I can't believe I missed the bug race because I spent the whole day crocheting a giant bead lizard.

Made an autism flag beaded lizard… notes for future attempts: buy white beads theyll probably look better. maybe make the whole thing wider so the infinity symbol is clearer

Sleepy rat; looks good flat but when hanging it has huge gaps between rows-- does anyone know how to make bead animals that keep their shape when they're not on a flat surface? I used embroidery thread for this, if that is relevant information to have at all.

Edit: I restrung him w yarn and now the white part is nice but the brown part still has gaps from weight despite havkmg less beads on each row than the white so I'm going :? at the little rat.
