Chapter 6

Summary: When Riyo Chuchi’s life was threatened, Commander Fox and Jedi Knight Ava Lira and Eva Bella Young are assigned to bring the senator back to her home planet Pantora, where she will be safe from harm. But when the assassin knows her whereabouts, it’s up to Fox, Lira, Eva, and Riyo to work together and stop the assassin.

“Lip, can you hear me?” Fox asked frantically, with Riyo clinging her arms around him. “Lip, are you there?”

He had been attempting to contact her more than once, but so far, he received no answer from her. This was unlike his vod’ika at all. He knows that Lip would check in every half an hour and since it has been more than the usual timing, his palms felt clammy underneath his gloves.

Riyo is aware that they are both in a distressing situation right now, with both of them hiding underneath a bunker that was set up for Republic officials in case of an emergency. Their bunker was obviously hidden underground, with no windows at all.

The room felt suffocating as she could barely breathe, but what little choice does she have? With her assassin still out there, Riyo needs to survive if she has to push for the Clone Rights Act to pass in the Senate. Without her, who will take over and rally for moral supports within the Grand Army of the Republic?

Seeing Fox reaching out for his younger sister made her worried. She doesn’t know much about Lip, except for the fact that she got her name due to her obsession with lipstick, especially the deep red colour that matched her armour. So she made it a point to go to a cosmetic shop and gave her a box of lipsticks, which the clone trooper adored.

Wearing makeup was rare among clones, so Lip happily obliged when her brothers and sisters wanted to wear one as well, especially Yves and Duke. If her lipstick was wearing off, Lip would rush to the refresher and reapply it again, without anyone batting an eye. She may not be able to paint her armour however she wanted, but at least she is able to paint her lips her own way.

“Commander Fox,” a voice replied, which Riyo and Fox recognize as Yves, who was close to Lip.

“Yves,” he answered her, wondering about Lip’s whereabouts. “Where is Lip? What happened to her?”

“Lip is down,” she told him. “I repeat, Lip is down. She must have been chasing the assassin when he somehow rendered her unconscious.”

“Oh, goodness,” he spoke, trying his best not to panic. “Is she still breathing?”

“She is, Commander, but I’m afraid to report that her head is bleeding right now, and she needs medical attention as soon as possible.”

He glanced at Riyo, who was shocked to hear about the clone trooper’s current condition. “Of course, Yves. Tell the boys to head back to base while you get Lip to the medics as soon as possible. Do you understand, soldier?”

“Yes, commander,” Yves obliged his command, as she hung up from her comlink. Taking off his helmet, Fox groaned as he rubbed between his temples, hoping to relieve the pain in his head.

First, Riyo almost got herself killed twice, and now, Lip is unconscious, he thought, as he leaned against the metallic wall. Is it that hard for the universe to give me a fucking break just for once?

“Hard day, isn’t it?” Riyo said, putting her hand on his shoulder, making him shudder for a moment.

“Unfortunately, yes,” he nodded, staring blankly at the blank ceiling. “It seems that the assassin had Lady Luck by their side today.”

“Fox, I’m really sorry about what happened to Lip,” she sympathized. “She was a good person, and she doesn’t deserve to be suffering from her pain right now.”

“So do I, Riyo,” he deadpanned. “But what can I do except to get her patched up? The Chancellor is just going to offer thoughts and prayers, that’s all.”

Riyo’s lips tightened. Despite the Chancellor portraying himself as a loving grandfather to the public, it seems that he never cared for all those troops who either injured themselves or died in the line of duty. She wants to believe that the Republic is the virtuous side of the war, but they don’t even bother to lift a finger to help.

They always pointed out how the Separatists enslaved an entire planet into producing droids, but yet the Republic treats their clone troopers worse. Some senators pointed out the treatment of their soldiers, but their voices are often drowned out by the cries to increase wages among senators and government officials while ignoring the minimum wages, which was stagnant for the past decade.

If Pantora were to leave the Republic, they would be vulnerable to pirates and warlords that wished to steal from the people, but if they stay, they have to obey whatever terms and conditions that the government wants from them. Riyo could join the Separatists, but then again, she doesn’t trust Count Dooku either.

This was arguably the hardest choice she had ever made, according to Riyo Chuchi. Her mother always advised her that if she was confronted with such a path, she would have to list down the pros and cons of both sides and evaluate which one works best for her. It seems easy in theory, but in practice, not so much.

She has listed down the pros and cons of staying in the Republic versus joining with the Separatist Alliance, but all she ever achieved was knocking herself on a wall, figuratively. Sometimes, her mother’s advice works, and sometimes, it doesn’t. As always, if she’s stuck at a crossroad, she’ll have to figure everything out by herself through trial and error.

“Thoughts and prayers aren’t the only things that will make things better,” she remarked, going back to the conversation they were having. “I mean, you can use it to soothe someone who's in pain, but it won't solve the problem. That's what I can say about it.”

“You have a point there, Ri,” he cracked a slight smile. “Yeah, I just wish more people could do something rather than just wishing that things get better, you know.”

Riyo could stare at his smile as she solemnly thought about all the lives that risked themselves just to protect her, including the doctors and nurses in the hospital that she was treated. She felt that they deserved more than well, since they worked day and night to make sure that people's lives were saved.

At one point, the Senate planned on cutting funds for healthcare, which irked her so much. Citizens were already suffering from debt due to medical bills and yet most politicians just looked away, like how they looked away when sex workers had one of the highest mortality rates on Coruscant and Outer Rim Territories, after soldiers, policemen, and firefighters.

“Yeah, I wish people in the Senate had more empathy for people around them, especially the citizens of the Republic.”

“Oh well,” Fox sighed. “You can't always do everything, no matter how hard you tried to fight.”

Her lips curved downwards when she heard Fox's comlink beeping from his wrist. “You should take that.”

He gave a nod as he answered the call, only to hear a familiar voice from his rank. “Commander, your troops are expecting you,” Thorn informed him. “They just came back from their mission.”

“I'll be there, Thorn,” he affirmed. “But what about the senator? I can't just leave her all alone, exposed to danger.”

“I'll take over with some of my troops. You should tend to your troops, especially Lip.”

