I was a little disappointed to read that the scripts for the Battle Network games weren't getting touched up to fix the numerous spelling and grammatical (especially grammatical, holy fuck) mistakes, so when I got to this scene and my first thought was "haha, funny doge reference", and then went "wait, Battle Network came out like a fucking decade before the original doge meme, what the fuck?"

Battle Network 5 100% cleared, now I can finally move on to the last game of the collection not sure how to feel that it took less time to 100% this game than it did to get just 3 stars on my BN3 save file

So this year so far we’ve had:

- Oriko Magireco Event

- Gen’Ei EP release + Harumaki announcing one last PV for the Envy Phantom series is in production

- The Redemption (and release) of Himena

- and Capcom finally announcing a Battle Network Legacy Collection (It’s been 84 22 years... or however long the Switch has been a thing)

So reasonably, I’ve been excited a normal amount this year.

My entry for @rockmiyabideusexmachina's summer contest!

When I read the contest guidelines, I knew I wanted something dramatic, yet also with small tinges of humour, featuring some of my favourite folks from the EXE series. When I started drafting a sketch, it began to look like a nightmare because I'd go WHY IS THERE AN EMPTY SPACE HERE DOES IT LOOK TOO EMPTY I BETTER FILL IT UP WITH MORE CHARACTERS AND THINGS and then suddenly the worry was that my composition might get too cluttered oh NO and how am I supposed to light it to get the focal points to still work out?!

Thankfully, with plenty of help and advice from my sister, I managed to get it to look somewhat like what I had envisioned <3 It was really fun to work on, in the end, especially as I got to revisit one of my favourite series of my childhood <333

The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection broke a million sales in just 10 days!

I've re-released this pencil sketch of Madoi from 2017 on my twitter for the occasion, only in higher resolution this time. I've also retouched how the lines overlay on the colors. The only problem, I had to halve the resolution just to get it on there.

But Tumblr won't complain about it one bit I don't think! Let's see if it takes it in FULL resolution! Let's see how this goes!
