Sometimes I just need space mentally and physically.

I feel bad for the people who love me when I ask for these types of things, like I'm hurting them.

I know needing space isn't a problem and it's something we need once in a while.

Like I'm the bad guy, feelings of guilt for how I'm feeling. Affecting those around me negatively majority of the time instead of being positive.

Thing is I'm trying and the saddest part to my loved ones it's like I haven't tried.