Reminded by the fact that one of his younger sisters was injured, Fox had no other choice but to do what Thorn told him. After all, duty comes first, especially during wartime.”

“Alright then, I'll be there as soon as possible. Commander Fox out.”

As he hung up, he put on his helmet and headed towards the door, with the Pantoran senator's eyebrow furrowed. “Well, I hope I get to see you soon.”

“Don't worry, senator, you'll be fine with Thorn. Besides, we might be receiving new instructions from the Chancellor.”

“Good luck, Commander, and be careful out there.”

How To Make A Lizard, Ghost, and Robot Laugh (Chapter 2)

Chapter 2 of this story. In Chapter 1, Frisk, Chara, and MK were having breakfast and talking about schoolwork and as soon as they're finished doing that, they're going to watch some TV together. And in turn, Frisk and Chara are going to initiate their special plans for MK. Undertale(c) Toby Fox.

********************************************** HOW TO MAKE A LIZARD, GHOST, AND ROBOT LAUGH

Chapter 2: The Start of Something Special

As soon as MK finished his pancakes, he went to the living room with Frisk and Chara, sat on the couch them, and watched one of their favorite animated shows together. After watching one episode, Frisk and Chara felt that it was time to initiate their special plan for MK.

MK: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Man this show is hilarious! No matter how many times I watch it, I still laugh!

Frisk: I know, right? *signals to Chara*

Chara: Yeah! For a kid’s show, it’s got a lot of grown-up humor in it! Which is awesome! *moving closer to MK*

Frisk: Totally! And if you thought that episode was funny MK, *with a giant grin on her face* you’re gonna be laughing even harder during the next episode.

MK: *chuckling* I bet I will!

MK is currently sitting in the middle of the couch with Frisk sitting to the left of him (his right) and Chara sitting to the right of him (his left). As they were conversing, the two girls moved closer and closer to MK until eventually, they were bunched right up to the young lizard boy.

MK: *confused* Um, personal space guys. (I don’t mind this at all actually.)

Frisk: Nah, I like sitting this close to you MK.

Chara: Me too.

MK: Ok? *sees something funny on the show* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! How do they come up with this stuff?! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!

Before too long, the two girls lifted MK’s shirt started rubbing his belly. Frisk used her right hand to rub MK’s belly and Chara used her left hand.

MK: *even more confused* Um… why are you guys rubbing my belly? (It feels nice. Don’t stop.)

Chara: Why not? We rub Asriel’s belly. I don’t see why we can’t rub yours.

MK: Yeah, but Asriel has ultra-soft silky fur. His belly is made for that sort of thing.

Frisk: Well, there are humans that like to pet lizards. And Chara and I happen to be humans that like petting lizards. *with a smile on her face* And besides, I can tell you like this.

MK: *blushes while shrugging his shoulders* Whatev. (I do Frisk!) *starts laughing at the show again* HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Frisk: (That’s right MK, laugh at the funny cartoon. Little do you know, you’re gonna be laughing for a different reason very shortly.)

After two minutes, Frisk and Chara began spidering their fingers on MK’s belly, tickling him in the process. What followed was adorable laughter from the young lizard boy.

MK: AHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Chara: Man MK, you must REALLY think this show is hilarious!

MK: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!! GUYS!! THAHAHAHAT TIHIHIHIIHICKLES!! AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA!!

Chara: Awwww, is the cute lizzy boy ticklish? (Oh I know it tickles MK! Hehehe.)

MK was very surprised upon hearing what Chara just asked him. Chara knows VERY WELL that MK is ticklish!

MK: YOOHOOHOOHOOU KNOHOHOHOHOW I AM CHAHAHAHAAHAHAHARA!! AHAHAHAHAND FRIHIHIHIIHISK, YOU KNOHOHOHOHOW HOHOHOHOHOW TIHIHIHIHCKLISH MY BEHEHEHELLY IS! AHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!

Frisk: Of course I do MK! And as I’ve said many times, it’s a really fun place to tickle you!

MK: AHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAHA!!

Frisk and Chara made plans to team up and tickle MK today and that is exactly what they’re doing right now. :D Like Asriel, MK has very adorable laughter and this is actually the first time MK is being tickled by both of the girls. All of the other times, he was tickled by one or the other (more often Frisk).

After about ninety seconds, Frisk and Chara took things up a notch by using their other hands to tickle his sides while continuing to tickle his belly. Right now, MK’s sides are being tickled by Frisk’s left hand and Chara’s right hand while his belly is being tickled by Frisk’s right hand and Chara’s left hand.

MK: EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!! GUYS!!!! STAHAHAHAHAAHAP IT!!!! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA!!!! I’M GOHOHOOHONNA BUHUHUST A GUT!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA!!!! EEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE!!!!

Frisk: Already MK? It hasn’t even been three minutes!

Chara: Yeah MK, you can last longer than that!

MK: NOHOOHOOHOOHHOOHHO I CAHHAHAHAHAN’T!!!! HEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE!!!! *squeak* GAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHA!!!! OOHOOHOOHOOHOOHOOHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Frisk and Chara: (Awwww! He’s such a cutie!)

Frisk and Chara are having a lot of fun tickling MK together. They’ve teamed up numerous times to tickle Asriel and now that they have a cute ticklish lizard boy in their house, they can’t help working together to put a smile on his face as well. With two cute girls tickling him, MK can barely concentrate to use his tail to his advantage. All he can do is just sit there and take the tickles.

After about two minutes, Frisk and Chara stopped to give MK a breather and they told him that they would cut his break short if he tries to tickle one of them.

MK: *excited* So that’s what we’re gonna do today, huh? We’re gonna have a tickle fight?

Frisk: Yes! You versus me and Chara!

MK: Oh come on, that’s not fair!

Chara: It’s not supposed to fair MK! Our goal today is to team up and tickle every single drop of silliness out of you!

Frisk: And since you’re the silliest boy we know, it’s gonna take a REALLY LONG TIME! Hahaha!

MK: *nervous, but secretly excited* Um… Bye! *starts running away*

Chara: He’s making a run for it! Get him!

