Rural Au Masterpost

Hamamoto Yoshi finds 4 turtle yokai abandoned and decides to raise them in 1930s/40s rural Japan. I'm making it in the same vein as Grave of the Fireflies, This Corner of The World and The Wind Rises in that it mostly deals with the effect of the war on citizens and how it upended their lives in the smaller ways ( rationing, losing loved ones, etc ).

Leonardo is a Foot trainee, raised and trained by Lieutenant and Brute since he was 9. Life before then is fuzzy at best. — In the past several months, he's been going on his first proper missions, quickly aware of a persistent threat against the Foot Clan: 3 mutant turtles and a human who've foiled them time and time again.

What he wasn't aware of was that they were 4 siblings who never gave up on finding their missing brother.

I didn't intend for this AU to be that big, but I realized I did want to give this a go and make at least something. It's my goal to finish this project eventually.

The AU will be told in segments, comics of various points of the story.

Bonus! Miscellaneous info that doesn't play big into this AU but matters enough to me:

Leonardo is transmasculine, uses he/they/xe pronouns and is referred to with primarily masculine terms.

A version of Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo comics exists and it's Leo's second favorite comic series in this AU.

'Tentative Devotee' is the name of the fanfic I was originally going to write. It was just gonna be a 2-shot fic and a way to navigate some feelings as someone who was born and raised in, and eventually left, a cult.

The initial tone/direction of this AU was much different, Leo ending up in the Foot Clan under different circumstance (i.e. direct kidnapping from Lieutenant and Brute). I found this didn't quite work for me.

«After the final fight Lambert spares Narinder, believing that it was finally over. However, one little moment of distraction was enough for Narinder to give Lambert a nasty surprise right after. It didn't work as The One Who Waits planned, resulting in Lambert getting stuck inside the Red Crown.

Unable to get separated, Narinder and Lambert must now learn how to work with each other to keep sustaining the cult while also searching for a way to free Lambert from the Crown.

Both of them are in blissful ignorance, unaware of the bigger picture that was always there.»

Sleep demon Grian

grian is a sleep demon, existing in the dreamscape, able to manipulate dreams and thriving on giving people nightmares. he meets scar in a dream, immediately intrigued and amused by his reactions, and he keeps coming back to him. scar, despite all the nightmares being thrown at him, catches a glimpse of his perpetrator, and grows curious in turn. they start talking, everything eventually culminating into a ritual and a summonning circle. grian, in the waking world, needs to learn how to exist somewhere where he can get actually hurt, and come to terms with the fact that he has locked away memories and trauma.

grian is ariana giande (ari), a famous singer beloved by the crowds. except things start getting a bit too out of hand. there are stalkers and people who think they have the right to ari's personal life, the right to see and dictate everything. the press gets out of hand. maybe the crowds get too rowdy. maybe—

more scared and overwhelmed by the second, grian gets a bodyguard. that bodyguard is scar. things continue to escalate though, and by the time ari calls a break in her career, everything's irreparably breaking down around grian.

(If it wasn't clear yet, this is one very dark, very heavy, very human story. There's love and so, so, so much despair. Things go wrong and then worse.)

Half sea town au

a town half-submerged into the sea. the upper half is reserved for humans, who are seen as better, richer, the posh and the nobility. the lower half, the submerged part, is slum-like, reserved for seafolk, seen as lesser. many seafolk learn to live on land, to improve their standing (not necessarily living situation; they do need water). mumbo lives amongst the nobility. scar lived his whole life in the sea. grian, even though he belongs to the seafolk, lives on land. mumbo's best friend, forever trying to be something he isn't.

L330-N AU MASTERPOST

Finally working on an information post for the L330-N au! It's brand new, so there isn't much yet, but I still wanted to do a brief introduction to it!

Casey Jones Jr. has never left the bunker by himself before, but when his mom doesn't come back from a food run, he knows what he must do. His mom always told him that if she disappeared, he needed to find the Hamato clan, and so he is searching across an apocalyptic New York to find them. L33 is a robot that just wants to learn about humanity and what life was like before the apocalypse. He too is searching for something...or someone, but he isn't sure what.

Féachann Siad meaningTheyWatch in Irish, is a interactive Hermitcraft, Esmp, and Life Series (some other creators as well) au.

Originally I was making chapter like things but I wasn’t enjoying doing that, so I swapped gears and now it’s just like a small kinda thing for me to practice story telling every now and again and mess around with different aspects of storytelling. (sorry to the people who followed me for that sorta stuff. I will be leaving the already made stuff up as of now, really depends on how I’m feeling and stuff tho.)

Explanation. - Goes into better detail abt why I stopped doing the whole chapters shenanigans.

It’s set in a timeframe where there’s just a bunch of wars both civil and global, the wars aren’t exactly intense as of now. (FORESHADOWING!?!) The wars are mainly bickering for now but will escalate if I feel like it.

You can also interact with characters via my ask box, some you can directly interact with and others you can partially interact with.(I won’t tell you who you can partially and directly interact with just for funsies.) You can give them gifts or just ask some questions. Also feel free to ask about characters, dynamics, certain aspects of characters, really anything you want to know about the au. OC Submission:

If you watch Hazbin Hotel, you know that the show has a lot of characters and they're is not a bunch of tadc characters! So, I want your ocs!! They can replace any Hazbin Hotel character like the vees of the side characters! They cannot replace the main Hotel characters or Adam/Lute/Sera/Emily!!

Rules:

• Add lots of information!! (Like Age, gender, pronouns, personality, which character they will be replacing, ect)

• Tag me when posting

• The oc has to be like the Hazbin character they are replacing (Ex. If your oc is replacing Vox, they have to act like Vox)

• Not too complex designs I'm not a super good artist
