subhash case reflects the complex interplay of law, ethics, and society, sparking critical discussions about the essence of justice.

This is how we know that the patriarchy is alive and well. Thousands of women have been killed raped and tortured every single day by indian men. Hell we cannot even step outside after dark. Women get set ablaze along with psychological torture have thier paychecks snatched out of thier hands and then beaten and familys harrassed for dowry. But when a stupid loser like atul subhash with a baseless suicide note kills himself it suddenly sparks an uproar and suddenly males are claiming they dont have rights💀💀. Memes are being made on nikita singhania without even hearing her side. Whats funny is if you compare this to the kolkata case nobody made fun of sanjay roy even if he was at fault.