Frisk and Chara then started chasing after MK and they caught up to him in a matter of seconds. Just before MK could exit the living room, Frisk managed to grab his tail to prevent him from escaping. As Frisk held onto MK’s tail, Chara stepped in and helped Frisk pin him to the floor. (What does MK have to do to prevent everyone from grabbing his tail? ;P) With MK pinned to the floor, Frisk positioned herself on top of him so he couldn’t escape. All she has to do now is watch out for his tail!

MK: *pinned to the floor and is slightly annoyed* You know, I really love having a tail and all. But this *bleep* is getting old!

Chara: *gasp* MK! We don’t use that word in this house! Frisk, do you know what the punishment for that is?

Frisk: I sure do! Mwahahaha!

In a matter of seconds, Frisk lifted MK’s shirt and dug all ten of her fingers straight into his ribs. And as usual, MK howled with laughter, pounded his fists, kicked his legs, and swung his tail from side to side. As Frisk tickled MK, Chara decided to remove his shirt to make the upper body tickling more intense for him. As soon as Chara removes MK’s shirt, the only clothing the young lizard boy will still be wearing is his pants.

Chara: *starts pulling MK’s shirt off*

MK: *shaking very frantically* BWAAHAHAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAA!!! NOHOHOHOOHOOHHO!!! *squeak* AHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! DOHOHHOOHOHOHON’T TAHAHAHAHAHAHAAKE MY SHIHIHIHIHHIHIRT OFF!!! AHAHAHAHHAHAAHAAHAHAAAHAHA!!! *squeak*

Chara: Too late! *pulls MK’s shirt off completely* I already did! Hahaha!

With MK’s shirt removed, Chara proceeded to place some blankets and pillows down on the floor next to the couch so MK will be comfortable while he’s getting the living daylights tickled out of him.

Frisk: Coochie coochie coo MK!

MK: *also laughing at Frisk’s teasing* GAAHAAHAAHHAHAHAHAAAA!!! NOHOHOOHOHOHOHOHO!!! I’M SAHAHHAHAHAHARRY FRIHIHIHIHIHIIHISK!!! *squeak* BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! *squeak*

Frisk: *blushing heavily* Not gonna work MK!

Chara: Nice job Frisk! Keep tickling him while I go grab some ropes!

MK: WAIT, WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAT?!!! GEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEEHEE!!!

Frisk: You heard her MK! We can’t tickle the living daylights out of you keep moving your limbs and tail the way you are! *starts flirting with him* Ain’t the right Mr. Tickly Lizzy? *starts batting her eyelashes*

MK: *blushing* (Seriously Frisk, again?!) BWAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!!!

About one minute later, Chara returned with some ropes and tied MK’s wrists together as Frisk continued tickling him. With Frisk tickling him, MK found it hard to maintain control of his robot arms.

MK: HAHAHAAHHAAHHAHAAAHA!!! NOHOHOHOOHOHOOHO, NAHAHAHAHAHAAHAT THE ROHOHOOHOOHOHOOPE!!! *squeak* BWAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! NAHAAHAHAAHAHAHAT THE ROHOHOHOHOHOOPE!!!

As soon as MK’s wrists were tied together, Chara proceeded to tie MK’s thighs together. With MK kicking his legs frantically, Chara needed some help keeping his legs still. So Frisk then faced the opposite direction and applied enough pressure with her hands on his knees to hold his legs down in order to prevent him from kicking. Frisk also managed to trap MK’s tail right under his legs. With MK’s legs held down and his tail trapped, Chara took a second rope and tied it around MK’s thighs and inner portion of his tail. As Chara tied MK’s thighs together, Frisk repeatedly squeezed his knees to keep him laughing.

MK: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! STAHAHAHAHAAHAHAP!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!! PLEHEHEHEHEHEHHEASE!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!!

Frisk: Stop?! Now why would I do that?!

Chara: *tying rope around MK’s thighs and tail* Yeah MK! We’re just getting started! As soon as you’re tied up, we’re REALLY going to make you laugh!

MK: NOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!! YOHOHOHOHOHOHOHU’RE INSAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHANE!! WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!

After about one minute, MK’s thighs were securely tied up.

A few seconds later, Chara started tying a third rope around his calves and the outer portion of his tail. As Chara did that, Frisk got in a different position to tickle MK. Frisk is now lying on her stomach on top of MK with her head close to his ankles and her feet close to his underarms. Before too long, Frisk used her feet to tickle MK’s underarms and sides to tickle him while Chara continues tying his calves together (Frisk is currently wearing her socks). In addition to that, Frisk tickled the tops of his feet with her fingers to tease him before she and Chara start tickling his super sensitive soles.

MK: PFFFFFFFFFFFFT!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!! FRIHIHIHIHHIHHISK!!!! STAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAP TIHIHIHIHIHIHICKLING ME!!!! GAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!! YOOHOOHOOU BIG MEEHEEHEEHEANIE!!!!

Frisk: MK, how many times do I have to tell you?! Telling me that I’m mean only makes me want to tickle you more! *tickles harder with her feet*

MK: BWAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHA!!!!! OK, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH I’M AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA SAHAHAHAHAHAHARRY!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!!

Frisk: Again, not gonna work!

After another minute, MK’s calves were securely tied together and his tail was rendered practically immobile due to it being tied to his legs in two places. Now Frisk and Chara don’t have to worry about him trying anything funny with his tail.

Chara: All right Frisk, let’s move him over to the blanket and pillows.

Frisk: You got it sis! *stops tickling MK*

The two girls then dragged MK over near the couch and positioned him on the blanket and pillows Chara laid out for him a while ago.

Frisk: There you go MK. Just because you’re going to get tickled into oblivion doesn’t mean you can’t be comfortable all the while it’s happening. You are comfortable, aren’t you MK?

MK: I can’t lie. Yes I am. Kind of wish I wasn’t tied up though.

Frisk: Awww. I know what will cheer you up. Some more tickles! *lightly spiders her fingers all along his belly*

MK: AHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! FRIHIHIHIHIHIHIHISK, STAHAHAHAHAHAHAP IT!!! AHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

As Frisk tickled MK yet again, Chara positioned MK’s robot arms over his head. She then grabbed a fourth rope and tied one end of it around MK’s right wrist and then she looped it around the front right leg of the couch and then she tied the other end around MK’s left wrist. By the time she finished, MK was unable to move his arms forward and down to his lower abdomen. In addition to that, Chara took a fifth rope and tied it around MK’s ankles.

