BMU progression. #laloghost #crossfitmasters #gettingbettereveryday #gymnasticstrengthtraining #gymtime #fitnesslife #Repost @rachele_brambilla_ (@get_repost) ・・・ Questi esercizi vanno benissimo per impostare i muscle up o semplicemente per chi il Muscle up lo deve perfezionare e togliere il classico vizio di entrare con una spalla per volta che oltre essere brutto da vedere è pericoloso. 1. iniziamo a prendere confidenza soprattutto con l'altezza con l'aiuto di un box ci portiamo sopra la sbarra 2. simuliamo l'oscillazione ed effettuiamo il Muscle up aiutandoci sempre con il box 3. con l'aiuto di un bilanciere ben fissato e una fitball ( io tendo ad usare la fitball perché crea instabilità quindi ci costringe a tenere con l'addome e a tenere le gambe unite portiamo il bacino alla sbarra. 4. Da bacino alla sbarra con un movimento rapido portiamo le spalle oltre il bilanciere e ci troviamo con l'addome in appoggio. 5. Da qui dobbiamo solo effettuare un Dip per poi trovarsi in appoggio. 6. Con l'aiuto di un Elastico iniziamo a effettuare qualche hip to bar (portiamo il bacino alla sbarra) 7. Dopo qualche hip to bar spalle avanti veloce e ci troviamo in appoggio con l'addome (pensiamo di voler dare un sit up) 8. Da qua dobbiamo solo stendere le braccia con un dip per completare il Muscle up. 9. ✨Straight Arm Strength✨ ••• One of the most common faults I see when athletes attempt bar muscle ups is that they pull their chest to the bar too early. The high chest to bar method typically produces a chicken wing 🐔, shoulder pain and unnecessary strain on the athlete making the movement feel very difficult. ••• Instead of thinking of pulling yourself up and over the bar, try to think about pulling around the bar 🤔 An efficient bar muscle up is more of a push than a pull! ••• Use your lats to push down on the bar with straight arms as you rise.
