love how they did this shot - isagi just looks like he’s meeting his partner after class or some shit. fucker is leaning all casual, like he’s not been fighting for his life to get back to Bachira.

there’s no indication as to how long he’s been just waiting there - could be 5 minutes, could be an hour.

could he hear bachira’s and rin’s previous conversation about bachira’s football style and how dependant it is on others? probably not through how thick the walls/door looks, but he was also not suprised to see rin there too.

either he heard them both on the training pitch, or he just new that bachira would gravitate to the strongest player there.

i love bachira’s shock here. it’s not like he ever doubted that isagi would come back, i just think he expected it to take longer. look at how serious isagi looks here, too. bachira gets to see just how much he means to isagi and how driven isagi has been to get him back.

it’s actually only been 4 days since the two were separated (i think i’ve worked that out right), and isagi has come a long way in that time.

i love how well their relationship works - they’re honest with each other from the very beginning and we’ve seen the lengths they’ll go for the other. well, we’ve seen it with isagi, and we’ll see it with bachira if the next chapters are any indication. it’s rare to see a relationship so build on trust and just knowing the other person inside and out. i love it.

It is no secret that Isagi has a fetish for thighs, and I dunno about you, but Blue Lock character's thighs are drawn SPECTACULARLY, and Isagi being the main character gets drawn the most, meaning his thighs get drawn the most. He likes when he is praised, how many times has Bachira complemented Isagi? And he hates when he's ignored, remember the time when they were playing against the World 5 and Bachira passed to Rin instead of Isagi? He hated that. His ideal type is someone who laughs a lot and has a wonderful smile, that's Bachira in a nutshell.

Bachira has a fetish for eyes, how many times was it that they made serious eye contact? He likes when he's given gifts, he was given the gift of Yoichi Isagi. He hates when his freedom gets taken away, I don't think they showed it in the series, but he's always been free to play however he wants and he looked so happy when he did so.

I feel like Isagi only started dressing up for halloween again after he met Bachira. Bachira drags him into all sorts of matching outfit projects and they're always over the top

Some part of Bachira feels a sort of giddiness when he sees Isagi in his costume. When he's around him Bachira feels included in a way he never was before, a fluttering in his chest when people ask to take pictures of them and Isagi's arm slides around his shoulder like it's second nature.

He does Isagi's makeup too. Slow precise strokes of his brush as he tries not to get lost in Isagi's dark blue eyes. "Uh how do I look?"

Bachira wants to say breathtaking, perfect, like you're an angel. But he just says "Good."

Artist’s comments: Something I really loved about Bachira is how he LIVES rent free in other’s people back, but specially in Isagi’s. Ah this boy is going to be the end of meeee why he’s so cute, crazy but cute <3  Also since what I loved about this anime/manga is the fact that they’re all crazy, I wanted to give it a try for those crazy eyes and those teeth!!! Ah! I had a hard time on those teeth tho lol but still love how they turn out. Probably I’ll to better in the future :o This is my black paper block btw, zoom in to see the paper texture <3 So lovely and satisfying.