MK: AHAHAHAHAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!

Frisk: *stops tickling MK* Alright giggly boy! We’re gonna let you rest a while before we begin the REAL TICKLING!

MK: Come on guys, this isn’t fair! What’s wrong with a good old-fashioned tickle fight?

Chara: Absolutely nothing MK. It’s just nice to keep everyone on their toes every once in a while by changing things up. And speaking of toes, I almost forgot.

With that said; Chara started tying a string around MK’s innermost toes and it tickled him a little when the string moved in between his toes.

MK: No Chara! Heeheeheehee! Don’t tie my toes too! Heeheeheehee! Enough with all the ropes and strings! Heeheeheehee!

After about forty-five seconds, MK’s innermost toes were securely bound together.

Chara: And there we go. Now you’re all ready to be tickled into oblivion MK!

MK: Guys, come on! You don’t have to do this! Can’t we talk this out!

Chara: Oh MK, you REALLY should have known this was going to happen somewhere along the line. And now’s as good a time as any!

Frisk: Besides, we know what will make you feel better about the current situation.

MK: You do? What?

Chara: Some affection. *caresses MK’s head*

MK: *moan* Chara, that’s feels so nice. I love having my head rubbed, especially by you.

Chara: I know you do MK. Frisk, care to join in?

Frisk: Sure thing Chara. *starts rubbing MK’s belly*

MK: Oh, you’re rubbing my belly again, huh? That’s alright I guess. (It feels amazing Frisk! Don’t stop!)

As Frisk rubbed MK’s belly, she had a large smile on her face because she could tell MK was enjoying it. He’s just not willing to admit it, that’s all.

For the next while, MK just lied on the floor all tied up and enjoyed the continuous affection from Frisk and Chara while he could before the inevitable gets put into full effect.

Lucien/Cassian (Lussian): Adorable af. Lucien being sad and Cassian helping him sort out his feelings and cooking him food. Bonus points if they’re mates (ehehehe be on the lookout for this fic from me). Domestic fluff prime material. 15/10. Lucien/Rhysand (Rhycien): The Young Lucien Angst ship - which means this only works when both boys are young and dramatic (versus old and dramatic). Extra points for Rhys shamelessly seducing a Lucien who is trying his best to resist and 100% fails. 13/10. Fic: @pterodactylichexameter drabble here, @valamerys‘s Insufferable and Not That Straight, and my In Passing.

Lucien/Elain (Elucien): Could be soft and fluffy or could be pretty hardcore kinky (looking at @valamerys and @squaddreamcourt). Flowers + sunlight. Good ship for a fem!Lucien, as well as High Lord! either of them. Honestly, so many different directions this ship could go. 9/10 for variety and possible canon results. Fic: pretty much all of @valamerys‘s stuff... there’s so many for this ship I can’t link them all. There’s also some good ones by @illyrianazriel, @pterodactylichexameter, and @sarahviehmann. Also, @cass-ian has one of the only fem!Lucien fics I’ve seen here plus a fantastic flowershop!AU, Bright as a Flame, Soft as a Rose.

Lucien/Feyre (Feycien): Can only ship pre-ACOMAF, but a very good ship all the same. Lends itself towards angst and smut. Bonus points for pissing off Tamlin. 7.5/10. Fic: @valamerys‘s Sequistrialis, @squaddreamcourt‘s Mirrors Do Not Have Mercy (She Least of All), @abookandacoffee‘s We Become Our Needs, @illyrianazriel‘s In the Shelter of Your Arms and Under a Darkening Sky.

Lucien/Azriel (Luzriel): The angstiest possible Lucien ship. Very serious, can be very kinky, definite possibility of casual relationship. Two Sad Abused Boys trying to drown their own trauma and darkness in each other’s. 10/10 for extreme angst. Fic: @illyrianazriel‘s Shadow Fire, my In the Eye of the Beholder, @valamerys‘s Doves and Ravens Fly the Same.

Lucien/Tamlin (doesn’t have a ship name and shouldn’t): Terrible, abusive, one-sided, and pretty much canon compliant. Points for that as well as for Lucien being really sad, because, you know, he is. 5/10. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s The Wax Between His Feathers and my A Fox in a Trap.

Lucien/Ianthe: As bad as the previous one is, this one’s about a hundred times worse than that. 0/10. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s Whilst The High Lady Was Away.

Lucien/Kallias (Kallucien): The fluffy Young Lucien ship. Good chemistry character-wise, foxes, both Lucien and Kallias being happy and away from their families. 7/10 for adorableness. Fic: I don’t think there’s any written yet, but I’m working on one. Also there’s @escapingtheconstrictingboxes‘s moodboard here.

Lucien/Tarquin (Luquin or Tarcien, idk which): Two very dutiful courtiers getting each other to loosen up. Tarquin’s optimism versus Lucien’s experience. I always imagine long days at the beach (my poor ginger baby gets very sunburned, “golden-brown” skin ain’t got nothing on the Summer Court’s sun), tickle fights, and both of them working on getting lesser faeries the rights they deserve. 8/10. Fic: as far as I know all the fic that exists so far is my drabble Salt and Steam. (Technically a brotp. We all know it isn’t really.)

Lucien/Andras (Landras): Both adorable and hella sad. Mostly involves Lucien not admitting his feelings and being devastated after Andras dies. Headcanons galore, but most fic is looking back at their relationship. 8/10. Fic: @sarahviehmann‘s Foxeye, @squaddreamcourt‘s The Wax Between His Feathers.

Lucien/Andras/Elain (Elandras): Since all this takes place in an AU where Andras doesn’t die, it’s about a hundred times more adorable than the previous one. Some shippers (myself included) have come to the consensus that Andras is absolutely gay, and it totally works for this ship (check this page with @pterodactylichexameter and @illyrianazriel). A fabulous ship for kidfic and domestic fluff. 12/10 for everything being happy. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s Old Lovers Born Anew, @illyrianazriel‘s drabble here, my A Bloody Love.

Lucien/Cassian/Azriel (Caluzriel or something): Bat boys teaching pumpkin prince how to be a warrior. Cassian taking care of his Sad Boyfriends. Lends itself equally to fluff and smut. 7/10. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s Initiation.

Lucien/Elain/Azriel (Eluciel): The obvious solution to all shipping wars. Elain helps her boyfriends get their heads on straight because yeah, they’re all in love with each other, this works out. Both majorly fluffy and majorly kinky. Bonus points for mutual pining with Lucien and Az. 10/10. Fic: @pterodactylichexameter‘s drabble here, @squaddreamcourt‘s The Sandwoman, and @cass-ian has a fantastic WIP in the works for this ship, so keep a lookout!

Lucien/Kallias/Viviane (Kalluciane): Because Kallias and Viviane’s story is really sweet but I want to ship Kallias with Lucien. I think it would work. 7/10 for who knows how this would be, really. Fic: I don’t think anyone’s even considered this before, so there’s absolutely nothing.

Lucien/Elain/Tarquin (Eluquin): Summertime and the living is easy... basically the most relaxed, easy-going Lucien ship. Lots of happiness and softness, fluff and smut galore. 11/10 for the aesthetic of at least 5 of the 7 Courts in one ship. Fic: no actual fic, but there’s a fantastic headcanon post here by @cataclysmic-star!

Lucien/Feyre/Rhysand (Feyrhycien): Plays on how loyal Lucien is in a really good way. Bonus points for neither of them being an absolute dick to him like they were for most of ACOWAR. 9/10. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s To Kneel Before The Night.

Lucien/Rhysand/Tamlin (Lusandin): I have no words for this. It’s all Harry’s fault, honestly. As most of these ships are. But this one more than most. ???/10. Fic: @squaddreamcourt‘s When In Rome.

A pained groan escapes him, and eyes open JUST enough to see that ebony face, etched with concern, looking down upon him. He wanted to MOVE. To let his feet grace the floor once more, but even just shifting himself proved to be too much.

{冷凍}➺ Through PAINED and ROCKY breaths, the cold kitsune searches deep in his memory as to what happened. Another SHARP pain rips through him, reminding him of the damage done. The memory SNAPS back like a cap. Of course, how could he forget?

{冷凍}➺ Izo, dumbass that he is, decided he had a BONE to pick with some alley way thugs while waiting to meet up with Sardonyx. He watched at first, not caring, until he saw a little fox, just like him. A GUN was aimed straight at the poor boy’s face. Tears rolled down the other’s cheeks, and Izo SNAPPED.

A battle began, ice versus BULLETS, bats, and people. Luck seemed to be on Izo’s side, and he got the kid out of harm… until another gang member CAUGHT him from behind. A metal baseball bat right to the back of the head. After being knocked unconscious, he was later told he was beaten pretty badly.

Zodiac sign: Pisces

Height: 5′4″ (roughly one Season, apparently!)

Orientation: Panromantic grey-asexual, and nonbinary. I present femme and you can address me as such, but I’m more of a Neither. I don’t tend to get attracted in the physical sense but I get feels crushes from time to time and gender doesn’t matter to me there. ^×^

Ethnicity: Marshmallow Potato! I am a carb based lifeform. :3 (Okay, okay…) Over 75% Irish from both sides, plus German on one and Scottish & British (unadmitted) on the other. I’m only third gen in the States (both sides) and we have extensive cousins overseas because. Irish. BONUS INFO: I’m the only person in my family who does not enjoy alcohol. No one knows how that happened.

Favorite book: Oh wow. Hmm. The list is LONG but one I could forever go back to is “Incident at Hawk’s Hill,” by Alan W. Eckert. I read it a few times as a kid and again as an adult more than once and. It has really stuck with me visually and emotionally. It’s about a 6-year-old boy who shelters in a badger den, and they form a reciprocal bond. The events were tense and awe inspiring to my young mind. And the rest stuck with my heart. The boy, who is mute, reads as autistic to me. The author did a vivid job portraying the kid’s awkwardness around people versus his ease around and raport with animals, as well as the love and frustration of his family who adore him but sometimes just don’t know what to DO or how to reach this intelligent but unspeaking child.

Favorite color: (schemes) Rich fiery autumns, or peacock blues and greens, and brown.

In the month of November twenty-six years ago, Michael Jackson album “Dangerous” was on his way to reach the store’s shelves and it might be refreshing for old and new fans to remember how Media (NOT) welcomed this great masterpiece.

Since the news that Michael Jackson’s had a new album coming the fall of 1991, Media wondered what to expect from the ”King of Pop’s” new release ”Dangerous”.

From the first week of November, Medias were reporting on the Jackson family front. The headline-grabbing news of the leak to radio stations of “Black Or White” – the first single from the Dangerous – followed by a leaked special version of ”Word to the Badd!!”, a cut from Jermaine Jackson’s album “You Said” with lyrics like ”Once you were made/ You changed your shade/Was your color wrong?” obviously had as target brother Michael! And so was the publicity value of Jermaine’s career.

But the bigger news was actually the delivery of the master tapes of Michael’s “long-in-the-works” new album, Dangerous, to his label, Epic. The album itself, which had been on release schedule since July, but “moonwalked” into record stores Nov. 26 (maybe Michael’s, after the “Bad” album experience realized that summer was not the best period to release a new album. In Early November thirty seconds trailer directed by David Lynch begin airing on TV to promote the forthcoming release of Dangerous.

Michael was on the cover of TV Guide and invited them to assist to the latest shooting of the Black Or White video that was introduced to the public with this article: Michael Mania

The media emphasis was all on about the size of what was called the biggest deal in music industry between Michael Jackson & Sony Software. Michael agreed to a fifteen year, six-album record and film contracts and also become CEO of his own record label. Dangerous should have represented what it was rumored to be the first of 6 albums MJ had to produce under this new recording agreement. That’s was what MEDIA reported at that time.

But the main issue Media had against MJ was the low profile of his external public relation since his last album (1987’s Bad). Michael was not big news but was a stratospheric artist and media discredit had started many years before.

As the workaholic guy he was, 1991 was spent in the studios to finish the album, producing the single “Do The Bart Man” with Bryan Loren, featuring also as background vocals. Organized a party to raise money for Jane Goodall’s ape research institute. Touched by the sad situation of David Ruffin, a member of The Temptations, when he died, Michael paid his funerals expenses. Was co-chairman of a Stevie Wonder presentation of the Nelson Mandela Award. Went to visit the Community Youth Sports & Arts Foundation Center in Los Angeles.

But all of the above didn’t sell, there were nothing juicy or enough “weird” for a gossip headline.

So they had to accommodate reporting extensively the few appearances of Michael with Madonna attending the Academy Awards ceremony together or while going for dinner to Ivy’s restaurant in Los Angeles while publishing stolen pictures of a photo session of Michael by Herb Ritts.

Also, Elizabeth Taylor eighth marriage to Larry Fortensky at Neverland was printed worldwide. Despite the fact that the wedding has guarded a paparazzo parachuted into the ceremony landing 20 feet from a shocked Elisabeth Taylor.

However, the press didn’t miss the occasion to get lost in the usual urban legend describing the birth of the album a sort of “weird” mystery: “Such secrecy that would humble the Pentagon”.To make sure no one heard his new songs, he rented out the two adjacent studios at Universal City’s Larrabee Studios and kept them empty; he also filled his workspace with video games and adorned the walls with posters of Peter Pan and other Disney characters”. Yeah…

Michael was described desperate to reconnect to R&B sound and with the black audience that had drifted away from him in the years since 1982’s Thriller, and mentioning that Jackson compiled nearly 70 tracks with the aid of chart-topping new-jack producers Teddy Riley, L.A. Reid & Babyface plus a half-dozen tracks cut with writer-producer Bryan Loren, — were ultimately canned. (really??? And where are these songs Messer’s executors of the estate?).

Although criticising a no revamped look and image, they had to admit that rumors of Michael Jackson groping about for a revamped sound had made the industry equally edgy. However, they specified that advance orders for Dangerous, while healthy, were still running about 25 to 30 percent behind those of Guns N’ Roses’ Use Your Illusion albums. Comments such ”I don’t think the general public is sitting around waiting for a Michael Jackson record,” were all over the outlets. In reality with the appearance of “Dangerous”, the rival record labels had completely altered their calendar. Rapper Hammer, who presented his new LP just previously before, had multiplied his ads, television appearances, and promotional videos, to not coincide with Jackson. Bruce Springsteen and the U2 group had delayed the release of their LPs so as not to coincide directly with Jackson’s publicity machinery.

While Michael began filming the video of “Remember The Time” in Los Angeles directed by John Singleton and featuring Eddie Murphy, Iman & Magic Johnson, on November 6, Black Or White single officially premiered to radio stations all around the world to be officially released on November 11. Then on November 14, 1991, at 8:25 p.m. the public got a taste of the album when his 11-minute video, ”Black or White,” debuted simultaneously on Fox, MTV, and Black Entertainment Television. It was watched by an audience of 500 million people. The largest audience ever to watch a music video on TV.

On the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 15, Washington, D.C., radio talk show host Mark Davis of WRC-AM announced his topic right off the bat: “Michael Jackson—has he lost his mind or what?” Davis didn’t even have to say why.

“He needs to get married, quick,” quipped in one of the listeners. “He was just brilliant,” said another. “I’m a musician, and I think he’s incredible.” Another: “I think it was garbage. If we could hear his music without seeing him, that’d be fine. He’s a freak—he’s got a big problem.” Afterward, Davis noted, “Even people who didn’t like it couldn’t take their eyes off it. Michael really is the king of pop.”

The hubbub got intensive media coverage and everybody was commenting the last four minutes showed him dancing, smashing the windows of a car, tossing a garbage can through a storefront, and simulating masturbation. And sadly most of the questions were in this kind of tone:

Was “Black or White” an ingenious artistic expression or part of a calculated strategy to reactivate interest in a performer whose $65 million contract is risky for both himself and Sony Music? Or had the notoriously reclusive Jackson indeed lost all connection with the world outside his own? Yet it was the final four minutes that ignited the furor: Alone on a soundstage streetscape, Jackson, sans music, transforms from a black panther into a human, dances, and gradually loses himself in a maelstrom of destruction and unabashed eroticism.

Was that final bit meant to portray Jackson’s interpretation of the panther’s wild and animalistic behavior,?

Was it an overdone attempt to shed his good-boy image?

Was it merely, as The New York Times opined, “the narcissism of a spoiled child throwing his toys”?

Was the son-versus-father segment with actors Macaulay Culkin and George Wendt an allusion to Jackson’s own allegedly domineering father, Joe Jackson?

Or was the video just tasteless?

We know very well that there was no one of the above but Peggy Charren of Action for Children’s Television. (ACT) said: “It’s like using bathroom talk to get attention. I’d like to know if any of the people involved with this have had their storefronts bashed up or their car windows smashed. These people must lead charmed lives.”

“People couldn’t believe he did all that,” said a source at Fox about the scores of phone calls the network received. “He wasn’t just grabbing his crotch—he was rubbing it.”

So in synthesis journalists rolled up these kinds of information on the video:

Michael touches his private parts 13 times.

Michael splashes in puddles twice—and the pavement stays dry.

Infants sitting on a globe sport environmentally correct cloth diaper.

Macaulay Culkin wears Reebok Pumps, not L.A. Gear, the brand Michael endorsed.

The headline on the tabloid Mac’s mom is reading says, “, “I Was Abducted by a UFO.”

Interpretations ran crazy and at the limit of the stupidity. Actually, in March of the same year, a video of police officers brutally beating a black man, Rodney King. LA went up in flames. Black people were protesting how they had been treated all along, and this time it was caught on camera. The Black Panther Dance portion was no coincidence. MJ protested a lot more than people realized and more pro-black than he was always given credit for.

In the USA one of the few reviews that nailed the real meaning of Michael’s short film, Black or White, was written by Armond White in 1991, and The Gloved One is Not a Chump won the ASCAP-Deems Taylor Award for Movie Criticism in 1992. The article, touch in particular the final 4 minutes of dance, and is very educational, provoking, and revealing. White comment on the video: “Black or White lays out its importance as an artistic watershed and a great political proposition. It’s full of history, anger, beauty, and faith in humanity’s potential. Black or White is a great example of what a principled artist can accomplish. MJ had the world’s attention and used the moment to its fullest. An artist is moved to express himself, and can’t be concerned about backlash. Black or White was MJ’s brilliant and fearless message to the world. He always recoiled from backlash but then would come back stronger every time. The political content — the messages — of MJ’s work remain to be discovered and appreciated, but it’s a crucial aspect of his artistic project”.

Yet the fact that the video received immediate worldwide attention made it smell suspiciously like the most odious of publicity ploys. Russ Solomon, the founder of Tower Records, said on the “Black or White” controversy: “I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he lids it on purpose. You can’t buy that kind of pre-release publicity.”

Indeed, Jackson made the covers of all three New York tabloids the following Saturday, nearly every newspaper carried a story, tabloid TV shows shivered over it, and the controversy aired on CNN and all network news shows without counting the fantastic reception he received in Europe. To whip up the appetite for the premiere of “Black or White,” MTV, Fox, and BET presented Jackson specials and replayed old videos in the days preceding it. Within the music business, Jackson’s noisy reemergence was viewed skeptically. “The video is totally out of touch with today’s kids, who are more into the Naughty by Nature hit ‘0.P.P.’ than Michael Jackson’s plastic surgery,” said a West Coast promotion executive.

At the same time, the record business was looking to Dangerous as the miracle cure for its severe sales slump (again…he saved the music industry already with Thriller) but seemed that only a few people would talk on the record about Dangerous’ chances for multiplatinum success. And the few were right: Dangerous achieved 14 multiplatinum,

Another point of contention was whether the album would make Jackson appeal to a young, urban audience— a goal Jackson’s spokesman had acknowledged publicly. It was already clear that the light-skinned Jackson who appeared in “Black or White” wasn’t helping in that pursuit… “The feedback I’m getting from people who’ve seen the video is that Michael is getting ‘whiter and whiter,'” said James Miller, manager of Umpo Records, in South Central Los Angeles. “I think discerning buyers in the black community will be turned off by it.”

Media went down heavily with ignorant criticism, to the point of overthrowing the tributes that Jackson made to some artists in the context of “Black Or White” short film as mere “IMITATION to a number of sources” in the attempt of slandering his art and creativity.

Here are some, in order of occurrence:

George Wendt barges into Macaulay Culkin’s room and orders him to turn down the loud music; a similar parent-child confrontation can be noticed in heavy metal Twisted Sister’s 1984 video “We’re Not Gonna Take It.”

Culkin turns up his guitar amp and blows Wendt clean out of the house; similarity with a scene in Back to the Future (1985), in which Michael J. Fox nearly blows himself out of the house.

The faces of many races metamorphose into each other; the effect first was used in Godley and Creme’s 1985 video, “Cry.”

Michael tap-dances on a deserted street near a street-lamp; an homage to Gene Kelly’s rain dance in 1952’s “Singin’ in the Rain”. …

Michael, hat down, faces hurricane-force winds; an homage to scenes in Jackson’s own videos for “Beat It” (1983) and Smooth Criminal (1988). That’s mean he copied himself.

Michael throws a garbage can through a storefront; homage to Spike Lee, who did that to set off the climactic riot in Do the Right Thing (1989).

Copying and reinventing are two different things: cheeky copy does not leave a mark. It is just copying. It can fool untrained or disinterested people. But it cannot go far. Just as there are not going beyond the Chinese kiosks selling the copies of Steve Jobs’s jewels. Steve Job also stole ideas and was copied. But he founded an empire and others have shaped copies without personality. I do not want to make hazardous comparisons, but the logic is this. Get started, put together ideas, look over and use the knowledge to create other ideas and contents. E Michael Jackson never denied having studied and copied from the great talents of the past. One of his main messages was “The greatest education in the world is watching the masters at work.” and “Study the greats and become greater”.

But now that we live in such a hypocritical context where the truth is masked by rivers of meaningless words but “politically correct “ by the noun “imitation” we have gone to the word “channeling”. Anyone who approaches a mediocre and sometimes even ground zero performance of Michael Jackson’s ideas and mannerism does not imitate, he channels him. Anyone who feeds in his footsteps is a reason for compliments and the usual unhappy wonder: “Look at Mr or Mrs. XXX channeling MJ, he’ll be the new Michael Jackson?… Strange life eh…

However, Michael Jackson had to cut the final minutes (the shortened “Black or White” replaced three nights later on MTV and in a rebroadcast on Fox).

And both Jackson and Fox issued apologies. “It upsets me to think that ‘Black or White’ could influence any child or adult to destructive behavior, either sexual or violent,” Jackson said in a statement released through his publicists. “I’ve always tried to be a good role model and therefore have made these changes to avoid any possibility of adversely affecting any individual’s behavior. I deeply regret any pain or hurt that the final segment of ‘Black or White’ has caused children, their parents or any other viewers,” he said.

That’s was the first time Michael Jackson had to publicly apologie and unfortunately was not the last. It had to apologize to what Matt Taibbi called later in 2005 ” the bitter mediocrity itching to stick it to anyone who’d ever taken a vacation to Paris”.

Michael Jackson had to apologie too many times during his career. And what is strange enough is that the general public has not yet discovered truly his messages. Not even many of his fans have fully understood and assimilated him as an artist and as a man. It might a historical problem all the greatest have to suffer in life.

Although since his passing away, the executors of his estate stubbornly present the boyish and little immature image of his 20 years old, Michael Jackson has a lot more to offer. The perception of the world in which he lived, the accuracy of his work, the ability to synthesize with simple words universal concepts together with the use of visual images gave him the opportunity to be perceived globally, and show a deep and sophisticated culture.

Few artists have managed to formulate views, such as racial issues, children famine, political problems, in a simple and effective way as he did. And this is a symptom of extreme human sensibility and care for our planet.

10 – Iron Man

Here we have the one that started it all, IRON MAN. Before this, Comic Book movies from Marvel, aside from Blade, were very laughable. So laughable that I must admit, I didn’t even see this in the theater until the FAMOUS end credits appeared on the internet and got my ass all excited again.

With the most perfect casting in history (Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark) and a really great origin story, this movie has earned its place among the best comic book movies of all time.

9 – X-Men: Days of Future Past

Let’s be honest here. X-Men movies haven’t always been the best. The first three movies were good, only because we had never seen our favorite mutants on television, but as far as the test of time goes, they failed. They really weren’t like anything we had read in the comics and come on…. the cinematic version of the Juggernaut was embarrassing.

And then X-Men: First Class came out and it was really good, despite not following the comics. But it was good. And then this movie came out. Oh MY GOD! It was super good. X-Men in the 70’s! X-Men in the future! Two cuts of this movie that are equally good! Mutants die, tears are shed, and Storm had an awesome death! Plus, how could you not feel for Kitty, who had the weight of saving the world on her shoulders.

And for the ladies, Hugh Jackman bared some cheeks. Lol.

8 – Captain America: Winter Soldier

Holy, Cap! This was an Oscar worthy movie that Hollywood snubbed, because after all… it’s just a comic book movie. FUCK YOU, Hollywood! This was the Russo Brothers masterpiece that pit Captain America as a man on the run from his country in a homage to those 1970’s government conspiracy flicks. And boy did it deliver.

And everyone. Go back and check out that scene with Cap in the elevator with all those SHIELD soldiers. Awesome!

7 – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

My personal favorite comic book movie of all time is Vol. 1 of this trilogy. Now Vol. 2 is right up there behind its predecessor on my personal favorites list.

First, the movie delivers laughs after laugh. From Groot’s opening dance routine to Yondu’s Mary Poppins homage to Mantis and all her quirks, this film never… and I mean never, had a dull moment.

Second, the soundtrack. The first movie brought back the point on how important a soundtrack can be for a film and this movie just added to that point. Every single song fit the scene and during the credits, the music kept you entertained in-between those five ends credit scenes. In the words of David Hasselhoff, “WE ARE GROOT.”

And finally, this was also a touching film about relationships…. like Peter’s between his father and him… or Rocket’s between him and the crew… or Gamora’s between her and Nebula…. and even Yondu’s with Peter or his former Ravenger buddies. This film was more than laughs and good music. This film was a beautiful representation on the importance of the relationship you have with the ones who matter most.

6 – Captain America: Civil War

This wasn’t a masterpiece as much as it was the perfect summer blockbuster movie. And damn, did this movie deliver the blockbusters!

We got our very first “true” MCU Spider-Man which caused many fanboys like myself to nerdgasm. Tom Holland perfectly nailed not only Spider-man, but the awkward teenager that is Peter Parker. And the exchange between Spidey and Cap… classic.

Also, the Black Panther made his MCU debut and what a debut it was. He was regal as well as bad ass and many fans such as myself can’t wait for his movie. Oh. And then there’s Ant-man’s BIG Surprise that you have to see for yourself.

All in all, this movie promised and it delivered.

5 – Logan

Finally FOX! This is what a Wolverine movie should have always been like —- R-Rated and a masterpiece. While not following the comic book story, “Old Man Logan”, this movie does borrow a bit, placing Logan in a future where most mutants, including the X-Men are long dead. Not only is Logan burdened with an aged and weak Prof. X who can no longer control his powers, but he also has to get his “Daughter” Laura to Canada where a mutant paradise is awaiting her, away from the clutches of an evil organization bent on using young mutants as their personal weapons.

This movie is dark, it’s deep, and holds no claws back.

4 – Deadpool

Thank you, Ryan Reynolds and whoever leaked the Deadpool test footage, because out of that, we got the R-Rated Comic Book movie that every diehard Geek like myself has always prayed to the “One-Above-All” for, Deadpool.

From the hilarious opening credits set to Julie Newton’s Angel of the Morning to Deadpool’s little hand to the battle on a SHIELD Helicarrier, this movie had it all. Come on, the movie even had Hydra Agent Bob. Oh. And Angel Dust even made Colossus blush.

3 – Guardians of the Galaxy

I’m not going to lie. This is my favorite movie of all time and I’m so proud to admit that. Before this movie was released, many people were saying this was going to be Marvel’s first big flop, but low and behold, it became one of Marvel’s most successful movies ever.

Things I loved about this move? Let’s see…..

A) Peter Quill’s musical introduction. Come on! Who starts off a movie like this? Well James Gunn did and it was amazing!

B) The exchange between Quill and Korath. Peter (With confidence): There’s another name you may know me by. —- I’m Star-Lord. Korath (Confused): Who? Lol. Cracks me up every time.

C) And there’s this moment:

And D) There’s so many great moments in this movie, I’d run out of the Alphabet before I could list them all so….

2 – The Avengers

This movie. Man, you fans have no idea how much of a pipe dream a movie like this seemed to long time fans like myself. Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s, comic book movies were on the same level as crap. I’m serious. Bat-Man and Robin anyone? But then came Iron Man and all of a sudden, the impossible dream seemed very possible.

Now this team wasn’t the same as the original Avengers, which had no Cap, Black Widow, or Hawkeye, but as far as the reality went, it was more than perfect. Every single character was introduced organically and they meshed with each other perfectly. Who could forget the Hulk versus Thor or Black Widow’s Horror Movie inspired experience with the Hulk, or the Hulk smashing that puny God Loki, or….. basically, the Hulk was awesome… as were all of the cast.

Was this Marvel’s best movie? Hells yeah!

1 – The Dark Knight

And finally, the comic book inspired movie that’s more than just a comic book movie. It’s a masterpiece. Thank you, Christopher Nolan and thank you, Heath Ledger…. may you rest in peace.

This movie was hands down, the best Batman movie ever. Cristian Bale was a perfect Batman trying to take down the Joker, played by Ledger in the role he was born to play (He also won an Oscar for this role.) Batman gave all he had to take the Joker down and the Joker begged for more every step of the way, but in the end, everyone loss… including poor Harvey Dent.

5 stars, 10 out of 10. That’s how good this movie was.
